2Rare Earth Element Geochemistry of Late Palaeozoic Coals in North China显示文摘Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis (INAA) was done to determine the abundances of rare earth elements (REE) of 58 samples of Late Palaeozoic Carboniferous-Permian coals and related rocks in North China. Detailed study of REE geochemistry shows that the ∑REE of most coals studied in this paper is in a normal range between 30×10-6 and 80×10-6 with a mean of 56×10-6. The REE in the Taiyuan Formation in the northern part of North China are much richer than those in the southern part. This is due to the shorter distance to the source area in the north. Moreover, the IREE is in positive correlation to coal ash, especially closely related to the content of clay minerals <2μm in size. This reveals that most REE were carried by terrigenous clastic materials, especially fine clay minerals. In the coals the light REE (LREE) are much richer than the heavy REE (HREE), and the LREE/HREE ratio in coals generally varies from 2 to 8. 3Productivity matching and quantitative prediction of coalbed methane wells based on BP neural network显示文摘It is a great challenge to match and predict the production performance of coalbed methane (CBM) wells in the initial production stage due to heterogeneity of coalbed, uniqueness of CBM production process, complexity of porosity-permeability variation and difficulty in obtaining some key parameters which are critical for the conventional prediction methods (type curve, material balance and numerical simulation). BP neural network, a new intelligent technique, is an effective method to deal with nonlinear, instable and complex system problems and predict the short-term change quantitatively. In this paper a BP neural model for the CBM productivity of high-rank CBM wells in Qinshui Basin was established and used to match the past gas production and predict the futural production performance. The results from two case studies showed that this model has high accuracy and good reliability in matching and predicting gas production with different types and different temporal resolutions, and the accuracy increases as the number of outliers in gas production data decreases. 4Characteristics of CO_2 sequestration in saline aquifers显示文摘Storage of CO2 in saline aquifers is a viable option for reducing the amount of CO2 released to the atmosphere. This paper provides an overall review of CO2 sequestration in saline aquifers. First,the principles of CO2 sequestration are presented,including CO2 phase behavior,CO2-water-rock interaction,and CO2 trapping mechanisms. Then storage capacity and CO2 injectivity are discussed as the main determinants of the storage potential of saline aquifers. Next,a site section process is addressed considering basin characteristics,reservoir characteristics,and economic and social concerns. Three main procedures are then presented to investigate the suitability of a site for CO2 sequestration,including site screening,detailed site characterization,and pilot fi eld-scale test. The methods for these procedures are also presented,such as traditional site characterization methods,laboratory experiments,and numerical simulation. 5Human CMTM2/CKLFSF2 enhances the ligand-induced transactivation of the androgen receptor显示文摘CKLF (chemokine-like factor)-like MARVEL (MAL and related proteins for vesicle trafficking and mem-brane link domain) transmembrane domain containing (CMTM) is a novel gene family. One member of this family, CMTM2, also named chemokine-like factor superfamily 2 (CKLFSF2), is expressed highly in the testis and moderately in the prostate, marrow and peripheral blood cells. However, the function of human CMTM2 remains unknown. Here, we found that CMTM2 was upregulated in 5α-dihydrotestos- terone (DHT)-treated LNCaP cells. We investigated the relationship between CMTM2 and the androgen receptor. Our results showed that CMTM2 enhanced DHT-mediated androgen receptor (AR) transacti-vation and the expression of prostate specific antigen (PSA). We also observed that CMTM2 enhanced the AR protein level, which was reversed by silencing endogenous CMTM2 expression, which sug-gested that CMTM2 might play an important role in maintaining the AR protein level. We also found that CMTM2 suppressed Akt activation. A previous study showed that Akt could phosphorylate AR at Ser210 and Ser790 and lead to AR ubiquitylation and degradation as well as suppression of AR activity. 6Distribution of stable carbon isotope in coalbed methane from the east margin of Ordos Basin显示文摘The commercial recovery of methane from coal is well established in the coalbed methane(CBM) blocks at the east margin of Ordos Basin, China. CBM forms with various carbon isotopic ratios(δ13CPDB) due to the carbon isotopic fractionation in biogenical or thermogenical processes. Based on the geologic evolution of coalbed reservoir and studies on the characteristics of δ13 CPDB values distributed spatially(e.g., horizontal CBM well location area, vertical coal burial zone, coal rank, etc.) and temporally(e.g., geologic evolution history), we explored the formation mechanism of carbon isotopic of methane. The relatively low δ13 CPDB values are widely distributed along the research area, indicating a trend of 'lighter-heavier-lighter' from north to south. From a combination analysis of the relationship between δ13 CPDB and the relative effects, the essential aspects in determining CBM carbon isotope being light in the study area are: the genesis of secondary biogas in the north; water soluble effects in the active hydrodynamic areas in the middle; desorption fractionation effect promoted by tectonic evolution in the south; and the sudden warming hydrocarbon fractionation accelerated by magmatic event in particular areas(e.g., Linxian).LI Yong TANG DaZhen FANG Yi XU Hao MENG YanJun 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,8:6
7Maturity Control on the Patterns of Hydrocarbon Regeneration from Coal显示文摘Rock-Eval pyrolysis and Py-GC experiments on naturally and artificially matured coal samples were carried out. The results suggest that both depolymerization and defuctionalization exist during the maturation and evolution of coal. The patterns of hydrocarbon regeneration are diverse at different stages of the maturation and evolution. When the vitrinite reflectance (R0) is 0.7%-0.9%, bitumen is the richest in coal while activation energy is the minimum, and the temperature of peak yield is lower than that of primary hydrocarbon generation. However, if reflectance is greater than 0.9%, defunctionalization predominates and the temperature of peak regeneration is shown in lagging compared with the primary hydrocarbon generation. 8Analysis of pore system model and physical property of coal reservoir in the Qinshui Basin显示文摘The Qinshui Basin in China is a major area for exploration and development of high rank coalbed methane. Due to the high rank coal and complicated pore system, no substantial breakthrough in the exploration and development of coalbed methane has been made until now. Many systematic tests show that a pore system of coal reservoir has some features as follows: the porosity is relatively low; the pore system is dominated by micropores and transition pores; mesopores take the second place, and macropores are nearly absent, which is exceedingly adverse for production of coal-bed methane. However, testing data also revealed the differential development for the pore of high rank coal reservoirs in the Qinshui Basin, which necessarily led to the different physical properties of desorption, diffusion and permeability. 10Influence of tectonic uplift-erosion on formation pressure显示文摘The formation of abnormally low-pressure hydrocarbon reservoirs in petroliferous basins has a close relationship with tectonic uplift and the consequent erosion. In order to understand abnormally low-pressure reservoirs and to provide a scientific basis for exploration and development, we established, through numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, a set of equations for the formation pressure in a closed system influenced by uplift-erosion, discussed the relationship between the genesis of abnormal pressure and uplift-erosion, and put forward the concept of balance pressure (P b ). The results showed that abnormally high pressure coefficient may form when the current formation pressure was higher than P b , and abnormally low pressure may form when the current formation pressure was lower than P b . In the Santanghu Basin, the current formation pressure of abnormally low pressure reservoirs is lower than P b , so tectonic uplift-erosion leads to the decrease of the pressure coefficient. There is a positive correlation between the pressure drop caused by the decrease of fluid temperature and the rebound of rock porosity and strata erosion. 13Peptidome analysis of human intrauterine adhesion tissues and the identification of antifibrotic peptide显示文摘Intrauterine adhesion(IUA)is a common clinical endometrial disease,which can severely damage the fertility and quality of life in women.This study aims to find the differentially expressed endogenous peptides and their possible roles in IUA.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to identify the peptidomic profiling of IUA tissues,and the differentially expressed peptides were screened out.Using real-time quantitative PCR,Western blotting,and immunocytochemistry staining,the function of six endogenous peptides was verified in vitro.It was found that peptide 6(T6)(peptide sequence:TFGGAPGFPLGSPLSSVFPR)could inhibit the expression of TGF-β1-induced cell fibrosis in human endometrial stromal cell line and primary human endometrial stromal cell at a concentration of 50μmol/L.This study provides new targets for further clarifying the formation and prevention of IUA.Xiangdong Hua Yan Zhang Juan Xu Lu Xu Yaqian Shi Dazhen Yang Xiaoyan Gu Sumin Wang Xuemei Jia Feng Xu Jie Chen Xiaoyan Ying 2022The Journal of Biomedical Research2022,36,4:3
