| 2 | 睾丸活检:临床操作及其诠释显示文摘睾丸活检许多年来被认为是不明病因男性不育和无精症诊断的基础。近来,男性不育指南都限定诊断性睾丸活检只能用于梗阻性无精子症(睾丸体积正常,生殖激素正常)的鉴别诊断。现今,睾丸活检取精技术与胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)联用于非梗阻性无精子症患者的取精过程中。此外,睾丸活检还可以应用于有睾丸恶性肿瘤风险的患者的取精治疗中。研究一些不育男性后发现,不育患者患原位睾丸癌的风险越来越高,尤其是曾有隐睾症、睾丸恶性肿瘤病史,或患睾丸萎缩的患者。睾丸超声异常,比如睾丸微石症,实质内呈弥散分布,软细胞组织不均、睾丸组织损伤等,进一步增加了这些患者原位癌的发病率。准确的组织学分类,正确的组织处理和固定,样品准备和评估是必须的。同时,推荐使用标准的睾丸活检方法。另外,通过免疫组织化学法检测睾丸组织的肿瘤恶化程度是不可缺少的技术支持。本综述主要描述了睾丸活检用于男性不育临床诊断和治疗措施的最新进展。 | Gert R Dohle Saad Elzanaty Niels J van Casteren | 2012 | Asian Journal of Andrology2012,14,1: | 13 |
| 3 | Discrete particle modeling of granular temperature distribution in a bubbling fluidized bed显示文摘The discrete hard sphere particle model (DPM) is applied in this work to study numerically the distributions of particle and bubble granular temperatures in a bubbling fluidized bed. The dimensions of the bed and other parameters are set to correspond to those of Müller et al. (2008). Various drag models and operational parameters are investigated to find their influence on particle and bubble granular temperatures. Various inlet superficial gas velocities are used in this work to obtain their effect on flow characteristics. It is found that the superficial gas velocity has the most important effect on granular temperatures including bubble granular temperature, particle translational granular temperature and particle rotational granular temperature. The drag force model affects more seriously the large scale variables such as the bubble granular temperature. Restitution coefficient influences all granular temperatures to some degree. Simulation results are compared with experimental results by Müller et al. | 4 | Large-scale fabrication of highly ordered sub-20 nm noble metal nanoparticles on silica substrates without metallic adhesion layers显示文摘Periodic noble metal nanoparticles offer a wide spectrum of applications including chemical and biological sensors,optical devices,and model catalysts due to their extraordinary properties.For sensing purposes and catalytic studies,substrates made of glass or fused-silica are normally required as supports,without the use of metallic adhesion layers.However,precise patterning of such uniform arrays of silica-supported noble metal nanoparticles,especially at sub-100 nm in diameter,is challenging without adhesion layers.In this paper,we report a robust method to large-scale fabricate highly ordered sub-20 nm noble metal nanoparticles,i.e.,gold and platinum,supported on silica substrates without adhesion layers,combining displacement Talbot lithography(DTL)with dry-etching techniques.Periodic photoresist nanocolumns at diameters of~110 nm are patterned on metal-coated oxidized silicon wafers using DTL,and subsequently transferred at a 1:1 ratio into anti-reflection layer coating(BARC)nanocolumns with the formation of nano-sharp tips,using nitrogen plasma etching.These BARC nanocolumns are then used as a mask for etching the deposited metal layer using inclined argon ion-beam etching.We find that increasing the etching time results in coneshaped silica features with metal nanoparticles on the tips at diameters ranging from 100 nm to sub-30 nm,over large areas of 3×3 cm^(2).Moreover,subsequent annealing these sub-30 nm metal nanoparticle arrays at high-temperature results in sub-20 nm metal nanoparticle arrays with~10^(10) uniform particles. | Hai Le-The Erwin Berenschot Roald M.Tiggelaar Niels R.Tas Albert van den Berg Jan C.T.Eijkel | 2018 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2018,4,1: | 3 |

| 8 | 黄土高原多沙粗沙区植被适宜性空间分析与制图显示文摘以黄土高原多沙粗沙区为研究区,以植物自然分布为基础,利用DEM地形分析方法,对降雨、温度等因素的空间变化进行分析,并结合物种的生态环境需求,利用GIS空间分析功能,对该区38个物种适宜性的空间变化进行分析,并以此为基础,评价立地对植物生长型的适宜性。结果表明:利用DEM地形分析与GIS空间分析,可以很好地将物种适宜性的空间变化表现出来;利用VB编程,结合GIS,将物种适宜性与立地适宜性的空间变化予以图形显示。随着数据的积累和数据采集手段的改进,所采用的方法对于区域植被空间适宜性评价可提供积极的借鉴作用。 | 温仲明 赫晓慧 焦峰 Tim R. | 15 | A Review of Self-healing Metals: Fundamentals, Design Principles and Performance显示文摘Self-healing metals possess the capability to autonomously repair structural damage during service. While self-healing concepts remain challenging to be realized in metals and metallic systems due to the small atomic volume of the mobile atoms, the slow diffusion unless at high temperatures and the strong isotropic metallic bonds, the scientific interest has increased sharply and promising progress is obtained. This article provides a comprehensive and updated review on the developments and limitations associated with the various modes of potentially healable damage induced in metals and alloys, i.e., stressinduced damage, irradiation-induced damage in bulk materials and contact damage in corrosion protective coatings. The spontaneous intrinsic healing mechanisms not requiring external assistance other than the material operating at the right temperature and an assisted healing mechanism with external intervention are reviewed. Promising strategies to achieve self-healing in metals are identified.
