1Synthesis, structure and photocatalysis properties of two 3D Isostructural Ln (Ⅲ)-MOFs based 2,6-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid显示文摘Two new 3 D metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) named [Pr_2(PDA)3-3 H_2 O]-H_2 O(1) and[Nd_2(PDA)3-3 H_2 O] H_2 O(_2) [2,6-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid(H2 PDA)] were synthesized by solvothermal method. They were characterized by elemental analyses(EA), infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis(TG), photocatalysis performance and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies(XRD).The XRD analysis indicated that MOFs(1) and(2) both belong to the monoclinic system with space group P2(1)/C. The structural model were drawn by the diamond software, and the structure revel that MOFs(1) and(2) adopt three-dimensional(3 D) frameworks constructed by cross-linking of one-dimensional(1 D) infinite chain secondary building unit(SBU) by 2,6-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid and hydrogen bond as linker. These frameworks feature channels inside which coordinated H_20 solvent molecules are located. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that both MOFs are thermally stable, the photocatalytic evaluation showed the materials have a good prospect in degration methylene blue. 2Multicriteria optimization problems of finite horizon stochastic cooperative linear-quadratic difference games显示文摘This paper investigates the Pareto optimality of the regular and the indefinite stochastic cooperative linear-quadratic difference games in a finite time horizon. We derive a general form and a linear property of the solution to the linear stochastic difference system by defining several sequences of bounded and linear operators. The performance criteria's convexity can be guaranteed naturally under the weighted matrices' constraints for the regular cooperative game, and the weighting technique can well characterize the Pareto optimality. We also establish a novel convexity criterion for the cost functionals of the indefinite cooperative game, in which we find that the minimization of the performance criteria's weighted sum is equivalent to the Pareto optimal strategies. To derive all the Pareto optimal strategies and solutions, we present a computing algorithm using the weighted difference Riccati equation and the weighted difference Lyapunov equation for the regular and the indefinite cases. 3Soil phyllosilicate and iron oxide inhibit the quorum sensing of Chromobacterium violaceum显示文摘Microorganisms respond to various adverse environmental conditions and regulate different physiological functions by secreting and sensing signal molecules through quorum sensing(QS)systems.Phyllosilicates and iron oxides present in soils and sediments may have substantial impact on bacterial activity and QS due to their unique reactivity and close association with microorganisms.This research explored the effect of goethite,montmorillonite and kaolinite(0.05–2gL^(–1))on the growth and QS of a bacterial model,Chromobacterium violaceum.The results showed that kaolinite and goethite caused cellular damage at low mineral concentrations.The capacity for violacein production and biofilm formation of C.violaceum were inhibited by the minerals in the order of kaolinite>goethite>montmorillonite.The possible underlying mechanisms for QS inhibition by different minerals were investigated.Specifically,kaolinite repressed QS function through downregulation the expression of signal molecules synthesis gene cviI.Goethite and montmorillonite interfered with QS by adsorption of extracellular signal molecules.This work provides a better understanding of the interactions between bacteria and minerals and proposed that the inhibition of QS system is an ignored mechanism for bacterial toxicity by phyllosilicates and iron oxides.Shanshan Yang Chenchen Qu Manisha Mukherjee Yichao Wu Qiaoyun Huang Peng Cai 2021Soil Ecology Letters2021,3,1:2
4Down regulated expression of S_(2)-RNase attenuates self-incompatibility in “Guiyou No.1”pummelo显示文摘Self-incompatibility(SI)substantially restricts the yield and quality of citrus.Therefore,breeding and analyzing selfcompatible germplasm is of great theoretical and practical signi ficance for citrus.Here,we focus on the mechanism of a self-compatibility mutation in‘Guiyou No.1'pummelo(Citrus maxima),which is a spontaneous mutant of‘Shatian’pummelo(Citrus maxima,self-incompatibility).The rate of fruit set and the growth of pollen tubes in the pistil con firmed that a spontaneous mutation in the pistil is responsible for the self-compatibility of‘Guiyou No.1'.Segregation ratios of the S genotype in progeny,expression analysis,and western blotting validated that the reduced levels of S_(2)-RNase mRNA contribute to the loss of SI in‘Guiyou No.1'.Furthermore,we report a phased assembly of the‘Guiyou No.1'pummelo genome and obtained two complete and well-annotated S haplotypes.Coupled with an analysis of SV variations,methylation levels,and gene expression,we identi fied a candidate gene(CgHB40),that may in fluence the regulation of the S/^RNase promoter.Our data provide evidence that a mutation that affects the pistilled to the loss of SI in‘Guiyou No.1'by in fluencing a poorly understood mechanism that affects transcriptional regulation.This work signi ficantly advances our understanding of the genetic basis of the SI system in citrus and provides information on the regulation of S-RNase genes.ianbing Hu Qiang Xu Chenchen Liu Binghao Liu Chongling Deng Chuanwu Chen Zhuangmin Wei Muhammad Husnain Ahmad Kang Peng Hao Wen Xiangling Chen Peng Chen Robert MLarkin Junli Ye Xiuxin Deng Lijun Chai 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2

6A fast face detection architecture for auto-focus in smart-phones and digital cameras显示文摘Auto-focus is very important for capturing sharp human face centered images in digital and smart phone cameras. With the development of image sensor technology, these cameras support more and more highresolution images to be processed. Currently it is difficult to support fast auto-focus at low power consumption on high-resolution images. This work proposes an efficient architecture for an Ada Boost-based face-priority auto-focus. The architecture supports block-based integral image computation to improve the processing speed on high-resolution images; meanwhile, it is reconfigurable so that it enables the sub-window adaptive cascade classification, which greatly improves the processing speed and reduces power consumption. Experimental results show that 96% detection rate in average and 58 fps(frame per second) detection speed are achieved for the1080p(1920×1080) images. 7Molecularly engineered tumor acidity-responsive plant toxin gelonin for safe and efficient cancer therapy显示文摘Due to the unsatisfactory therapeutic efficacy and inexorable side effects of small molecule antineoplastic agents,extensive efforts have been devoted to the development of more potent macromolecular agents with highspecificity.Gelonin is a plant-derived protein toxin that exhibits robust antitumor effect via inactivating ribosomesand inhibiting protein synthesis.Nonetheless,its poor internalization ability to tumor cells has compromisedthe therapeutic promise of gelonin.In this study,a tumor acidity-responsive intracellular protein deliverysystem-functional gelonin(Trx-pHLIP-Gelonin,TpG)composed of a thioredoxin(Trx)tag,a pH low insertionpeptide(pHLIP)and gelonin,was designed and obtained by genetic recombination technique for the first time.TpG could effectively enter into tumor cells under weakly acidic conditions and markedly suppress tumor cellproliferation via triggering cell apoptosis and inhibiting protein synthesis.Most importantly,treatment byintravenous injection into subcutaneous SKOV3 solid tumors in a mouse model showed that TpG was much moreeffective than gelonin in curtailing tumor growth rates with negligible toxicity.Collectively,our present worksuggests that the tumor acidity-targeted delivery manner endowed by pHLIP offers a new avenue for efficientdelivery of other bioactive substances to acidic diseased tissues.Guo-Bin Ding Chenchen Zhu Qian Wang Huiyan Cao Bin-Chun Li Peng Yang Roland H.Stauber Guangjun Nie Zhuoyu Li 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,12:1

11Ebola virus VP35 perturbs type I interferon signaling to facilitate viral replication显示文摘As one of the deadliest viruses,Ebola virus(EBOV)causes lethal hemorrhagic fevers in humans and nonhuman primates.The suppression of innate immunity leads to robust systemic virus replication of EBOV,leading to enhanced transmission.However,the mechanism of EBOV-host interaction is not fully understood.Here,we identified multiple dysregulated genes in early stage of EBOV infection through transcriptomic analysis,which are highly clustered to Jak-STAT signaling.EBOV VP35 and VP30 were found to inhibit type I interferon(IFN)signaling.Moreover,exogenous expression of VP35 blocks the phosphorylation of endogenous STAT1,and suppresses nuclear translocation of STAT1.Using serial truncated mutations of VP35,N-terminal 1–220amino acid residues of VP35 were identified to be essential for blocking on type I IFN signaling.Remarkably,VP35 of EBOV suppresses type I IFN signaling more efficiently than those of Bundibugyo virus(BDBV)and Marburg virus(MARV),resulting in stable replication to facilitate the pathogenesis.Altogether,this study enriches understanding on EBOV evasion of innate immune response,and provides insights into the interplay between filoviruses and host.Zengguo Cao Chenchen Liu Cheng Peng Yong Ran Yulin Yao Gengfu Xiao Entao Li Zixi Chen Xia Chuai Sandra Chiu 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,6:0

16Bone-targeting engineered small extracellular vesicles carrying anti-miR-6359-CGGGAGC prevent valproic acid-induced bone loss显示文摘The clinical role and underlying mechanisms of valproic acid(VPA)on bone homeostasis remain controversial.Herein,we confirmed that VPA treatment was associated with decreased bone mass and bone mineral density(BMD)in both patients and mice.This effect was attributed to VPA-induced elevation in osteoclast formation and activity.Through RNA-sequencing,we observed a significant rise in precursor miR-6359 expression in VPA-treated osteoclast precursors in vitro,and further,a marked upregulation of mature miR-6359(miR-6359)in vivo was demonstrated using quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)and miR-6359 fluorescent in situ hybridization(miR-6359-FISH).Specifically,the miR-6359 was predominantly increased in osteoclast precursors and macrophages but not in neutrophils,T lymphocytes,monocytes and bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)following VPA stimulation,which influenced osteoclast differentiation and bone-resorptive activity.Additionally,VPA-induced miR-6359 enrichment in osteoclast precursors enhanced reactive oxygen species(ROS)production by silencing the SIRT3 protein expression,followed by activation of the MAPK signaling pathway,which enhanced osteoclast formation and activity,thereby accelerating bone loss.Currently,there are no medications that can effectively treat VPA-induced bone loss.Therefore,we constructed engineered small extracellular vesicles(E-sEVs)targeting osteoclast precursors in bone and naturally carrying anti-miR-6359 by introducing of EXOmotif(CGGGAGC)in the 3’-end of the anti-miR-6359 sequence.We confirmed that the E-sEVs exhibited decent bone/osteoclast precursor targeting and exerted protective therapeutic effects on VPA-induced bone loss,but not on ovariectomy(OVX)and glucocorticoid-induced osteoporotic models,deepening our understanding of the underlying mechanism and treatment strategies for VPA-induced bone loss.Xudong Xie Peng Cheng Liangcong Hu Wu Zhou Detai Zhang Samuel Knoedler Guodong Liu Yuan Xiong Hang Xue Yiqiang Hu Barbara Kern Doha Obed Adriana CPanayi Lang Chen Chenchen Yan Ze Lin Guandong Dai Bobin Mi Yingze Zhang Guohui Liu 2024Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2024,9,2:0
17The role of mTOR signaling pathway in regulating autophagy in liver injury of TX mice with Wilson’s disease显示文摘Wilson disease(WD),known as hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD),is a treatable autosomal recessive disorder of copper metabolism.Because copper deposits in the liver first,the liver is not only the original defective organ but also the most affected organ.The liver injury is also one of the main causes of death throughout the course of the disease.Therefore,the treatment of liver injury is the main task of WD treatment,which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients.Autophagy is a process that promotes cell survival through degradation,recycling,and absorption in order to maintain the normal physiological function of cells,while excessive autophagy can aggravate cell death.In view of the abnormal damage of liver cells in patients with WD,which may be related to the change of autophagy level,in this study,we established an animal model of WD through toxic milk(TX)mice,observed the change of autophagy level in the liver,and observed the change of liver damage in mice after treatment with autophagy inhibitors.It was found that the mTOR signaling pathway was activated and autophagy was inhibited in Wilson mouse liver.After treatment with rapamycin,the autophagy level of mice liver was upregulated,and the copper content of mice liver was reduced,and the damage was alleviated.TX mouse hepatocytes were isolated,after using siRNA to interfere with mTOR expression,the copper accumulation was significantly reduced,which was the same with RAPA treatment.The results showed that in TX mice,the damage caused by copper accumulation in the liver may be related to the decrease of autophagy level caused by the activation of the mTOR signaling pathway.Our findings suggested that RAPA or the use of siRNA targeting mTOR may have potential applications in the treatment of Wilson’s disease.PENG WU MANLI GAO JIANJIAN DONG CHENCHEN XU BO LI XUN WANG YONGZHU HAN NAN CHENG 2021BIOCELL2021,45,1:0
18Three-dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) structure promoted the activity and H_(2)O poisoning resistance of Ce Mn/3DOM-TiO_(2) catalyst in NH_(3)-SCR显示文摘NH_(3)-SCR is an effective mean of NOxremoval in the non-electric industry, however, the high activation temperature and poor H_(2)O resistance of SCR catalysts posed a barrier to its application. In this work, a series of three-dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) catalysts were synthesized via a colloidal crystal template(CCT) method, and various characterizations were carried out to explore the physicochemical property of catalysts. The experiment results reveal that Ce_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)/3DOM-TiO_(2) catalyst presents the excellent low-temperature catalytic activity of nearly 100% at 100℃. Furthermore, the enhanced H_(2)O resistance is achieved, certified by the unaffected NO remove at 150℃ in the participation of 15 vol% H_(2)O. The characterizations results exhibit that the improved dispersion of the active component and enhanced redox ability are conducive to the low-temperature catalytic activity. N_(2) adsorption and desorption experiments indicate that catalyst with 3DOM support possesses a larger pore diameter and specific surface area, which may weaken the condensation of H_(2)O in the microporosity of catalysts and improved the H_(2)O resistance of the catalyst. 19Texture Evolution in Heavily Cold-Rolled FeCo-2V Alloy during Annealing显示文摘The recrystallization texture evolution in heavily cold-rolled (93%) FeCo-2V alloy with annealing temperature and time was investigated by X-ray diffraction and electron backscatter diffraction. It was found that the orientation density of α-fiber texture component fluctuates with increasing annealing temperature and time. The transmission electron microscopy images show that abundant precipitates appear inside the recrystallized grains and around the grain boundaries. The amount and size of the precipitates also vary with annealing temperature and time. The enhancement of the α-fiber coincides well with the increase of number density of fine precipitates, indicating that the fine precipitates facilitate the development of α-fiber. 20Acceptor modulation for improving thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitter in through-space charge transfer on spiroskeletons显示文摘Through-space charge transfer(TSCT)is regarded as an effective way to develop thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)emitters.Based on this strategy,many molecular frameworks have been proposed,among which spirobased scaffolds have been extensively studied due to their unique advantages.In this work,we developed three emitters SPS,SPO,and SPON,which were constructed with the same donor and various acceptors to explore the influence of acceptor modulation at the C9 position of fluorene for spirostructure TSCT emitters.The results show that the acceptor with too weak electronwithdrawing ability will cause the emitter to not have TADF properties,while the acceptor with too much steric hindrance will weaken the face-to-faceπ-πstacking interaction between donor/acceptor(D/A).Since SPO balances the electron-withdrawing strength and steric hindrance of the acceptor,it achieves the highest external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 17.75%.This work shows that appropriate acceptor selection is essential for the TADF properties and high efficiency of the spirobased scaffold TSCT emitter.Jingfeng Liu Ziqi Feng Chenchen Peng Youjun Yu Shengyi Yang Zuoquan Jiang Liangsheng Liao 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:0
