| 1 | Major advances in studies of the physical geography and living environment of China during the past 70 years and future prospects显示文摘The natural environment provides material essentials for human survival and development. The characteristics,processes, regional differentiation and forcing mechanisms of the elements of the natural environment(e.g. geomorphology,climate, hydrology, soil, etc.) are the main objects of research in physical geography. China has a complex natural environment and huge regional differentiation and therefore it provides outstanding reserach opportunities in physical geography. This review summarizes the most important developments and the main contributions of research in the physical geography and human living environment in China during the past 70 years. The major topics addressed are the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and the evolution of its cryosphere, the development of fluvial systems, the acidification of the vast arid region of the Asian interior, variations in the monsoon and westerly climate systems on multiple timescales, the development of lakes and wetlands, the watershed system model, soil erosion, past human-environment interactions, biogeography, and physical geographic zonality. After briefly introducing international research developments, we review the history of research in physical geography in China, focusing on the major achievements and major academic debates, and finally we summarize the status of current research and the future prospects. | 2 | 胸腔置管白介素-2联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床观察(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of our study was to explore the short-term effects and complication of interleukin-2 (IL-2) combining with Cisplatin in the treatment of malignant hydrothorax.Methods: Sixty-two cases patients with malignant hydrothorax were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group was 31 examples,thoracic cavity injection IL-2 and Cisplatin;31 cases in control group using Cisplatin alone intra-thoracic injection.The regime of every week for 1–4 weeks was used to observe short term effects and complications.Results: The total response rate in observe group was higher than that in control group (90.3% vs.68.1%),which had statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).The complications included gastrointestinal tract reaction,bone marrow inhibition,chest pain and fever.The incidence rates of chest pain and fever in observe group was slightly higher than that in control group,but there was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion: The IL-2 combining with Cisplatin intra-thoracic injection for malignant hydrothorax has the features of good therapeutic effects and slight poisonous side effects,which is worth to be used in clinic. | Cheng Xu Zaijun Zhang Yuezhen Hu Yeyuan Wang Mingquan Li | 2011 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,1: | 3 |

| 13 | REGγ drives Lgr5^(+) stem cells to potentiate radiation induced intestinal regeneration显示文摘Leucine-rich repeat containing G protein-coupled receptor 5(Lgr5), a marker of intestinal stem cells(ISCs), is considered to play key roles in tissue homoeostasis and regeneration after acute radiation injury. However, the activation of Lgr5 by integrated signaling pathways upon radiation remains poorly understood. Here, we show that irradiation of mice with whole-body depletion or conditional ablation of REGγ in Lgr5^(+) stem cell impairs proliferation of intestinal crypts, delaying regeneration of intestine epithelial cells. Mechanistically, REGγ enhances transcriptional activation of Lgr5 via the potentiation of both Wnt and Hippo signal pathways. TEAD4 alone or cooperates with TCF4, a transcription factor mediating Wnt signaling, to enhance the expression of Lgr5. Silencing TEAD4 drastically attenuated β-catenin/TCF4 dependent expression of Lgr5. | 14 | A novel molecular classification method for osteosarcoma based on tumor cell differentiation trajectories显示文摘Subclassification of tumors based on molecular features may facilitate therapeutic choice and increase the response rate of cancer patients.However,the highly complex cell origin involved in osteosarcoma(OS)limits the utility of traditional bulk RNA sequencing for OS subclassification.Single-cell RNA sequencing(sc RNA-seq)holds great promise for identifying cell heterogeneity.However,this technique has rarely been used in the study of tumor subclassification.By analyzing sc RNA-seq data for six conventional OS and nine cancellous bone(CB)samples,we identified 29 clusters in OS and CB samples and discovered three differentiation trajectories from the cancer stem cell(CSC)-like subset,which allowed us to classify OS samples into three groups.The classification model was further examined using the TARGET dataset.Each subgroup of OS had different prognoses and possible drug sensitivities,and OS cells in the three differentiation branches showed distinct interactions with other clusters in the OS microenvironment.In addition,we verified the classification model through IHC staining in 138 OS samples,revealing a worse prognosis for Group B patients.Furthermore,we describe the novel transcriptional program of CSCs and highlight the activation of EZH2 in CSCs of OS.These findings provide a novel subclassification method based on sc RNA-seq and shed new light on the molecular features of CSCs in OS and may serve as valuable references for precision treatment for and therapeutic development in OS. | Hao Zhang Ting Wang Haiyi Gong Runyi Jiang Wang Zhou Haitao Sun Runzhi Huang Yao Wang Zhipeng Wu Wei Xu Zhenxi Li Quan Huang Xiaopan Cai Zaijun Lin Jinbo Hu Qi Jia Chen Ye Haifeng Wei Jianru Xiao | 2023 | Bone Research2023,11,1: | 0 |
| 15 | A Method for Classification and Evaluation of Pilot’s Mental States Based on CNN显示文摘How to accurately recognize the mental state of pilots is a focus in civil aviation safety.The mental state of pilots is closely related to their cognitive ability in piloting.Whether the cognitive ability meets the standard is related to flight safety.However,the pilot’s working state is unique,which increases the difficulty of analyzing the pilot’s mental state.In this work,we proposed a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)that merges attention to classify the mental state of pilots through electroencephalography(EEG).Considering the individual differences in EEG,semi-supervised learning based on improvedK-Means is used in themodel training to improve the generalization ability of the model.We collected the EEG data of 12 pilot trainees during the simulated flight and compared the method in this paper with other methods on this data.The method in this paper achieved an accuracy of 86.29%,which is better than 4D-aNN and HCNN etc.Negative emotion will increase the probability of fatigue appearing,and emotion recognition is also meaningful during the flight.Then we conducted experiments on the public dataset SEED,and our method achieved an accuracy of 93.68%.In addition,we combine multiple parameters to evaluate the results of the classification network on a more detailed level and propose a corresponding scoring mechanism to display the mental state of the pilots directly. | Qianlei Wang Zaijun Wang Renhe Xiong Xingbin Liao Xiaojun Tan | 2023 | Computer Systems Science & Engineering2023,46,8: | 0 |
