3Experimental and numerical studies on the sluggish diffusion in face centered cubic Co-Cr-Cu-Fe-Ni high-entropy alloys显示文摘On purpose of studying the sluggish diffusion of high-entropy alloys, three different face centered cubic Co-Cr-Cu-Fe-Ni high-entropy alloys were prepared, and assembled into three groups of sandwichtype diffusion multiple annealed at 1273, 1323, and 1373 K respectively. By means of the electron probe microanalyzer technique and recently developed numerical inverse method, the compositiondependent interdiffusivities at different temperatures were effectively evaluated by minimizing the residual between the model-predicted compositions/interdiffusion fluxes and the respectively experimental ones. After that, the tracer diffusivities were predicted based on the assessed mobility parameters and thermodynamic descriptions with the simplified ideal solution model. The comprehensive comparison between the interdiffusivities/tracer diffusivities in the Co-Cr-Cu-Fe-Ni high-entropy alloys and those in sub-binary, ternary, quaternary and other quinary alloys indicates that the sluggish diffusion exists in interdiffusion instead of tracer diffusion for the present Co-Cr-Cu-Fe-Ni high-entropy alloys.Rui Wang Weimin Chen Jing Zhong Lijun Zhang 2018Journal of Materials Science & Technology2018,34,10:6
4Definition and sturcture characteristics of pores in mylonitized organic-rich shales显示文摘Gas shales with a high gas content were drilled in the Lower Cambrian Lujiaping Formation in the northeastern Sichuan Basin,close to the Chengkou Fault in the Dabashan arc-like thrust fold belt.The equivalent vitrinite reflectance values of organic matters are over 4.0%Ro.The pore structures of the shales were investigated based on microscopy,field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)observations,and low temperature N2 adsorption analysis.The study suggests that cleavages,comprising clay minerals mixed up with organic matter and other insoluble residues,were developed in the rock layers.The clay minerals are directionally arranged,displaying a mylonitized texture.Abundant nanometer-size organic matter and clay mineral particles are well mixed in the cleavage domains,which developed the mylonitized pore system that consists of nanometer-size intergranular pore spaces,aggregate pore spaces in clay mineral flakes and pore network.This mylonitized pore system has high specific surface area,high methane adsorption capacity,and high capillary pressure,which collectively contributes to the preservation of shale gas in such a complex tectonic area.The discovery of the mylonitized pore structure in organic-rich shales may reveal a new mechanism of shale gas enrichment in complex tectonic areas with over-mature organic matter in the northeastern part of Sichuan Basin.MA Yong ZHONG NingNing HAN Hui LI DaHua ZHANG Yi CHENG LiJun 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,12:5
5Application of regional citrate anticoagulation in patients at high risk of bleeding during intermittent hemodialysis:a prospective multicenter randomized controlled trial显示文摘Objective:Safe and effective anticoagulation is essential for hemodialysis patients who are at high risk of bleeding.The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of two-stage regional citrate anticoagulation(RCA)combined with sequential anticoagulation and standard calcium-containing dialysate in intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)treatment.Methods:Patients at high risk of bleeding who underwent IHD from September 2019 to May 2021 were prospectively enrolled in 13 blood purification centers of nephrology departments,and were randomly divided into RCA group and saline flushing group.In the RCA group,0.04 g/mL sodium citrate was infused from the start of the dialysis line during blood draining and at the venous expansion chamber.The sodium citrate was stopped after 3 h of dialysis,which was changed to sequential dialysis without anticoagulant.The hazard ratios for coagulation were according to baseline.Results:A total of 159 patients and 208 sessions were enrolled,including RCA group(80 patients,110 sessions)and saline flushing group(79 patients,98 sessions).The incidence of severe coagulation events of extracorporeal circulation in the RCA group was significantly lower than that in the saline flushing group(3.64%vs.20.41%,P<0.001).The survival time of the filter pipeline in the RCA group was significantly longer than that in the saline flushing group((238.34±9.33)min vs.(221.73±34.10)min,P<0.001).The urea clearance index(Kt/V)in the RCA group was similar to that in the saline flushing group with no statistically significant difference(1.12±0.34 vs.1.08±0.34,P=0.41).Conclusions:Compared with saline flushing,the two-stage RCA combined with a sequential anticoagulation strategy significantly reduced extracorporeal circulation clotting events and prolonged the dialysis time without serious adverse events.Xiaoyan TANG Dezheng CHEN Ling ZHANG Ping FU Yanxia CHEN Zhou XIAO Xiangcheng XIAO Weisheng PENG Li CHENG Yanmin ZHANG Hongbo LI Kehui LI Bizhen GOU Xin WU Qian YU Lijun JIAN Zaizhi ZHU Yu WEN Cheng LIU Hen XUE Hongyu ZHANG Xin HE Bin YAN Liping ZHONG Bin HUANG Mingying MAO 2022Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,11:4
66.5 wt%Si high silicon steel sheets prepared by composite electrodeposition in magnetic field显示文摘A new preparation method of near-net-shape 6.5 wt% Si high silicon steel sheets was proposed by combining composite electrodeposition(CED) and diffusion annealing under magnetic field. The obtained sheets were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometry, analytical balance and a silicon steel material measurement system. The results show that the surface morphology,the elemental distribution, the cathode current efficiency and the silicon content of coatings were obviously influenced by the micro and macro magnetohydrodynamics(MHD) flows under magnetic field.With the effect of magnetic field, the silicon particles content of coatings showed an increasing trend and the diffusion process showed that an approximately uniform 6.5 wt% silicon steel sheet has been successfully obtained. The magnetism measurement showed that the high silicon steel sheet has the lower iron loss, and the iron loss further decreased under magnetic field. 7Synchronous breast cancer and breast lymphoma:two case reports and literature review显示文摘Synchronous breast cancer and breast lymphoma are rare. It is of high rate of misdiagnosis in clinical practice. Here we present two cases with this presentation. They are both middle-aged women, with stage I invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. One patient happened to have primary breast lymphoma(PBL); the other was secondary breast lymphoma(SBL). Their pathology and immunohistochemistry(IHC) findings supported the diagnosis of multiple primary carcinoma. Both patients had a surgery. 9Vanadyl ions binding to GroEL (HSP60) and inducing its depolymerization显示文摘Several vanadium compounds have been known for the hypoglycemic and anticancer effects. However, the mechanisms of the pharmacological and toxicological effects were not clear. In this work, we in- vestigated the potential targets of vanadium in mitochondria. Vanadyl ions were found to bind to mi- tochondria from rat liver with a stoichiometry of 244±58 nmol/mg protein and an apparent dissocia- tion constant (Kd) of (2.0±0.8)×10·16 mol/L. Using size exclusion chromatography, a vanadium-binding protein was isolated and identified to be the 60-kDa heat shock protein (HSP60) by mass spectrometry analysis and immunoassays. Additionally, binding of vanadyl ions was found to result in depolymeri- zation of homo-oligomeric HSP60 (GroEL). HSP60 is an indispensable molecular chaperone and in- volved in many kinds of pathogenesis of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, e.g. type 1 diabetes. 11H3K36 methyltransferase NSD1 regulates chondrocyte differentiation for skeletal development and fracture repair显示文摘Chondrocyte differentiation is a critical process for endochondral ossification,which is responsible for long bone development and fracture repair.Considerable progress has been made in understanding the transcriptional control of chondrocyte differentiation;however,epigenetic regulation of chondrocyte differentiation remains to be further studied.NSD1 is a H3K36(histone H3 at lysine 36)methyltransferase.Here,we showed that mice with Nsd1 deficiency in Prx1+mesenchymal progenitors but not in Col2+chondrocytes showed impaired skeletal growth and fracture healing accompanied by decreased chondrogenic differentiation.Via combined RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)and chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-seq)analysis,we identified sex determining region Y box 9(Sox9),the key transcription factor of chondrogenic differentiation,as a functional target gene of NSD1.Mechanistically,NSD1 regulates Sox9 expression by modulating H3K36me1 and H3K36me2 levels in the Sox9 promoter region,constituting a novel epigenetic regulatory mechanism of chondrogenesis.Moreover,we found that NSD1 can directly activate the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF1α),which plays a vital role in chondrogenic differentiation through its regulation of Sox9 expression.Collectively,the results of our study reveal crucial roles of NSD1 in regulating chondrogenic differentiation,skeletal growth,and fracture repair and expand our understanding of the function of epigenetic regulation in chondrogenesis and skeletal biology.Rui Shao Zhong Zhang Zhan Xu Huiling Ouyang Lijun Wang Hongwei Ouyang Matthew Greenblatt Xi Chen Weiguo Zou 2021Bone Research2021,9,3:2

20A novel computational framework for establishment of atomic mobility database directly from composition profiles and its uncertainty quantification显示文摘In this work,a novel computational framework for establishment of atomic mobility database directly from the experimental composition profiles and its uncertainty quantification was developed by merging the Bayesian inference with the Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm into the latest version of the Hit DIC software.By treating the simulation of composition profiles with the composition-dependent coefficients as the forward problem,the inverse coefficient problem that provides the potential way to compute the atomic mobilities directly from composition profiles can be postulated.The values and uncertainties of the atomic mobility parameters of interest were assessed by means of Bayesian inference,where the composition profiles were consumed directly.Benchmark tests that consider the number of diffusion couples and the noise levels were conducted.Practical application of the current framework in determination of atomic mobility descriptions of fcc Ni-Ta and Ni-Al-Ta alloys was performed.Further discussion about the results of the benchmark tests and practical study case indicated that the present computational framework together with numbers of composition profiles from the multiple diffusion couples can help to establish the high-quality atomic mobility database of the target multicomponent alloys.Jing Zhong Lijun Zhang Xiaoke Wu Li Chen Chunming Deng 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,13:1
