| 1 | Assessment of deep groundwater over-exploitation in the North China Plain显示文摘A series of environmental—geological problems have been caused by over-exploitation of deep groundwater(i.e.,confined aquifer water) in the North China Plain.In order to better understand the status of deep groundwater over-exploitation and the resultant environmental—geological problems on a regional scale,the over-exploitation of groundwater has been assessed by way of the groundwater exploitation potential coefficient(i.e.,the ratio of exploitable amount of deep groundwater to current exploitation), cumulative land subsidence,and long-term average lowering rate of the groundwater table.There is a good correlation among the results calculated by the different methods.On a regional scale,deep groundwater has been over-exploited and there is no further exploitation potential under the current conditions.The groundwater exploitation degree index takes the exploitation in 2003 as the reference for the calculations, so the results mainly reflect the degree of current groundwater exploitation.The results of over-exploitation of deep groundwater obtained by land subsidence data and long-term average rate of depression of the water table mainly reflect environmental—geological problems caused by exploitation of deep groundwater. | Jiansheng Shi Zhao Wang Zhaoji Zhang Yuhong Fei Yasong Li Feng'e Zhang Jingsheng Chen Yong Qian | 2011 | Geoscience Frontiers2011,2,4: | 5 |
| 2 | Development of a rapid and sensitivity magnetic chemiluminescence immunoassay for DNA methyltransferase 1 in human serum显示文摘DNA methyltransferase 1(DNMT1)is a useful biomarker for lung cancer in early clinical diagnosis.A rapid magnetic chemiluminescence immunoassay(MCLIA)for DNMT1 in human serum has been developed.Horseradish peroxidase(HRP)-second-Ab was used to labeled polyclonal antibodies of anti-DNMT1.DNMT1 in sample integrates with specific immunomagnetic beads and can constitute a supersandwiched immunoreaction.In magnetic field,nonspecific materials can be separated.After luminescent substrate luminol-H2O2-BIP was added,the relative light unit(RLU)of HRP was detected and was discovered to be directly proportional to the content of DNMT1 in sample.The correlative variables involved in the MCLIA value were optimized and the methodological evaluation was carried out.After optimization,in the range of0.5–128 ng/mL,the linear regression equation was y=0.5014 x+1.769(x was logCDNMT1,y was relative luminescence units(RLU)/RLU0),and the limit of detection was 0.01 ng/mL.The RSD of intra-and interassays were 15.8%–16.9%and 14.3%–18.1%,respectively.The recovery was from 70.0%to 106.2%.Furthermore,paralleled with purchasable enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kits,MCLEIA had lower detection limit,wider linear range and shorter detection time.Therefore,the MCLEIA established in this study could be used for the sensitive detection of DNMT1 in serum sample. | Sitian He Leiliang He Beibei Liu Songcheng Yu Li'e Liu Yongmei Tian Jia Wang Lihua Ding Yilin Wang Lingbo Qu Fei Yu Yongjun Wu | 2019 | Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,5: | 4 |
| 3 | Development and calibration of the Moon-based EUV camera for Chang'e-3显示文摘The process of development and calibration for the first Moon-based extreme ultraviolet(EUV) camera to observe Earth's plasmasphere is introduced and the design, test and calibration results are presented. The EUV camera is composed of a multilayer film mirror, a thin film filter, a photon-counting imaging detector, a mechanism that can adjust the direction in two dimensions, a protective cover, an electronic unit and a thermal control unit. The center wavelength of the EUV camera is 30.2 nm with a bandwidth of 4.6 nm. The field of view is 14.7° with an angular resolution of 0.08°, and the sensitivity of the camera is 0.11 count s-1Rayleigh-1. | 4 | The Value of Subjective Visual Vertical in Diagnosis of Vestibular Migraine显示文摘Objective To study the value of the subjective visual vertical(SVV)in the diagnosis of vestibular migraine(VM).Methods This study recruited 128 VM patients and 64 age-matched normal subjects.We detected the SVV during the interval between attacks in both groups,in sitting upright,and the head tilted at 45°to the left or right.We then examined the correlation between the SVV results with the vestibular evoked myogenic potential(VEMP)and canal paresis(CP).Results It was found there was a significant difference in SVV at the upright position between VM patients and normal controls(P=0.006)and no significant difference was found at the tilts of 45°to the left or right between the two groups.The SVV results at the upright position were significantly correlated with cervical VEMP(P=0.042)whereas not significantly correlated with CP and VEMP.There existed no significant difference in the conformity to the Müller effect(M effect)between the two groups.ROC analysis exhibited that the sensitivity,specificity of SVVs at the upright were 67.200%and 62.500%respectively.The diagnostic value of SVV at the upright position was significantly higher than that at tilts of 45°to the left and right(P=0.006).Nonetheless the diagnostic accuracy was relatively low.Conclusion Abnormality in SVV possibly stems from the lasting functional disorder of cerebellar or high-level cortical centers in VM patients or is linked to the vestibular compensation.The SVV is of low diagnostic value for VM and the value of SVV in VM warrants further study. | Fei LI Jin XU Gen-ru LI Rui GAO Chen-yong SHANG E TIAN Wei-jia KONG Jian-hua ZHUANG Su-lin ZHANG | 2021 | Current Medical Science2021,41,4: | 3 |
