9On the prediction of methane adsorption in shale using grey wolf optimizer support vector machine approach显示文摘With the advancement of technology,gas shales have become one of the most prominent energy sources all over the world.Therefore,estimating the amount of adsorbed gas in shale resources is necessary for the technical and economic foresight of the production operations.This paper presents a novel machine learning method called grey wolf optimizer support vector machine(GWO-SVM)to predict adsorbed gas.For this purpose,a data set containing temperature,pressure,total organic carbon(TOC),and humidity has been collected from several sources,and the GWO-SVM model was created based on it.The results show that this model has R-squared and root mean square error equal to 0.982 and 0.08,respectively.Also,the results ensure that the proposed model gives an excellent prediction of the amount of adsorbed gas compared to previously proposed models.Besides,according to the sensitivity analysis,among the input parameters,humidity has the highest effect on gas adsorption.Rahmad Syah Mohammad Hossein Towfighi Naeem Reza Daneshfar Hossein Dehdar Bahram Soltani Soulgani 2022Petroleum2022,8,2:1

15Thermal Front Variability during the El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) in the Banda Sea Using Remotely Sensed Data显示文摘The Banda Sea is one of the routes of global ocean currents that move from the Pacific Ocean to the Indian Ocean.This flow is known as Indonesian Through Flow(ITF).The Banda Sea is an area where warm and cold water masses meet,so it has the potential for a thermal front.This study aims to understand the variability of thermal front in the Banda Sea during the El Nino Southern Oscillation period.Southern Oscillation Index(SOI)and sea surface temperature(SST)data in 2010,2012 and 2015 were used in this study.SOI data was obtained from http://gffzz39c234a73dce4cffhfuf596o5f0on6v9n.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn and SST data were obtained from http://gffzz2ae2a57d01b94841hfuf596o5f0on6v9n.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn data were processed using ArcGIS 10.4 software and Ms.Office 2013.The results showed the La Nina period occurs in July-December 2010,the Normal period occurs in July-December 2012,and the El Nino period occurs in May-October 2015.In general,during La Nina,the mean SST has higher values than the other periods.On the other hand,the highest thermal front occurs during the El Niño period(10584),followed by the Normal period(7544)and the lowest during the La Niña period(5961),respectively.Achmad Fachruddin Syah Siti Sholehah 2021Journal of Marine Science2021,3,2:0
16Coastal Abrasion and Accretion Studies of West Sumatera Province in Period 2003-2016显示文摘West Sumatera province has 19 cities and regencies where 6 of them often experience abrasion and accretion disaster,because it is a coastal area directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean.This study aims to examine the characteristics of abrasion and accretion disasters along the coast of West Sumatera Province from 2003 to 2016.By knowing the characteristics of abrasion and accretion from 2003 and 2016,it will be known which beaches are experiencing abrasion or accretion.This research is qualitative and quantitative descriptive research with GIS(Geographic Information System)analysis method to get characteristic of abrasion and accretion disaster in coastal area of West Sumatera.There has been a disaster of abrasion and accretion in 32 points spread across 6 districts and cities,namely West Pasaman District,Agam Regency,Padang Pariaman District,Pariaman City,Padang City and Padang Pariaman District,an abrasion disaster in the coastal area of West Sumatera Province of 732.69 Ha and 55.4 Ha of acres.This proves that the abrasion debacle causes the decrease of land in West Sumatera Province which is big enough that is average 56.3 Ha/year,while the addition of land is only 4.26 Ha/year.The farthest abrasion disasters are located in South Pesisir Regency,which is 45.70 m or 3.52 m/year on average.While the farthest accretion is in the South Pesisir Regency,and is as far as 36.91 m or an average of 2.84 m/year.Haryani Agus Irianto Nurhasan Syah 2018Journal of Environmental Science and Engineering(A)2018,7,1:0

18Preliminary Findings on Distribution of Bali Sardinella (Sardinella lemuru) in Relation to Oceanographic Conditions during Southeast Monsoon in Bali Strait Using Remotely Sensed Data显示文摘Bali sardinella (Sardinella lemuru) is the main fishing catches in Bali Strait. The distribution of S. lemuru and its preferred oceanographic condition were investigated from remotely sensed data. The objectives of this study were to elucidate the distribution of S. lemuru and the preferred oceanographic condition of S. lemuru in Bali Strait using remotely sensed data. Sea surface temperature (SST) and sea surface chlorophyll-a (chl-a) were downloaded from ocean colour website meanwhile the fishing location generated from daily Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) boat detection (VDB), downloaded from NOAA website. The results showed that at the beginning of southeast monsoon (April), most of the fishing location appeared in the north part of Bali Strait, and moved to south part of Bali Strait at the end of the southeast monsoon (September). The results also revealed that most of fishing location of S. lemuru located in SST value of 26℃– 30℃ and chl-a value of 0.3 – 0.8 mg/m3. Integration VDB data and oceanographic condition generated from remotely sensed data could form the basis for fisheries management and information system, such as S. lemuru in Bali Strait, in the future.Achmad Fachruddin Syah Nurul Setyowati Eko Susilo 2019Journal of Marine Science2019,1,1:0
