1The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. 2世界家庭医生组织(WONCA)研究论文摘要汇编——如何改进欧洲国家的全科医学/家庭医学发展状况:来自30个欧洲国家专家的建议显示文摘背景对全科医学/家庭医学(GP/FM)的管理、GP/FM医务人员能力、GP/FM服务开展状况、GP/FM学术发展及地位在欧洲各国存在很大的差异。世界卫生组织鼓励各国政府为其国民提供高质量的GP/FM服务,因为这是实现'人人健康'目标的必要条件。本研究旨在调查欧洲家庭医师组织协会(EURACT)成员就如何改进其所在国家的GP/FM的地位而提出建议。方法本研究使用了混合方法及探索性序列设计方案。来自32个欧洲国家的EURACT成员首次参加了在欧洲举行的如何改进GP/FM发展状况的头脑风暴活动。随后,由来自37个欧洲国家的代表使用利克特量表(9个条目)就EURACT代表提出的建议在其所在国家是否可行进行评分并加权计算,同时对其所在国家的GP/FM发展状况以4个维度来进行评价。结果有来自30个欧洲国家的代表完成了所有调查。研究对象一致认为,不管GP/FM在其国家目前发展状况如何,非常有必要确保将GP/FM建立一门在教学和科研方面并举发展的学科。来自将GP/FM视为非常重要或重要的国家的研究对象认为,将GP/FM现有发展水平提高到其他学科同等水平,此举非常重要。来自不重视GP/FM的国家代表称,已强调了设立共同学习目标并规定了参考书目。结论为了改进欧洲的GP/FM发展状况,EURACT及其他专业机构必须设立共同目标,欧洲各国应共享GP/FM专业知识。此外,让决策者了解GP/FM服务体系的成本效益也非常重要。ZARBAILOV N WILM S TANDETER H 本刊编辑部 2017中国全科医学2017,20,29:7
