| 1 | Optimization Strategy Based on Deep Reinforcement Learning for Home Energy Management显示文摘With the development of a smart grid and smart home,massive amounts of data can be made available,providing the basis for algorithm training in artificial intelligence applications.These continuous improving conditions are expected to enable the home energy management system(HEMS)to cope with the increasing complexities and uncertainties in the enduser side of the power grid system.In this paper,a home energy management optimization strategy is proposed based on deep Q-learning(DQN)and double deep Q-learning(DDQN)to perform scheduling of home energy appliances.The applied algorithms are model-free and can help the customers reduce electricity consumption by taking a series of actions in response to a dynamic environment.In the test,the DDQN is more appropriate for minimizing the cost in a HEMS compared to DQN.In the process of method implementation,the generalization and reward setting of the algorithms are discussed and analyzed in detail.The results of this method are compared with those of Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)to validate the performance of the proposed algorithm.The effectiveness of applied data-driven methods is validated by using a real-world database combined with the household energy storage model. | Yuankun Liu Dongxia Zhang Hoay Beng Gooi | 2020 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,3: | 9 |

| 12 | Exploiting Complex-Type N-Glycan to Improve the in Vivo Stability of Bioactive Peptides显示文摘Peptides can be potentmolecules with high efficacy and selectivity in the development of biotherapeutics.However,the poor pharmacokinetic properties of peptides pose major challenges for their broader medicinal applications.Inspired by the proteinstabilizing role of natural N-glycosylation,we design and synthesize a series of parathyroid hormone(PTH)peptides(1-34),bearing either N-GlcNAc or biantennary complex-type N-glycan modification,and evaluate their serum stability and biological activities.The results indicate that an N-Asn-linked complex-type sialylundecasaccharide can increase the serum half-life and in vivo bioactivity of PTH peptides with a broad tolerance of modification sites.Further,hydrogen/deuterium exchange mass spectroscopy indicates that the larger-sized Nglycan can induce enhanced hydration dynamics in its surroundings,which may facilitate an improved resistance for the peptide against enzymatic proteolysis.This sialylundecasaccharide-based peptideengineering strategy has also been applied to glucagon-like peptide-1(7-37),leading to glycopeptides with enhanced hypoglycemic activity and acting time in vivo.Together,these results demonstrate the potential of using sialylated complextype N-glycan as a general engineering strategy for developing long-acting peptide therapeutics. | Qijia Wei Jun Zhang Yuankun Dao Mengliang Ye Dangliang Liu Weidong Dong Ning Yuan Hongxing Li Chunli Song Mo Li Xiaomeng Shi Suwei Dong | 2023 | CCS Chemistry2023,5,7: | 0 |
| 13 | Elevated carbon dioxide stimulates nitrous oxide emission in agricultural soils: A global meta-analysis显示文摘Elevated carbon dioxide (CO_(2))(e CO_(2)) has been shown to affect the nitrous oxide (N_(2)O) emission from terrestrial ecosystems by altering the interaction of plants,soils,and microorganisms.However,the impact of e CO_(2) on the N_(2)O emission from agricultural soils remains poorly understood.This meta-analysis summarizes the effect of e CO_(2) on N_(2)O emission in agricultural ecosystems and soil physiochemical and biological characteristics using 50 publications selected.The e CO_(2) effect values,which equal to the percentage changes of N_(2)O emission under e CO_(2),were calculated based on the natural logarithm of the response ratio to e CO_(2).We found that e CO_(2) significantly increased N_(2)O emission (by 44%),which varied depending on experimental conditions,agricultural practices,and soil properties.In addition,e CO_(2) significantly increased soil water-filled pore space (by 6%),dissolved organic carbon content (by11%),and nitrate nitrogen content (by 13%),but significantly reduced soil p H (by 1%).Moreover,e CO_(2) significantly increased soil microbial biomass carbon(by 28%) and soil microbial biomass nitrogen (by 7%) contents.Additionally,e CO_(2) significantly increased the abundances of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(AOB) amo A (by 21%),nir K (by 15%),and nir S (by 15%),but did not affect the abundances of ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) amo A and nos Z.Our findings indicate that e CO_(2) substantially stimulates N_(2)O emission in agroecosystems and highlight that optimization of nitrogen management and agronomic options might suppress this stimulation and aid in reducing greenhouse effect. | Yilin DU Xinyu GUO Jinxing LI Yuankun LIU Jipeng LUO Yongchao LIANG Tingqiang LI | 2022 | Pedosphere2022,32,1: | 0 |
| 14 | Characteristic analysis of hydraulic hybrid vehicle based on limit cycle显示文摘The theory of limit cycles was applied to hydraulic hybrid vehicle (HHV) to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the system. The exact mathematical models based on configuration diagram of HHV were built to study on equilibrium points, nonexistence of limit cycle and stability of equilibrium points. The analysis showed that if the Young's modulus of fluid is neglected, the equilibrium points of the system will be distributed on both sides of the initial function. In addition, there is a unique equilibrium point according to the practical signification of the system parameters. The nonexistence analysis showed that there is no limit cycle for the system, no matter how the viscosity coefficient B changes. The stability analysis of equilibrium points showed that the system is asymptotically stable about the equilibrium point at B≥0 and the equilibrium point is the center point of the system at B=0.
