1Trending IC design directions in 2022显示文摘For the non-stop demands for a better and smarter society, the number of electronic devices keeps increasing exponentially;and the computation power, communication data rate, smart sensing capability and intelligence are always not enough. Hardware supports software, while the integrated circuit(IC) is the core of hardware. In this long review paper, we summarize and discuss recent trending IC design directions and challenges, and try to give the readers big/cool pictures on each selected small/hot topics. We divide the trends into the following six categories, namely, 1) machine learning and artificial intelligence(AI) chips, 2) communication ICs, 3) data converters, 4) power converters, 5) imagers and range sensors, 6) emerging directions. 5The Palaeoclimate Variations in the Central Plains Since the Interstade of the Last Glacial Stage显示文摘Through the study of a high-resolution loess record in the Central Plains, the short-term palaeoclimatic variations since the interstade of the last glacial stage have been discussed in this paper. The palaeoclimate in the East Asian monsoon areas shows different variation patterns in summer and winter. 6BiodMHC:an online server for the prediction of MHC class Ⅱ-peptide binding affinity显示文摘Effective identification of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules restricted peptides is a critical step in discovering immune epitopes. Although many online servers have been built to predict class Ⅱ MHC-peptide binding affinity, they have been trained on different datasets, and thus fail in providing a unified comparison of various methods. In this paper, we present our implementation of seven popular predictive methods, namely SMM-align, ARB, SVR-pairwise, Gibbs sampler, ProPred, LP-top2, and MHCPred, on a single web server named BiodMHC (http://gffzz1faacc889862489dh69x9xcufnfc66oxv.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/BiodMHC/index.html, the software is available upon request). Using a standard measure of AUC (Area Under the receiver operating characteristic Curves), we compare these methods by means of not only cross validation but also prediction on independent test datasets. We find that SMM-align, ProPred, SVR-pairwise, ARB, and Gibbs sampler are the five best-performing methods. 7Reconstructing proton channels via Zr-MOFs realizes highly ion-selective and proton-conductive SPEEK-based hybrid membrane for vanadium flow battery显示文摘There is an urgent need to break through the trade-off between proton conductivity and ion selectivity of proton exchange membrane(PEM)in vanadium flow battery(VFB).Proton channels in PEM are the key to controlling the ion sieving and proton conductivity in VFB.Herein,two types of proton channels are reconstructed in the hybrid membrane via introducing modified Zr-MOFs(IM-UIO-66-AS)into SPEEK matrix.Internal proton channels in IM-UIO-66-AS and interfacial proton channels between grafted imidazole groups on Zr-MOFs and SPEEK greatly improve the conductivity of the IM-UIO-66-AS/SPEEK hybrid membrane.More importantly,both reconstructed proton channels block the vanadium-ion permeation to realize enhanced ion selectivity according to the size sieving and Donnan exclusion effects,respectively.Moreover,the hybrid membrane exhibits good mechanical property and dimensional stability.Benefiting from such rational design,a VFB loading with the optimized membrane exhibits enhanced voltage efficiency of 79.9%and outstanding energy efficiency of 79.6%at 200 m A cm^(-2),and keeps a notable cycle stability for 300 cycles in the long-term cycling test.Therefore,this study provides inspiration for preparing next-generation PEMs with high ion selectivity and proton conductivity for VFB application.Denghua Zhang Wenjie Yu Yue Zhang Sihan Cheng Mingyu Zhu Shuai Zeng Xihao Zhang Yifan Zhang Chao Luan Zishen Yu Lansong Liu Kaiyue Zhang Jianguo Liu Chuanwei Yan 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,,12:0
