1Vanishing bile duct syndrome in human immunodeficiency virus infected adults:A report of two cases显示文摘Vanishing bile duct syndrome(VBDS) is a group of rare disorders characterized by ductopenia,the progressive destruction and disappearance of intrahepatic bile ducts leading to cholestasis.Described in association with medications,autoimmune disorders,cancer,transplantation,and infections,the specific mechanisms of disease are not known.To date,only 4 cases of VBDS have been reported in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infected patients.We report 2 additional cases of HIV-associated VBDS and review the features common to the HIV-associated cases.Presentation includes hyperbilirubinemia,normal liver imaging,and negative viral and autoimmune hepatitis studies.In HIV-infected subjects,VBDS occurred at a range of CD4+ T-cell counts,in some cases following initiation or change in antiretroviral therapy.Lymphoma was associated with two cases;nevirapine,antibiotics,and viral co-infection were suggested as etiologies in the other cases.In HIV-positive patients with progressive cholestasis,early identification of VBDS and referral for transplantation may improve outcomes.Ana Paula Oppenheimer Christopher Koh Mary McLaughlin John C Williamson Thomas D Norton Jennifer Laudadio Theo Heller David E Kleiner Kevin P High Caryn G Morse 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,1:8
2基于频谱细化算法的电泳光散射Zeta电位测量方法显示文摘电泳光散射法测量Zeta电位时,散射光频移只有几百赫兹,在全频段求取散射光功率谱会降低频率分辨率。为此,提出先用傅里叶变换在全频段对散射光信号进行频谱估计,获取需要细化分析的频谱范围,然后用线性调频变换频谱细化算法在窄带范围内进行高分辨率的频谱细化分析,从而获得准确的散射光频移。设计了基于激光多普勒技术的散射光频移测量装置,使用该方法分别测量了3种标准聚苯乙烯乳胶微球的Zeta电位。实验结果表明,线性调频变换频谱细化算法可以有效地提高Zeta电位的测量精度,测量重复性小于5%。刘伟 张珊珊 John C Thomas 陈文钢 王雅静 申晋 2017光学学报2017,37,2:7
3双峰分布颗粒体系的多角度动态光散射数据反演(英文)显示文摘采用多角度动态光散射和加权正则化反演方法,对4组模拟的双峰分布颗粒体系(100/600nm,200/600nm,300/600nm和350/600nm)分别选取1、3、6和10个散射角进行测量.粒度反演结果表明,采用加权正则化方法反演双峰颗粒体系的多角度动态光散射测量数据,可获得峰值位置比小于2∶1且含有大粒径(>350nm)颗粒的双峰颗粒粒度分布.采用标准聚苯乙烯乳胶颗粒进行实测的结果验证了这一结论.得到含大粒径颗粒的双峰粒度分布反演结果的原因在于,多角度动态光散射能提供更多的大粒径颗粒的粒度信息,加权正则化反演方法能减少测量数据中的噪声,因而多角度动态光散射测量数据的加权反演能实现峰值位置比小于2∶1且含有大粒径颗粒的双峰颗粒体系的测量.徐敏 申晋 朱新军 THOMAS John C CLEMENTI Luis A VEGA Jorge R 2017光子学报2017,46,2:7

5Gastrointestinal and liver disease in patients with schizophrenia:A narrative review显示文摘Schizophrenia is a severe mental illness which can have a devastating impact onan individual’s quality of life. Comorbidities are high amongst patients and lifeexpectancy is approximately 15 years less than the general population. Despite thewell-known increased mortality, little is known about the impact of gastrointestinaland liver disease on patients with schizophrenia. We aimed to reviewthe literature and to make recommendations regarding future care. Literaturesearches were performed on PubMed to identify studies related to gastrointestinaland liver disease in patients with schizophrenia. High rates of chronic liverdisease were reported, with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease being of particularconcern;antipsychotics and metabolic syndrome were contributing factors. Ratesof acute liver failure were low but have been associated with antipsychotic useand paracetamol overdose. Coeliac disease has historically been linked to schizophrenia;however, recent research suggests that a causal link is yet to be proven.Evidence is emerging regarding the relationships between schizophrenia andpeptic ulcer disease, inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome;clinical vigilance regarding these conditions should be high. Patients with schizophreniapoorly engage with bowel cancer screening programmes, leading to latediagnosis and increased mortality. Clozapine induced constipation is a significantissue for many patients and requires close monitoring.
