| 2 | A novel gene delivery system targeting cells expressing VEGF receptors显示文摘Two ligand oligopeptides GV1 and GV2 were designed according to the putative binding region of VEGF to its receptors. GV1, GV2 and endosome releasing oligopeptide HA20 were conjugated with poly-L-lysine or protamine and the resulting conjugates could interact with DNA in a noncovalent bond to form a complex. Using pSV2-β-galactosidase as a reporter gene, it has been demonstrated that exogenous gene was transferred into bovine aortic arch-derived endothelial cells (ABAE) andhuman malignant melanoma cell lines (A375) in vitro. In vivo experiments, exogenous gene was transferred into tumor vascular endothelial cells and tumor cells of subcutaneously transplanted human colon cancer LOVO, human malignant melanoma A375 and human hepatoma graft in nude mice. This system could also target gene to intrahepatically transplanted human hepatoma injected via portal vein in nude mice. | 3 | The Predictive Value of Baseline HBs Ag Level and Early Response for HBs Ag Loss in Patients with HBe Ag-positive Chronic Hepatitis B during Pegylated Interferon Alpha-2a Treatment显示文摘Objective To explore the predictive value of baseline HBsAg level and early response for HBsAg loss in patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B during pegylated interferon alpha-2a treatment. Methods A total of 121 patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B who achieved HBsAg loss were enrolled; all patients were treated with PEG-IFNα-2a 180 μg/week. Serum HBV DNA and serological indicators(HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, and anti-HBe) were determined before and every 3 months during treatment. Results The median treatment time for HBsAg loss was 84 weeks(7-273 weeks), and 74.38%(90 cases) of the patients needed extended treatment(> 48 weeks). The correlation between baseline HBsAg levels and the treatment time of HBsAg loss was significant(B = 14.465, t = 2.342, P = 0.021). Baseline HBsAg levels together with the decline range of HBsAg at 24 weeks significantly correlated with the treatment time of HBsAg loss(B = 29.862, t = 4.890, P = 0.000 and B = 27.993, t = 27.993, P = 0.005). Conclusion Baseline HBsAg levels and extended therapy are critical steps toward HBsAg loss. Color was measured by CIEL*a*b* scale and anthocyanin composition of crape myrtle was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to photodiode array detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The presence of the previously reported delphinidin 3-O-glucoside,petunidin 3-O-glucoside and malvidin 3-O-glucoside were confirmed. Cyanidin 3-O-glucoside was identified in crape myrtle for the first time. We explored the relationship between petal color and anthocyanin contents by multiple linear regression analyses. The results indicated that total flavones and flavonols were important variables and contributed to blue-enhancing in crape myrtle. | 8 | Effect of dry density on ^(125)I diffusion in GMZ bentonite显示文摘Gaomiaozi(GMZ) bentonite is regarded as the favorable candidate backfilling material for a potential repository in China.It is important to understand the diffusion behavior of 125 I in GMZ bentonite and compare the diffusion behavior in GMZ and other types of bentonite like MX-80,Avonlea,etc.Therefore,through-and out-diffusion experiments were conducted to obtain the effective diffusion coefficient(D e) and distribution coefficient(K d).A computer code named Fitting for diffusion coefficient(FDP) was used for the experimental data processing and theoretical modeling.At the dry density of GMZ bentonite from 1600-2000 kg/m 3,the D e values of 125 I were(2.4-20.4) × 10-12 m 2 /s and K d values were constants.At dry density above 1800 kg/m 3,the diffusion behaviors were almost the same,indicating that the anion exclusion was ineffective.Out-diffusion results showed that the species of 125 I may be changed during the diffusion processing.It was probably caused by some organic matters or reducing substances in GMZ bentonite.Since the main composition of bentonite is montmorillonite,similar diffusion parameters were obtained in GMZ and other types of bentonite.The relationship of D e and accessible porosity(acc) could be described by Archie's law with exponent n = 1.2-2.8 for 125 I diffusion in bentonite,whereas n = 2.0 in GMZ bentonite.Furthermore,bentonite with the dry density of 1800 kg/m 3 was proposed as the backfilling materials used in the construction of high level radioactivity waste repository. | WU Tao LI JinYing DAI Wei XIAO GuoPing SHU FuJun YAO Jun SU YuLan SHI Lei | 2012 | Science China Chemistry2012，55，9： | 11 |
| 9 | 穴位贴敷治疗慢性功能性便秘临床效果的Meta分析显示文摘目的:系统评价穴位贴敷疗法对慢性功能性便秘患者的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANFANG)、维普全文期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、EMBASE、Web of Science核心合集、CINAHL、Medline,全面收集中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗慢性功能性便秘的文献资料。检索时限为建库至2020年9月。由两名研究者按照纳入、排除标准独立进行文献的筛选和资料的提取。运用Revman5.3软件对相关的结局指标进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入12个RCT,共1114例患者。Meta分析结果显示,中药穴位贴敷疗法与部分常规西药相比,有效率方面优于对照组[RR=1.18,95%CI(1.12,1.25),P<0.00001];在改善排便费力度、排便频率、排便时间、Bristol粪便性状评分方面效果均较好,其疗效均优于部分常规西药([排便困难度:MD=-0.55,95%CI(-0.65~-0.44),P<0.00001]、[排便时间:MD=-0.28,95%CI(-0.34~-0.21),P<0.00001]、[排便频率:MD=-0.32,95%CI(-0.42~-0.21),P<0.00001]、[Bristol粪便性状评分:MD=-0.59,95%CI(-0.66~-0.51),P<0.00001])。结论:基于目前的临床证据表明,中药穴位贴敷疗法与部分常规西药相比,有一定的疗效优势,但受纳入研究数量和质量的限制,上述结论尚待更多高质量研究予以验证。 | 章玲 汪莉 范德兰 ZHANG Yan SHU Yao | 2021 | 按摩与康复医学2021，12，21： | 10 |

| 12 | Wrist-ankle acupuncture and Fluoxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression: a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of WAA combined with fluoxetine in the clinical treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).METHODS: In this randomized, controlled and single-blind trial, 105 PSD patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three equal groups: Thin wrist-ankle acupuncture(WAA)group(Thin WAA needle + Fluoxetine), Thick WAA group(Thick WAA needle + Fluoxetine), and Sham WAA group(sham WAA needle + Fluoxetine). In this trial, the primary outcome was Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), while the secondary outcomes included Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS) and World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF(QQL).RESULTS: Ninety nine PSD patients completed all the treatment. The HAMD scores and SDS scores of all the three groups decreased after treatment(P <0.05);thick WAA group and thin WAA group decreased more obviously than the sham WAA group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the QQL scores of the three groups(P >0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of the three scales between the thick wrist ankle needles and the thin wrist ankle needles(P >0.05).CONCLUSION: The present study showed that WAA combined with fluoxetine can relieve the symptoms of depression after stroke. We concluded that selection of parents with good comprehensive traits and complementary advantages and disadvantages of both parents in the hybrid combination, and early selection of high heritability traits in earlier segregating generations could significantly improve the breeding efficiency. The use of closely-linked functional markers in pyramiding of multiple genes could greatly increase breeding efficiency, avoiding time-consuming and laborious steps that were used in traditional breeding program. | 15 | Plasma metabolomic and lipidomic alterations associated with COVID-19显示文摘The pandemic of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a global public health crisis.The symptoms of COVID-19 range from mild to severe,but the physiological changes associated with COVID-19 are barely understood.In this study,we performed targeted metabolomic and lipidomic analyses of plasma from a cohort of patients with COVID-19 who had experienced different symptoms.We found that metabolite and lipid alterations exhibit apparent correlation with the course of disease in these patients,indicating that the development of COVID-19 affected their whole-body metabolism.In particular,malic acid of the TCA cycle and carbamoyl phosphate of the urea cycle result in altered energy metabolism and hepatic dysfunction,respectively.It should be noted that carbamoyl phosphate is profoundly down-regulated in patients who died compared with patients with mild symptoms.And,more importantly,guanosine monophosphate(GMP),which is mediated not only by GMP synthase but also by CD39 and CD73,is significantly changed between healthy subjects and patients with COVID-19,as well as between the mild and fatal cases.In addition,dyslipidemia was observed in patients with COVID-19.Overall,the disturbed metabolic patterns have been found to align with the progress and severity of COVID-19.This work provides valuable knowledge about plasma biomarkers associated with COVID-19 and potential therapeutic targets,as well as an important resource for further studies of the pathogenesis of COVID-19. | Di Wu Ting Shu Xiaobo Yang Jian-Xin Song Mingliang Zhang Chengye Yao Wen Liu Muhan Huang Yuan Yu Qingyu Yang Tingju Zhu Jiqian Xu Jingfang Mu Yaxin Wang Hong Wang Tang Tang Yujie Ren Yongran Wu Shu-Hai Lin Yang Qiu Ding-Yu Zhang You Shang Xi Zhou | 2020 | National Science Review2020，7，7： | 9 |

| 20 | Adsorption behavior and mechanism of D113 resin for lanthanum显示文摘The sorption properties of macroporous weak acid resin (D113) for La3+ ion were studied by chemical analysis and IR spectra. Experimental results indicate that the D113 resin has a good adsorption ability for La3+ at pH = 6.0 in the HAc-NaAc medium. The statically saturated adsorption capacity is 273.3 mg/g. Separation coefficients of βLa3+/ Ce3+, βLa3+/ Gd3+, βLa3+/ Er3+, and βLa3+/ Y3+ are 2.29, 3.64, 4.27, and 0.627, respectively. The apparent activation energy of adsorption, Ea is 18.4 kJ/mol, the thermodynamics parameters H, S, and G of sorption are 4.53 kJ/mol, 61.8 J/(molK),-13.9 kJ/mol, respectively. The adsorption behavior of D113 for La3+ obeys the Freundlich isotherm.
