| 1 | QUADAS评价:一种用于诊断性研究的质量评价工具(修订版)显示文摘背景 QUADAS是一种新近发展起来的诊断性研究的质量评价工具。虽然已有系统评价采用了QUADAS,但尚未得以正式确证。本研究的目的是评价QUADAS的有效性和实用性。方法3位评价者采用QUADAS独立评价30项研究的质量。比较每位评价者的评分与最终结论之间的意见一致度。这主要是通过比较所有QUADAS条目的总分和每个单项的得分来实现的。20位曾在其系统评价中使用过QUADAS的评价者就其使用经验完成一份简短的问卷。结果就所有条目而言,每位评价者的评分与最终结论之间的意见一致度分别达到了91%、90%和85%。就单项QUADAS条目而言,一致度在50%至100%之间,中位值是90%。与难以解释的试验结果和退出病例相关的条目,评分结果差异最大。有关QUADAS内容的反馈意见普遍较好,仅少数评价者提出了有关QUADAS涵盖面、使用便利性、评分说明的清晰度及有效性方面的问题。结论QUADAS内容本身无需作大的修改。评价过程的主要困难出现在难以解释的试验结果和退出病例这2个条目的评分上。对这些条目的评分指南提出了修改意见。评价者必需根据其系统评价制定相应的评分指南,并确保所有评价者都清楚如何评分。评价者还应考虑是否所有的QUADAS条目都与其系统评价相关,以及其他质量条目是否应作为其系统评价的评价部分。 | Penny F Whiting Marie E Weswood Anne WS Rutjes Johannes B Reitsma Patrick NM Bossuyt Jos Kleijnen 马章淳 钱楠 | 2007 | 中国循证医学杂志2007，7，7： | 64 |
| 2 | 农田尺度下土体硝酸盐淋失的随机模拟及其风险性评价显示文摘以田间试验为基础,对所建立的简化土壤水氮联合运移模型进行了验证。将条件模拟方法所得到的表层土壤饱和导水率(Ks)的随机场与该联合模型相结合,随机地模拟了冬小麦地1999年3月15日至6月10日这一时段的硝酸盐淋失情况。在总来水量为353.8 mm、施N量为86.25 kg hm-2的情况下,2 m土体硝酸盐淋失量最小值为N 15.04 kg hm-2,最大值为N 26.04 kg hm-2,分别占此段施肥量的17.4%和30.2%。以传统方法(Ks平均值)所得到硝酸盐淋失量作为对照,发现硝酸盐淋失量超过该值且概率大于70%的面积约占到田块总面积的20%左右。说明由于田间空间变异的作用,造成了硝酸盐淋失的巨大差异,故不能用传统的方法来代替,因为这样做就掩盖了地下水可能造成硝酸盐污染的风险性。 | 胡克林 李保国 黄元仿 陈德立 White R E | 2005 | 土壤学报2005，42，6： | 16 |
| 3 | G-protein-coupled estrogen receptor as a new therapeutic target for treating coronary artery disease显示文摘Coronary heart disease(CHD) continues to be the greatest mortality risk factor in the developed world. Estrogens are recognized to have great therapeutic potential to treat CHD and other cardiovascular diseases; however,a significant array of potentially debilitating side effects continues to limit their use. Moreover,recent clinical trials have indicated that long-term postmenopausal estrogen therapy may actually be detrimental to cardiovascular health. An exciting new development is the finding that the more recently discovered G-protein-coupled estrogen receptor(GPER) is expressed in coronary arteries-both in coronary endothelium and in smooth muscle within the vascular wall. Accumulating evidence indicates that GPER activation dilates coronary arteries and can also inhibit the prolif-eration and migration of coronary smooth muscle cells. Thus,selective GPER activation has the potential to increase coronary blood flow and possibly limit the debilitating consequences of coronary atherosclerotic disease. This review will highlight what is currently known regarding the impact of GPER activation on coronary arteries and the potential signaling mechanisms stimulated by GPER agonists in these vessels.
