| 1 | Evaluation of the weakening behavior of gas on the coal strength and its quantitative influence on the coal deformation显示文摘The coal strength and deformation properties are key factors affecting safe coal mining and highefficiency coalbed methane(CBM)development.In this paper,reconstituted coal samples are chosen to investigate the weakening behavior of gas on coal strength,meanwhile,its effects on coal deformation are quantitatively evaluated.The results indicate that the weakening degree of gas on coal strength is closely related to the confining stress and gas pressure.Compared with non-gas-saturated coals,the maximum weakening ratios of adsorbed gas to coal strength are 10.58%,18.12%,8.55%and 14.65%under the conditions of confining stress CS=3 MPa and gas pressure GP=1 MPa,CS=3 MPa and GP=2 MPa,CS=4 MPa and GP=1 MPa,and CS=4 MPa and GP=2 MPa,respectively.Furthermore,the maximum weakening ratios of free gas to coal strength are 18.27%,36.54%,14.79%and 29.58%,respectively,under above four conditions.The maximum coal bulk strain decreases as particle sizes of coal powders increase,and it has a maximum value of 0.0227 and a minimum value of 0.0191 in particle size ranges of 0.01–0.041 and 0.5–1 mm.Under the same conditions,the coal bulk strain increases with increasing gas pressure,revealing that coal deformation properties can be enhanced by gas. | Haijun Guo Kai Wang Yuchen Wu Hanlu Tang Jianguo Wu Lianhe Guan Chenyang Chang Chao Xu | 2021 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,3: | 2 |

| 7 | Catalytic oxidative desulfurization of gasoline using phosphotungstic acid supported on MWW zeolite显示文摘Catalysts for the desulfurization of gasoline samples were synthesized via the immobilization of well-dispersed phosphotungstic acid(HPW)on Mobil compo-sition of matter-twenty-two(MWW)zeolite.Characteriza-tion results indicated that these catalysts possess a mesoporous structure with the retention of the Keggin structure of immobilized HPW.Relevant reaction para-meters influencing sulfur removal were systematically investigated,including HPW loading,catalyst dosage,temperature,initial S-concentration,molar ratio of oxidant to sulfide(O/S),volume ratio of MeCN to model oil(Ext./oil),and sulfide species.The 40 wt-%HPW/MWW catalyst exhibited the highest catalytic activity with 99.6%dibenzothiophene sulfur removal from prepared samples.The 40 wt-%HPW/MWW catalyst was recycled four times and could be easily regenerated.Finally,as an exploratory study,straight-run-gasoline and fluid catalytic cracking gasoline were employed to accurately evaluate the desulfurization performance of 40 wt-%HPW/MWW.Our research provides new insights into the development and application of catalysts for desulfurization of gasoline. | Hanlu Wang Idris Jibrin Xingye Zeng | 2020 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,4: | 1 |

| 12 | Expression of renal cubilin and its potential role in tubulointerstitial inflammation induced by albumin overload显示文摘Sustained proteinuria is an independent risk factor leading to kidney fibrosis and end-stage renal fail-ure.Over-reabsorption of filtered proteins,notably albu-min,has been proved to trigger interstitial inflammation and fibrosis in proteinuric renal disease.Cubilin,an endo-cytic receptor expressed on the renal tubular brush bor-der,is responsible for albumin reabsorption in physiologic condition.However,little is known about whether it is required for activation of tubular cells induced by albu-min overload.In this work,we investigated the change of cubilin expression and its potential role in albumin-induced up-regulation of chemokines synthesis in vivo and in vitro.Twenty-six patients with nephrotic syndrome were enrolled in this study.Proximal tubule uptake of albumin,expression of apical membrane cubilin and infiltrating cells in kidney interstitium were determined by immunocytochemistry.In vitro,the transcription of cubilin in HK2 cells after exposure to albumin was ana-lyzed by real-time PCR.Endocytosis of albumin in HK2 cells was examined by fluorescent microscope.The influ-ence of inhibition of cubilin on albumin-induced expres-sions of monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP-1)and regulated upon activation normal T-cell expressed and secreted(RANTES)was investigated by Western blot.The intensity of luminal cubilin and tubular accu-mulation of albumin were significantly increased in nephrotic kidneys.The expression of MCP-1 and RANTES was up-regulated,and there were spatial rela-tionships in localization between these chemokines and cubilin as well as intracellular albumin in kidney tissues.Infiltration of CD-3 and ED-1-positive cells was predom-inant in tubulointerstitial areas displaying signs of increases of cubilin expression and albumin accumula-tion.In vitro,the transcription of cubilin mRNA in HK2 cells was enhanced after 24 h exposure to albumin in a dose-dependent manner.Inhibition of endocytosis of albumin by antisense cubilin nucleotide markedly reduced expression of MCP-1 and RANTES.Cubilin was required for handling a greater amount of protein in nephrotic status and albumin-induced production of MCP-1 and RANTES by renal tubular cells,which further initiated tubulointerstitial inflammation in proteinuric disease. | Jurong YANG Yani HE Haiying SHEN Hanlu DING Kailong LI Huiming WANG | 2008 | Frontiers of Medicine2008,2,1: | 0 |

| 14 | Prediction of lipid nanoparticles for mRNA vaccines by the machine learning algorithm显示文摘Lipid nanoparticle(LNP) is commonly used to deliver mRNA vaccines.Currently,LNP optimization primarily relies on screening ionizable lipids by traditional experiments which consumes intensive cost and time.Current study attempts to apply computational methods to accelerate the LNP development for mRNA vaccines.Firstly,325 data samples of mRNA vaccine LNP formulations with IgG titer were collected.The machine learning algorithm,lightGBM,was used to build a prediction model with good performance(R^(2)>0.87).More importantly,the critical substructures of ionizable lipids in LNPs were identified by the algorithm,which well agreed with published results.The animal experimental results showed that LNP using DLin-MC3-DMA(MC3) as ionizable lipid with an N/P ratio at 6:1 induced higher efficiency in mice than LNP with SM-102,which was consistent with the model prediction.Molecular dynamic modeling further investigated the molecular mechanism of LNPs used in the experiment.The result showed that the lipid molecules aggregated to form LNPs,and mRNA molecules twined around the LNPs.In summary,the machine learning predictive model for LNP-based mRNA vaccines was first developed,validated by experiments,and further integrated with molecular modeling.The prediction model can be used for virtual screening of LNP formulations in the future. | Wei Wang Shuo Feng Zhuyifan Ye Hanlu Gao Jinzhong Lin Defang Ouyang | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,6: | 0 |
