| 1 | Multiplex intermetallic phases in a gravity die-cast Mg-6.0Zn-1.5Nd-0.5Zr(wt%) alloy显示文摘Components and crystal structures of the intermetallic phases in a gravity die-cast Mg-6.0Zn-1.5Nd-0.5Zr(wt%)alloy were investigated using transmission electron microscopy.The results indicate that this alloy has multiple intermetallic phases and various inner faults.Totally,six eutectoid intermetallic phases,namely W(Mg Nd Zn_(3)),T(Mg_(39)Zn_(55)Nd_(6)),(Mg,Zr)Zn_(2),Z(Mg_(28)Zn_(65)Nd_(7)),H_(2)(Mg_(15)Zn_(70)Nd_(15)),and H1(Mg_(24)Zn_(64)Nd_(11)),were simultaneously observed at grain boundaries,and six precipitates(Z,Mg_(7)Zn_(3),T,Mg_(4)Zn_(7),β_(1)-Mg Zn_(2) and β_(2)-Mg Zn_(2))were found inα-Mg grains.Furthermore,faults like sub-grain boundaries,orientation domains(coherent with the same matching plane but with different orientations),stacking faults and twins were observed in the eutectoid intermetallic phases.Finally,some new orientation relationships between the known intermetallic phases were revealed.This paper can provide new insight into alloy design for Mg-Zn-RE(RE:rare earth)based alloys. | Fanzhi Meng Shuhui Lv Qiang Yang Xin Qiu Zixiang Yan Qian Duan Jian Meng | 2022 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,1: | 1 |
| 2 | Mechanical Sensitive Molecule MACF1 Promotes Osteoblast Differentiation显示文摘The decreased osteoblast differentiation associated with reduced bone formation is one main cause of microgravityinduced bone loss.Our previous studies have demonstrated that microtubule actin crosslinking factor 1(MACF1)is downregulated in association with the decreased osteoblast differentiation and bone formation under simulated microgravity conditions.These findings suggest that MACF1 is sensitive to mechanical condition and may be critical for osteoblast differentiation and bone formation.To verify this hypothesis,current study investigates the role and mechanism of MACF1 in regulatingosteoblast differentiation by adopting MACF1 knockdown(MACF1-KD)osteoblasts.The results showed that MACF1 knockdown suppressed mineralized nodules formation,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity,osteogenic gene expression andβ-catenin signaling transduction.Moreover,we used RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)and chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-seq)to investigate further mechanism.Interestingly,we found that MACF1 sequesterd repressors of osteoblast differentiation in cytoplasm.In conclusion,MACF1 is sensitive to mechanical condition and plays key role in activatingβ-catenin signaling transduction and sequestering repressors of osteoblast differentiation,which further promotes osteoblast differentiation. | Lifang Hu Chong Yin Zixiang Wu Zizhang Huang Peihong Su Yan Zhang Zhihao Chen Airong Qian | 2019 | 医用生物力学2019,34,A01: | 0 |
| 3 | Dynamics of particles near the surface of amedium under ultra-strong shocks显示文摘Through nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulations,we provide an atomic-scale picture of the dynamics of particles near the surface of a medium under ultra-strong shocks.This shows that the measured surface velocity v_(f)under ultra-strong shocks is actually the velocity of the critical surface at which the incident probe light is reflected,and v_(f)has a single-peaked structure.The doubling rule commonly used in the case of relatively weak shocks to determine particle velocity behind the shock front is generally not valid under ultra-strong shocks.After a short period of acceleration,v_(f)exhibits a long slowly decaying tail,which is not sensitive to the atomic mass of the medium.A scaling law for v_(f)is also proposed,and this may be used to improve the measurement of particle velocity u in future experiments. | Zixiang Yan Hao Liu Xinyu Zhang Guoli Ren Jie Liu Wei Kang Weiyan Zhang Xiantu He | 2021 | Matter and Radiation at Extremes2021,6,2: | 0 |

| 8 | Exceptional reversed yield strength asymmetry in a rare-earth free Mg alloy containing quasicrystal precipitates显示文摘This work reports an exceptional reversed yield strength asymmetry at room temperature for a rare-earth free magnesium alloy containing a mass of fine dispersed quasicrystal(I-phase)precipitates.Although exhibiting traditional basal texture,it owns an exceptional CYS/TYS as high as~1.17.Electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)examinations indicate pyramidal and prismatic dislocations plus tensile twinning being activated after immediate yielding in compression while basal and non-basal dislocations in tension.I-phase particles transferred the concentrated stress by self-twinning to provide the driving force for tensile twin initiating in neighboring grains,thereby significantly increasing the critical resolved shear stress of tensile twinning to possibly the level of pyramidal slip,finally leading to the dominance of pyramidal slip plus tensile twinning in texture grains.This results in a higher contribution on yield strength by~55 MPa in compression than in tension,which reasonably agrees with the experimental yield strength difference(~38 MPa).It can be concluded that I-phase particles influence deformation modes in tension and in compression,finally result in reversed yield strength asymmetry. | Qiang Yang Shuhui Lv Zixiang Yan Zefeng Xie Xin Qiu | 2024 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2024,12,2: | 0 |
