1Microstructure evolution and mechanical anisotropy of M50 steel ball bearing rings during multi-stage hot forging显示文摘This study aimed to explore the evolution of flow lines and microstructures of M50-steel bearing ring and the anisotropy of its tensile mechanical properties after Multi-Stage Hot Forging(MSHF) and subsequent spheroidizing annealing(MSHFA). To this end, the present study mainly employed stereo microscopy, Optical Metallurgical Microscopy(OMM), Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM), and Electron Backscatter Diffraction(EBSD) to characterize and analyze the workpiece at each processing stage of MSHF while performing microhardness measurement and uniaxial tensile experiment to test and analyze the mechanical properties of the workpiece. Macro-structure observation showed that the simulation results of flow lines at each stage were consistent with the experimental results. Microscopic observation showed that, after MSHF, deformation gradually became less significant along the outward radial direction of the bearing ring. After MSHFA,the microstructures of the bearing ring became uniform, whereas primary carbides did not dissolve.The mechanical properties were better in the axial direction(AD) than in the radial(RD) and circumferential directions(CD) after MSHF due to the smaller grain width. 4Geochemistry and geological significance of the Upper Paleozoic and Mesozoic source rocks in the Lower Yangtze region显示文摘The Lower Yangtze region is one of the important marine sedimentation areas of oil and gas distribution in southern China,for its favorable source rocks,reservoirs and covers.However,the intense tectonic movements and complex hydrocarbon generation process made it highly impossible to form large-sized oil and gas reservoirs.So it was divided to different hydrocarbon-bearing preservation units in oil-gas exploration.Recent study shows that the Permian and Lower Triassic source rocks in the Lower Yangtze region are complicated in lithology.The hydrocarbon generation potential of limestone there is low while argillaceous source rocks are overall of high abundance with excellent organic types,now in the process of hydrocarbon generation,so differences in high maturity influence the evaluation of organic matter abundance and type.Biomarker characteristics indicate a reductive environment.n-alkanes are marked by a single peak,with no odd-even predominance.The composition and distribution of the carbon numbers of n-alkanes,and the high abundance of long-chain tricyclic terpanes are indicative of marine sedi-mentation.The high contents of pregnane,homopregnane,rearranged hopane suggest that the source rocks are of high maturity.There is a good linear correlation between methylphenanthrene index and vitrinite reflectance.The correlation of oil-source rocks indicated that the oil of Well HT-3 may come from the Permian Longtan Formation in the Huangqiao area,the oil of Wells Rong-2 and Juping-1 came from the Lower Triassic Qinglong Formation in the Jurong area.The exploration here is promising in those different source rocks which all have great potential in hy-drocarbon generating,and oil and gas were produced in the late stage of hydrocarbon generation.HUANG Yanran ZHANG Zhihuan WU Liyuan ZANG Chunjuan LI Qiong 2012Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2012,31,3:1

6Highly sensitive humidity sensors based on hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets for contactless sensing显示文摘Humidity sensors with high sensitivity,rapid response,and facile fabrication process for contactless sensing applications have received considerable attention in recent years.Herein,humidity sensors based on hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)nanosheets that are synthesized by a facile ultrasonic process have been fabricated,which display an ultrahigh sensitivity of 28,384%at 85%relative humidity(RH),rapid response/recovery time(3.0/5.5 s),and long-term stability in a wide humidity detection range(11%-85%RH),superior to most of the reported humidity sensors.The high sensitivity can be ascribed to the massive hydrophilic functional groups absorbed on the h-BN nanosheet surface.Benefiting from the high humidity sensing performances,contactless Morse code messaging and human writing and speech recognition have been demonstrated.This work demonstrates the great potential of the high-performance h-BN nanosheet-based humidity sensors for future contactless sensing devices.Hang Liu Jinxu Qin Xigui Yang Chaofan Lv Wentao Huang Fukui Li Chuang Zhang Yanran Wu Lin Dong Chongxin Shan 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
7Effect of gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome on gut microbiota in children with upper respiratory tract infection and lung-heat syndrome显示文摘Objective:Gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome(GHRS)is associated with lung-heat syndrome and is related to recurrent respiratory infection.Upper respiratory tract infection(URTI)lung heat syndrome is common in children.The study will explore the effect of GHRS on the structure and function of gut microbiota in children with URTI lung-heat syndrome.Methods:Participants were divided into both groups using the self-developed URTI scale and the“GHRS Diagnostic Scale$Pediatric Part”:GHRS-positive children(LS group)and GHRS-negative children(L group).General information,clinical symptoms,and stool were collected.We used 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing technology to determine the gene sequence of the V3eV4 region in feces and measure the gut microbiota of the both groups at the genus level.Results:A total of 23 children were included in the both groups.There were 12 cases in the LS group and 11 cases in the L group.There was no statistical difference between the both groups in age,gender,height,weight,and body mass index.The effective sequences shared by the both groups accounted for 85.66%of the total.In the gut microbiota,there was no difference in the a diversity and the b diversity between the both groups.Compared with the L group,the LS group had a significant increase in the relative abundance of the Ruminococcus gnavus group,Prevotella-9,Staphylococcus,and Actinomyces(P<.05).The functions of the both groups of microbiota primarily concentrate on metabolism,genetic information processing,and environmental information processing.The relative abundance of signaling molecules and interactions in the LS group were higher than that in the L group(P<.05).The redundancy analysis(RDA)showed that the URTI score had the greatest impact on the distribution of microbiota.Conclusion:GHRS may affect the development of URTI lung-heat syndrome by changing the relative abundances of gut microbiota.Shuangcheng Wang Xueyan Ma Liqun Wu He Yu Yanran Shan Yuanshuo Tian Tiegang Liu Xiaohong Gu 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2022,9,1:0

9Microfluidic methods for cell separation and subsequent analysis显示文摘Cell is the most basic unit of the morphological structure and life activity of an organism. Learning the composition, structure and function of cells, exploring the life activities of cells and studying the interaction between cells are of great significance for human cognition and control of the life activities of organisms. Therefore, rapid, convenient, inexpensive, high-precision and reliable methods of cell separation and analysis are being developed to obtain accurate information for the study of cytology and pathology.Microfluidic chip is a new emerging technology in recent years. It has a micromanufacturing structure,which can not only realize the precise space-time control of fluid and cells, but also reproduces the threedimensional dynamic microenvironment of cell growth in the body. In addition, the microfluidic chip has unique microphysical properties and facilitates the integration of microdevices, which provides the possibility of real-time monitoring, continuous culture, separation and enrichment, and even in situ analysis of cells. In this review, we summarized recent advances in the development of different techniques for cell isolation and analysis on microfluidic platforms. Focus was put on biochemical and physical methods for cell separation on microfluidic chips. Subsequent cell analysis depending on fluorescence, Raman, cytomicroscopic imaging, mass spectrometry and electrochemical methods also was remarked. 10LaNiO3 as a Novel Anode for Lithium-Ion Batteries显示文摘Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) have been developed for over 30 years;however, existing electrode materials cannot satisfy the increasing requirements of high-energy density, stable cycling, and low cost. Here, we present a perovskite-type LaNiO3 oxide(LNO) as a new negative electrode material. LNO was successfully synthesized by a sol-gel method. The microstructure and electrochemical performance of LNO calcined at various temperatures have been systematically investigated. The LNO electrode shows a high rate capability and long cycling stability. In a C-rate test, a specific capacity of 77 mAh/g was exhibited at 6 C. LNO can also deliver a specific capacity of 92 mAh/g after 200 cycles at 1 C. 11Aerobic glycolysis in colon cancer is repressed by naringin via the HIF1Α pathway显示文摘Metabolic reprogramming is a common phenomenon in cancer,with aerobic glycolysis being one of its important characteristics.Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF1Α)is thought to play an important role in aerobic glycolysis.Meanwhile,naringin is a natural flavanone glycoside derived from grapefruits and many other citrus fruits.In this work,we identified glycolytic genes related to HIF1Αby analyzing the colon cancer database.The analysis of extracellular acidification rate and cell function verified the regulatory effects of HIF1Αoverexpression on glycolysis,and the proliferation and migration of colon cancer cells.Moreover,naringin was used as an inhibitor of colon cancer cells to illustrate its effect on HIF1Αfunction.The results showed that the HIF1Αand enolase 2(ENO2)levels in colon cancer tissues were highly correlated,and their high expression indicated a poor prognosis for colon cancer patients.Mechanistically,HIF1Αdirectly binds to the DNA promoter region and upregulates the transcription of ENO2;ectopic expression of ENO2 increased aerobic glycolysis in colon cancer cells.Most importantly,we found that the appropriate concentration of naringin inhibited the transcriptional activity of HIF1Α,which in turn decreased aerobic glycolysis in colon cancer cells.Generally,naringin reduces glycolysis in colon cancer cells by reducing the transcriptional activity of HIF1Αand the proliferation and invasion of colon cancer cells.This study helps to elucidate the relationship between colon cancer progression and glucose metabolism,and demonstrates the efficacy of naringin in the treatment of colon cancer.Guangtao PAN Ping ZHANG Aiying CHEN Yu DENG Zhen ZHANG Han LU Aoxun ZHU Cong ZHOU Yanran WU Sen LI 2023Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2023,24,3:0
12Obstructor,a Frankliniella occidentalis protein,promotes transmission of tomato spotted wilt orthotospovirus显示文摘Tomato spotted wilt orthotospovirus(TSWV)causes substantial economic losses to vegetables and other crops.TSWV is mainly transmitted by thrips in a persistent and proliferative manner,and its most efficient vector is the western flower thrips,Frankliniella occidentalis(Pergande).In moving from the thrips midgut to the salivary glands in preparation for transmission,the virions must overcome multiple barriers.Although several proteins that interact with TSWV in thrips have been characterized,we hypothesized that additional thrips proteins interact with TSWV and facilitate its transmission.In the current study,67 F occidentalis proteins that interact with GN(a structural glycoprotein)were identified using a split-ubiquitin membrane-based yeast 2-hybrid(MbY2H)system.Three proteins,apolipoprotein-D(ApoD),orai-2-like(Orai),and obstructor-E-like isoform X2(Obst),were selected for further study based on their high abundance and interaction strength;their interactions with Gn were confirmed by MbY2H,yeastβ-galactosidase and luciferase complementation assays.The relative expressions of ApoD and Orai were significantly down-regulated but that of Obst was significantly up-regulated in viruliferous thrips.When interfering with Obst in larval stage,the TSWV acquisition rate in 3 independent experiments was significantly decreased by 26%,40%,and 35%,respectively.In addition,when Obst was silenced in adults,the virus titer was significantly decreased,and the TSWV transmission rate decreased from 66.7%to 31.9%using the leaf disk method and from 86.67%to 43.33%using the living plant method.However,the TSWV acquisition and transmission rates were not affected by interference with the ApoD or Orai gene.The results indicate that Obst may play an important role in TSWV acquisition and transmission in Frankliniella occidentalis.Xiaobin Zheng Yanran Wan Min Tao Jiangjiang Yuan Kun Zhang Jing Wang Youjun Zhang Pei Liang Qingjun Wu 2023Insect Science2023,30,3:0
