The hydrothermal karstification and its effect on Ordovician carbonate reservoir in Tazhong uplift of Tarim Basin, Northwest China显示文摘With a detailed study on petrology, mineralogy and geochemistry of some important Ordovician carbonate well core samples in Tazhong uplift of Tarim Basin, the distinguishing symbols of hydrothermal karstification are first put forward as the phenomena of rock hot depigmentation, hot cataclasm and the appearance of typical hydrothermal minerals such as fluorite, barite, pyrite, quartz and sphalerite. The main homogenization temperatures of primary fluid inclusions in fluorite are from 260 to 310℃, indicating the temperature of hydrothermal fluid. The fluid affected the dissolved rocks and showed typical geochemistry features with low contents of Na and Mg, and high contents of Fe, Mn and Si. The ratio of 3He/4He is 0.02Ra, indicating the fluid from the typical continental crust. The hydrothermal fluid karstification pattern may be described as follows: the hot fluid is from the Permian magma, containing dissolving ingredients of CO2 and H2S, and shifts along fault, ruptures and unconformity, and dissolves the surrounding carbonates while it flows. The mechanism of hydrothermal karstification is that the mixture of two or more fluids, which have different ion intensity and pH values, becomes a new unsaturated fluid to carbonates. The hydrothermal karstification is an important process to form hypo-dissolved pinholes in Ordovician carbonates of Tazhong uplift of Tarim Basin, and the forming of hydrothermal minerals also has favorable influence on carbonate reservoirs. | WU MaoBing WANG Yi ZHENG MengLin ZHANG WeiBiao LIU ChunYan | 2007 | Science China Earth Sciences2007,50,z2: | 7
Sequence framework of two different kinds of margins and their response to tectonic activity during the Middle-Late Triassic, Ordos Basin显示文摘Two kinds of margin respectively occur in the Ordos Basin during the Middle-Late Triassic (Yanchang Age), one is foreland margin developed under the background of flexural subsidence by thrusting intensively in the southwest margin, and the other is intracratonic basin margin by stable subsidence in northern and central parts of the basin. The Middle-Late Triassic Yanchang Formation can be divided into four regional third-order sequences, which are separated by gentle angular unconformity or regional erosion surface, made up of lowstand system tract (LST), expanding system tract (EST) and highstand system tract (HST) from lower to upper within a sequence. But there are distinct differences of the sequence framework between the southwest margin and northern and central parts of the basin. The southwest margin develops heavy conglomerate layer and unconformity as a result of orogeny by thrusting, and the intracratonic basin margin by stable subsidence in the northern and central parts grows aggradational sandstone, conglomerate in fluvio-delta system and parallel unconformity. The depositional framework of southwest margin reflects the tectonic evolution from flexural subsidence by thrusting to rebounded uplift. The formation of sequence boundary is related to the resilient uplift and erosion. The sequence stratigraphic framework and depositional system tract configuration in the foreland basin are controlled by structural activity of the fold and thrust belt, and the sequence succession reflects episodic thrusting of the Middle-Late Triassic toward the foreland basin. The sequence evolution in northern and central parts reflects the depositional succession of fluvio-delta system under intracratonic background, composed of coarse-grained sediment in braided channel deposit at the lower, meandering channel deposit in the middle and fine-grained sediment in the flood plain at the upper, dominated by lake level fluctuation. During the deposit of the LST in the intracraton basin, accommodation space is limited, and results in abundant fluvial sediment migration laterally, erosion and transport, forming laterally sandstone composite and aggradational deposit on the alluvial plain, which constitutes specific erosion unconformity boundary. | YANG MingHui LIU ChiYang ZHENG MengLin LAN ChaoLi TANG Xuan | 2007 | Science China Earth Sciences2007,50,z2: | 7

Direct Current Control Strategy of SVG Based on Dual Sequence dq Coordinates Under Asymmetric Load Condition显示文摘In the case of asymmetric loads of power grid, load currents are composed of four components:positive sequence active and reactive components and negative sequence active and reactive components that can pollute the power grid with harmonics and reactive power and interrupt the normal operation of power grid. Therefore, increasing numbers of static var generators(SVGs)are used to stabilize the power grid.In this study,a new type of current compensation control strategy of a three-phase three-wire SVG under an asymmetric load is proposed.According to the symmetric component method and dual dq synchronous transformation theory, the load currents are transformed into four components under dual dq coordinates. Each component is compensated separately by the SVG.Simultaneously, the proportional-limiter method is adopted to minimize the harmonics from the SVG by optimizing the waveform of the modulation wave and limiting its amplitude. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the control strategy are verified by simulation and experimental results. | Shicheng Zheng Zhuangzhuang Li Menglin Cao | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2019,5,1: | 3
DASP: Defect and Dopant ab-initio Simulation Package显示文摘In order to perform automated calculations of defect and dopant properties in semiconductors and insulators, we developed a software package, the Defect and Dopant ab-initio Simulation Package(DASP), which is composed of four modules for calculating:(ⅰ) elemental chemical potentials,(ⅱ) defect(dopant) formation energies and charge-state transition levels,(ⅲ) defect and carrier densities and(ⅳ) carrier dynamics properties of high-density defects. DASP uses the materials genome database for quick determination of competing secondary phases when calculating the elemental chemical potential that stabilizes compound semiconductors. DASP calls the ab-initio software to perform the total energy, structural relaxation and electronic structure calculations of the defect supercells with different charge states, based on which the defect formation energies and charge-state transition levels are calculated. Then DASP can calculate the equilibrium densities of defects and electron and hole carriers as well as the Fermi level in semiconductors under different chemical potential conditions and growth/working temperature. For high-density defects, DASP can calculate the carrier dynamics properties such as the photoluminescence(PL) spectrum and carrier capture cross sections which can interpret the deep level transient spectroscopy(DLTS). Here we will show three application examples of DASP in studying the undoped GaN, C-doped GaN and quasi-one-dimensional SbSeI. | Menglin Huang Zhengneng Zheng Zhenxing Dai Xinjing Guo Shanshan Wang Lilai Jiang Jinchen Wei Shiyou Chen | 2022 | Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,4: | 3
Orderly coexistence and accumulation models of conventional and unconventional hydrocarbons in Lower Permian Fengcheng Formation,Mahu sag,Junggar Basin显示文摘By using the latest geological, seismic, drilling and logging data, this article studies the basic conditions for the formation of the total petroleum system and the orderly coexisting characteristics and accumulation models of conventional&unconventional reservoirs in the Lower Permian Fengcheng Formation in the Junggar Basin.Controlled by thermal evolution, hydrocarbon generation and expulsion process of the high-quality source rocks in alkaline lake as well as the characteristics of multi-type reservoirs(conglomerate, sandstone, dolomite and shale),conventional structure-lithologic reservoirs and tight oil and shale oil reservoirs controlled by source-reservoir structure have been formed. On the plane, mature conventional reservoirs,medium-high mature tight oil,and medium-high mature shale oil reservoirs coexist orderly from the slope area around Mahu sag to the sag.Based on the orderly coexisting characteristics of conventional and unconventional reservoirs in the Fengcheng Formation,it is clear that oil and gas in the Fengcheng Formation accumulate continuously over a large area in three accumulation models:integrated source-reservoir,source-reservoir in close contact, and separated source-reservoir model. The three accumulation models differ in relationship between source-reservoir structure, reservoir lithology and spatial distribution, hydrocarbon migration, oil and gas type.It is pointed out that the conventional&unconventional oil and gas should be explored and developed as a whole to achieve an overall breakthrough of the total petroleum system. This study is expected to enrich the geological theory of oil and gas enrichment in continental basins and to provide an analogy for exploration and research in other hydrocarbon-rich sags. | ZHI Dongming TANG Yong HE Wenjun GUO Xuguang ZHENG Menglin HUANG Liliang | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1: | 2
Network Protocol Recognition Based on Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘How to correctly acquire the appropriate features is a primary problem in network protocol recognition field.Aiming to avoid the trouble of artificially extracting features in traditional methods and improve recognition accuracy,a network protocol recognition method based on Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)is proposed. The method utilizes deep learning technique, and it processes network flows automatically.Firstly, normalization is performed on the intercepted network flows and they are mapped into two-dimensional matrix which will be used as the input of CNN.Then,an improved classification model named Ptr CNN is built, which can automatically extract the appropriate features of network protocols. Finally, the classification model is trained to recognize the network protocols. The proposed approach is compared with several machine learning methods.Experimental results show that the tailored CNN can not only improve protocol recognition accuracy but also ensure the fast convergence of classification model and reduce the classification time. | Wenbo Feng Zheng Hong Lifa Wu Menglin Fu Yihao Li Peihong Lin | 2020 | China Communications2020,17,4: | 2
Structural Characteristics and Formation Dynamics: A Review of the Main Sedimentary Basins in the Continent of China显示文摘The formation and evolution of basins in the China continent are closely related to the collages of many blocks and orogenic belts. Based on a large amount of the geological, geophysical, petroleum exploration data and a large number of published research results, the basement constitutions and evolutions of tectonic–sedimentary of sedimentary basins, the main border fault belts and the orogenesis of their peripheries of the basins are analyzed. Especially, the main typical basins in the eight divisions in the continent of China are analyzed in detail, including the Tarim, Ordos, Sichuan, Songliao, Bohai Bay, Junggar, Qiadam and Qiangtang basins. The main five stages of superimposed evolutions processes of basins revealed, which accompanied with the tectonic processes of the Paleo–Asian Ocean, Tethyan and Western Pacific domains. They contained the formations of main Cratons(1850–800 Ma), developments of marine basins(800–386 Ma), developments of Marine–continental transition basins and super mantle plumes(386–252 Ma), amalgamation of China Continent and developments of continental basins(252–205 Ma) and development of the foreland basins in the western and extensional faulted basin in the eastern of China(205–0 Ma). Therefore, large scale marine sedimentary basins existed in the relatively stable continental blocks of the Proterozoic, developed during the Neoproterozoic to Paleozoic, with the property of the intracontinental cratons and peripheral foreland basins, the multistage superimposing and late reformations of basins. The continental basins developed on the weak or preexisting divisional basements, or the remnant and reformed marine basins in the Meso–Cenozoic, are mainly the continental margins, back–arc basins, retroarc foreland basins, intracontinental rifts and pull–apart basins. The styles and intensity deformation containing the faults, folds and the structural architecture of regional unconformities of the basins, responded to the openings, subductions, closures of oceans, the continent–continent collisions and reactivation of orogenies near the basins in different periods. The evolutions of the Tianshan–Mongol–Hinggan, Kunlun–Qilian–Qinling–Dabie–Sulu, Jiangshao–Shiwandashan, Helanshan–Longmengshan, Taihang–Wuling orogenic belts, the Tibet Plateau and the Altun and Tan–Lu Fault belts have importantly influenced on the tectonic–sedimentary developments, mineralization and hydrocarbon reservoir conditions of their adjacent basins in different times. The evolutions of basins also rely on the deep structures of lithosphere and the rheological properties of the mantle. The mosaic and mirroring geological structures of the deep lithosphere reflect the pre–existed divisions and hot mantle upwelling, constrain to the origins and transforms dynamics of the basins. The leading edges of the basin tectonic dynamics will focus on the basin and mountain coupling, reconstruction of the paleotectonic–paleogeography, establishing relationship between the structural deformations of shallow surface to the deep lithosphere or asthenosphere, as well as the restoring proto–basin and depicting residual basin of the Paleozoic basin, the effects of multiple stages of volcanism and paleo–earthquake events in China. | HE Bizhu ZHENG Menglin | 2016 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2016,90,4: | 2
Progranulin regulation of autophagy contributes to its chondroprotective effect in osteoarthritis显示文摘Progranulin(PGRN)is a multifunctional growth factor involved in many physiolog-ical processes and disease states. The apparent protective role of PGRN and the importance of chondrocyte autophagic function in the progression of osteoarthritis(OA)led us to investi-gate the role of PGRN in the regulation of chondrocyte autophagy.PGRN knockout chondro-cytes exhibited a deficient autophagic response with limited induction following rapamycin, serum starvation, and IL-1b-induced autophagy.PGRN-mediated anabolism and suppression of IL-1b-induced catabolism were largely abrogated in the presence of the BafA1 autophagy inhibitor.Mechanistically, during the process of OA,PGRN and the ATG5eATG12 conjugate form a protein complex;PGRN regulates autophagy in chondrocytes and OA through,at least partially, the interactions between PGRN and the ATG5eATG12 conjugate.Furthermore, the ATG5eATG12 conjugate is critical for cell proliferation and apoptosis.Knockdown or knockout of ATG5 reduces the expression of ATG5eATG12 conjugate and inhibits the chondroprotective effect of PGRN on anabolism and catabolism.Overexpression of PGRN partially reversed this effect. In brief, the PGRN-mediated regulation of chondrocyte autophagy plays a key role in the chondroprotective role of PGRN in OA.Such studies provide new insights into the pathogen-esis of OA and PGRN-associated autophagy in chondrocyte homeostasis. | Yiming Pan Yuyou Yang Mengtian Fan Cheng Chen Rong Jiang Li Liang Menglin Xian Biao Kuang Nana Geng Naibo Feng Lin Deng Wei Zheng Fengmei Zhang Xiaoli Li Fengjin Guo | 2023 | Genes & Diseases2023,10,4: | 0
Water pollution footprints induced by industrial import and export in China显示文摘With the rapid development of foreign trade in China, industrial import and export has been an absolute subject in recent years. The huge trade surplus of import and export trade of industrial products brings not only high profits, but also pollution costs as well. Based on the concept of water pollution footprints(WPFs), this study applies the input-output method and calculates pollutant-producing coefficients of 20 major industrial sectors in China and investigates the WPFs caused by the import and export trades of these industrial sectors. The research results show that WPF resulting from exports exceeds that of imports from 2011 to 2015 in China. The net inflow of pollution footprint is mainly from paper mills, printing and stationery manufacturing, and textile industry; whereas a great number of WPFs are transferred to other countries by these sectors, such as metal mining and dressing industry and oil and natural gas exploitation industry. | Yutao Lei Li Su Menglin Zheng | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2018,16,2: | 0
