1Binding activity of H-Ras is necessary for in vivo inhibition of ASK1 activity显示文摘H-Ras is well known as one of the essential components of Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK cascade, which is a critical prosurvival signaling mechanism in most eukaryotic cells. Ras targets Raf/MEK/ERK cascade by integrating and transmitting extracellular signals from growth factor receptors to Raf, leading to the propagation of signals to modulate a serious of cellular survival events. Apoptosis signal-regulating kinasel (ASK1) serves as a general mediator of cell death because it is responsive to a variety of death signals. In this study, we found that H-Ras interacted with ASK1 to cause the inhibition of both ASK1 activity and ASK1-induced apoptosis in vivo, which was reversed only partially by addition of RafS621A, an antagonist of Raf, whereas MEK inhibitor, PD98059, and PI3K inhibitor, LY294002, did not disturb the inhibitory effect of H-Ras on ASK-1-induced apoptosis. Furthermore, by means of immunoprecipitate and kinase assays, we demonstrated that the interaction between H-Ras and ASK1 as well as the inhibition of ASK1 activity were dependent on the binding activity of H-Ras. 2Polarization loss analysis and ageing characterisation of transformer oil-immersed insulation by using decoupled frequency domain spectroscopy显示文摘The polarization information contained in the frequency-domain spectroscopy(FDS)could be utilised for characterising the ageing degree of transformer oil-immersed insulation.However,the polarization information will be obscured by its conductance effect,it is thus hard to analyse the polarization behaviour by using the traditional FDS technique.Given this issue,an alternative approach is proposed to analyse the polari-zation information using FDS decoupled by logarithmic-derivative spectroscopy(LDS).Findings proved that the polarization loss information generated by polarization behaviour can be separated from the total dispersion loss.The proposed feature pa-rameters are later used to analyse the polarization loss information under ageing impact.Also,the polarization loss surface is constructed by using these feature parameters to characterise the ageing degrees of oil-immersed samples.Finally,the potential possibility of using the proposed method to analyse the polarization loss and ageing degree are respectively discussed.Xianhao Fan Jiefeng Liu Yiyi Zhang Zheshi Ding Qingyin Wang 2022High Voltage2022,7,3:2
3Study Progress on Animal Feces Treatment by Microorganism显示文摘With the fast development of livestock breeding,serious environmental pollution issues caused by the large accumulation of animal feces have arisen increasingly. It is of great importance to re-use these organic matter resources in order to ease the environmental and resource problems. And we reviews the significance of microorganism for livestock development and particularly the close relationship between microorganism and biodegradation of animal breeding residues. These bacteria play important roles in odor control,degradation and conversion of organic matters,and even the reduction of animal waste discharging amount by adjusting the feed nutrition proportion or improving the digestibility of nutrients.
