1Optimization Transmission Theory and Technical Pathways that Describe Multiscale Urban Agglomeration Spaces显示文摘Urban agglomerations are spatial entities that promote the development of ‘new urbanization' processes within China. In this context, the concept of ‘multiscale urban agglomeration spaces' encompasses three linked levels: macroscale urban agglomerations, mesoscale cities, and microscale urban centers. Applying a series of multidisciplinary integrated research methods drawn from geography, urban planning, and architecture, this paper reveals two intensive utilization laws that can be generalized to apply to multiscale urban agglomeration spaces, top-to-bottom ‘positive transmission' linkage and inside-to-outside ‘negative transmission' movement. This paper also proposes optimization transmission theory and policy decision technical pathways that can be applied to these three urban agglomeration spatial scales. Specific technical pathways of transmission include intensive expansion and simulated decision-making in macroscale urban agglomerations, ecology, production, and living space intensive layout and dynamic decision-making in mesoscale cities, and four cores(i.e., ‘single, ring, axis, and pole core') progressive linkage and intensive optimization decision-making in microscale urban centers. The theory and technical pathways proposed in this paper solve the technical problem of optimization and provide intensive methods that can be applied not only at the individual level but also at multiple scales in urban agglomeration spaces. This study also advances a series of comprehensive technical solutions that can be applied to both compact and smart growth cities as well as to urban agglomerations. 2MicroRNA-324-3p Plays A Protective Role Against Coxsackievirus B3-Induced Viral Myocarditis显示文摘Viral myocarditis(VM) is an inflammatory disease of the myocardium associated with heart failure, which is caused by common viral infections. A majority of the infections are initiated by coxsackievirus B3(CVB3). Micro RNAs(mi RNAs)have a major role in various biological processes, including gene expression, cell growth, proliferation, and apoptosis, as well as viral infection and antiviral immune responses. Although, mi RNAs have been found to regulate viral infections,their role in CVB3 infection remains poorly understood. In the previous study, mi RNA microarray results showed that mi R-324-3 p expression levels were significantly increased when cells and mice were infected with CVB3. It was also found that miR-324-3p downregulated TRIM27 and decreased CVB3 replication in vitro and in vivo. In vitro, analysis of downstream signaling of TRIM27 revealed that, miR-324-3p inhibited CVB3 infection, and reduced cytopathic effect and viral plaque formation by reducing the expression of TRIM27. In vivo, miR-324-3p decreased the expression of TRIM27,reduced cardiac viral replication and load, thereby strongly attenuating cardiac injury and inflammation. 3^99Tc^m-HYNIC-TOC SPECT/CT显像在胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤患者诊断和随访中的临床应用显示文摘目的确定^99Tc^m-联肼尼克酰胺(HYNIC)-酪氨酸3-奥曲肽(TOC)SPECT/CT显像在疑似神经内分泌肿瘤的胰腺肿块评价及胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤患者随访中的价值。方法回顾性分析了184例行^99Tc^m-HYNIC-TOCSPECT/CT显像的患者。所有患者分为2组,组1评价该显像对胰腺可疑肿块的诊断效能(n=140),组2术后随访是否有复发及转移(n=44)。比较注射显像剂后2h的显像结果与最终病理诊断结果及临床随访结果,随后分析肿瘤与本底的比值(TBR)和肿瘤分级的关系。结果组1中,67.9%(95/140)的患者诊断为神经内分泌肿瘤,包括85例神经内分泌瘤和10例神经内分泌癌。^99Tc^m-HYNIC-TOCSPECT/CT显像诊断神经内分泌肿瘤的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为81.1%、84.4%和82.1%。唐军(译) Junyan Xu Yi Li Xiaoping Xu Jiangang Zhang Yingjian Zhang Xianjun Yu Dan Huang 2018中华核医学与分子影像杂志2018,38,12:3
4Recent developments in asphalt-aggregate separation technology for reclaimed asphalt pavement显示文摘Reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)has significant recycling value because it contains nonrenewable resources including asphalt and aggregate.However,thus far,only a small part of RAP materials can be used in the con-struction of recycled asphalt pavement,and the usage is regarded as a low-value utilization in the underlying layers.One of the most important reasons for this shortcoming is the problem of false particle size and pseudo gradation of RAP materials.Therefore,identifying suitable asphalt-aggregate separation technology is essential for improving the utilization of RAP materials in recycled asphalt mixture and enhancing the construction quality of recycled asphalt pavement.To address this,the paper performed a systematic review of asphalt-aggregate separation technologies for processing RAP materials and their prospects.Firstly,based on the composition of the asphalt mixture and the characteristics of RAP materials after aging,the key RAP separation technologies were proposed.Then,the concept,principle,and implementation methods of physical,chemical,and biological sep-aration methods of RAP materials were comprehensively analyzed.Moreover,the advantages and disadvantages of various separation technologies were discussed by comparing them with the related technologies in the petrochemical industry.The application prospects of various asphalt-aggregate separation methods for RAP materials can provide a reference for upgrading and expanding solid waste recycling technology for asphalt pavement.Decheng Feng Jiwei Cao Libo Gao Junyan Yi 2022Journal of Road Engineering2022,2,4:1
5Efficacy of self-made Gengnian decoction on phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin signaling pathway in perimenopausal rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of self-made Gengnian decoction on expressions of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3 K),protein kinase B(Akt)and mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR)in ovarian tissues of perimenopausal rats.They were identified with symptom pattern of kidney-Yang deficiency in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine.METHODS:Female Sprague-Dawley rats aged10-12 months were selected.Estrous cycle was observed by vaginal smears of keratinocytes to screen the perimenopausal model rats.The chosen rats were randomly divided into five groups,including perimenopausal model of kidney-Yang deficiency group(24 rats),self-made Gengnian decoction of high-dose group(24 rats),self-made Gengnian decoction of middle-dose group(24 rats),self-made Gengnian decoction of low dose group(24 rats)and tibolone control group(24 rats).In addition,rats aged 4-6 months were selected as young control group.The perimenopausal model rats of kidney-Yang deficiency were prepared by alternative intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone 5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1The successfully prepared models in self-made Gengnian decoction of high-dose,middle-dose and low-dose groups and tibolone control group were given self-made Gengnian decoction 26.4,13.2 and 6.6 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,and tibolone tablets solvent 0.22 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,respectively,through intragastric administration.Models group and young control group were given the same dose of normal saline,1 time a day for 15 consecutive days.24 h after the last administration,blood and ovarian tissues were collected after anesthesia with 20%ethyl carbamate.The follicles of different levels in ovarian tissue were observed and counted by histopathological hematoxylin-eosin staining.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was applied to test insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)level in the serum of experimental rats.The expression levels of PI3 K,phosphorylated-Akt(p-Akt)and phosphorylated-m TOR(p-m TOR)m RNA in ovarian tissue were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:The total follicle counts of perimenopausal model rats with kidney-Yang deficiency were significantly reduced,and the number of follicles(mainly increased in preantral follicles and antral follicles)in perimenopausal model rats with kidney-Yang deficiency was significantly increased after intervention of high and middle doses of Gengnian decoction and tibolone(P<0.05).Compared with normal rats in young control group,the levels of IGF-1 in serum of perimenopausal rats with kidney-Yang deficiency were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and those intervened by high dose of Gengnian decoction and tibolone were significantly up-regulated.The relative expression levels of PI3 K,p-Akt,p-m TOR m RNA in ovarian tissues of perimenopausal rats with kidney-Yang deficiency were significantly lower than those of young rats(P<0.01),and those intervened by high dose of Gengnian decoction and tibolone were significantly up-regulated(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Self-made Gengnian decoction can increase the levels of IGF-1,PI3 K,Akt and m TOR m RNA expression in serum.Zhang Fan Cao Junyan Zhang Xin Wang Jing Yi Xu 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,6:1

19Unraveling templated-regulated distribution of isolated SiO_(4) tetrahedra in silicoaluminophosphate zeolites with high-throughput computations显示文摘Silicoaluminophosphate(SAPO)zeolites are well-known catalytic materials because of the mild acidity originating from the isolated SiO_(4) tetrahedra in their frameworks.Regulating the distribution of isolated SiO_(4) tetrahedra in SAPO zeolites is formidably challenging because SiO_(4) tetrahedra tend to agglomerate to form Si islands and the isolated SiO_(4) tetrahedra are difficult to determine using conventional characterization techniques.Here we synthesized Si-island-free SAPO-35 zeolites by using N-methylpiperidine as a new template,which exhibited excellent thermal stability compared to conventional SAPO-35 zeolites and a substantially improved methanol-to-olefins catalytic lifetime even comparable to that of commercial SAPO-34 zeolites.More strikingly,with the aid of high-throughput computations on 44697 structure models combined with various state-of-the-art characterization techniques,for the first time,we reveal that the host–guest interactions between template molecules and SAPO frameworks determine the specific distributions of isolated SiO_(4) tetrahedra,which are responsible for the improvement in the chemical properties of zeolites.Our work provides an insight into the template-based regulation of isolated SiO_(4) tetrahedra in SAPO zeolites,which opens a new avenue in the discovery of promising zeolite catalysts with optimal SiO_(4) distribution.Yan Li Chao Shi Lin Li Guoju Yang Junyan Li Jun Xu Qinfen Gu Xingxing Wang Ji Han Tianjun Zhang Yi Li Jihong Yu 2022National Science Review2022,9,9:0
20Quantum Griffiths singularity in two-dimensional superconducting 4Ha-TaSe_(2) nanodevices显示文摘The layered transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)have raised considerable interest in the past decades for both fundamental physics and low-dimensional nanodevice applications.Recently,intriguing phenomena of Ising superconductivity and quantum metallic state have been reported in two-dimensional(2D)4Ha-TaSe2 nanodevices.Here,we report the magnetic field induced superconductor–metal transition(SMT)in mechanical exfoliated 4Ha-TaSe2 nanodevices with thickness down to 2.5 nm.We observe the quantum Griffiths singularity(QGS)of SMT in thin 4Ha-TaSe2 nanodevices by performing ultralow temperature transport measurements and activated scaling analysis.With increasing the thickness of TaSe2 nanodevice to 10.6 nm,the signature of magnetoresistance crossing region can hardly be detected,revealing the thickness dependence of SMT.In this procedure,the disorder strength plays a dominant role.This work enriches the platform for studying QGS and may stimulate further investigations on the correlation between different novel quantum phenomena in the same 2D superconducting system.Ying Xing Yiyu Liu Pu Yang Jun Ge Longxin Pan Junyan Wang Shichao Qi Yi Liu Jian Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,10:0
