17075铝合金在复杂触变挤压过程中的显微组织和力学性能显示文摘采用复杂触变挤压技术制备7075铝合金弯头零件,随后采用SEM、TEM等分析方法研究材料在复杂触变挤压过程中显微组织和力学性能的变化。研究结果表明:7075铝合金弯头各部分的显微组织存在较大差异。反向挤压形成的薄壁部位的显微组织出现分层现象,而角挤压形成的零件底部表现为明显的变形组织,且剪切力可以促进晶粒和粗大第二相的破碎。材料中主要的强化相为η相和E相。在坯料加热至半固态和触变挤压的过程中,η相和E相会大量减少。经过热处理后η相和E相均匀析出,可提高材料的力学性能。经过触变挤压和热处理后,弯头零件的平均抗拉强度为485.49 MPa,平均伸长率为5.49%。刘健 程远胜 Sin Wing Norman CHAN Daniel SUNG 2020Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2020,30,12:9
2Preventing abnormal NF-κB activation and autoimmunity by Otub1-mediated p100 stabilization显示文摘NF-κB, a family of transcription factors regulating diverse biological processes including immune responses, is activated by canonical and noncanonical pathways based on degradation of IκBα and processing of the IκB-like protein p100, respectively. Although p100 responds to noncanonical NF-κB stimuli for processing, it does not undergo degradation, but rather becomes accumulated, along with canonical NF-κB activation. We show here that the stability of p100 is tightly controlled by a deubiquitinase, Otub1. Otub1 deficiency not only promotes signal-induced p100 processing and noncanonical NF-κB activation but also causes steady-state p100 degradation, leading to aberrant NF-κB activation in the canonical pathway. B-cell-conditional deletion of Otub1 results in B-cell hyperplasia, antibody hyper-production, and lupus-like autoimmunity. Otub1-deficient B cells display aberrantly activated phenotypes and overproduce the cytokine IL-6, contributing to autoimmunity induction. 3Follow up of serial urea breath test results in patients after consumption of antibiotics for non-gastric infections显示文摘AIM: The widespread use of antibacterial therapy hasbeen suggested to be the cause for the decline in theprevalence of Helicobacter pyloriinfection. This studyexamine the serial changes of urea breath test resultsin a group of hospitalized patients who were givenantibacterial therapy for non-gastric infections.METHODS: Thirty-five hospitalized patients who weregiven antibacterial therapy for clinical infections,predominantly chest and urinary infections, werestudied. Most (91%) patients were given singleantibiotic of either a penicillin or cephalosporin group.Serial 13C-urea breath tests were performed within 24hours of initiation of antibiotics, at one-week and atsix-week post-therapy. H. pylori infection wasdiagnosed when one or more urea breath tests waspositive.RESULTS: All 35 patients completed three serial ureabreath tests and 26 (74 %) were H. pylori-positive. Ten(38 %) H. pylori-infected patients had at least onenegative breath test results during the study period.The medium delta 13C values were significantly lowerat baseline (8.8) than at one-week (20.3) and six-week(24.5) post-treatment in H. pylori-positive individuals(P=0.022). Clearance of H. pyloriat six-week was onlyseen in one patient who had received anti-helicobactertherapy from another source.CONCLUSION: Our results suggested that one-third ofH. pylori-infected individuals had transient false-negative urea breath test results during treatment withantibacterial agent. 20Q-Learning Based Routing Protocol for Congestion Avoidance显示文摘The end-to-end delay in a wired network is strongly dependent on congestion on intermediate nodes.Among lots of feasible approaches to avoid congestion efficiently,congestion-aware routing protocols tend to search for an uncongested path toward the destination through rule-based approaches in reactive/incident-driven and distributed methods.However,these previous approaches have a problem accommodating the changing network environments in autonomous and self-adaptive operations dynamically.To overcome this drawback,we present a new congestion-aware routing protocol based on a Q-learning algorithm in software-defined networks where logically centralized network operation enables intelligent control and management of network resources.In a proposed routing protocol,either one of uncongested neighboring nodes are randomly selected as next hop to distribute traffic load to multiple paths or Q-learning algorithm is applied to decide the next hop by modeling the state,Q-value,and reward function to set the desired path toward the destination.A new reward function that consists of a buffer occupancy,link reliability and hop count is considered.Moreover,look ahead algorithm is employed to update the Q-value with values within two hops simultaneously.This approach leads to a decision of the optimal next hop by taking congestion status in two hops into account,accordingly.Finally,the simulation results presented approximately 20%higher packet delivery ratio and 15%shorter end-to-end delay,compared to those with the existing scheme by avoiding congestion adaptively.Daniel Godfrey Beom-Su Kim Haoran Miao Babar Shah Bashir Hayat Imran Khan Tae-Eung Sung Ki-Il Kim 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,9:0
