1The Portevin-Le Chatelier effect of gradient nanostructured 5182 aluminum alloy by surface mechanical attrition treatment显示文摘Nanocrystalline surface layers and gradient nanostructure in 5182 aluminum alloy have been produced through surface mechanical attrition treatment(SMAT). The results indicate that the gradient nanostructure can not only improve the mechanical properties of 5182 Al alloy, but also has a certain effect on the Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC) effect. The yield and ultimate tensile strength of 5182 Al alloy with SMAT are significantly improved combining with the decrease of fracture elongation compared with the as-received one. The PLC effect of 5182 Al alloy could be effectively postponed by the formation of gradient nanostructure after SMAT. It leads to the increase of critical strain of the PLC effect, more concentrated distribution of serrated strain, and increase of average stress amplitude in special strain range. The influence of grain size and gradient nanostructure on the PLC effect of 5182 Al alloy was also discussed in detail. Grain refinement could sharply increase the density of dislocations and hinder the movement of dislocations, which results in the decrease of moving speed of dislocations and the more concentrated distribution of solute atoms. The solute atoms would aggregate to form nano precipitates and further impede movement of dislocation. 2The origin and evolution of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway in yam显示文摘Diosgenin,mainly produced by Dioscorea species,is a traditional precursor of most hormonal drugs in the pharmaceutical industry.The mechanisms that underlie the origin and evolution of diosgenin biosynthesis in plants remain unclear.After sequencing the whole genome of Dioscorea zingiberensis,we revealed the evolutionary trajectory of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway in Dioscorea and demonstrated the de novo biosynthesis of diosgenin in a yeast cell factory.First,we found that P450 gene duplication and neofunctionalization,driven by positive selection,played important roles in the origin of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway.Subsequently,we found that the enrichment of diosgenin in the yam lineage was regulated by CpG islands,which evolved to regulate gene expression in the diosgenin pathway and balance the carbon flux between the biosynthesis of diosgenin and starch.Finally,by integrating genes fromplants,animals,and yeast,weheterologously synthesized diosgenin to 10mg/l in genetically-engineered yeast.Our study not only reveals the origin and evolutionary mechanisms of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway in Dioscorea,but also introduces an alternative approach for the production of diosgenin through synthetic biology.Jian Cheng Jing Chen Xiaonan Liu Xiangchen Li Weixiong Zhang Zhubo Dai Lina Lu Xiang Zhou Jing Cai Xueli Zhang Huifeng Jiang Yanhe Ma 2021Plant Communications2021,2,1:2
3Insight analysis of the cross-sensitization of multiple fish parvalbumins via the Th1/Th2 immunological balance and cytokine release from the perspective of safe consumption of fish显示文摘Objectives:Parvalbumin(PV)is the primary allergen found in fish and is highly conserved.According to some studies,some patients with fish allergy are allergic to only one species of fish but are tolerant to others;however,the underlying mechanism has not been identified.Materials and Methods:The cross-reactivity of these seven fish parvalbumins based on turbot PV-treated mice was determined using BALB/c mouse and RBL-2H3 cell models.Meanwhile,immunoinformatic tools were used to assess cross-reactivity.Results:The results indicated that the seven species of fishes(turbot,large yellow croaker,sea bass,grass carp,common carp,conger eel and Japanese eel)studied exhibited varying degrees of cross-reactivity,with the highest cross-reactivity being between turbot and bass and the lowest being between turbot and conger eel.The bioinformatics analysis revealed that the sequence homology of parvalbumin between conger eel and turbot was the lowest,which may account for the conger eel and turbot cross-reaction being so limited.Parvalbumin was a potent cross-reactive allergen found in turbot,large yellow croaker,sea bass,grass carp,common carp,conger eel and Japanese eel,and the cross-reactivity between conger eel and turbot parvalbumin was the weakest.Conclusion:This study demonstrated that the cross-reactivity between conger eel PV and turbot PV was the weakest.Yeting Wu Youyou Lu Yuhao Huang Hong Lin Xuewen Dang Yujie Jing Zhaocheng Meng Xiangchen Wang Zhenxing Li 2022Food Quality and Safety2022,6,4:0
4Study on the technology of 3W1 superconducting magnet显示文摘Introduction The superconducting wiggler magnet named as 3W1 is the key device for the test facility for the High Energy Photon Source(HEPS).The magnet structure is 1430 mm long with a gap of 68 mm,and the designed peak field is 2.6 T.The main magnet part is comprised by 28 main coils and 4 correction coils at both ends.Due to the large gap and high field,the manufacturing process is extremely difficult.Method During R&D,the problems of coil winding,impregnation,pre-stress evaluation and quench risk control were solved by optimizing the technology.The coils were divided into groups to complete the cryogenic test,and the qualified coils were selected to complete the assembly of the magnet.Conclusion The bare magnet has been tested with liquid helium bath in April 2018 in IHEP,and the loading current reached up to 345 A resulting in the expected 2.61 T.In this paper,the technology about the coil winding,impregnation,assembling and test is presented in detail.Xiangchen Yang Fusan Chen Xianjing Sun Xiaojuan Bian Wan Chen Huihua Lu Zhiqiang Li 2022Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2022,6,1:0
5Themagnetic field measurement system for HEPS-TF superconducting wiggler显示文摘Background High Energy Photon Source(HEPS)is the fourth-generation synchrotron radiation source to be established in China.HEPS is a high-performance and high-energy synchrotron radiation light source with a beam energy of 6 GeV and an ultra-low emittance of better than 0.06 nm×rad(http://gffzz0c2c778f4fee478bhukn9f0qnbcqb6qkf.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/heps/index.html).Superconducting 3W1 wiggler magnet is one of the insertion devices in High Energy Photon Source Test Facility project(HEPS-TF).And it is also the key component to obtain higher brightness in high photon energy range.Purpose In the development process of superconducting wiggler,in order to ensure the magnetic field quality of each processing,it is necessary to monitor the magnetic field performance of before and after the full length bare magnet installed with cryostat.Therefore,different magnetic field measuring devices are being developed for different develop stages.Methods The magnetic field performance of the full length bare magnet should be tested in vertical at low temperature.After the magnetic structure is installed in the horizontal cryostat,the horizontal test is carried out.In view of these two processes,the vertical magnetic field measurement system and the horizontal magnetic field measurement system have been developed,respectively.Results The magnetic performances of the full length bare magnet and assembled with the horizontal cryostat were measured by the vertical and horizontal magnetic field measurement system.The first and second field integrals are corrected to better than the Physical requirements according to the magnetic field measurement results.Detailed magnetic field performances are described in this paper.Conclusion After more than a year operation of 3W1-SCW on the BII line station,the characteristic energy and photon flux of synchrotron radiation have been greatly improved,and the performance is excellent.It indicates that the measurement results of the magnetic field measurement system are reliable and credible.Wan Chen ZhiQiang Li Zhuo Zhang XiangChen Yang FuSan Chen XianJing Sun Huihua Lu 2022Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2022,6,1:0

7Ultrafast Carbonized Wood of Electrode-Scaled Aligned-Porous Structure for High-Performance Lithium Batteries显示文摘The use of carbonized wood in various functional devices is attracting considerable attention due to its low cost,vertical channels,and high electrical conduction.However,the conventional carbonization method requires a long processing time and an inert atmosphere.Here,a microwave-assisted ultrafast carbonization technique was developed that carbonizes natural wood in seconds without the need for an inert atmosphere,and the obtained aligned-porous carbonized wood provided an excellent electrochemical performance as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries.This ultrafast carbonization technique simultaneously produced ZnO nanoparticles during the carbonization process that were uniformly distributed on the alignedporous carbon.The hierarchical structure of carbonized wood functionalized with ZnO nanoparticles was used as a host for achieving high-performance lithium-sulfur batteries:the highly conductive carbonized wood framework with vertical channels provided good electron transport pathways,and the homogeneously dispersed ZnO nanoparticles effectively adsorbed lithium polysulfide and catalyzed its conversion reactions.In summary,a new method was developed to realize the ultrafast carbonization of biomass materials with decorated metal oxide nanoparticles.Shaojie Chen Lu Nie Hongsheng Shi Xiangchen Hu Zeyu Wang Xinshui Zhang Yuyao Zhang Qilin Hu Tianyi Gao Yi Yu Wei Liu 2023Transactions of Tianjin University2023,29,5:0
8Signal acquisition of Luojia-1A low earth orbit navigation augmentation system with software defined receiver显示文摘Low Earth Orbit(LEO)satellite navigation signal can be used as an opportunity signal in the case of a Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)outage,or as an enhancement by means of traditional GNSS positioning algorithms.No matter which service mode is used,signal acquisition is a prerequisite for providing enhanced LEO navigation services.Compared with the medium orbit satellite,the transit time of the LEO satellite is shorter.Thus,it is of great significance to expand the successful acquisition time range of the LEO signal.Previous studies on LEO signal acquisition are based on simulation data.However,signal acquisition research based on real data is crucial.In this work,the signal characteristics of LEO satellites:power space density in free space and the Doppler shift of LEO satellites are individually studied.The unified symbolic definitions of several integration algorithms based on the parallel search signal acquisition algorithm are given.To verify these algorithms for LEO signal acquisition,a Software Defined Receiver(SDR)is developed.The performance of these integration algorithms on expanding the successful acquisition time range is verified by the real data collected from the Luojia-1A satellite.The experimental results show that the integration strategy can expand the successful acquisition time range,and it will not expand indefinitely with the integration duration.The performance of the coherent integration and differential integration algorithms is better than the other two integration algorithms,so the two algorithms are recommended for LEO signal acquisition and a 20 ms integration duration is preferred.The detection threshold of 2.5 is not suitable for all integration algorithms and various integration durations,especially for the Maximum-to-Mean Ratio indicator.Liang Chen Xiangchen Lu Nan Shen Lei Wang Yuan Zhuang Ye Su Deren Li Ruizhi Chen 2022Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,1:0
