| 1 | Ultrasound-assisted microfeeding of fine powders显示文摘Ultrasonic microfeeding of powders is a new and promising method for use in solid freeforming and pharmaceutical dosing. In this work, computer-controlled microfeeding systems using ultrasonic vibration of a capillary were built. A wide range of controlled, stable rates of flow and switching control were achieved in the acoustic vibration system and uniform powder doses were obtained in the ultrasonic system. Experimental results show that nozzle diameter, transmission fluid depth, waveform, voltage amplitude, frequency and oscillation duration all influence the dose mass. Among these factors, nozzle diameter, voltage amplitude and oscillation duration can be best used to control the dose mass. An artificial neural network (ANN) technique was applied to predict the dose mass. Based on these research results, four types of microfeeding were proposed. | Xuesong Lu Shoufeng Yang Julian R.G. | 2 | VIRTUAL DESIGN OF A NEW TYPE OF HYDRAULIC SUPPORT显示文摘Using virtual reality to design a new type of hydraulic support is discussed. That is how to make use of the virtual design to develop coal mining machine in practice. The advantages of virtual design are studied and the simple virtual reality system is built. The 3D parts and elements of hydraulic support are modeled with parametric design in CAD software, then exported to VR environment, in which the virtual hydraulic support is assembled, operated and tested. | 3 | In sight of K-deficient layered K_(x)MnO_(2) cathode for potassium-ions batteries显示文摘Potassium-ions batteries(PIBs)are attracting increasing attention as up-and-coming youngster in largescale grid-level energy storage benefiting from its low-cost and high energy density.Nevertheless,enough researches regarding indispensable cathode materials for PIBs are badly absent.Herein,we synthesize K-deficient layered manganese-based oxides(P2-K_(0.21)MnO_(2) and P3-K_(0.23)MnO_(2))and investigate them as cathode of PIBs for the first time.As the newcomer of potassium-containing layered manganese-based oxides(K_(x)MnO_(2))group,P2-K_(0.21)MnO_(2) delivers high discharge capacity of 99.3 mAh g^(-1) and P3-K_(0.23)MnO_(2) exhibits remarkable capacity retention rate of 75.5%.Besides,in-situ XRD and ex-situ XRD measurements reveal the reversible phase transition of P2-K_(0.21)MnO_(2) and P3-K_(0.23)MnO_(2) with the potassium-ions extraction and reinsertion,respectively.This work contributes to a better understanding for the potassium storage in K-deficient layered K_(x)MnO_(2)(x≤0.23),possessing an important basic scientific significance for the exploitation and application of layered K_(x)MnO_(2) in PIBs. | Tiezhong Liu Shuang Hou Youpeng Li Shoufeng Xue Junhua Hu Haikuo Fu Chenghao Yang Lingzhi Zhao | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1: | 2 |
