2Global overview of research progress and development of precision maize planters显示文摘Maize is the most important crop for food and widely used for industrial materials,leading to its increasing demand all over the world.Precision planting is the effective method to increase maize yield.To meet the agronomic requirement of precision planting,different kinds of precision maize planters were developed.However,because of the difference of geographical environment,cropping system,farm scale and economic status among different countries,types of maize planters are various and the technologies involved are at different levels.This paper summarizes the precision maize planters currently available in the world and classifies them into four types:precision planters for tilled-land,minimum/no tilled-land,hilly&small land,and cold&arid land.Detailed characteristics have been provided for some typical precision planters and comparisons were made as to their suitability under particular working conditions.High-efficiency and high-accuracy are the main features of precision planters for tilled-land,while the ability to clean residue from seed rows and prevent planters to be blocked are the important function of precision planters for minimum/no tilled-land.To fit for hilly&small land,planters should be light-weighted and small-sized,and to warm up soil and keep moisture,planters for cold&arid land should be equipped with plastic-film mulching mechanism.Finally,developing trend of precision planting technology was analyzed and suggestions,including policy support and technical improvement,were made for developing countries to make suitable precision maize planters according to the local geographical conditions and cropping systems.Yang Li Yan Bingxin Cui Tao Yu Yiming He Xiantao Liu Quanwei Liang Zhijie Yin Xiaowei Zhang Dongxing 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,1:17
3Development and application of mechanized maize harvesters显示文摘Maize harvesting is one of the most important filed operations of maize production.As the accelerating development of maize industry,mechanized maize harvesting is widely accepted and used by farmers in the world.According to the harvesting methods,maize harvesters could be classified into two types,one is maize-for-grain harvesters,including pickers and grain harvesters,the other is whole plant harvesters,including forage harvesters and combined grain-stover harvesters.Structure characteristics,appropriate areas and relative technologies of those harvesters are described in this paper,i.e.,pickers are suitable for multi-crop areas,Grain harvesters are mainly for one-crop areas when grain moisture content is lower than 25%,combined grain-stover harvesters are applicable in agro-pastoral ecotone,and forage harvesters are capable in large-scaled animal husbandry farming areas where large amount of silage are required.Meanwhile,the future development trend of the different harvesters is predicted.Big horsepower engines,enhanced working efficiency,automation and intelligence are required by large scaled farms.As maize breeding development,more varieties that are suitable for grain harvesting are put into practice,so grain combine harvesters will be popular in future.Yang Li Cui Tao Qu Zhe Li Kehong Yin Xiaowei Han Dandan Yan Bingxin Zhao Dongyue Zhang Dongxing 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3:13
4Carbon dioxide adsorption of two-dimensional carbide MXenes显示文摘Two-dimensional carbide MXenes(Ti_3C_2T_x and V_2CT_x)were prepared by exfoliating MAX phases(Ti_3AlC_2 and V_2AlC)powders in the solution of sodium fluoride(NaF)and hydrochloric acid(HCl).The specific surface area(SSA)of as-prepared Ti_3C_2T_x was 21 m^2/g,and that of V_2CT_x was 9 m^2/g.After intercalation with dimethylsulfoxide,the SSA of Ti_3C_2T_x was increased to 66 m^2/g;that of V_2CT_x was increased to 19 m^2/g.Their adsorption properties on carbon dioxide(CO_2)were investigated under 0–4 MPa at room temperature(298 K).Intercalated Ti_3C_2T_x had the adsorption capacity of 5.79 mmol/g,which is close to the capacity of many common sorbents.The theoretical capacity of Ti_3C_2T_x with the SSA of 496 m^2/g was up to 44.2 mmol/g.Additionally,due to high pack density,MXenes had very high volume-uptake capacity.The capacity of intercalated Ti_3C_2T_(x )measured in this paper was 502 V·v^(–1).This value is already higher than volume capacity of most known sorbents.These results suggest that MXenes have some advantage features to be researched as novel CO_2 capture materials.Bingxin WANG Aiguo ZHOU Fanfan LIU Jianliang CAO Libo WANG Qianku HU 2018Journal of Advanced Ceramics2018,7,3:9
5Shape-Controlled Synthesis of Mn_(3)O_(4) Nanocrystals and Their Catalysis of the Degradation of Methylene Blue显示文摘Various sizes and shapes of Mn_(3)O_(4) nanocrystals have been prepared in a one-pot synthesis in extremely dilute solution by soft template self-assembly. To better control size and shape, the effects of varying the growth time, reaction temperature, surfactant, and manganese source were examined. The average size of octahedral Mn_(3)O_(4) crystallites was found to be related to the reaction time, while higher reaction temperature (150 °C) and the use of a cetyltrimethylammonium bromide/poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (CTAB/PVP) mixture allowed construction of a better-defined octahedral morphologies. When PVP or poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide) (P123) was used as template, large-scale agglomeration resulting in loss of the octahedral morphology occurred and crystallites with a quasi-spherical shape were obtained. 6Broadband ultrafast nonlinear optical response of few-layers graphene: toward the mid-infrared regime显示文摘Gapless linear energy dispersion of graphene endows it with unique nonlinear optical properties, including broadband nonlinear absorption and giant nonlinear refractive index. Herein, we experimentally observed that fewlayers graphene has obvious nonlinear absorption and large nonlinear refraction, as investigated by the Z-scan technique in the mid-infrared(mid-IR) regime. 8Two-dimensional vanadium carbide(V2CTx) MXene as supercapacitor electrode in seawater electrolyte显示文摘In this study,two-dimensional V2CTx MXene has been prepared by selectively etching Al layers from V2 AlC MAX phase by NaF+HCl etching at 90℃for 72 h and its performance as supercapacitor(SC)electrode were tested using simulating seawater as electrolyte.V2CTx MXene-based electrodes shows a good capacitance of 181.1 F/g,which is in accordance with the volumetric specific capacitance of 317.8 F/cm^3,and with 89.1%capacitance retention even after 5000 cycle.Compared with other MXenes,V2CTx have better electrochemical performance as SC electrode.This work provides an innovative strategy to apply V2CTx MXene as SC electrode in safety and effective seawater electrolyte.Hongtian He Qixun Xia Bingxin Wang Libo Wang Qianku Hu Aiguo Zhou 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,4:6
9Influences of microwave vacuum puffing conditions on anthocyanin content of raspberry snack显示文摘Microwave technology is fit for the processing of berry products,but it may affect nutrition components of berry fruit.To improve the nutritional value of the berry products,the influences of microwave vacuum puffing conditions on the anthocyanin content of raspberry snack were investigated using central composite experiments.Results indicated that vacuum pressure had the most significant effect on the anthocyanins of berry snack,followed by the puffing time,microwave power,and initial moisture content.The interaction between microwave power and puffing time on the anthocyanins was extremely significant.Under microwave power of 2.68 kW and the puffing time of 81.00 s,the anthocyanin content of raspberry snack was retained at high level.The results can provide some technological basis for the berry fruit products processed with high quality.Mu Yanqiu Zhao Xinhuai Liu Bingxin Liu Chenghai Zheng Xianzhe 2013International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2013,6,3:5
10Preparation of Aminated Lignin through Etherification and Amination显示文摘A new method for the preparation of aminated lignin(AEL) through etherification and amination reaction was presented. Chlorine atoms were firstly introduced into lignin through its etherification with epichlorohydrin. Then, hydrophilic amine groups were grafted to the modified lignin structure through amination with ethylenediamine to obtain AEL. Subsequent acidification of AEL led to the ionized aminated lignin(IAEL). The results of our analyses showed that the nitrogen content of AEL was 6.9%. Foaming and emulsifying experiments indicated that AEL had better foamability and emulsifying properties than IAEL. Surface tension tests showed that AEL and IAEL had similar critical micelle concentration(CMC). However, IAEL had lower surface tension(36.33 mN/m) than AEL(42.89 mN/m) at CMC. 11Three-Dimensional Self-assembled Hairball-Like VS4 as High-Capacity Anodes for Sodium-Ion Batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are considered to be attractive candidates for large-scale energy storage systems because of their rich earth abundance and consistent performance.However,there are still challenges in developing desirable anode materials that can accommodate rapid and stable insertion/extraction of Na+and can exhibit excellent electrochemical performance.Herein,the self-assembled hairball-like VS4 as anodes of SIBs exhibits high discharge capacity(660 and 589 mAh g−1 at 1 and 3 A g−1,respectively)and excellent rate property(about 100%retention at 10 and 20 A g−1 after 1000 cycles)at room temperature.Moreover,the VS4 can also exhibit 591 mAh g−1 at 1 A g−1 after 600 cycles at 0°C.An unlike traditional mechanism of VS4 for Na+storage was proposed according to the dates of ex situ characterization,cyclic voltammetry,and electrochemical kinetic analysis.The capacities of the final stabilization stage are provided by the reactions of reversible transformation between Na2S and S,which were considered the reaction mechanisms of Na–S batteries.This work can provide a basis for the synthesis and application of sulfur-rich compounds in fields of batteries,semiconductor devices,and catalysts.Shuangshuang Ding Bingxin Zhou Changmiao Chen Zhao Huang Pengchao Li Shuangyin Wang Guozhong Cao Ming Zhang 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,3:3
12Sustained co-delivery of gemcitabine and cis-platinum via biodegradable thermo-sensitive hydrogel for synergistic combination therapy of pancreatic cancer显示文摘Pancreatic cancer is one of the most devastating cancers with poor prognosis and no significant change in the survival rate over the past decades.Localized targeted drug delivery through interventional endoscopic ultrasonography-guided fine-needle injection (EUS-FNI) is an attractive and minimally invasive strategy for inoperable pancreatic cancer.An injectable in-situ formed long-lasting drug delivery system is a promising alternative for the localized treatment of pancreatic cancer via EUS-FNI.Here,a biodegradable thermo-sensitive copolymer hydrogel for the co-delivery of anticancer agents gemcitabine (GEM) and cis-platinum (DDP) was developed.This hydrogel is a free flowable liquid at room temperature that changes into a semi-solid hydrogel following injection in response to the physiological temperature.Both in vitro and in vivo drug release behaviors indicate sustained drug release of this delivery system.Synergistic cellular proliferation inhibition and desirable apoptosis promotion have been found when pancreatic cancer Bxpc-3 cells were co-cultured with this GEM-DDP/hydrogel system.After a single intratumoral injection,the dual-drug loaded hydrogel formulation exhibited superior anti-tumor efficacy and minimized systemic side effect on pancreatic cancer xenograft mouse model in comparison to the intravenously injected free GEM and DDP combination.In addition,a strong synergistic therapeutic effect of the GEM-DDP/hydrogel system against pancreatic cancer has been found in vitro and in vivo compared to the single-drug loaded hydrogel composites.The obtained findings suggest this developed thermo-sensitive copolymer hydrogel system as a potential universal carrier for the localized targeted delivery of multi-drugs,for use in a variety of inoperable solid tumors.Kun Shi Bingxin Xue Yanpeng Jia Liping Yuan Ruxia Han Fan Yang Jinrong Peng Zhiyong Qian 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:3

14Rotavirus VP7 epitope chimeric proteins elicit cross-immunoreactivity in guinea pigs显示文摘VP7 of group A rotavirus(RVA) contains major neutralizing epitopes. Using the antigenic protein VP6 as the vector, chimeric proteins carrying foreign epitopes have been shown to possess good immunoreactivity and immunogenicity. In the present study, using modified VP6 as the vector,three chimeric proteins carrying epitopes derived from VP7 of RVA were constructed. The results showed that the chimeric proteins reacted with anti-VP6 and with SA11 and Wa virus strains.Antibodies from guinea pigs inoculated with the chimeric proteins recognized VP6 and VP7 of RVA and protected mammalian cells from SA11 and Wa infection in vitro. The neutralizing activities of the antibodies against the chimeric proteins were significantly higher than those against the vector protein VP6 F. 15Cytoplasmic and nuclear genome variations of rice hybrids and their parents inform the trajectory and strategy of hybrid rice breeding显示文摘The male sterility(MS)line is a prerequisite for efficient production of hybrid seeds in rice,a self-pollinating species.MS line breeding is pivotal for hybrid rice improvement.Understanding the historical breeding tra-jectory will help to improve hybrid rice breeding strategies.Maternally inherited cytoplasm is an appro-priate tool for phylogenetic reconstruction and pedigree tracing in rice hybrids.In this study,we analyzed the cytoplasmic genomes of 1495 elite hybrid rice varieties and identified five major types of cytoplasm,which correspond to different hybrid production systems.As the cytoplasm donors for hybrids,461 MS lines were also divided into five major types based on cytoplasmic and nuclear genomic architecture.Spe-cific core accessions cooperating with different fertility-associated genes drove the sequence divergence of MS lines.Dozens to hundreds of convergent and divergent selective sweeps spanning several agro-nomic trait-associated genes were identified among different types of MS lines.We further analyzed the cross patterns between different types of MS lines and their corresponding restorers.This study system-atically analyzed the cytoplasmic genomes of rice hybrids revealed their relationships with nuclear ge-nomes of MS lines,and illustrated the trajectory of hybrid rice breeding and the strategies for breeding different types of MS lines providing new insights for future improvement of hybrid rice.Zhoulin Gu Zhou Zhu Zhen Li Qilin Zhan Qi Feng Congcong Zhou Qiang Zhao Yan Zhao Xiaojian Peng Bingxin Dai Rongrong Sun Yan Li Hengyun Lu Lei Zhang Tao Huang Junyi Gong Danfeng Lv Xuehui Huang Bin Han 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,12:2
16Volatile components,total phenolic compounds,and antioxidant capacities of worm-infected Gomphidius rutilus显示文摘This study evaluated the effects of worm infection on the volatile components,total phenolic compounds,and antioxidant capacities of Gomphidius rutilus.G.rutilus without worms(GW),G.rutilus infected by a small amount of worms(GS;infected area<50%),and G.rutilus infected by a large amount of worms(GL;infected area>50%)were investigated.The volatile components of G.rutilus were analyzed by simultaneous distillation–extraction(SDE)and headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC–MS).A total of 17 and 19 types of volatile compounds were detected,including ketones,alcohols,benzene,alkenes,aldehydes,esters,acids,and alkanes.Alcohols comprised the most abundant compound in GL,GS,and GW.The relative content of 1-octen-3-ol was the highest in all mushrooms.The concentration of eight-carbon(C8)compounds relative to the total volatile compounds varied widely,ranging from 40%(GW)to 64.34%(GS)and 84.42%(GS)and to 91.59%(GL),respectively,among the three samples.The antioxidant capability and the total phenolic contents of G.rutilus were evaluated in this study.The highest total phenolic content(TPC)of 192.23 mg GAE/g was found in GL,which differed significantly(P<0.05)from the latter two samples,whereas the lowest value of 156.11 mg GAE/g was found in GW.ABTS radical cation scavenging activity,FRAP ferric reducing antioxidant capacity(FRAP)radical scavenging activity,and oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC)were investigated to screen the antioxidant properties of extracts.The contents of total phenolic compounds and their antioxidant capacities in vitro showed significant correlations(P<0.01).Among the three types of samples,the phenolic compounds of GL exhibited the highest antioxidant capacity,showing the values of 0.089 mM TE/g for ABTS,0.949 mM Fe^2+E/g for FRAP,and 1.952 M TE/g for ORAC.However,regarding the total antioxidant capacity,GS exhibited the highest antioxidant capacity,showing the values of 0.002648 mM TE/g for ABTS,0.004437 mM Fe^2+E/g for FRAP,and 0.256μM TE/g for ORAC.In conclusion,HS-SPME was more suitable for the extraction of volatile aroma components from G.rutilus.GL had the most abundant aroma components.GL had the highest TPC and antioxidant capacity compared with those of GS and GW,whereas GS showed the opposite results.Interestingly,GS was found to have the highest total antioxidant capacity in vitro.Based on these measured indicators,worm infection had no negative effect on the quality of G.rutilus.Therefore,worm-infected G.rutilus can also be consumed by humans.Libin Sun Wei He Guang Xin Pengju Cai Yin Zhang Zhiyong Zhang Yunyun Wei Bingxin Sun Xiaowen Wen 2018Food Science and Human Wellness2018,7,2:2
17Sub-femtometer-resolution absolute spectroscopy with sweeping electro-optic combs显示文摘Optical frequency comb with evenly spaced lines over a broad bandwidth has revolutionized the fields of optical metrology and spectroscopy.Here,we propose a fast interleaved dual-comb spectroscopy with sub-femtometer-resolution and absolute frequency,in which two electro-optic frequency combs are swept.Electrically-modulated stabilized laser enables ultrahigh resolution of 0.16 fm(or 20 k Hz in optical frequency)and single-shot measurement in 90 ms.Total 20 million points are recorded spanning 3.2 nm(or 400 GHz)bandwidth,corresponding to a spectral sampling rate of 2.5×10^(8)points/s under Nyquist-limitation.Besides,considering the trade-off between the measurement time and spectral resolution,a fast single-shot measurement is also realized in 1.6 ms with 8 fm(or 1 MHz)resolution.We demonstrate the 25-averaged result with 30.6 d B spectral measurement signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)by reducing the filter bandwidth in demodulation.The results show great prospect for precise measurement with flexibly fast refresh time,high spectral resolution,and high SNR.Bingxin Xu Xinyu Fan Shuai Wang Zuyuan He 2022Opto-Electronic Advances2022,5,12:2
18Comparative study of de novo assembly and genome-guided assembly strategies for transcriptome reconstruction based on RNA-Seq显示文摘Transcriptome reconstruction is an important application of RNA-Seq,providing critical information for further analysis of transcriptome.Although RNA-Seq offers the potential to identify the whole picture of transcriptome,it still presents special challenges.To handle these difficulties and reconstruct transcriptome as completely as possible,current computational approaches mainly employ two strategies:de novo assembly and genome-guided assembly.In order to find the similarities and differences between them,we firstly chose five representative assemblers belonging to the two classes respectively,and then investigated and compared their algorithm features in theory and real performances in practice.We found that all the methods can be reduced to graph reduction problems,yet they have different conceptual and practical implementations,thus each assembly method has its specific advantages and disadvantages,performing worse than others in certain aspects while outperforming others in anther aspects at the same time.Finally we merged assemblies of the five assemblers and obtained a much better assembly.Additionally we evaluated an assembler using genome-guided de novo assembly approach,and achieved good performance.Based on these results,we suggest that to obtain a comprehensive set of recovered transcripts,it is better to use a combination of de novo assembly and genome-guided assembly.LU BingXin ZENG ZhenBing SHI TieLiu 2013Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,2:2
19Effect of travel speed on seed spacing uniformity of corn seed meter显示文摘Both seeding performance of seed metering unit and travel speed of seed planter have significant effects on seeding quality,thereby affecting crop growth and yields.In order to determine the effects of different travel speeds on seed spacing uniformity,four different types of seed meters were evaluated at five different travel speeds on seed meter test bench and in field.The tested seed meters included a finger pickup seed meter,a scoop-wheel seed meter,an air-pressure type seed meter and an air-blowing type seed meter.The seeding performance of the horizontal distribution of seeds within a row was described by using the coefficient of variation,the quality of feed index,the multiple index and the miss-seeding index.Experiments were performed in laboratory and field,respectively.Results indicated that different travel speeds have statistically significant effects on seed spacing uniformity.The four types of seed meters performed better on the seed meter test bench than in the field.Coefficient of variation increases and quality of feed index decreases as the travel speed of seed planter increases.The best seed spacing uniformity was obtained with the air-pressure type seed meter,followed with the air-blowing type seed meter,the finger pickup seed meter and the scoop-wheel seed meter.There were considerable differences between the performances of the scoop-wheel seed meter in the bench test and field test;the seeding qualities were much better in the bench test than in the field test.The scoop-wheel seed meter is more sensitive to vibration than the other types of seed meters.Liu Quanwei He Xiantao Yang Li Zhang Dongxing Cui Tao Qu Zhe Yan Bingxin Wang Mantao Zhang Tianliang 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4:2
20个人幸福指数-中小学生版(PWI-SC)在中国的适用性--兼与澳洲中学生比较显示文摘探讨个人幸福指数-中小学生版(PWI-SC)在中国的适用性以及中澳两国中学生个人幸福指数的跨文化差异。采用PWI-SC施测522名中国中学生、185名澳洲中学生,进行区分度、信度和效度检验,发现该问卷可运用于中国中学生个人幸福指数的调查,个别项目需稍加修改。比较中澳中学生的施测结果,中国中学生的个人幸福指数低于澳洲中学生,中国中学生得分为47-70,澳洲中学生得分为51-72;中国中学生除在个人已有成就项目上得分高于澳洲中学生外,其他方面均较低;中澳两国初中生的个人幸福指数均显著高于高中生,两国初高中生个人幸福指数的差异体现在不同方面;中澳两国中学生个人幸福指数的年龄差异均显著,进一步事后分析发现,两国中学生个人幸福指数的基本趋势均为随年龄增长,个人幸福指数降低,中国15岁中学生的个人幸福指数较高。PWI-SC基本适用于中国中学生;中学生随年龄增长,个人幸福指数降低;中国中学生的个人幸福指数低于澳洲中学生。马惠霞 白学军 刘璐 Ken Greenwood Bingxin Wang 2013心理与行为研究2013,11,4:2
