1Explosive limits of mixed gases containing CH_4,CO and C_2H_4 in the goaf area显示文摘The explosive gases CO and C2H4, released mainly flammable gases during the process of coal self-ignition, are of the most important ingredients of the multi-component gases in goaf areas, along with CH4. We have determined some of the parameters of explosive properties of the one-component gases CH4, CO and C2H4 using an explosive trial device of polybasic explosive gas mixtures and emphasized particularly the effect on the limits of explosive concentration of the binary explosive mixed gases CH4+CO, CH4+C2H4, as a function of the amount of CO, C2H4 and inert flame resisting gases (N2, CO2). The experimental results show that the effect of inert gases on the explosive limits of mixed gases, given the property of explosive gas, is obvious: the inert gases (N2, CO2) possess some inhibitory effects on the explosion of the multi-component explosive gas mixtures. 2Effect of Jinlong capsule on proliferation and apoptosis of human pancreatic cancer cells BxPC-3显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To study the possible roles of Jinlong capsule(JLC) on the proliferation and apoptosis of human pancreatic cancer cells BxPC-3.METHODS:The human pancreatic cancer cells BxPC-3 were treated with JLC at the concentration of 0.05-1.00 mg/mL for 24-120 h.The inhibition rate of JLC on human pancreatic cancer cells BxPC-3 was detected by 3-(4,5-dimethiylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay.Flow cytometry was employed to measure cell apoptosis using Annexin V-FITC/Propidium iodide(AV-FITC/PI) method.Cell cycles were determined by PI staining.The expression of S100 Calcium binding protein A4(S100A4) in cell matrix was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The expression levels of apoptosis-related protein such as BCL2/adenovirus E1B 19 kDa interacting protein 3(BNIP3),B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) and Cys-teinylaspartate specific proteinase 3(Caspase-3) were detected byWestern blotting.RESULTS:JLC significantly inhibited the proliferation of human pancreatic cancer cells BxPC-3 in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner.JLC promoted cell apoptosis and maintained cell cycle in S and G 2 /M phase rather than G 1 /G 0 phase.The expression of S100A4 in the cell matrix was reduced.The expression of cell apoptotic protein BNIP3 was increased while Bcl-2 was decreased.CONCLUSION:JLC can inhibit the proliferation of human pancreatic cancer cells BxPC-3 by stimulating cell apoptosis,arresting the cell cycle at S and G 2 /M phase which blocks the circulation of normal cell cycle and reducing the expression of S100A4 protein.Higher pro-apoptosis protein BNIP3 and lower anti-apoptosis protein Bcl-2 levels were found,which may be related to the apoptotic effects of JLC.Yaoyuan Li Jieqing Hu Hui Huang Yonghe He 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2:6
3Synthesis and biological evaluation of ^(18)F-FB-NGA as a hepatic asialoglycoprotein receptor PET imaging agent显示文摘Asialoglycoprotein receptor(ASGP-R)is a hepatic membrane receptor that uniquely exists on the surface of mammalian hepatocytes,and has been used as target of liver functional imaging agents for many years.We labeled the Galactosyl-neoglycoalbumin(NGA)with 18F to get a PET molecular probe 18F-FB-NGA and evaluated its ability as a liver functional PET imaging agent.The 18F-FB-NGA was prepared with NGA by conjugation with Nsuccinimidyl-4-18F-fluorobenzoate(18F-SFB)and purified with PD-10 desalting column.The radiolabeling yield and radiochemical purity of 18F-FB-NGA were determined by radio-HPLC.Starting with 18F-F–,the total time for 18F-FB-NGA was about 120±10 min.The decay-corrected radiochemical yield is about 25–30%.The radiochemical purity of purified 18F-FB-NGA was more than 98%.Labeled with 185–1850 MBq 18F-SFB,the specific activity of 18F-FBNGA was estimated to be 7.83–78.3 TBq/mmol.Biodistribution of 18F-FB-NGA in normal mice was investigated after injection through the tail vein.The results showed that the liver accumulated 39.47±3.42 and 12.12±6.11%ID/g at 10 and 30 min after injection,respectively.Dynamic MicroPET images in mice were acquired with and without block after injection of the radiotracer,respectively.High liver activity accumulation was observed at 5 min after injection in normal group.On the contrary,the liver accumulation was significantly lower after block,indicating the specific binding to ASGP-R.18F-FB-NGA is probably a potential PET liver imaging agent.GU Xiaobo CAI Gangming JIANG Mengjun ZHOU Yaoyuan ZHANG Rongjun 2013Nuclear Science and Techniques2013,24,6:2

6Backdoor Attacks on Image Classification Models in Deep Neural Networks显示文摘Deep neural network(DNN)is applied widely in many applications and achieves state-of-the-art performance.However,DNN lacks transparency and interpretability for users in structure.Attackers can use this feature to embed trojan horses in the DNN structure,such as inserting a backdoor into the DNN,so that DNN can learn both the normal main task and additional malicious tasks at the same time.Besides,DNN relies on data set for training.Attackers can tamper with training data to interfere with DNN training process,such as attaching a trigger on input data.Because of defects in DNN structure and data,the backdoor attack can be a serious threat to the security of DNN.The DNN attacked by backdoor performs well on benign inputs while it outputs an attacker-specified label on trigger attached inputs.Backdoor attack can be conducted in almost every stage of the machine learning pipeline.Although there are a few researches in the backdoor attack on image classification,a systematic review is still rare in this field.This paper is a comprehensive review of backdoor attacks.According to whether attackers have access to the training data,we divide various backdoor attacks into two types:poisoning-based attacks and non-poisoning-based attacks.We go through the details of each work in the timeline,discussing its contribution and deficiencies.We propose a detailed mathematical backdoor model to summary all kinds of backdoor attacks.In the end,we provide some insights about future studies.ZHANG Quanxin MA Wencong WANG Yajie ZHANG Yaoyuan SHI Zhiwei LI Yuanzhang 2022Chinese Journal of Electronics2022,31,2:1

10Isolating Host Environment by Booting Android from OTG Devices显示文摘With the integration of smartphone into daily life, end users store a large amount of sensitive information into Android device. For protecting the sensitive information, a method of multi-booting Android OS from On-The-Go(OTG) device is proposed to meet the requirements of end users in different scenarios. The proposed method utilizes system domain isolation to guarantee the security of sensitive information on different Android OS.The difference with other solutions is that our proposed solution does not add additional components to Android OS,which makes the overhead of Android runtime has been effectively controlled. A prototype of the proposed method is implemented and deployed into the real android device to evaluate the effectiveness, the efficiency and the performance overhead. 11Reconfigurable physical unclonable cryptographic primitives based on current-induced nanomagnets switching显示文摘Hardware security primitives that preserve secrets are playing a crucial role in the Internet-ofThings(Io T) era. Existing physical unclonable function(PUF) instantiations, exploiting static randomness,generate challenge-response pairings(CRPs) to produce unique security keys that can be used to authenticate devices linked to the Io T. Reconfigurable PUFs(RPUFs) with dynamically refreshable CRPs can enhance the security and robustness of conventional PUFs. The in-plane current-driven perpendicular polarized nanomagnet switching via spin-orbit torque(SOT) possesses great potential for application to memory and logic, as the write-current path is separate from the read-current path, which naturally resolves the write-read interference. However, the stochastic switching of perpendicular magnetization, without an additional symmetry-breaking field, would significantly hinder the technological viability of commercial implementations. Here, we report an initialization-free physical RPUF implemented by SOT-induced stochastic switching of perpendicularly magnetized Ta/Co Fe B/Mg O nanodevices. Using a 15×15 nanomagnet array, we experimentally demonstrate a security primitive that offers a near-ideal 50% uniqueness over 100 reconfiguration cycles, as well as a low correlation coefficient between every two reconfiguration cycles. 12A methodology for regulating fuel stratification and improving fuel economy of GCI mode via double main-injection strategy显示文摘Gasoline compression ignition(GCI)combustion faces problems such as high maximum pressure rise rate(MPRR)and combustion deterioration at high loads.This paper aims to improve the engine performance of the GCI mode by regulating concentration stratification and promoting fuel-gas mixing by utilizing the double main-injection(DMI)strategy.Two direct injectors simultaneously injected gasoline with an octane number of 82.7 to investigate the energy ratio between the two main-injection and exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)on combustion and emissions.High-load experiments were conducted using the DMI strategy and compared with the single main-injection(SMI)strategy and conventional diesel combustion.The results indicate that the DMI strategy have a great potential to reduce the MPRR and improve the fuel economy of the GCI mode.At a 10 bar indicated mean effective pressure,increasing the main-injection-2 ratio(Rm-2)shortens the injection duration and increases the mean mixing time.Optimized Rm-2 could moderate the trade-off between the MPRR and the indicated specific fuel consumption with both reductions.An appropriate EGR should be adopted considering combustion and emissions.The DMI strategy achieves a highly efficient and stable combustion at high loads,with an indicated thermal efficiency(ITE)greater than 48%,CO and THC emissions at low levels,and MPRR within a reasonable range.Compared with the SMI strategy,the maximum improvement of the ITE is 1.5%,and the maximum reduction of MPRR is 1.5 bar/°CA.Haoqing WU Yaoyuan ZHANG Shijie MI Wenbin ZHAO Zhuoyao HE Yong QIAN Xingcai LU 2023Frontiers in Energy2023,17,5:0

14Gasoline-diesel dual fuel intelligent charge compression ignition(ICCI)combustion:Conceptual model and comparison with other advanced combustion modes显示文摘The internal combustion engines can remain the advantage over competitor technologies for automotive driven,especially the engine efficiency,exceeded 50%while maintaining ultra-low emissions.In this paper,a novel combustion mode characterized by dual high-pressure common-rail direct injection systems,denoted as intelligent charge compression ignition(ICCI)combustion,is proposed to realize high efficiency and clean combustion in wide engine operating ranges.Specifically,commercial gasoline and diesel,which are considered to be complementary in physical and chemical properties,are directly injected into the cylinder by the two independent injection systems,respectively.Through this unique design,the in-cylinder air-fuel mixtures can be flexibly adjusted by regulating injection timing and duration of different fuels,consequently obtaining suitable combustion phase and heat release rate.The ICCI mode can widely run from indicated mean effective pressure 2 bar to 16 bar with an utterly controllable cylinder pressure rising rate,around 50%indicated thermal efficiency and low NOxemissions.A series of experiments were carried out to compare the combustion and emissions of ICCI with other combustion modes(including conventional diesel combustion,reactivity-controlled compression ignition,partially premixed combustion,and gasoline compression ignition).The results show that at the medium engine loads,ICCI mode can reach much high indicated thermal efficiency,especially up to 52%along with extremely low NOxemissions.Prospectively,ICCI mode can realize real-time adjustments of in-cylinder mixture stratification and instantaneous combustion mode switch in one cycle at any operating conditions,and has an excellent commercial application prospect for energy conservation and environmental improvement.LI ZiLong QIAN Yong HUANG Guan ZHAO WenBin ZHANG YaoYuan LU XingCai 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,4:0

17Study of the spatial growth of stimulated Brillouin scattering in a gas-filled hohlraum via detecting the driven ion acoustic wave显示文摘In an experiment performed on the Shenguang-III prototype laser facility, collective Thomson scattering (TS) is used to study the spatialgrowth of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in a gas-filled hohlraum by detecting the SBS-driven ion acoustic wave. High-quality timeresolved SBS and TS spectra are obtained simultaneously in the experiment, and these are analyzed by a steady-state code based on theray-tracing model. The analysis indicates that ion–ion collisions may play an important role in suppressing SBS growth in the Au plasma;as aresult, the SBS excited in the filled gas region is dominant. In the early phase of the laser pulse, SBS originates primarily from the high-densityplasma at the edges of the interaction beam channel, which is piled up by the heating of the interaction beam.
