1The antitumor effect of tanshinone IIA on antiproliferation and decreasing VEGF/VEGFR2 expression on the human non-small cell lung cancer A549 cell line显示文摘The effects of tanshinone IIA on the proliferation of the human non-small cell lung cancer cell line A549 and its possible mechanism on the VEGF/VEGFR signal pathway were investigated.The exploration of the interaction between tanshinone IIA and its target proteins provides a feasible platform for studying the anticancer mechanism of active components of herbs.The CCK-8 assay was used to evaluate the proliferative activity of A549 cells treated with tanshinone IIA(2.5 80 μmol/L) for 24,48 and 72 h,respectively.Flow cytometry was used for the detection of cell apoptosis and cell cycle perturbation.VEGF and VEGFR2 expression were studied by Western blotting.The binding mode of tanshinone IIA within thecrystal structure of the VEGFR2 protein was evaluated with molecular docking analysis by use of the CDOCKER algorithm in Discovery Studio 2.1.The CCK-8 results showed that tanshinone IIA can significantly inhibit A549 cell proliferation in a dose-and time-dependent manner.Flow cytometry results showed that the apoptosis rate of tested group was higher than the vehicle control,and tanshinone IIAtreated cells accumulated at the S phase,which was higher than the vehicle control.Furthermore,the expression of VEGF and VEGFR2 was decreased in Western blot.Finally,molecular docking analysis revealed that tanshinone IIA could be stably docked into the kinase domain of VEGFR2 protein with its unique modes to form H-bonds with Cys917 and π–π stacking interactions with Val848.In conclusion,tanshinone IIA may suppress A549 proliferation,induce apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at the S phase.This drug may suppress angiogenesis by targeting the protein kinase domains of VEGF/VEGFR2.Jun Xie Jiahui Liu Heng Liu Shihui Liang Meigui Lin Yueyu Gu Taoli Liu Dongmei Wang Hui Gee Sui-lin Mo 2015Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2015,5,6:26
2Slightly ruthenium doping enables better alloy nanoparticle exsolution of perovskite anode for high-performance direct-ammonia solid oxide fuel cells显示文摘Fuel flexibility is one of the most distinguished advantages of solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs)over other low-temperature fuel cells.Furthermore,the combination of ammonia fuel and SOFCs technology should be a promising clean energy system after considering the high energy density,easy transportation/storage,matured synthesis technology and carbon-free nature of NH_(3) as well as high efficiency of SOFCs.However,the large-scale applications of direct-ammonia SOFCs(DASOFCs)are strongly limited by the inferior anti-sintering capability and catalytic activity for ammonia decomposition reaction of conventional nickel-based cermet anode.Herein,a slightly ruthenium(Ru)doping in perovskite oxides is proposed to promote the alloy nanoparticle exsolution,enabling better DA-SOFCs with enhanced power outputs and operational stability.After treating Ru-doped Pr_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.75)Ru_(0.05)O_(3-δ) single-phase perovskite in a reducing atmosphere,in addition to the formation of two layered Ruddlesden-Popper perovskites and Pr_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles(the same as the Ru-free counterpart,Pr_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.8)O_(3-δ)),the exsolution of CoFeRu-based alloy nanoparticles is remarkably promoted.Such reduced Pr_(0.6)Sr0.4Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.75)Ru_(0.05)O_(3-δ) composite anode shows superior catalytic activity and stability for NH_(3) decomposition reaction as well as anti-sintering capability in DA-SOFCs to those of reduced Pr0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O_(3-δ)due to the facilitated nanoparticle exsolution and stronger nanoparticle/substrate interaction.This work provides a facile and effective strategy to design highly active and durable anodes for DA-SOFCs,promoting large-scale applications of this technology.Xiandong Xiong Jian Yu Xiaojian Huang Dan Zou Yufei Song Meigui Xu Ran Ran Wei Wang Wei Zhou Zongping Shao 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,30:3

8Impact-sliding wear response of 2.25Cr1Mo steel tubes:Experimental and semi-analytical method显示文摘The impact-sliding wear behavior of steam generator tubes in nuclear power plants is complex owing to the dynamic nature of the mechanical response and self-induced tribological changes.In this study,the effects of impact and sliding velocity on the impact-sliding wear behavior of a 2.25Cr1Mo steel tube are investigated experimentally and numerically.In the experimental study,a wear test rig that can measure changes in the impact and friction forces as well as the compressive displacement over different wear cycles,both in real time,is designed.A semi-analytical model based on the Archard wear law and Hertz contact theory is used to predict wear.The results indicate that the impact dynamic effect by the impact velocity is more significant than that of the sliding velocity,and that both velocities affect the friction force and wear degree.The experimental results for the wear depth evolution agree well with the corresponding simulation predictions.Meigui YIN Thibaut CHAISE Liwen WANG Daniel NÉLIAS Minhao ZHU Zhenbing CAI 2022Friction2022,10,3:0
