1基于主从博弈的充电服务商充电引导方法及其定价策略显示文摘大规模电动汽车接入电网充电将给电网带来大量新增负荷,同时也提供了需求响应资源,智能化的充电终端及相应充电服务模式将是下一阶段的研究重点。智能充电终端根据电价信号自主规划充电,将充电自主权掌握在用户手中,与发布电价、出售电能的主体间形成了主从博弈。求解这一主从博弈可以得到反映单台电动汽车充电属性的边际充电价格以及充电服务商定价策略。提出基于价格信号的充电引导方法,各充电终端与服务商间仅进行电价信号的实时通信,适宜在实时电价机制下运行。对下辖200个智能终端的充电服务商的仿真结果显示,这一实时电价引导的充电策略可以兼顾双方利益,同时充电负荷对电价信号表现出良好的响应特性,为服务商聚合充电资源向电网提供服务提供了条件。史一炜 冯冬涵 Ella Zhou 方陈 2019电工技术学报2019,34,S02:23
2电力系统发电侧和负荷侧共同碳责任分摊方法显示文摘在低碳电力的背景下,电力系统碳责任在各利益主体之间的分摊研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。发电机组和负荷作为电力系统的重要组成部分,两者都应该承担起电力系统节能减排的责任。文中提出将电力系统碳责任在发电侧和负荷侧进行共同分摊,将该问题建模成一个基于合作博弈的成本分摊问题,并采用Aumann-Shapley法进行具体地分摊求解,将双侧碳责任分摊机制与仅在发电侧碳责任分摊和仅在负荷侧碳责任分摊机制进行比较。算例结果显示在双侧碳责任分摊机制中,发电机组和负荷都承担了电力系统节能减排的责任,能激励发电机组和负荷的节能降耗行为,降低系统碳排放。陈丽霞 孙弢 周云 Ella ZHOU 方陈 冯冬涵 2018电力系统自动化2018,42,19:18

7Essential oils and functional herbs for healthy aging显示文摘As total life expectancy increases, the prevalence of age-related diseases such as diabetes and Alzheimer's disease is also increasing. Many hypotheses about Alzheimer's disease have been developed, including cholinergic neuron damage, oxidative stress, and inflammation. Acetylcholine is a major neurotransmitter in the brain and cholinergic deficits leads to cognitive dysfunction and decline. Recent studies have linked diabetes as a risk factor in developing Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. The incidence of patients with type II diabetes and increased levels and activity of α-amylase is higher in patients with dementia. It has been shown that aromatherapy with essential oils from the mint family can improve cognitive performance in Alzheimer's disease patients. Selected monoterpenoids from these essential oils are reported to inhibit acetylcholinesterase, both in vitro and in vivo. Terpenoids are small, fat-soluble organic molecules that can transfer across nasal mucosa if inhaled, or penetrate through the skin after topical application, enter into the blood and cross the blood-brain barrier. Recent evidence supports the idea that the common constituents of essential oils also inhibit α-amylase, a starch digestive enzyme that plays an important role in the control of diabetes. The mint family is a fragrant plant family that contains most of the culinary herbs found in the Mediterranean diet. The Mediterranean diet is considered to be one of the healthiest diets in the world, and is found to be beneficial not only for the heart but also for the brain. Herbs used in this diet are rich in antioxidants that can prevent oxidative damage caused by free radicals. However, our study shows that they also contain biologically active compounds with potent α-amylase and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities. Consumption of fresh herbs can help boost memory and reduce sugar levels in the body. The use of herbs as a functional food could lead to significant improvements in health. Cognitive stimulation with medical food and medical herbs could delay development of cognitive decline, and improve the quality of life of Alzheimer's disease patients. This effect can be enhanced if combined with aromatherapy, topically or by inhalation, and/or by ingestion. Terpenes and terpenoids, the primary constituents of these essential oils are small, lipid soluble organic molecules that can be absorbed through the skin or across nasal mucosa into the systemic blood circulation. Many terpenes can also cross the blood-brain barrier. 10Late onset fulminant Wilson's disease:A case report and review of the literature显示文摘Wilson’s disease(WD)is an autosomal recessive inherited disorder of hepatic copper metabolism.WD can be present in different clinical conditions,with the most common ones being liver disease and neuropsychiatric disturbances.Most cases present symptoms at<40years of age.However,few reports exist in the literature on patients in whom the disease presented beyond this age.In this report,we present a case of late onset fulminant WD in a 58-year-old patient in whom the diagnosis was established clinically,by genetic analysis of the ATP7B gene disclosing rare mutations(G1099S and c.1707+3ins T)as well as by high hepatic copper content.We also reviewed the relevant literature.The diagnosis of WD with late onset presentation is easily overlooked.The diagnostic features and the geneticbackground in patients with late onset WD are not different from those in patients with early onset WD,except for the age.Effective treatments for this disorder that can be fatal are available and will prevent or reverse many manifestations if the disease is discovered early.Ella Weitzman Orit Pappo Peretz Weiss Moshe Frydman Yael Haviv-Yadid Ziv Ben Ari 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,46:2
