| 1 | Reservoir Characteristics of Lacustrine Shale and Marine Shale:Examples from the Songliao Basin,Bohai Bay Basin and Qiannan Depression显示文摘Lacustrine shale from the Qingshankou Formatin of Songliao basin and the Shahejie Formation of Bohai Bay basin, and marine shale from the lower Cambrian Jiumenchong Formation of Qiannan depression were analysed by using rock pyrolysis, TOC(total organic carbon), XRD(X-ray diffraction), SEM(scanning electron microscope), FE-SEM(field emission scanning electron microscope), high pressure mercury intrusion, and low pressure N_2 and CO_2 gas adsorption experiments, in aim to reveal their reservoir features. The results show that:(1) the width of micro-pores of all the studied samples mainly ranges from 0.45 to 0.7 nm indicated by CO_2 isotherms, and the width of meso-pores is less than 10 nm, with type IV adsorption isotherms and type H2 hysteresis loop, indicative of 'ink-bottle'-shaped pores. Good correlations exist among pore volume, surface area and averaged pore diameter, and a good positive correlation exists between micro-pore volume and TOC content; however, there is no obvious correlation between meso-pore volume and TOC content;(2) interparticle pores, pores among the edge of mineral grains and organic matter pores were all identified in marine and lacustrine shale, among which the interparticle pores may be influence by dissolution effect. Not all bitumen develops organic matter pore, and only high to over mature bitumen present pores. Now the description methods of micrometer scale pores developed in shale are very lack. | 2 | Geobiological processes of the formation of lacustrine source rock in Paleogene显示文摘Gypsum-salt rocks and coccolith calcareous shale are widely deposited in the lower part of the Paleogene Shahejie Formation in the Dongying Sag,Shandong Province.The gypsum-salt rock is believed to be formed during the earlier deposition in salt lake,while the overlying coccolith shale in saline lake with relatively low salinity.By comparing the lake environment and lacustrine microbial communities between ancient and recent lakes,cyanobacteria are regarded as the main representative of productivity during the formation of gypsum-salt strata series,with the annual productivity of 1500-2000 gC m-2 yr-1.Based on the research of ultramicrofossils in the calcareous shale,coccolith is considered as the main contributor to the productivity during the formation of calcareous shale.On the basis of statistic data of sedimentary rates,shale laminations,and coccolith fossils in each lamination,the quantitative value of productivity is calculated,with the annual productivity of 2250-3810gC m-2 yr-1(averagely 3120 gC m-2 yr-1).Statistic data of large amount of pyrite framboids indicate that the lower water column was persistently in sulfidic or anoxic conditions during the deposition of gypsum-salt strata series,but it changed to be dysoxic when the coccolith calcareous shale was deposited.Both of these water conditions are favorable for the preservation of organic matter.It is estimated that the organic carbon burial efficiency of the Lower Paleogene salt lakes and saline lakes of Dongying Depression is about 10%-15%,which is calculated and analyzed using the multi-parameter geobiological model. | LI GuoShan WANG YongBiao LU ZongSheng LIAO Wei SONG GuoQi WANG XueJun XU XingYou | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,5: | 10 |
| 3 | Chemical vapor deposition of monolayer WS2 nano- sheets on Au foils toward direct application in hydrogen evolution显示文摘Monolayer tungsten disulfide (WS2), a typical member of the semiconducting transition metal dichalcogenide family has drawn considerable interest because of its unique properties. Intriguingly the edge of WS2 exhibits an ideal hydrogen binding energy which makes WS2 a potential alternative to Pt-based electrocatalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). Here, we demonstrate for the first time the successful synthesis of uniform monolayer WS2 nanosheets on centimeter- scale Au foils using a facile, low-pressure chemical vapor deposition method. The edge lengths of the universally observed triangular WS2 nanosheets are tunable from -100 to N1,000 nm. The WS2 nanosheets on Au foils featuring abundant edges were then discovered to be efficient catalysts for the HER, exhibiting a rather high exchange current density of -30.20 μA/cm2 and a small onset potential of Nl10 mV. The effects of coverage and domain size (which correlate closely with the active edge density of WS2) on the electrocatalytic activity were investigated. | 11 | Surface and optical properties of silicon nitride deposited by inductively coupled plasma-chemical vapor deposition显示文摘The surface and optical properties of silicon nitride samples with different compositions were investigated. The samples were deposited on In P by inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition using different NH_3 flow rates. Atomic force microscopy measurements show that the surface roughness is increased for the samples with both low and high NH_3 flow rates. By optimization, when the NH_3 flow rate is 6 sccm, a smooth surface with RMS roughness of 0.74 nm over a 5 × 5 μm^2 area has been achieved. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements reveal the Si/N ratio of the samples as a function of NH_3 flow rate. It is found that amorphous silicon is dominant in the samples with low NH_3 flow rates, which is also proved in Raman measurements. The bonding energies of the Si and N atoms have been extracted and analyzed. | 13 | Tetrapioid induction of Crassostrea hongkongensis and C.sikamea by inhibiting the polar body 1 release in diploid fertilized eggs显示文摘The production of an all-triploid population by mating tetrapioid males with diploid females is the best and most fundamental method for the large-scale production of triploid oysters.Obtaining a stable tetrapioid population is essential for guaranteed production in industrialized triploid cultivation.C.hongkongensis and C.sikamea are important oyster breeding species in southern China,and have great economic value.However,there are not any published data on inducing tetrapioid C.hongkongensis or C.sikamea.Therefore,we investigated tetrapioid induction in these two oyster species by inhibiting the PB1 release in diploid fertilized eggs using Cytochalasin B(CB)under 31℃,15%o salinity.The results confirmed that the optimal tetrapioid induction conditions for C.hongkongensis were a CB concentration of 0.50 mg/L with induction starting at 9.0 min after fertilization,and stopping at 21.0 min after fertilization;the induction efficiency index reached 0.123 under these conditions.The optimal tetrapioid induction conditions for C.sikamea were a CB concentration of 0.50 mg/L,with induction starting at 7.5 min after fertilization and stopping at 18 min after fertilization;the induction efficiency index could be as high as 0.281 under these conditions.However,we confirmed that the tetrapioid rate decreased with larval growth,and no tetrapioids were detected in the juvenile period of either C.hongkongensis or C.sikamea.This may be attributed to the very low survival of the tetrapioid larvae induced by this method,especially as most tetrapioid larvae died during the first three days.In summary,it is simple to directly induce tetrapioid C.hongkongensis and C.sikamea larvae by inhibiting the PB1 release of diploid zygotes,but the low survival rate makes it challenging to obtain viable juvenile tetrapioids. | Yanping Qin Zohaib Noor Xingyou Li Yuehuan Zhang Ziniu Yu Haitao Ma Jun Li Yinyin Zhou Riguan Mo | 2021 | Marine Life Science & Technology2021,3,4: | 1 |
