| 1 | 基于概率主成分分析的结构健康监测数据修复方法研究显示文摘结构健康监测愈来愈成为结构损伤演化行为研究的有效手段和运营安全保障的重要技术。在长期监测过程中,由于监测设备故障、供能中断、数据传输故障等诸多因素存在,监测数据缺失情况不可避免。修复缺失数据有助于保证监测数据的完整性和可靠性。引入了概率主成分分析方法对结构健康监测数据进行修复,该方法无需对完整数据进行训练,尤其适用于完整数据较少、多测点存在数据缺失的情况。概率主成分分析方法能估计修复数据的不确定性水平,给出相应的置信区间。武夷山旋转观众席结构的监测数据用来验证方法的有效性,并与传统主成分分析、多元线性回归法、K最近邻法和压缩传感方法四种数据修复方法对比。结果表明,概率主成分分析方法在不同缺失工况和不同缺失率下的修复效果均最佳。 | 马帜 罗尧治 万华平 YUN C B 沈雁彬 俞峰 | 2021 | 振动与冲击2021，40，21： | 6 |
| 2 | TMPRSS2-ERG融合基因在转移性前列腺癌中的表达显示文摘目的检测转移性前列腺癌中TMPRSS2-ERG基因融合的发生率,探讨ERG基因重排在前列腺癌进展中的作用。方法收集32例由细针穿刺诊断的转移性前列腺癌,穿刺部位包括盆腔及远处淋巴结、肝、骨、甲状腺等,回顾相关临床病理学资料。免疫组织化学采用EnVision法标记前列腺特异性抗原、突触素和嗜铬粒素A。运用ERG分离断裂探针荧光原位杂交(FISH)方法,检测细胞学蜡块中转移性前列腺癌的TMPRSS2-ERG基因融合。结果患者平均年龄67岁,26例有经治疗的前列腺癌病史,其余6例以转移性病灶为首发症状。11例转移灶形态上提示为前列腺小细胞癌,免疫组织化学突触素(9/9)、嗜铬粒素A(7/8)阳性,前列腺特异性抗原(7/7)阴性。FISH分析显示,共有31.3%(10/32)转移性前列腺癌存在TMPRSS2-ERG基因融合,其中6例为ERG基因5’端缺失性重排;8例ERG基因重排伴拷贝数增加。11例转移性前列腺小细胞癌中,5例显示TMPRSS2-ERG基因融合,3例为5’端缺失性重排伴拷贝数增加。结论细胞学细针穿刺标本可用于检测TMPRSS2-ERG融合基因状态;转移性前列腺癌常表达多拷贝ERG重排基因;即使发生小细胞癌转变后,仍然保持融合基因状态;TMPRSS2-ERG融合基因可用于区分前列腺来源的小细胞癌。 | 肖立 朱雄增 WANG Yan GONG Yun GUO C Charles | 2011 | 中华病理学杂志2011，40，6： | 5 |
| 3 | Comprehensive strategy of conduit guidance combined with VEGF producing Schwann cells accelerates peripheral nerve repair显示文摘Peripheral nerve regeneration requires stepwise and well-organized establishment of microenvironment.Since local delivery of VEGF-A in peripheral nerve repair is expected to promote angiogenesis in the microenvironment and Schwann cells(SCs)play critical role in nerve repair,combination of VEGF and Schwann cells may lead to efficient peripheral nerve regeneration.VEGF-A overexpressing Schwann cells were established and loaded into the inner wall of hydroxyethyl cellulose/soy protein isolate/polyaniline sponge(HSPS)conduits.When HSPS is mechanically distorted,it still has high durability of strain strength,thus,can accommodate unexpected strain of nerve tissues in motion.A 10 mm nerve defect rat model was used to test the repair performance of the HSPS-SC(VEGF)conduits,meanwhile the HSPS,HSPS-SC,HSPS-VEGF conduits and autografts were worked as controls.The immunofluorescent co-staining of GFP/VEGF-A,Ki67 and MBP showed that the VEGF-A overexpressing Schwann cells could promote the proliferation,migration and differentiation of Schwann cells as the VEGF-A was secreted from the VEGF-A overexpressing Schwann cells.The nerve repair performance of the multifunctional and flexible conduits was examined though rat behavioristics,electrophysiology,nerve innervation to gastrocnemius muscle(GM),toluidine blue(TB)staining,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and NF200/S100 double staining in the regenerated nerve.The results displayed that the effects on the repair of peripheral nerves in HSPS-SC(VEGF)group was the best among the conduits groups and closed to autografts.HSPS-SC(VEGF)group exhibited notably increased CD31+endothelial cells and activation of VEGFR2/ERK signaling pathway in the regenerated nerve tissues,which probably contributed to the improved nerve regeneration.Altogether,the comprehensive strategy including VEGF overexpressing Schwann cells-mediated and HSPS conduit-guided peripheral nerve repair provides a new avenue for nerve tissue engineering. | Ping Wu Zan Tong Lihua Luo Yanan Zhao Feixiang Chen Yinping Li Céline Huselstein Qifa Ye Qingsong Ye Yun Chen | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021，6，10： | 4 |
| 4 | Further geological and palaeoanthropological investigations at the Maludong hominin site, Yunnan Province, Southwest China显示文摘Three-dimensional mapping and section work undertaken by us in 2008 have identified 11 stratigraphic units at Maludong site.AMS radiocarbon dating of charcoal established an accurate and internally consistent age profile for the sequence of 17.8±0.2 ka to 13.2±0.1 ka.Archaeomagnetic analysis showed changes in externally derived pedogenically enhanced material consistent with a warming in climate between the cold period of Henrich Event 1 and the B lling-Aller d interstadial.Human remains recovered during the 1989 excavation were derived from a deposit dating to this interstadial,or between 14.3±0.3 ka and 13.5±0.1 ka.Anthropogenic features,including burnt rocks,baked sediment and thick charcoal and ash layers,were identified and examined through archaeomagnetic analysis.Two monkey fossils are described here,one of them being reassigned from Macaca robustus to M.aff.M.assamensis.They confirm the young age of the site and also show signs of anthropogenic alteration in the form of burning.Additional human cranial remains are reported for the first time and new data are provided for some specimens described previously.A range of new features is identified that strengthen the affinities of the Maludong remains to archaic humans.The presence of this globally unique mosaic of archaic and modern features raises important questions about human evolutionary history in East Asia during the Late Upper Pleistocene. | JI XuePing CURNOE Darren BAO ZhenDe HERRIES Andy I R FINK David ZHU YunSheng HELLSTROM John LUO Yun TACON Paul S C | 2013 | Chinese Science Bulletin2013，58，35： | 3 |

| 6 | What is the most cost-effective strategy to screen for second primary colorectal cancers in male cancer survivors in Korea?显示文摘AIM:To identify a cost-effective strategy of second primary colorectal cancer (CRC) screening for cancer survivors in Korea using a decision-analytic model.METHODS: A Markov model estimated the clinical and economic consequences of a simulated 50-year-old male cancer survivors' cohort, and we compared the results of eight screening strategies: no screening, fecal occult blood test (FOBT) annually, FOBT every 2 years, sigmoidoscopy every 5 years, double contrast barium enema every 5 years, and colonoscopy every 10 years (COL10), every 5 years (COL5), and every 3 years (COL3). We included only direct medical costs, and our main outcome measures were discounted lifetime costs, life expectancy, and incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER).RESULTS: In the base-case analysis, the non-dominated strategies in cancer survivors were COL5, and COL3. The ICER for COL3 in cancer survivors was $5593/life-year saved (LYS), and did not exceed $10000/LYS in one-way sensitivity analyses. If the risk of CRC in can- cer survivors is at least two times higher than that in the general population, COL5 had an ICER of less than $10500/LYS among both good and poor prognosis of index cancer. | 7 | Comparative effectiveness of adipose-derived mesenchymal stromal cells in the management of knee osteoarthritis:A meta-analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common joint disorder,is associated with an increasing socioeconomic impact owing to the ageing population.AIM To analyze and compare the efficacy and safety of bone-marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells(BM-MSCs)and adipose tissue-derived MSCs(AD-MSCs)in knee OA management from published randomized controlled trials(RCTs).METHODS Independent and duplicate electronic database searches were performed,including PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library,until August 2021 for RCTs that analyzed the efficacy and safety of AD-MSCs and BM-MSCs in the management of knee OA.The visual analog scale(VAS)score for pain,Western Ontario McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),Lysholm score,Tegner score,magnetic resonance observation of cartilage repair tissue score,knee osteoarthritis outcome score(KOOS),and adverse events were analyzed.Analysis was performed on the R-platform using OpenMeta(Analyst)software.Twenty-one studies,involving 936 patients,were included.Only one study compared the two MSC sources without patient randomization;hence,the results of all included studies from both sources were pooled,and a comparative critical analysis was performed.RESULTS At six months,both AD-MSCs and BM-MSCs showed significant VAS improvement(P=0.015,P=0.012);this was inconsistent at 1 year for BM-MSCs(P<0.001,P=0.539),and AD-MSCs outperformed BM-MSCs compared to controls in measures such as WOMAC(P<0.001,P=0.541),Lysholm scores(P=0.006;P=0.933),and KOOS(P=0.002;P=0.012).BM-MSC-related procedures caused significant adverse events(P=0.003)compared to AD-MSCs(P=0.673).CONCLUSION Adipose tissue is superior to bone marrow because of its safety and consistent efficacy in improving pain and functional outcomes.Future trials are urgently warranted to validate our findings and reach a consensus on the ideal source of MSCs for managing knee OA. | Sathish Muthu Sandesh C Patil Naveen Jeyaraman Madhan Jeyaraman Prakash Gangadaran Ramya Lakshmi Rajendran Eun Jung Oh Manish Khanna Ho Yun Chung Byeong-Cheol Ahn | 2023 | World Journal of Orthopedics2023，14，1： | 2 |
