2Mapping of wheat stripe rust resistance gene Yr041133 by BSR-Seq analysis显示文摘Puccinia striiformis Westend. f. sp. tritici(Pst) pathotype CYR34 is widely virulent and prevalent in China.Here, we report identification of a strpie rust resistance(Yr) gene, designated Yr041133, in winter wheat line 041133. This line produced a hypersensitive reaction to CYR34 and conferred resistance to 13 other pathotypes. Resistance to CYR34 in line 041133 was controlled by a single dominant gene. Bulked segregant RNA sequencing(BSR-Seq) was performed on a pair of RNA bulks generated by pooling resistant and susceptible recombinant inbred lines. Yr041133 was mapped to a 1.7 c M genetic interval on the chromosome arm 7 BL that corresponded to a 0.8 Mb physical interval(608.9–609.7 Mb) in the Chinese Spring reference genome. 3Tea Polyphenols Reducing Lipopolysaccharide-induced Inflammatory Responses in RAW264.7 Macrophages via NF-κB Pathway显示文摘The anti-inflammatory activity of tea polyphenols(TPs)in RAW264.7 macrophages stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)was investigated in this paper.RAW264.7 macrophages were treated with different concentrations of TP(0,12.5,25,50,100,and 200μg/mL)and then stimulated by LPS.Another blank control group was set up.The expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines associated with the nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathway was investigated before and after TP treatment.Pretreatment of RAW264.7 cells with TP decreased the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin 1 beta(IL-1β)pro-inflammatory cytokines.In addition,TP inhibited the phosphorylation of p65 and IκB by blocking the phosphorylation and the degradation of NF-κB inhibitor protein.In conclusion,TP exerts anti-inflammatory effects by regulating the release of inflammatory mediators via the NF-κB signaling pathway.SU Siyi LI Xiaoyu GUO Xu ZHOU Ruiming LI Manman MING Pengfei HUANG Yingying Sajid Ur RAHMAN DING Hongyan FENG Shibin LI Jinchun WANG Xichun LI Yu WU linjie 2019Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,6:1

7Hertz-rate metropolitan quantum teleportation显示文摘Quantum teleportation can transfer an unknown quantum state between distant quantum nodes,which holds great promise in enabling large-scale quantum networks.To advance the full potential of quantum teleportation,quantum states must be faithfully transferred at a high rate over long distance.Despite recent impressive advances,a high-rate quantum teleportation system across metropolitan fiber networks is extremely desired.Here,we demonstrate a quantum teleportation system which transfers quantum states carried by independent photons at a rate of 7.1±0.4 Hz over 64-km-long fiber channel.An average single-photon fidelity of≥90.6±2.6%is achieved,which exceeds the maximum fidelity of 2/3 in classical regime.Our result marks an important milestone towards quantum networks and opens the door to exploring quantum entanglement based informatic applications for the future quantum internet.Si Shen Chenzhi Yuan Zichang Zhang Hao Yu Ruiming Zhang Chuanrong Yang Hao Li Zhen Wang You Wang Guangwei Deng Haizhi Song Lixing You Yunru Fan Guangcan Guo Qiang Zhou 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,6:0
8Preparation of nanometer yellow iron and its UV absorption capacity显示文摘The nanometer yellow iron oxide was prepared by oxidizing Fe(OH)2 with air, which was verified with XRD and TEM. The result shows that nanometer yellow iron oxide is spindle-shaped and well-distributed with a long axis of 150-200 nm and short axis of 40-50 nm. Ultraviolet (UV) transmittance of the iron oxide shows the great effect of concentration on both transparency and UV ab- sorption, and it has been proven that iron oxide with a concentration of 0.025wt% is preferred. The spectrum of XRD indicates that it is goethite. When the yellow iron is dispersed in sol, given that the wavelength of UV is less than 300 nm, its UV absorption capacity is superior to those of ZnO and TiO2. 9Spectrally multiplexed indistinguishable single-photon generation at telecom-band显示文摘Heralded single-photon source(HSPS)intrinsically suffers from the trade-off between the heralded single-photon rate and the single-photon purity.To break through this trade-off,one can apply multiplexing technology in different degrees of freedom that significantly improves the performance of the HSPS.Here,we propose a 1.5μm chip-scale HSPS on lithium niobate on insulator by employing spectral multiplexing and active feedforward spectral manipulating,and we demonstrate a proof-of-principle experiment with discrete fiber-based components.With continuous-wave laser pumping and three spectral modes multiplexed,our experimental results show that the spectral multiplexing improves the heralded single-photon rate by near threefold while keeping the g^((2))(0)as low as 0.0006±0.0001 at a measured single-photon rate of 3.1 kHz.By measuring the joint spectral intensity,we show that the spectral multiplexing and feed-forward control effectively erase the frequency correlation of photon pairs.Moreover,we implement the Hong-Ou-Mandel interference between the spectrally multiplexed single photons and photons from an independent weak coherence source,which indicates that the multiplexed single photons are highly indistinguishable after the spectral manipulation.Our results pave a way for on-chip scalable and high-performance HSPS with spectral multiplexing toward deterministic single-photon emission.HAO YU CHENZHI YUAN RUIMING ZHANG ZICHANG ZHANG HAO LI YOU WANG GUANGWEI DENG LIXING YOU HAIZHI SONG ZHIMING WANG GUANG-CAN GUO QIANG ZHOU 2022Photonics Research2022,10,6:0
