1Dye-Enhanced Self-Electrophoretic Propulsion of Light-Driven TiO_2–Au Janus Micromotors显示文摘Light-driven synthetic micro-/nanomotors have attracted considerable attention in recent years due to their unique performances and potential applications. We herein demonstrate the dye-enhanced self-electrophoretic propulsion of light-driven Ti O_2–Au Janus micromotors in aqueous dye solutions. Compared to the velocities of these micromotors in pure water, 1.7, 1.5, and 1.4 times accelerated motions were observed for them in aqueous solutions of methyl blue(10-5g L^(-1)), cresol red(10^(-4)g L^(-1)),and methyl orange(10^(-4)g L^(-1)), respectively. We determined that the micromotor speed changes depending on thetype of dyes, due to variations in their photodegradation rates. In addition, following the deposition of a paramagnetic Ni layer between the Au and Ti O_2 layers, the micromotor can be precisely navigated under an external magnetic field. Such magnetic micromotors not only facilitate the recycling of micromotors, but also allow reusability in the context of dye detection and degradation.In general, such photocatalytic micro-/nanomotors provide considerable potential for the rapid detection and ‘‘on-thefly'' degradation of dye pollutants in aqueous environments.Yefei Wu Renfeng Dong Qilu Zhang Biye Ren 2017Nano-Micro Letters2017,9,3:4

5Science with the 2.5-meter Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)显示文摘The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST) is a dedicated photometric surveying facility being built jointly by University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) and the Purple Mountain Observatory(PMO). It is equipped with a 2.5-meter diameter primary mirror, an active optics system, and a mosaic CCD camera with 0.73 gigapixels on the primary focal plane for highquality image capture over a 6.5-square-degree field of view. The installation of WFST near the summit of Saishiteng mountain in the Lenghu region is scheduled in summer of 2023, and the operation is planned to start three months later. WFST will scan the northern sky in four optical bands(u, g, r and i) at cadences from hourly/daily in the deep high-cadence survey(DHS) program, to semi-weekly in the wide field survey(WFS) program. During a photometric night, a nominal 30 s exposure in the WFS program will reach a depth of 22.27, 23.32, 22.84, and 22.31(AB magnitudes) in these four bands, respectively, allowing for the detection of a tremendous amount of transients in the low-z universe and a systematic investigation of the variability of Galactic and extragalactic objects. In the DHS program, intranight 90 s exposures as deep as 23(u) and 24 mag(g), in combination with target of opportunity follow-ups, will provide a unique opportunity to explore energetic transients in demand for high sensitivities, including the electromagnetic counterparts of gravitational wave events, supernovae within a few hours of their explosions,tidal disruption events and fast, luminous optical transients even beyond redshift of unity. In addition, the final 6-year co-added images, anticipated to reach g■25.8 mag in WFS or 1.5 mags deeper in DHS, will be of fundamental importance to general Galactic and extragalactic science. The highly uniform legacy surveys of WFST will serve as an indispensable complement to those of the Vera C. 7Digestive tract reconstruction in pancreaticoduodenectomy in University Hospitals of China: a national questionnaire survey显示文摘Background Pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)has been widely applied in general hospitals in China;however,there is still a lack of unified standards for each surgical technique and procedure.This survey is intended to investigate the current status of digestive tract reconstruction after PD in university hospitals in China.Method A cross-sectional survey was conducted among the members of the Young Elite Pancreatic Surgery Club of China by using the Questionnaire for Digestive Tract Reconstruction after Pancreaticoduodenectomy.The questionnaire was disseminated and collected by point-to-point communication via WeChat public platforms.Results A total of 73 valid questionnaires were returned from 65 university hospitals in 28 provincial divisions of China's Mainland.The respondents who performed PD surgery with an annual volume of over 100 cases accounted for 63%.Generally,laparoscopic PD was performed less often than open PD.Child and Whipple reconstructions accounted for 70%and 26%,respectively.The sequence of pancreatoenteric,biliary-enteric,and gastrointestinal reconstruction accounted for 84%of cases.In pancreatoenteric anastomosis,double-layer anastomosis is the most commonly employed type,accounting for approximately 67%,while single-layer anastomosis accounts for 30%.Of the double-layer anastomoses,duct-to-mucosa/dunking(94%/4%)PJ was performed with duct-mucosa using the Blumgart method(39%)and Cattel-Warren(29%),with continuous/interrupted sutures in the inner layer(69%/31%)and continuous/interrupted sutures in the outer layer(53%/23%).In single-layer anastomosis,continuous/interrupted sutures accounted for 41%/45%.In hepatojejunostomy,single-layer/double-layer suture accounted for 79%/4%,and continuous/interrupted suture accounted for 75%/9%.Forty-six percent of the responding units had not applied double-layer biliary-intestinal anastomosis in the last 3 years,75%of the responding surgeons chose the anastomosis method according to bile duct diameter,with absorbable/non-absorbable suture accounting for 86%/12%.PD/pylorus-preserving PD accounted for 79%/11%of GJ cases,the distance between GJ and HJ<30 cm,30-50 cm and>50 cm were 11%,75%,and 14%,respectively.Antecolic/retrocolic GJ accounted for 71%/23%of cases.Twenty-two percent of GJ cases employed Braun anastomosis,while 55%and 19%of GJ cases used linear cutting staplers/tube-type staplers,respectively;60%/14%were reinforced/not reinforced via manual suturing after stapler anastomosis.Manual anastomosis in GJ surgery employed absorbable/non-absorbable sutures(91%/9%).Significant differences in reconstruction techniques were detected between different volumes of PD procedures(<100/year and>100/year),regions with different economic development levels,and between north and south China.Conclusion Digestive tract reconstruction following PD exists heterogeneity in Chinese university hospitals.Corresponding prospective clinical studies are needed to determine the consensus on pancreatic surgery that meets the clinical reality in China.Jishu Wei Qiang Xu Yuhua Zhang Jiabin Jin Xiaodong Tian Qiaofei Liu Zipeng Lu Zheng Wang Shanmiao Gou Song Gao Xianlin Han Yefei Rong Niandong Ji Ye Lin Guolin Li Shi Chen Feng Cao Hua Chen Wenming Wu Yupei Zhao the Young Elite Pancreatic Surgery Club of China 2022Journal of Pancreatology2022,5,3:0
8Destroying pathogen-tumor symbionts synergizing with catalytic therapy of colorectal cancer by biomimetic protein-supported single-atom nanozyme显示文摘The crucial role of intratumoral bacteria in the progression of cancer has been gradually recognized with the development of sequencing technology.Several intratumoral bacteria which have been identified as pathogens of cancer that induce progression,metastasis,and poor outcome of cancer,while tumor vascular networks and immunosuppressive microenvironment provide shelters for pathogens localization.Thus,the mutually-beneficial interplay between pathogens and tumors,named“pathogentumor symbionts”,is probably a potential therapeutic site for tumor treatment.Herein,we proposed a destroying pathogen-tumor symbionts strategy that kills intratumoral pathogens,F.nucleatum,to break the symbiont and synergize to kill colorectal cancer(CRC)cells.This strategy was achieved by a groundbreaking protein-supported copper single-atom nanozyme(BSA-Cu SAN)which was inspired by the structures of native enzymes that are based on protein,with metal elements as the active center.BSA-Cu SAN can exert catalytic therapy by generating reactive oxygen species(ROS)and depleting GSH.The in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that BSA-Cu SAN passively targets tumor sites and efficiently scavenges F.nucleatum in situ to destroy pathogentumor symbionts.As a result,ROS resistance of CRC through elevated autophagy mediated by F.nucleatum was relieved,contributing to apoptosis of cancer cells induced by intracellular redox imbalance generated by BSA-Cu SAN.Particularly,BSA-Cu SAN experiences renal clearance,avoiding long-term systemic toxicity.This work provides a feasible paradigm for destroying pathogen-tumor symbionts to block intratumoral pathogens interplay with CRC for antitumor therapy and an optimized trail for the SAN catalytic therapy by the clearable protein-supported SAN.Xinyue Wang Qian Chen Yefei Zhu Kairuo Wang Yongliang Chang Xiawei Wu Weichao Bao Tongcheng Cao Hangrong Chen Yang Zhang Huanlong Qin 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,8:0
9Air-Side Fin Geometry of a Tube-Strip Heat Exchanger for Fuel Cell Vehicles显示文摘Fuel cell vehicles(FCVs)are facing severe heat dissipation challenges because fuel cell stacks are required to operate at a narrower temperature range and higher heat dissipation than those in the internal combustion engine.This study conducts a numerical analysis of a tube-strip heat exchanger applied in a high-performance FCV.The typical unit cell of the tube-strip heat exchanger is selected to numerically optimize the cell-level thermal performance of the heat exchanger.Effects of structural parameters and operational conditions are investigated.The optimal structure is obtained by focusing on the heat transfer rate and fan power at the air side,where the overall heat transfer rate of heat exchanger is determined by the effectiveness number of transfer unit method and the theoretical framework of volume averaging.The results show that the heat exchanger with rectangular fins exhibits a greater heat transfer rate than those with trapezoidal and triangular fins at an inlet air velocity of 4 m/s.Compared with the fin without a louver,the heat exchangers equipped with louvers parallel and vertical with the air flow achieve heat transfer rates of 33.1 and 42.8 kW,respectively,which increase by 2.0 kW(6.4%)and 11.7 kW(37.5%)in heat transfer rate.For high-power heat dissipation,the louvered heat exchanger with a fin pitch of 2 mm shows the best thermal performance given the same fan power.Guoping Wu Hengyun Zhang Yefei Xu Xiaoyu Wu 2021Automotive Innovation2021,4,2:0
