A high speed 1000 fps CMOS image sensor with low noise global shutter pixels显示文摘A low read noise 8T global shutter pixel for high speed CMOS image sensor is proposed in this paper. The pixel has a pixel level sample-and-hold circuit and an in-pixel amplifier whose gain is larger than one.Using pixel level sample-and-hold circuit, the KTC noise on FD node can be effectively cancelled by correlated double sampling operation. The in-pixel amplifier with a gain larger than one is employed for reducing the pixel level sample-and-hold capacitors thermal noise and their geometric size.A high speed 1000 fps 256×256 CMOS image sensor based on the pixel is implemented in 0.18μm CMOS process. The chip active area is 5 mm×7 mm with a pixel size of 14μm×14μm.The developed sensor achieves a read noise level as low as 14.8e-while attaining a high fill factor of 40%.The full well capacity can contain 30840e-and the resulting signal dynamic range is 66 dB. | ZHOU YangFan CAO ZhongXiang QIN Qi LI QuanLiang SHI Cong WU NanJian | 2014 | Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,4: | 8
Nuclear Aurora kinase A switches m^(6)A reader YTHDC1 to enhance an oncogenic RNA splicing of tumor suppressor RBM4显示文摘Aberrant RNA splicing produces alternative isoforms of genes to facilitate tumor progression, yet how this process is regulated by oncogenic signal remains largely unknown. Here,we unveil that non-canonical activation of nuclear AURKA promotes an oncogenic RNA splicing of tumor suppressor RBM4 directed by m^(6)A reader YTHDC1 in lung cancer.Nuclear translocation of AURKA is a prerequisite for RNA aberrant splicing, specifically triggering RBM4 splicing from the full isoform(RBM4-FL)to the short isoform(RBM4-S)in a kinase-independent manner. | SiSi Li YangFan Qi JiaChuan Yu YuChao Hao Bin He MengJuan Zhang ZhenWei Dai TongHui Jiang SuYi Li Fang Huang Ning Chen Jing Wang MengYing Yang DaPeng Liang Fan An JinYao Zhao WenJun Fan YuJia Pan ZiQian Deng YuanYuan Luo Tao Guo Fei Peng ZhiJie Hou ChunLi Wang FeiMeng Zheng LingZhi Xu Jie Xu QingPing Wen BiLian Jin Yang Wang Quentin Liu | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,5: | 4
A low power global shutter pixel with extended FD voltage swing range for large format high speed CMOS image sensor显示文摘A low power 8T global shutter pixel with extended FD voltage swing range is proposed for large format high speed CMOS image sensor. The pixel has a negative threshold reset transistor, two in-pixel source followers, and a sample-and-hold circuit. The in-pixel first source follower is employed for reducing the pixel average current and maximum transient current. The negative threshold reset transistor is applied to extend the voltage swing of FD. Using pixel level sample-and-hold circuit, the k TC noise on FD node can be effectively nullified by correlated double sampling operation. A high speed 1000 fps 256×256 CMOS image sensor is implemented in 0.18 μm CMOS process. Two 10-bit cyclic ADC arrays are integrated in this prototype sensor chip. The active area of the chip is 10 mm×7 mm with a pixel size of 14 μm×14 μm. The developed sensor achieves an average current of 23 n A per pixel, a maximum transit current per pixel as low as 1113 n A, and a large FD voltage swing of 1.78 V. The sensor temporal noise level is 103 e-and full well capacity has 27000 e-which results in 48.3 d B signal dynamic range. | ZHOU YangFan CAO ZhongXiang HAN Ye LI QuanLiang SHI Cong DOU RunJiang QIN Qi LIU Jian WU NanJian | 2015 | Science China(Information Sciences)2015,58,4: | 4
Dynamics of methanogenesis, ruminal fermentation and fiber digestibility in ruminants following elimination of protozoa: a meta-analysis显示文摘Background: Ruminal microbes are vital to the conversion of lignocellulose-rich plant materials into nutrients for ruminants.Although protozoa play a key role in linking ruminal microbial networks, the contribution of protozoa to rumen fermentation remains controversial; therefore, this meta-analysis was conducted to quantitatively summarize the temporal dynamics of methanogenesis, ruminal volatile fatty acid(VFA) profiles and dietary fiber digestibility in ruminants following the elimination of protozoa(also termed defaunation).A total of 49 studies from 22 publications were evaluated. Results: The results revealed that defaunation reduced methane production and shifted ruminal VFA profiles to consist of more propionate and less acetate and butyrate, but with a reduced total VFA concentration and decreased dietary fiber digestibility. However, these effects were diminished linearly,at different rates, with time during the first few weeks after defaunation, and eventually reached relative stability. The acetate to propionate ratio and methane production were increased at 7 and 11 wk after defaunation, respectively. Conclusions: Elimination of protozoa initially shifted the rumen fermentation toward the production of more propionate and less methane, but eventually toward the production of less propionate and more methane over time. | Zongjun Li Qi Deng Yangfan Liu Tao Yan Fei Li Yangchun Cao Junhu Yao | 2019 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2019,10,1: | 3
TiC/C core/shell nanowires arrays as advanced anode of sodium ion batteries显示文摘High-perfo rmance anodes of sodium ion batteries(SIBs)largely depends on rational architecture design and binder-free smart hybridization.Herein,we report TiC/C core/shell nanowires arrays prepared by a one-step chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method and apply it as the anode of SIBs for the first time. The conductive TiC core is intimately decorated with carbon shell. The as-obtained TiC/C nanowires are homogeneously grown on the substrate and show core/shell heterostructure and porous architecture with high electronic conductivity and reinforced stability.Owing to these merits, the TiC/C electrode displays good rate performance and outstanding cycling performance with a capacity of 135.3 mAh/g at 0.1 A/g and superior capacity retention of 90.14%after 1000 cycles at 2 A/g.The reported strategy would provide a promising way to construct binder-free arrays electrodes for sodium ion storage. | Yanbin Shen Yahao Li Shengjue Deng Guoxiang Pan Qinqin Xiong Xiaokun Ding Yangfan Lu Qi Liu Xinhui Xia Xiuli Wang Jiangping Tu | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,3: | 2
SRSF1 inhibits autophagy through regulating Bcl-x splicing and interacting with PIK3C3 in lung cancer显示文摘Alternative splicing is a critical process to generate protein diversity. However, whether and how alternative splicing regulates autophagy remains largely elusive. Here we systematically identify the splicing factor SRSF1 as an autophagy suppressor.Specifically,SRSF1 inhibits autophagosome formation by reducing the accumulation of LC3-ⅡI and numbers of autophagosomes in different cell lines.Mechanistically,SRSF1 promotes the splicing of the long isoform of Bcl-x that interacts with Beclinl, thereby dissociating the Beclin1-PIK3C3 complex. In addition,SRSF1 also directly interacts with PIK3C3 to disrupt the interaction between Beclinl and PIK3C3.Consequently,the decrease of SRSF1 stabilizes the Beclinl and PIK3C3 complex and activates autophagy.Interestingly,SRSF1 can be degraded by starvation-and oxidative stresses-induced autophagy through interacting with LC3-Ⅱ,whereas reduced SRSF1 further promotes autophagy. This positive feedback is critical to inhibiting Gefitinib-resistant cancer cell progression both in vitro and in vivo.Consistently, the expression level of SRSF1 is inversely correlated to LC3 level in clinical cancer samples. Our study not only provides mechanistic insights of alternative splicing in autophagy regulation but also discovers a new regulatory role of SRSF1 in tumorigenesis, thereby offering a novel avenue for potential cancer therapeutics. | Yuesheng Lv Wenjing Zhang Jinyao Zhao Bing Sun Yangfan Qi Haoyu Ji Chaoqun Chen Jinrui Zhang Junxiu Sheng Taishu Wang Daniel Dominguez Han Liu Quentin Liu Songshu Meng Xiaoling Li Yang Wang | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,4: | 2
RBM4 dictates ESCC cell fate switch from cellular senescence to glutamine-addiction survival through inhibiting LKB1-AMPK-axis显示文摘Cellular senescence provides a protective barrier against tumorigenesis in precancerous or normal tissues upon distinct stressors. However, the detailed mechanisms by which tumor cells evade premature senescence to malignant progression remain largely elusive. Here we reported that RBM4 adversely impacted cellular senescence to favor glutamine-dependent survival of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)cells by dictating the activity of LKB1,a critical governor of cancer metabolism. The level of RBM4 was specifically elevated in ESCC compared to normal tissues, and RBM4 overexpression promoted the malignant phenotype.RBM4 contributed to overcome H-RAS-or doxorubicin-induced senescence, while its depletion caused P27-dependent senescence and proliferation arrest by activating LKB1-AMPK-mTOR cascade.Mechanistically,RBM4 competitively bound LKB1 to disrupt the LKB1/STRAD/MO25 heterotrimeric complex, subsequently recruiting the E3 ligase TRIM26 to LKB1,promoting LKB1 ubiquitination and degradation in nucleus. Therefore, such molecular process leads to bypassing senescence and sustaining cell proliferation through the activation of glutamine metabolism.Clinically, the ESCC patients with high RBM4 and low LKB1 have significantly worse overall survival than those with low RBM4 and high LKB1.The RBM4 high/LKB1 low expression confers increased sensitivity of ESCC cells to glutaminase inhibitor CB-839,providing a novel insight into mechanisms underlying the glutamine-dependency to improve the efficacy of glutamine inhibitors in ESCC therapeutics. | Lei Chen Wenjing Zhang Dan Chen Quan Yang Siwen Sun Zhenwei Dai Zhengzheng Li Xuemei Liang Chaoqun Chen Yuexia Jiao Lili Zhi Lianmei Zhao Jinrui Zhang Xuefeng Liu Jinyao Zhao Man Li Yang Wang Yangfan Qi | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,5: | 0
