1Serum IL-10 from systemic lupus erythematosus patients suppresses the differentiation and function of monocyte-derived dendritic cells显示文摘The role played by cytokines,other than interferon(IFN)-α,in the differentiation and function of dendritic cells(DCs) in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),remains unclear.Serum interleukin-10(IL-10) levels are generally elevated in SLE patients,which might modulate the differentiation of DCs.In this study,DCs were induced from monocytes either by transendothelial trafficking or by culture with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF) + IL-4 + tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α.Both systems were used to investigate the effects of elevated serum IL-10 level on DC differentiation in SLE patients.The results showed that monocyte-derived DCs induced by either SLE serum or exogenous IL-10 reduced the expression of human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-DR and CD80,decreased IL-12p40 level,and increased IL-10 level,and exhibited an impaired capacity to stimulate allogenic T-cell proliferation.These results indicate that serum IL-10 may be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE by modulating the differentiation and function of DCs.Zhida Sun Rong Zhang Huijuan Wang Pengtao Jiang Jiangquan Zhang Mingshun Zhang Lei Gu Xiaofan Yang Miaojia Zhang Xiaohui Ji 2012The Journal of Biomedical Research2012,26,6:3

5Formation and evolution of oblique anticline in eastern Niger Delta显示文摘Based on the three-dimensional seismic interpretation data,this paper analyzed the formation mechanism and the growth process of the oblique anticline AE of the M region of the eastern Niger Delta,as well as the evolution process of the associated fault systems.The study results show that the stratigraphic sedimentary period between reflector H4-H6 of the middle and late Miocene was the initial fold-thrust stage,the anticline AE was a half-graben controlled by oblique extensional faults derived from the oblique extensional transfer structure formed by local initial differential fold-thrusting.At the same time the tear faults developed as a result of the differential sliding.During the stratigraphic sedimentary period between reflector H1-H4 of the late Miocene to Pliocene,the large-scale folding and thrusting occurred,differential contractional deformation resulted in the pre-existing extensional half-graben became AE anticline by oblique tectonic inversion,then the anticline grew continually and the crest of the anticline migrated gradually.The newly formed fault systems consist of a small number of associated tear-normal faults caused by differential thrusting and gravity-driven domino normal faults predominantly induced by the slope inclination of the anticline limb.During the stratigraphic sedimentary period between reflector H0-H1 of the Pleistocene to Holocene,as the growth of the anticline ceased,the area entered post-fold thrusting stage.The formation and distribution of conjugated faults were controlled by the local gravity return collapse,local differential sliding and reactivation of pre-existing positive inversion faults jointly.The research results of genetic mechanism of the oblique inversion anticline and evolution of associated faults are helpful to reveal the key factors controlling the accumulation and distribution of oil and gas.SUN Yonghe LIU Zhida LI Xuesong HU Guangyi FAN Tingen GAO Yunfeng 2018Petroleum Exploration and Development2018,45,1:0
6Modulating the electronic spin state by constructing dual-metal atomic pairs for activating the dynamic site of oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘In this study,dual-metal atomic pairs of manganese(Mn)-iron(Fe)binuclear sites(BNSs)with two conjoint MnN4 and FeN4 moieties(MnFeN8)anchored onto a graphite-like structure(GLS)(Mn-Fe BNSs/GLS)were constructed.The binuclear MnFeN8 structure was verified experimentally and theoretically.Magnetic measurements and Gaussian calculations reveal that this unique Mn-Fe BNSs exhibit strong short-range electronic interaction between Mn and Fe sites,which decouples two paired d electrons in Fe sites,thereby transforming Fe sites from an intermediate to a high spin state.The optimal electronic configuration of Fe sites and their binuclear structure facilitate an oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)thermodynamically and dynamically,respectively,endowing Mn-Fe BNSs with improved ORR performance.Shenghua Ye Shuhua Xie Yaqi Lei Xiuyuan Yang Jing Hu Lirong Zheng Zhida Chen Yonghuan Fu Xiangzhong Ren Yongliang Li Xiaoping Ouyang Qianling Zhang Jianhong Liu Xueliang Sun 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
7Rational design of Ru species on N-doped graphene promoting water dissociation for boosting hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘In this study,the morphological distribution of Ru on nitrogen-doped graphene(NG)could be rationally regulated via modulating the combination mode between Ru precursor and the zeolite imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8).The cation exchange and host-guest strategies respectively resulted in two different combination modes between Ru precursor and ZIF-8 anchored on graphene.Following pyrolysis of the above precursors,Ru single-atom sites(SASs)with and without Ru nanoparticles(NPs)were formed selectively on NG(denoted as Ru SASs+NPs/NG and Ru SASs/NG,respectively).Ru SASs+NPs/NG exhibited excellent hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)performance in alkaline solutions(η_(10)=12 mV,12.57 A mg^(-1)_(Ru) at 100 mV),which is much better than Ru SASs/NG.The experimental and theoretical study revealed that Ru SASs could adsorb hydrogen with optimal adsorption strength,while Ru NPs could lower the barrier of water molecule dissociation,and thus Ru SASs and Ru NPs could synergistically promote the catalytic performance of HER in alkaline solutions.Zhida Chen Wenda Chen Lirong Zheng Tao Huang Jing Hu Yaqi Lei Qi Yuan Xiangzhong Ren Yongliang Li Lei Zhang Shaoluan Huang Shenghua Ye Qianling Zhang Xiaoping Ouyang Xueliang Sun Jianhong Liu 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,3:0
