2Curative effect of Dingqi analgesic patch on cancer pain:a single-blind randomized controlled trail显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of an acupoint application with a Dingqi analgesic patch on moderate to severe pain caused by liver cancer.METHODS:Forty patients with moderate to severe pain caused by liver cancer were randomly divided intoatreatmentgroup(TG)andacontrolgroup(CG).Patients with moderate pain were given 100 mg qd of a sustainably released tablet of tramadol hydrochloride;patientswithseverepainweregiven4.2mg q3d of the fentanyl transdermal system.The ashi points Ganshu(BL 18),Danshu(BL 19) and Qimen(LR 14) were chosen for the acupoint application intervention.CG patients were given a sham patch and TG patients were given a Dingqi analgesic patch.A visual analogue scale(VAS) was used before treatment and after 1,3,6,9 and 12 days of treatment.The Karnofsky score was measured before treatment and after 12 days of treatment.Any main adverse reactions(e.g.nausea,constipation,dizziness and headache) were recorded after 6 and 12 days of treatment.Any skin side effects(i.e.skin irritation and allergic reactions) were recorded.RESULTS:The VAS in TG was significantly lower than that in CG after 3,6,9 and 12 days of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the Karnofsky score before treatment and after 12 days of treatment between CG and TG.There were also no significant differences in the main adverse reactions or skin side effects after 6 and 12 days of treatment between CG andTG(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The Dingqi analgesic patch can enhance the analgesic effect of tramadol and fentanyl.Changjun Wang Wei Tan Xuhui Huang Tingting Fu Juze Lin Junmin Bu Guojian Wei Yu Du 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2:9
3CSES GNSS ionospheric inversion technique, validation and error analysis显示文摘With the increased number of low Earth orbit(LEO) satellites equipped with global navigation satellite system(GNSS) receiver,the LEO based GNSS slant total electron content(TEC) and electron density profile(EDP) data play an increasingly important role in space weather and ionospheric research due to improved global coverage. China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES), which was launched in February 2018, is equipped with GNSS receiver for either precise orbit determination(POD) and ionospheric inversion. The purpose of the present paper is to validate CSES GNSS ionospheric inversion technique based on the real observations and verify the accuracy of TEC and EDP retrieval based on the simulated data. The following conclusions can be drawn: the epoch difference inversion(EDI) derived from CSES can successfully retrieve the EDPs without non-occultation side measurements; the technique of EDI and the calibrated TEC inversion(CTI) have similar behaviors in inversion errors,however, the retrieved Nm F2 and hm F2 have a larger systematic error surrounding the equatorial ionization anomaly(EIA)where the assumption of spherical symmetry is often invalid; the precision and accuracy of retrieved TEC have been investigated in the paper based on the simulated data, and it is found that the accuracy of the retrieved TEC is relative to solar activity: the lower the F10.7 index, the higher the accuracy of retrieved TEC.LIN Jian SHEN XuHui HU LiangChen WANG LanWei ZHU FuYing 2018Science China(Technological Sciences)2018,61,5:5
4Stitching algorithm for ion beam figuring of optical mirrors显示文摘A novel stitching machining method for ion beam figuring of optical mirrors is presented in this paper. Problems that should be dealt with in the stitching process such as shaping principle,algorithm for dwell time calculation,parameter identification and compensation for positioning errors are discussed. Based on Computer Controlled Optical Surfacing(CCOS)principle,the finite field nonlinear model is deduced from the stitching shaping mechanism;with the superposition property in the model,a modified Richardson-Lucy iterative algorithm is presented to deconvolute the dwell time for the stitching process;the effect of the positioning errors and the removal rate on the machining accuracy and shape is modeled and then the identification and compensation algorithm for these parameters is proposed based on this model.With these studies,shaping theory and algorithm are constructed,and then the stitching process for ion beam figuring comes into being.Figuring experiments are made on planar samples;the process convergence ratio is 10,which is similar to that in full aperture figuring.Theo- retical and experimental studies indicate that the stitching theory and algorithm in the ion beam figuring process presented in this paper are a novel method for fabrication of precision mirrors with lower cost.ShengYi Li ChangJun Jiao XuHui Xie Lin Zhou 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,12:3
5Frequency-domain analysis of computer-controlled optical surfacing processes显示文摘Mid-high spatial frequency errors are often induced on optical surfaces polished by computer-controlled optical surfacing (CCOS) processes. In order to efficiently remove these errors, which would degrade the performances of optical systems, the ability of a CCOS process to correct the errors have been investigated based on the convolution integral model in view of the availability of material removal. To quantify the ability, some conceptions, such as figure correcting ability and material removal availability (MRA), have been proposed. The research result reveals that the MRA of the CCOS process to correct a single spatial frequency error is determined by its tool removal function (TRF), and it equals the normalized amplitude spectrum of the Fourier transform of its TRF. Finally, three sine surfaces were etched using ion beam figuring (IBF), which is a typical CCOS process. The experimental results have verified the theoretical analysis. 6Analysis of GNSS radio occultation data from satellite ZH-01显示文摘The electromagnetic satellite Zhangheng 01(ZH-01) was successfully launched on February 2, 2018. The GNSS Radio Occultation(GRO) receiver on board the satellite is able to observe the occultation events of GPS and BeiDou navigation satellites. We analyzed the data acquired during the in-orbit testing period. We concludes that the GRO ionosphere inversion results are reasonable,the trend is correct, the satellite can observe about 600 ionosphere occultation events each day. The global coverage of more than 30000 consecutive GRO events in more than two months were analyzed and compared with COSMIC observations: both the GRO and COSMIC occultation can realize global coverage: the Nm F2 and Hm F2 global distributions are similar and change obviously with latitude. We used three digisondes at different latitudes to analyze and compare the spatio-temporally consistent GRO data: the RMSE of GRO Nm F2 relative to digisonde is better than 9.41%, the correlation coefficient is better than 0.8682: the relative RMSE of Hm F2 is better than 7.80% and the correlation coefficient is better than 0.7066.Yan Cheng Jian Lin XuHui Shen Xiang Wan XinXing Li WenJun Wang 2018Earth and Planetary Physics2018,2,6:2

9High Prevalence of Eimeria Infection in Domestic Pigeons(Columba Livia Domestica) in Guangdong Province, Southern China显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to make a survey of domestic pigeons for infection with Eimeria species of coccidia was conducted in Guangdong Province, southern China. [Method] A total of 244 fecal samples(102 from Huizhou, 83 from Jiangmen, 35 from Chaozhou and 24 from Guangzhou, respectively) in four pigeon breeding farms between June 2012 and March2013 were collected and examined microscopically. [Results] Eimeria oocysts were seen in 223(91.4%) fecal samples, with three species, namely E. labbeana, E.columbae and E. kapotei. E. labbeana was the most common species in Guangdong provinces with an overall prevalence of 91.4%, while a slightly lower incidence of E. columbae and E. kapotei species was detected with11.1% and 6.6%, representatively. The prevalence in different months varied ranging from 83.3% to 91.7%, with the highest prevalence in summer. Nestling groups showed obviously high infection than adult pigeons. 12The potential effect of variations in climate and agricultural practice on N_2O emissions (Ⅱ)——Variations in agricultural practice显示文摘WE expanded Decomposition-Denitrification (DNDC)modeling study to systematically assess the potential effect of farming practice on N2O emission by choosing a corn-rape rotation and a soybean-winterwheat rotation field in Guizhou Province, westsouthern China, asN2O emission from subtropical agricultural soil study plots. These sensitivity studies address questions relevant to issue of how change in fanning practice might be used to mitigate emissions. Manure additions had the most pronounced impact on N2O emissions of farming practice simulatedand the influence of manure addition was nonlinear (fig. 1). This result is consistent with previous studies for an Iowa corn field. The addition of manure remarkably elevates the level of organic carbon, enhances soil nitrogen mineralization, and increases the efficiency of N2O production. 13Seasonal Variations of Soil Enzyme Activity on Rocky Hillsides Continuously Planted with Vitis heyneana Roem.et Schult显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Vitis heyneana cultivation on rocky hillsides on the variation of soil fertility,so as to provide theoretical support for economic development and the control of rocky desertification in the Dashi mountainous area.[Methods]Taking V.heyneana planting base in Luocheng County,Hechi City,Guangxi Province as the research object,the methods of field investigation,regular sampling and experimental analysis were used to analyze seasonal variations of soil urease,sucrase and soil alkaline phosphatase activity of 15 different sample plots surveyed,and their correlation with soil physical and chemical properties was analyzed.[Results]①In general,sucrase,urease and alkaline phosphatase were lower in summer and autumn,and higher in spring and winter,and the performance of the activity of the three enzymes was inconsistent.Among them,the activity of sucrase was in order of spring>autumn>summer>winter,and the activity of urease and alkaline phosphatase showed an order of winter>spring>summer>autumn.②The seasonal variations of soil fertility in different sample plots were affected by various factors such as human disturbance,climate change,vegetation coverage,topography and landforms,cultivation and management measures,and although the change laws in different sample plots were different,the seasonal differences in soil fertility in the same place were extremely significant.③If the influence of artificial fertilization factors is excluded,the planting of V.heyneana on rocky hillsides will cause a significant decrease in soil enzyme activity,that is,a significant decrease in soil fertility.[Conclusions]Related issues such as the effects of planting V.heyneana on the variation of soil fertility in rocky hillsides should arouse necessary attention of management departments and producers.Peiqing LIU Xuhui LIU Chengjian YANG Hanye LIN Wenhui XIE Linhong CHEN Yongrong QIN 2021Agricultural Biotechnology2021,10,5:1

18Enhanced electrochemical oxidation of phenol by introducing ferric ions and UV radiation显示文摘The mineralization of phenol in aerated electrochemical oxidation has been investigated.The results show that a cathodic Fenton process can occur when the Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni alloy material is used as cathode in solution containing ferric or ferrous ions; moreover,the reinforcement of cathodic Fenton process on the total organic carbon (TOC) removal rate of phenol is quite distinct.Among the metallic ions investigated,the ferric ion is the best catalyst for the electrochemical mineralization of phenol at initial pH 2.0,and the optimal concentration range is from 50 to 200 mg/L.The favorable pH range and supporting electrolyte (Na2SO4) concentration for mineralization of phenol in solution containing ferrous ions are 1.8-2.3 and below 0.10 mol/L,respectively.UV radiation can improve the TOC removal rate of phenol,but the enhanced effect varies in different solutions.In the solution containing ferric ions,an equal sum or synergetic effect can be observed.The optimal effect of electrolysis system under UV radiation is achieved in the solution containing 50 mg/L Fe3+ with a final removal percentage of 81.3%.MAO, Xuhui WEI, Lin HONG, Song ZHU, Hua LIN, An GAN, Fuxing 2008Journal of Environmental Sciences2008,20,11:1
