| 2 | Reducing the yield asymmetry in Mg-5Li-3Al-2Zn alloy by hot-extrusion and multi-pass rolling显示文摘Reducing the yield asymmetry is very important concern for wrought Mg-Li alloys.In this study,Mg-5Li-3Al-2 Zn(LAZ532)alloy was successfully produced by hot-extrusion followed by multi-pass rolling at 573 K.Microstructure evolution,mechanical properties and yield asymmetry reducing of LAZ532 alloys at different rolling passes were studied.By observing microstructure using transmission electron microscopy showed that a small amount of ultra-fine Al Mg_(4)Zn_(11)and nano Li_(3)Al_(2) phases existed in the alloy.With the increasing of rolling passes,the grains of the alloys were obviously refined,and comprehensive mechanical properties were dramatically improved.Meanwhile,it also showed an excellent tension and compression yield symmetry(TYS/CYS was about 1).The results showed that the combined action of the weak{0001}basal lamellar texture,grain refinement and addition of Li element could effectively improve the yield symmetry.Furthermore,based on theoretical analysis,the yield strength in the alloys mainly depended on the strengthening contributions of LAGBs and HAGBs,and strengthening effect of HAGBs most(~50%)to the yield strength improvement. | Xiaoqiang Li Liang Ren Qichi Le Lei Bao Peipeng Jin Ping Wang Chunlong Cheng Xiong Zhou Chenglu Hu | 2021 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,3: | 4 |

| 4 | SNP Detection of High Density Lipoprotein Binding Protein Gene (HBP) and Its Correlations with Growth Traits in Largemouth Bass(Micropterus salmoides)显示文摘High density lipoprotein binding protein( HBP) plays an important role in lipid metabolism of animals. Lipids are indispensable energy materials for fishes,especially for carnivorous fishes with low utilization efficiency of carbohydrates. The single nucleotide polymorphism( SNP) of HBP gene may affect the fat metabolism,thereby exerting an effect on the growth traits of largemouth bass( Micropterus salmoides). Investigating the correlations between SNP and growth traits can provide candidate markers for molecular marker-assisted selection. In this study,partial genomic fragments of HBP gene( Gen Bank accession number:KF652241) were amplified based on the sequences of an available contig in the EST-SNP database of largemouth bass. Three SNP mutation loci were identified in the 3' non-coding region of HBP gene by direct sequencing,including H1( G + 2782T),H2( T + 2817C) and H3( G + 2857A). Three SNP loci of 165 randomly selected largemouth bass individuals were detected and genotyped by Sna Pshot assay. Genetic structure was analyzed by POPGENE32 software. By using spss17. 0software,a general linear model( GLM) was established for correlation analysis between different genotypes at SNP loci of HBP gene and various growth traits. The results showed that three SNP loci were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium state. To be specific,loci H1 and H2 formed two haplotypes( A and B),and three genotypes( AA,AB,and BB) were observed; loci H1,H2 and H3 formed six diplotypes( D1,D2,D3,D4,D5 and D6). According to the correlations between different genotypes and various growth traits,the body weight and total length of largemouth bass individuals with genotype BB were significantly higher than those of individuals with genotype AB( P < 0. 05); the body weight and total length of largemouth bass individuals with diplotype D6 were significantly higher than those of individuals with diplotype D4( P < 0. 05). | 5 | Three dimensional apple tree organs classification and yield estimation algorithm based on multifeatures fusion and support vector machine显示文摘The automatic classification of apple tree organs is of great significance for automatic pruning of apple trees,automatic picking of apple fruits,and estimation of fruit yield.How-ever,there are some problems of dense foliage,partial occlusion and clustering of apple fruits.All of the problems above would contribute to the difficulties of organs classification and yield estimation of the apple trees.In this paper a method based on Color and Shape Multi-features Fusion and Support Vector Machine(SVM)for 3D apple tree organs classifi-cation and yield estimation was proposed.The method was designed for dwarf and densely planted apple trees at the early and late maturity stages.196-dimensional feature vectors composed with Red Green Blue(RGB),Hue Saturation Value(HSV),Curvatures,Fast Point Feature Histogram(FPFH),and Spin Image were extracted firstly.And then the SVM based on linear kernel function was trained,after that the trained SVM was used for apple tree organs classification.Then the position weighted smoothing algorithm was used for clas-sified apple tree organs smoothing.Then the agglomerative hierarchical clustering algo-rithm was used to recognize single apple fruit for yield estimation.On the same training and test set the experimental results showed that the SVM based on linear kernel function outperformed the KNN algorithm and Ensemble algorithm.The Recall,Precision and F1 score of the proposed method for yield estimation were 93.75%,96.15%and 94.93%respec-tively.In summary,to solve the problems of apple tree organs classification and yield esti-mation in natural apple orchard,a novelty method based on multi-features fusion and SVM was proposed and achieve good performance.Moreover,the proposed method could pro-vide technical support for automatic apple picking,automatic pruning of fruit trees,and automatic information acquisition and management in orchards. | Luzhen Ge Kunlin Zou Hang Zhou Xiaowei Yu Yuzhi Tan Chunlong Zhang Wei Li | 2022 | Information Processing in Agriculture2022,9,3: | 3 |

| 7 | Genetic and structural analyses suggest that a novel SPG3A mutation causes severe phenotypes of hereditary spastic paraplegia显示文摘Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a group of neurodegenerative diseases. The genotypes and phenotypes of HSP are extremely heterogenous. SPG3A is one of the identified genes underlying HSP, and codes for a GTPase, atlastin. Mutations in SPG3A are currently believed to be associated with early onset and mild phenotypes. And most structura predictions could not detect gross changes in the mutant protein. However, in a severely affected HSP family we have identified a novel SPG3A mutation, c.1228G>A (p.G410R), in a Tibetan kindred. The mutation occurred at the highly conserved nucleotide and co-segregated with the disease, and was absent in the control subjects. Structural predictions showed that the Tibetan mutation occurred at the linking part between the guanylate-binding protein domain (GB, the ball region) and the transmembrane helices (TM, the rod region) at the start point of an α-helix, which may disrupt the helix, and cause changes in the overall structure of the transmembrane region of the molecule. Our results indicate that severe pheno- types can also arise from SPG3A mutations and the linking part of the guanylate-binding protein domainand the transmembrane helices might be crucial in determining the severity of the disease. | 12 | Broccoli seedling pest damage degree evaluation based on machine learning combined with color and shape features显示文摘The degree of pest damage evaluation on corps in the field environment is very important for precision spraying pesticides.In this paper,we proposed an image processing method to identify the wormholes in the image of broccoli seedlings,and then to evaluate the damage of the broccoli seedlings by pests.The broccoli seedlings were taken as the research object.The ratio of wormhole areas to broccoli seedling leaves areas(Rw)was used to describe the pest damage degree.An algorithm was developed to calculate the ratio of wormhole areas to broccoli seedling leaves areas.Firstly,broccoli seedling leaves were segmented from the background and the area of the leaves was obtained.There were some holes in segmentation results due to pest damage and other reasons.Then,a classifier based on machine learning was developed to classify the wormholes and other holes.Twenty-four features,including color features and shape features of the holes,were used to develop classifiers.After identifying wormholes from images,the area of the wormholes was obtained and the degree of pest damage to broccoli seedling was calculated.The determination coefficient(R2)between the algorithm calculated pest damage degree and manually labeled pest damage degree was 0.85.The root-mean-square error(d)was 0.02.Results demonstrated that the color and shape were able to effectively segment wormholes from leaves of broccoli seedlings and evaluate the degree of pest damage.This method could provide references for precision spraying pesticides. | Kunlin Zou Luzhen Ge Hang Zhou Chunlong Zhang Wei Li | 2021 | Information Processing in Agriculture2021,8,4: | 0 |
