1AFM research on Fe-based nanocrystal crystallization mechanism显示文摘The cross-section pattern of Fe-based alloy ribbon (Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9) annealed at different temperatures was investigated by AFM (atomic force microscope), and the effect mechanism of Nb and Cu in Fe-based alloy ribbon annealing was analyzed with XRD diffraction crystal analysis technique and other research results. New concepts of encapsulated grain, Nb vacancy cluster, Nb-B atom cluster and so on were proposed and used to describe the formation mechanism of α-Fe (Si) nanocrystal. 2Preliminary results of a new global ocean reanalysis显示文摘Using a new global ocean reanalysis of the second generation Global Ocean Data Assimilation System of the Beijing Climate Center(BCC_GODAS2.0) spanning the period 1990-2009,we firstly quantify the accuracy of BCC_GODAS2.0 in representing the temperature and salinity by comparing with OISST and SODA data.The results show that the assimilation system may effectively improve the estimations of temperature and salinity by assimilating all kinds of observations,especially in the equatorial eastern Pacific.Moreover,the root mean square errors of monthly temperature and salinity are respectively reduced by 0.53℃ and 0.28 psu,compared with the model control simulation results.Then,the applicability of this ocean reanalysis for sea surface temperature(SST) anomaly variability in the tropical Pacific is evaluated with the observational HadISST data.The NINO3 index of the new reanalysis shows a good agreement with that of HadISST,with a correlation of 93.6%.Variations in SST from BCC_GODAS2.0 are similar to those obtained from HadISST data along the equator,showing the major large zonal-scale features such as the strong magnitude of seasonal cycle.The amplitude of SST anomaly standard deviation in the equatorial eastern Pacific is also closer to observations(HadISST) than NCEP GODAS does.Besides,the first two leading empirical orthogonal function(EOF) modes of the monthly SST anomalies over the tropical Pacific region are explored.The EOF1 pattern of BCC_GODAS2.0 captures a traditional El Ni o pattern,which improves magnitudes of the positive SST anomaly in the cold tongue of the eastern Pacific.The EOF2 pattern exhibits a El Ni o Modoki pattern.Comparatively,the EOF2 pattern of BCC_GODAS2.0 extends more strongly toward the subtropics.It also overcomes the problem that negative loadings are confined in the narrow equatorial eastern Pacific.Consequently,the magnitude and spatial distribution of the leading EOF patterns of BCC_GODAS2.0 are well consistent with those of HadISST.WANG DongXiao QIN YingHao XIAO XianJun ZHANG ZuQiang WU FengMin 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,26:4

19Estimating single scattering albedo of winter wheat over the North China Plain using AMSR-E data显示文摘We proposed a method to estimate single scattering albedo of winter wheat over the North China Plain with AMSR-E passive microwave imagery. The relationships of single scattering albedo and optical depth between 6. 925 GHz and 10. 65 GHz were derived from simulations. To retrieve the single scattering albedo,the relationships were combined with the physical expressions of microwave vegetation indices derived from the first-order parameterized emission model. Comparisons with normalized difference vegetation index( NDVI) obtained from daily MODIS reflectance product showed that the variations in winter wheat single scattering albedo were similar to those of winter wheat NDVI. However,several differences were observed. NDVI showed saturation from the heading stage to the milky stage of winter wheat,whereas single scattering albedo remained sensitive to the growth of winter wheat. 20Structure and electrical properties of La_(2)O_(3)-doped(K,Na,Li)(Nb,Ta)O_(3)-(Bi,Na)TiO_(3) ceramics显示文摘In this paper,Lead-free based on 0.97(K_(0.48)Na_(0.48)Li_(0.04))(Nb_(0.8)Ta0.2)O_(3)-0.03Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_(3) with additives La_(2)O_(3)(1,2,3,4 wt.%)was prepared by the solid reaction method,and the effect of La dopant on the structural and electrical properties is investigated.The result indicates La dopant considerably decreases the optical band gap compared to the undoped composition.On the other hand,La doping leads to the higher dielectric property in a wider temperature,providing possibilities and directions for the sub­sequent development of ferroelectric photovoltaic materials with electrical properties and low optical band gap in a dramatical manner.Bingsen Wang Junjun Wang Jiaqi Li Miao Yang Minghao Huang Tianyi Ma Yu Tian Fengmin Wu 2023Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2023,13,2:0
