| 1 | Simultaneous recovery of carbon and sulfur resources from reduction of CO_2 with H_2S using catalysts显示文摘An approach to the simultaneous reclamation of carbon and sulfur resources from CO_2 and H_2S has been proposed and effectively implemented with the aid of catalysts. A brief thermodynamic study reveals the potential of direct reduction of CO_2 with H_2S(15:15 mol% balanced with N_2) for selective production of CO and elemental sulfur. The experiments carried out in a fixed-bed flow reactor over the temperature range of 400–800 °C give evidence of the importance of the employment of catalysts. Both the conversions of the reactants and the selectivities of the target products can be substantially promoted over most catalysts studied. Nevertheless, little difference appears among their catalytic performance. The results also prove that the presence of CO_2 can remarkably enhance H_2S conversion and the sulfur yield in comparison with H_2S direct decomposition. A longtime reaction test on Mg O catalyst manifests its superior durability at high temperature(700 °C) and huge gas hourly space velocity(100,000 h-1). | 2 | The origin and evolution of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway in yam显示文摘Diosgenin,mainly produced by Dioscorea species,is a traditional precursor of most hormonal drugs in the pharmaceutical industry.The mechanisms that underlie the origin and evolution of diosgenin biosynthesis in plants remain unclear.After sequencing the whole genome of Dioscorea zingiberensis,we revealed the evolutionary trajectory of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway in Dioscorea and demonstrated the de novo biosynthesis of diosgenin in a yeast cell factory.First,we found that P450 gene duplication and neofunctionalization,driven by positive selection,played important roles in the origin of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway.Subsequently,we found that the enrichment of diosgenin in the yam lineage was regulated by CpG islands,which evolved to regulate gene expression in the diosgenin pathway and balance the carbon flux between the biosynthesis of diosgenin and starch.Finally,by integrating genes fromplants,animals,and yeast,weheterologously synthesized diosgenin to 10mg/l in genetically-engineered yeast.Our study not only reveals the origin and evolutionary mechanisms of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway in Dioscorea,but also introduces an alternative approach for the production of diosgenin through synthetic biology. | Jian Cheng Jing Chen Xiaonan Liu Xiangchen Li Weixiong Zhang Zhubo Dai Lina Lu Xiang Zhou Jing Cai Xueli Zhang Huifeng Jiang Yanhe Ma | 2021 | Plant Communications2021,2,1: | 2 |

| 8 | Analysis of Sulfate Corrosion Resistance and Reliability of Recycled Concrete显示文摘In order to study the effect of different recycled fine aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate substitution rate on the sulfate resistance of recycled concrete under dry-wet cycle conditions,the substitution rate of recycled fine aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate was designed to be 0%/0%,10%/0%,0%/25%,10%/25%,0%/50%and 10%/50%of the six groups of mixture ratio.The mass loss rate and relative dynamic modulus of each group of test blocks were tested respectively and the optimal ratio was selected.The Wiener distribution probability method was used to establish the reliability function to optimize the remaining life of the ratio.The results show that the dynamic elastic modulus and mass show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing during the dry-wet cycles of sulfate.The recycled concrete has the strongest resistance to sulfate attack under the substitution rate of recycled fine aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate is 10%and 0%,and the test blocks will be damaged after being subjected to 182 times of dry-wet cycles of sulfate.The effect of recycled coarse aggregate on the sulfate attack resistance of the test block is more obvious than that of the recycled fine aggregate,which leads to the durability of the concrete being greatly reduced. | QIAO Hongxia ZHU Xiangchen CHEN Kefan PENG Kuan | 2020 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2020,25,3: | 0 |

Isochronous mass spectrometry (IMS), using astorage ring combined with an in-flight separator, has been shown to be a powerful tool for mass measurementof exotic nuclei[1]. Recently, masses of many proton-rich nuclides were accurately determined at the HIRFL-CSRfacility[2]. In this paper, we described the first isochronous mass measurement of neutron-rich nuclides at CSRe.This experiment was performed at the end of 2011. In the experiment, the primary beam of 86Kr28+ ions wasaccumulated and accelerated to an energy of 460.65 MeV/u in the synchrotron CSRm. | 15 | Grain boundary boosting the thermal stability of Pt/CeO_(2)thin films显示文摘Understanding how defect chemistry of oxide material influences the thermal stability of noble metal dopant ions plays an important role in designing high-performance heterogeneous catalytic systems.Here we use in-situ ambient-pressure X-ray photoemission spectroscopy(APXPS)to experimentally determine the role of grain boundary in the thermal stability of platinum doped cerium oxide(Pt/CeO_(2)).The grain boundaries were introduced in Pt/CeO_(2)thin films by pulsed laser deposition without significantly change of the surface microstructure.The defect level was tuned by the strain field obtained using a highly/low mismatched substrate.The Pt/CeO_(2)thin film models having well defined crystallographic properties but different grain boundary structural defect levels provide an ideal platform for exploring the evolution of Pt–O–Ce bond with changing the temperature in reducing conditions.We have direct demonstration and explanation of the role of Ce^(3+)induced by grain boundaries in enhancing Pt2+stability.We observe that the Pt^(2+)–O–Ce^(3+)bond provides an ideal coordinated site for anchoring of Pt^(2+)ions and limits the further formation of oxygen vacancies during the reduction with H_(2).Our findings demonstrate the importance of grain boundary in the atomic-scale design of thermally stable catalytic active sites. | Luyao Wang Xiaobao Li Xiangchen Hu Shuyue Chen Zhehao Qiu Yifan Wang Hui Zhang Yi Yu Bo Yang Yong Yang Pasquale Orgiani Carmela Aruta Nan Yang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,2: | 0 |
| 16 | Signal acquisition of Luojia-1A low earth orbit navigation augmentation system with software defined receiver显示文摘Low Earth Orbit(LEO)satellite navigation signal can be used as an opportunity signal in the case of a Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)outage,or as an enhancement by means of traditional GNSS positioning algorithms.No matter which service mode is used,signal acquisition is a prerequisite for providing enhanced LEO navigation services.Compared with the medium orbit satellite,the transit time of the LEO satellite is shorter.Thus,it is of great significance to expand the successful acquisition time range of the LEO signal.Previous studies on LEO signal acquisition are based on simulation data.However,signal acquisition research based on real data is crucial.In this work,the signal characteristics of LEO satellites:power space density in free space and the Doppler shift of LEO satellites are individually studied.The unified symbolic definitions of several integration algorithms based on the parallel search signal acquisition algorithm are given.To verify these algorithms for LEO signal acquisition,a Software Defined Receiver(SDR)is developed.The performance of these integration algorithms on expanding the successful acquisition time range is verified by the real data collected from the Luojia-1A satellite.The experimental results show that the integration strategy can expand the successful acquisition time range,and it will not expand indefinitely with the integration duration.The performance of the coherent integration and differential integration algorithms is better than the other two integration algorithms,so the two algorithms are recommended for LEO signal acquisition and a 20 ms integration duration is preferred.The detection threshold of 2.5 is not suitable for all integration algorithms and various integration durations,especially for the Maximum-to-Mean Ratio indicator. | Liang Chen Xiangchen Lu Nan Shen Lei Wang Yuan Zhuang Ye Su Deren Li Ruizhi Chen | 2022 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,1: | 0 |
