3Assessing Adaptability of Planted Trees Using Leaf Traits: A Case Study with Robinia pseudoacacia L. in the Loess Plateau, China显示文摘Leaf trait patterns and their variations with climate are interpreted as an adaptive adjustment to environment.This study assessed the adaptability of planted black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) based on the analysis of leaf traits and the comparison of its leaf traits with inter-specific ones existing in the same area.We measured some water and N use related leaf traits: leaf dry mass per unit area (LMA) and N,P and K concentrations based on both leaf area (Narea,Parea and Karea) and leaf mass (Nmass,Pmass and Kmass) of R.pseudoacacia at 31 sites along a water stress gradient in North Shaanxi Province,China.The results show that leaves of R.pseudoacacia have high Nmass and low LMA in the study area.High Nmass and low LMA are usually representative of luxurious resource use,and will advance plant resource competitiveness in high-resource conditions.As a whole,LMA-nutrient relationships of R.pseudoacacia display patterns that are fairly similar to the inter-specific relationships in both direction and intensity.The tendency for LMA and Narea to increase with decreasing water availability and the positive correlation between LMA and Narea reflect the trend for R.pseudoacacia to enhance water use efficiency (WUE) at the expense of down-regulated photosynthetic N use efficiency (PNUE) and high construction cost in dry conditions.However,the positive relationship between LMA and Narea in high mean annual precipitation (MAP) area is either unremarkable or reversed with decreasing water availability.This implies a lower photosynthetic capacity and a higher construction cost for high-LMA leaves.The inter-specific relationship between LMA and Narea is positive and does not change with water availability.This difference between inter-species and intra-species may be due to more diversified anatomies and more specialised structures for inter-species than intra-species.The failure of R.pseudoacacia adaption to dry conditions reflected by LMA-Narea relationship may be partially responsible for the emergence of rampike and dwarf forms found frequently in dry conditions.Incorporating intrinsic characteristics of planted trees into vegetation restoration project will be instructive and meaningful for species selection.JIN Tiantian LIU Guohua FU Bojie DING Xiaohui YANG Lei 2011Chinese Geographical Science2011,21,3:3
4Chondroitin sulfate-mediated albumin corona nanoparticles for the treatment of breast cancer显示文摘Chondroitin sulfate-mediated albumin corona nanoparticles were readily prepared without any chemical reaction,and their active tumor targeting and therapeutic effects were examined.Negatively charged chondroitin sulfate(CS)and positively charged doxorubicin(DOX)self-assembled into nanoparticles(CS-DOX-NPs)via electrostatic interactions.Bovine serum albumin(BSA)was then adsorbed on the surface of CS-DOX-NPs to form albumin corona nanoparticles(BC-DOX-NPs)protected from endogenous proteins.Due to the dual effect of BSA and CS,BC-DOX-NPs interacted with the gp60,SPARC and CD44 receptors on tumor cells,facilitating their rapid and efficient transcytosis and improving their accumulation and uptake within tumor tissues.The simultaneous presence of BSA and CS also allowed BC-DOX-NPs to target CD44 efficiently,leading to greater cellular uptake and cytotoxicity against 4 T1 cells than CS-DOX-NPs or free DOX.Intravenous injection of BCDOX-NPs into orthotopic 4 T1 tumor-bearing mice led to greater drug accumulation at the tumor site than with CS-DOX-NPs or free DOX,resulting in significant inhibition of tumor growth and lower exposure of major organs to the drug.Tiantian Tan Qin Yang Dan Chen Juan Zhao Ling Xiang Jiaxing Feng Xu Song Yao Fu Tao Gong 2021Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2021,16,4:3
5Optimal design of the gas storage surface pipeline system with injection and withdrawal conditions显示文摘Underground natural gas storage(UNGS)is an important part of the natural gas supply system to ensure a balanced energy supply.The surface system,as an important part of the gas storage,undertakes the functions of gas injection and gas production of the gas storage,and its investment economy is of vital importance.In fact,the UNGS surface pipeline network has two-way injection and production characteristics,which is different from the one-way production characteristics of conventional oil&gas gathering and transportation systems.This paper takes the minimum investment of the pipeline network as the objective function,considers the gas injection and gas withdrawal flow conditions and esablishes a mixed integer non-linear programming model(MINLP)for the surface pipeline network of the UNGS to optimize its pipeline layout and diameter parameters.Constraints including the well affiliation,the number of stations,the gathering radius,the processing capacity and the flow/pressure equilibrium equations,are also taken into consideration.Taking an UNGS in China as an example,the results of the optimal structure and diameter of the pipeline network,as well as the pipe flow,node pressure,and maximum/minimum flowrate during gas injection and gas withdrawal are obtained.Finally,the effects of constraints such as processing capacity and radius on the structure layout and investment of the UNGS are analyzed,verifying the reliability and effectiveness of the model.Jun Zhou Liuling Zhou Guangchuan Liang Shaobo Wang Tiantian Fu Xuan Zhou Jinghong Peng 2021Petroleum2021,7,1:2
6Comparison of transpiration between different aged black locust(Robinia pseudoacacia)trees on the semi-arid Loess Plateau,China显示文摘Black locust(Robinia pseudoacacia)is widely planted throughout the semi-arid Loess Plateau of China.The spatial distribution of this species at different ages is highly heterogeneous due to restoration and management practices.In this study,we aimed to compare the transpiration levels between different aged black locusts at the tree and stand scales,clarifying the physiological status of this species with different ages.Black locust trees with two representative age classes(12 and 28 years)were selected in the Yangjuangou catchment on the semi-arid Loess Plateau.Sap flux density(F_d)and environmental variables(solar radiation,air temperature,relative humidity and soil water content)were simultaneously monitored throughout the growing season of 2014.Tree transpiration(E_t)was the product of Fd and sapwood area(A_S),and stand transpiration(E_c)was calculated basing on the stand sap flux density(J_s)and stand total sapwood area(A_(ST)).Stomatal conductance(g_s)was measured in a controlled environment and hydraulic conductance was estimated using the relationship between transpiration rate and vapor pressure deficit(VPD).Our results showed that Et and Ec were higher in the 28-year-old stand than in the 12-year-old stand.The gs and hydraulic conductance of 28-year-old trees were also higher than those of 12-year-old trees,and the two parameters were thus the causes of variations in transpiration between different age classes.After rainfall,mean Fd increased by 9% in 28-year-old trees and by 5% in 12-year-old trees.This study thus suggests that stand age should be considered for estimating transpiration at the catchment and region scales in this area.These results provide ecophysiological evidences that the older black locust trees had more active physiological status than the younger ones in this area.These findings also provide basic information for the management of water resources and forests on the semi-arid Loess Plateau.JIAOLei LU Nan FU Bojie GAO Guangyao WANG Shuai JIN Tiantian ZHANG Liwei LIU Jianbo ZHANG Di 2016Journal of Arid Land2016,8,4:2
7Calcium-containing versus calcium-free replacement solution in regional citrate anticoagulation for continuous renal replacement therapy:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background: A simplified protocol for regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA) using a commercial calcium-containing replacement solution, without continuous calcium infusion, is more efficient for use in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). We aim to design a randomized clinical trial to compare the safety and efficacy between calcium-free and calcium-containing replacement solutions in CRRT with RCA.Methods: Of the 64 patients receiving RCA-based postdilution continuous venovenous hemodiafiltration (CVVHDF) enrolled from 2017 to 2019 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University, 35 patients were randomized to the calcium-containing group and 29 to the calcium-free replacement solution group. The primary endpoint was circuit lifespan and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was performed. Secondary endpoints included hospital mortality, kidney function recovery rate, and complications. The amount of 4% trisodium citrate solution infusion was recorded. Serum and effluent total (tCa) and ionized (iCa) calcium concentrations were measured during CVVHDF.Results: A total of 149 circuits (82 in the calcium-containing group and 67 in the calcium-free group) and 7609 circuit hours (4335 hvs. 3274 h) were included. The mean circuit lifespan was 58.1 h (95% CI 53.8-62.4 h) in the calcium-containing groupvs. 55.3 h (95% CI 49.7-60.9 h, log rankP = 0.89) in the calcium-free group. The serum tCa and iCa concentrations were slightly lower in the calcium-containing group during CRRT, whereas the postfilter iCa concentration was lower in the calcium-free group. Moreover, the mean amounts of 4% trisodium citrate solution infusion were not significantly different between the groups (171.1 ± 15.9 mL/hvs. 169.0 ± 15.1 mL/h,P = 0.49). The mortality (14/35 [40%]vs. 13/29 [45%],P = 0.70) and kidney function recovery rates of AKI patients (19/26, 73%vs. 14/24, 58%,P = 0.27) were comparable between the calcium-containing and calcium-free group during hospitalization, respectively. Six (three in each group) patients showed signs of citrate accumulation in this study.Conclusions: When compared with calcium-free replacement solution, RCA-based CVVHDF with calcium-containing replacement solution had a similar circuit lifespan, hospital mortality and kidney outcome. 8Highly transmitted silver nanowires-SWCNTs conductive flexible film by nested density structure and aluminum-doped zinc oxide capping layer for flexible amorphous silicon solar cells显示文摘Indium tin oxide(ITO)is widely used in transparent conductive films(TCFs);however,several disadvan-tages,such as high cost and toxicity of indium,limit its applications.Therefore,it is necessary to develop other materials that can replace ITO.Silver nanowires or single walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)have attracted considerable interest owing to their unique electrical,optical,and thermal stabilities,and thus,they are ideal for transparent electrodes for flexible or stretchable devices.In this study,we develop a novel architecture of composite TCFs on a polyethylene naphthalate(PEN)flexible substrate.Herein,the silver nanowires-SWCNTs films with nested density structure were fabricated through ultrasonic spraying technology by varying the spraying width.For achieving enhanced transmittance,we combined the larger irregular grids and holes with fewer nanowires stacked in the longitudinal direction,more optical chan-nels,and good carrier transport.Thereafter,aluminum-doped zinc oxide(AZO)was used as capping to the structure for enhancing the optical properties of the TCFs.The silver nanowires-SWCNTs/AZO(ASA)bilayer was obtained in the optimized architecture,which showed superior optoelectronic performance to that shown by commercial ITO with a high optical transmittance of 92%at the wavelength of 550 nm and low sheet resistance of 17/sq.In the specially structured conductive film,the significant improvement in the transmittance and uniformity of the sheet resistance was attributed to the effective nanowire junc-tion contact compared to that in ordinary structure of silver nanowires,which reduced the mean density of small clusters of nanowires.Compared with the silver nanowires-SWCNTs films,the ASA bilayer film exhibited excellent resistance to boiling,mechanical bending(10,000 cycles),and CO_(2)plasma.Moreover,the sheet resistance of ASA changed slightly after the tape tests,thereby illustrating a strong adhesion to the PEN substrate after the enclosure of AZO.Meanwhile,the AZO capping layer can enhance the op-tical transmittance between 600 and 1500 nm.In addition,the amorphous silicon photovoltaic devices with flexible ASA TCFs exhibited a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 8.67%.After bending for 3000 times,the PCE was decreased to 8.20%,thereby demonstrating the potential of developed films to replace traditional ITO.Shunliang Gao Xiaohui Zhao Qi Fu Tianchi Zhang Jun Zhu Fuhua Hou Jian Ni Chengjun Zhu Tiantian Li Yanlai Wang Vignesh Murugadoss Gaber A.M.Mersal Mohamed M.Ibrahim Zeinhom M.El-Bahy Mina Huang Zhanhu Guo 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,31:2
9AaWRKY17, a positive regulator of artemisinin biosynthesis, is involved in resistance to Pseudomonas syringae in Artemisia annua显示文摘Artemisia annua,a traditional Chinese medicinal plant,remains the only plant source for artemisinin production,yet few genes have been identified to be involved in both the response to biotic stresses,such as pathogens,and artemisinin biosynthesis.Here,we isolated and identified the WRKY transcription factor(TF)AaWRKY17,which could significantly increase the artemisinin content and resistance to Pseudomonas syringae in A.annua.Yeast one-hybrid(Y1H),dual-luciferase(dual-LUC),and electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSA)results showed that AaWRKY17 directly bound to the W-box motifs in the promoter region of the artemisinin biosynthetic pathway gene amorpha-4,11-diene synthase(ADS)and promoted its expression.Real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)analysis revealed that the transcript levels of two defense marker genes,Pathogenesis-Related 5(PR5)and NDR1/HIN1-LIKE 10(NHL10),were greatly increased in AaWRKY17-overexpressing transgenic A.annua plants.Additionally,overexpression of AaWRKY17 in A.annua resulted in decreased susceptibility to P.syringae.These results indicated that AaWRKY17 acted as a positive regulator in response to P.syringae infection.Together,our findings demonstrated that the novel WRKY transcription factor AaWRKY17 could potentially be used in transgenic breeding to improve the content of artemisinin and pathogen tolerance in A.annua.Tiantian Chen Yongpeng Li Lihui Xie Xiaolong Hao Hang Liu Wei Qin Chen Wang Xin Yan Kuanyu Wu-Zhang Xinghao Yao Bowen Peng Yaojie Zhang Xueqing Fu Ling Li Kexuan Tang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2

12Exosomal S100A4 derived from highly metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma cells promotes metastasis by activating STAT3显示文摘Intercellular cross-talk plays important roles in cancer progression and metastasis.Yet how these cancer cells interact with each other is still largely unknown.Exosomes released by tumor cells have been proved to be effective cell-to-cell signal mediators.We explored the functional roles of exosomes in metastasis and the potential prognostic values for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Exosomes were extracted from HCC cells of different metastatic potentials.The metastatic effects of exosomes derived from highly metastatic HCC cells(HMH)were evaluated both in vitro and in vivo.Exosomal proteins were identified with iTRAQ mass spectrum and verified in cell lines,xenograft tumor samples,and functional analyses.Exosomes released by HMH significantly enhanced the in vitro invasion and in vivo metastasis of low metastatic HCC cells(LMH).S100 calcium-binding protein A4(S100A4)was identified as a functional factor in exosomes derived from HMH.S100A4r,ch exosomes significantly promoted tumor metastasis both in vitro and in vivo compared with S100A4^(rich) exosomes or controls.Moreover,exosomal S100A4 could induce expression of osteopontin(OPN),along with other tumor metastasis/stemness-related genes.Exosomal S100A4 activated OPN transcription via STAT3 phosphorylation.HCC patients with high exosomal S100A4 in plasma also had a poorer prognosis.In conclusion,exosomes from HMH could promote the metastatic potential of LMH,and exosomal S100A4 is a key enhancer for HCC metastasis,activating STAT3 phosphorylation and up-regulating OPN expression.This suggested exosomal S100A4 to be a novel prognostic marker and therapeutic target for HCC metastasis.Haoting Sun Chaoqun Wang Beiyuan Hu Xiaomei Gao Tiantian Zou Qin Luo Mo Chen Yan Fu Yuanyuan Sheng Kaili Zhang Yan Zheng Xudong Ren Shican Yan Yan Geng Luyu Yang Qiongzhu Dong Lunxiu Qin 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,6:1
13Exploring the attenuation mechanisms of Dalbergia odorifera leaves extract on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion based on weighted gene co-expression network analysis显示文摘The attenuation function of Dalbergia odorifera leaves on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)is little known.The candidate targets for the Chinese herb were extracted from brain tissues through the high-affinity chromatography.The molecular mechanism of D.odorifera leaves on cerebral I/R was investigated.Methods:Serial affinity chromatography based on D.odorifera leaves extract(DLE)affinity matrices were applied to find specific binding proteins in the brain tissues implemented on C57BL/6 mice by intraluminal middle cerebral artery occlusion for 1 h and reperfusion for 24 h.Specific binding proteins were subjected to mass-spectrometry to search for the differentially expressed proteins between control and DLE-affinity matrices.The hub genes were screened based on weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA).Then,predictive biology and potential experimental verification were performed for the candidate genes.The protective role of DLE in blood-brain barrier damage in cerebral I/R mice was evaluated by the leakage of Evans blue,western blotting,immunohistochemistry,and immunofluorescent staining.Results:952 differentially expressed proteins were classified into seven modules based on WGCNA under soft threshold 6.Based on WGCNA,AKT1,PIK3CA,NOS3,SMAD3,SMAD1,IL6,MAPK1,TGFBR2,TGFBR1,MAPK3,IGF1R,LRG1,mTOR,ROCK1,TGFB1,IL1B,SMAD2,and SMAD518 candidate hub proteins were involved in turquoise module.TGF-β,MAPK,focal adhesion,and adherens junction signaling pathway were associated with candidate hub proteins.Gene ontology analysis demonstrated that candidate hub proteins were related to the TGF-βreceptor signaling pathway,common-partner SMAD protein phosphorylation,etc.DLE could significantly reduce the leakage of Evans blue in mice with cerebral I/R,while attenuating the expression of occludin,claudin-5,and zonula occludens-1.Western blotting demonstrated that regulation of TGF-β/SMAD signaling pathway played an essential role in the protective effect of DLE.Conclusion:Thus,a number of candidate hub proteins were identified based on DLE affinity chromatography through WGCNA.DLE could attenuate the dysfunction of bloodbrain barrier in the TGF-β/SMAD signaling pathway induced by cerebral I/R.JINFANG HU JIANGEN AO LONGSHENG FU YAOQI WU FENG SHAO TIANTIAN XU MINGJIN JIANG SHAOFENG XIONG YANNI LV 2023BIOCELL2023,47,7:0
14Function identification of miR159a,a positive regulator during poplar resistance to drought stress显示文摘Drought seriously affects the growth and development of plants.MiR159 is a highly conserved and abundant microRNA family that plays a crucial role in plant growth and stress responses.However,studies of its function in woody plants are still lacking.Here,the expression of miR159a was significantly upregulated after drought treatment in poplar,and the overexpression of miR159a(OX159a)significantly reduced the open area of the stomata and improved water-use efficiency in poplar.After drought treatment,OX159a lines had better scavenging ability of reactive oxygen species and damage of the membrane system was less than that in wild-type lines.MYB was the target gene of miR159a,as verified by psRNATarget prediction,RT-qPCR,degradome sequencing,and 5′rapid amplification of cDNA ends(5′RACE).Additionally,miR159a-short tandem target mimic suppression(STTM)poplar lines showed increased sensitivity to drought stress.Transcriptomic analysis comparing OX159a lines with wild-type lines revealed upregulation of a series of genes related to response to water deprivation and metabolite synthesis.Moreover,drought-responsive miR172d and miR398 were significantly upregulated and downregulated respectively in OX159a lines.This investigation demonstrated that miR159a played a key role in the tolerance of poplar to drought by reducing stomata open area,increasing the number and total area of xylem vessels,and enhancing water-use efficiency,and provided new insights into the role of plant miR159a and crucial candidate genes for the molecular breeding of trees with tolerance to drought stress.Tiantian Fu Chun Wang Yuzhang Yang Xiaoqian Yang Jing Wang Lichun Zhang Zeqi Wang Yanwei Wang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,12:0
15Prediction of forest fire occurrence in China under climate change scenarios显示文摘Climate change has an impact on forest fire patterns.In the context of global warming,it is important to study the possible effects of climate change on forest fires,carbon emission reductions,carbon sink effects,forest fire management,and sustainable development of forest ecosystems.This study is based on MODIS active fire data from 2001-2020 and the influence of climate,topography,vegetation,and social factors were integrated.Temperature and precipitation information from different scenarios of the BCC-CSM2-MR climate model were used as future climate data.Under climate change scenarios of a sustainable low development path and a high conventional development path,the extreme gradient boosting model predicted the spatial distribution of forest fire occurrence in China in the 2030s(2021-2040),2050s(2041-2060),2070s(2061-2080),and2090s(2081-2100).Probability maps were generated and tested using ROC curves.The results show that:(1)the area under the ROC curve of training data(70%)and validation data(30%)were 0.8465 and 0.8171,respectively,indicating that the model can reasonably predict the occurrence of forest fire in the study area;(2)temperature,elevation,and precipitation were strongly correlated with fire occurrence,while land type,slope,distance from settlements and roads,and slope direction were less strongly correlated;and,(3)based on future climate change scenarios,the probability of forest fire occurrence will tend to shift from the south to the center of the country.Compared with the current climate(2001-2020),the occurrence of forest fires in 2021-2040,2041-2060,2061-2080,and 2081-2100 will increase significantly in Henan Province(Luoyang,Nanyang,S anmenxia),Shaanxi Province(Shangluo,Ankang),Sichuan Province(Mianyang,Guangyuan,Ganzi),Tibet Autonomous Region(Shannan,Linzhi,Changdu),Liaoning Province(Liaoyang,Fushun,Dandong).Yakui Shao Guangpeng Fan Zhongke Feng Linhao Sun Xuanhan Yang Tiantian Ma XuSheng Li Hening Fu Aiai Wang 2023Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,5:0
16Optimization design of multi-gathering mode for the surface system in coalbed methane field显示文摘As a potential resource for emerging clean energy with abundant reserves,coalbed methane(CBM)has risen rapidly in recent years,and the construction of rational and economical CBM gathering system plays a vital role in the development of the oil and gas industry.At present,there is no literature that considers the optimization of the multi-gathering mode of coalbed methane pipe network system.Due to the complexity and high investment,this paper establishes a unified mixed-integer nonlinear programming model to determine the gathering modes(including liquified natural gas,compressed natural gas,and gas gathering station)of gathering system to reduce the cost of coalbed methane collection and export.The objective function is the maximization of total profit during the period of the whole project,and such constraints,like network structure,facility number,location,node flow balance,capacity and variable value,are taken into consideration.The solution strategy and heuristic algorithm is proposed and verified by the field data from Shanxi province(China).The results show that the model can solve the problem for optimization design of the surface system in complicated CBM fields.Jun Zhou Tiantian Fu Kunyi Wu Yunxiang Zhao Lanting Feng 2023Petroleum2023,9,2:0
17An injectable bioactive dressing based on platelet-rich plasma and nanoclay:Sustained release of deferoxamine to accelerate chronic wound healing显示文摘Delayed diabetic wound healing has placed an enormous burden on society.The key factors limiting wound healing include unresolved inflammation and impaired angiogenesis.Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)gel,a popular biomaterial in the field of regeneration,has limited applications due to its non-injectable properties and rapid release and degradation of growth factors.Here,we prepared an injectable hydrogel(DPLG)based on PRP and laponite by a simple one-step mixing method.Taking advantages of the non-covalent interactions,DPLG could overcome the limitations of PRP gels,which is injectable to fill irregular injures and could serve as a local drug reservoir to achieve the sustained release of growth factors in PRP and deferoxamine(an angiogenesis promoter).DPLG has an excellent ability in accelerating wound healing by promoting macrophage polarization and angiogenesis in a full-thickness skin defect model in typeⅠdiabetic rats and normal rats.Taken together,this study may provide the ingenious and simple bioactive wound dressing with a superior ability to promote wound healing.Jiao Zhang Qian Luo Qian Hu Tiantian Zhang Jingyu Shi Li Kong Dehao Fu Conglian Yang Zhiping Zhang 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,10:0
18Specular Detection and Removal for a Grayscale Image Based on the Markov Random Field显示文摘Specular detection and removal has been a hot topic in the field of computer vision. Most of the existing methods are mainly for color images, but grayscale images are widely used. For a single grayscale image with only intensity information, highlight detection and removal becomes a difficult issue. To solve this problem, the single grayscale image highlight detection and removal method based on Markov random field is presented. Each reflection component modeling is estimated by geometric relation of surface normal in diffuse and specular reflection component in the framework of Markov random field. Their maximum a posteriori estimation is calculated under Bayesian formula and highlight area is detected. Finally, image inpainting method based on the BSCB model removes highlights. 19Regioselectivity of Pd-catalyzed o-carboranearylation: a theoretical view显示文摘The mechanism and the regioselectivity of Pd-catalyzed B(4)–H arylation and B(4,5)–H diarylation foro-carborane with bidentate directing groups were investigated. The complete catalytic cycle involves Pdmediated concerted metalation–deprotonation, oxidative addition, counterion exchange, and reductiveelimination, where counterion exchange is critical. The reductive elimination is the rate- and regioselectivity-determining step for the whole catalytic cycle. B(3)-Arylation is unfavorable because the stericrepulsion between the substituent group on C(2) and the metal moiety would lead to significant distortionof o-carborane and would result in a higher activation energy for reductive elimination. The distortion ofo-carborane can be clearly observed from the change of its aromaticity in the corresponding transitionstates by the calculation of nucleus-independent chemical shifts. 20Analysis of the Dominant Types of Rural Tourism in Beijing Suburbs显示文摘Taking 140 administrative villages for tourism expert diagnostic training as the object, using the minimum variance method and spatial analysis method, this paper studied leading types of rural tourism industry in Beijing based on a comprehensive analysis of the tourism business types in the villages. The results showed that rural tourism businesses are mostly the combination of many types, dominated by picking gardens and leisure farms, and the second dominant type is the combination of leisure farm and natural village household, with the clear regional distribution. The combined-business structure and its distribution is influenced by geographical location, natural conditions and industrial investment and many other factors. Water element is an important symbol of rural tourism in the suburbs of Beijing.
