1Geochemical Characteristics and Genetic Types of Natural Gas in the Xinchang Gas Field, Sichuan Basin, SW China显示文摘The molecular compositions and stable carbon and hydrogen isotopic compositions of natural gas from the Xinchang gas field in the Sichuan Basin were investigated to determine the genetic types. The natural gas is mainly composed of methane (88.99%–98.01%), and the dryness coefficient varies between 0.908 and 0.997. The gas generally displays positive alkane carbon and hydrogen isotopic series. The geochemical characteristics and gas-source correlation indicate that the gases stored in the 5^(th) member of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation are coal-type gases which are derived from source rocks in the stratum itself. The gases reservoired in the 4^(th) member of the Xujiahe Formation and Jurassic strata in the Xinchang gas field are also coal-type gases that are derived from source rocks in the 3^(rd) and 4^(th) members of the Xujiahe Formation. The gases reservoired in the 2^(nd) member of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation are mainly coal-type gases with small amounts of oil-type gas that is derived from source rocks in the stratum itself. This is accompanied by a small amount of contribution brought by source rocks in the Upper Triassic Ma'antang and Xiaotangzi formations. 2Differential Characteristics of the Upper Ordovician-Lower Silurian Wufeng-Longmaxi Shale Reservoir and its Implications for Exploration and Development of Shale Gas in/around the Sichuan Basin显示文摘The Upper Ordovician Wufeng-Lower Silurian Longmaxi shale is widely distributed in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery,which is the key stratum for marine shale gas exploration and development(E&D)in China.Based on sedimentary environment,material basis,storage space,fracability and reservoir evolution data,the reservoir characteristics of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale and their significance for shale gas E&D are systematically compared and analyzed in this paper.The results show that(1)the depocenter of the Wufeng(WF)-Longmaxi(LM)shale gradually migrates from east to west.The high-quality shale reservoirs in the eastern Sichuan Basin are mainly siliceous shales,which are primarily distributed in the graptolite shale interval of WF2-LM5.The high-quality reservoirs in the southern Sichuan Basin are mainly calcareous-siliceous and organic-rich argillaceous shales,which are distributed in the graptolite shale interval of WF2-LM7.(2)Deep shale gas(the burial depth>3500 m)in the Sichuan Basin has high-ultrahigh pressure and superior physical properties.The organic-rich siliceous,calcareous-siliceous and organic-rich argillaceous shales have suitable reservoir properties.The marginal area of the Sichuan Basin has a higher degree of pressure relief,which leads to the argillaceous and silty shales evolving into direct cap rocks with poor reservoir/good sealing capacity.(3)Combining shale gas exploration practices and impacts of lithofacies,depth,pressure coefficient and brittle-ductile transition on the reservoir properties,it is concluded that the favorable depth interval of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale gas is 2200~4000 m under current technical conditions.(4)Aiming at the differential reservoir properties of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery,several suggestions for future research directions and E&D of shale gas are formulated.WANG Ruyue HU Zongquan LONG Shengxiang LIU Guangxiang ZHAO Jianhua DONG Li DU Wei WANG Pengwei YIN Shuai 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3:8

8The effect of operating conditions on acylation of 2-methylnaphthalene in a microchannel reactor显示文摘Acylation of 2-methylnaphthalene(2-MN) is a very important reaction in organic synthesis,and the effiency of the continuous reactor is more than one of the batch reactor.Considering that the Friedel–Crafts acylation is a rapid exothermic reaction,in this study,we perform the acylation of 2-MN in a stainless steel microchannel flow reactor,which is characterized by high mass and heat transfer rates.The effect of reactant ratio,mixing temperature,reaction temperature,and reaction time on product yield and selectivity were investigated.Under the optimal conditions,2-methyl-6-propionylnaphthalene(2,6-MPN) was obtained in 85.8% yield with 87.5% selectivity.Compared with the conventional batch system,the continuous flow microchannel reactor provides a more efficient method for the synthesis of 2,6-MPN.Wenpeng Li Suohe Yang Xiaoyan Guo Guangxiang He Haibo Jin 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,6:3
9Expression and responses to dehydration and salinity stresses of V-PPase gene members in wheat显示文摘Vacuolar H+-translocating pyrophosphatase(V-PPase) is a key enzyme related to plant growth as well as abiotic stress tolerance.In this work,wheat V-PPase genes TaVP1,TaVP2 and TaVP3 were identified.TaVP1 and TaVP2 are more similar to each other than to TaVP3.Their deduced polypeptide sequences preserve the topological structure and essential residues of V-PPases.Phylogenetic studies suggested that monocot plants,at least monocot grasses,have three VP paralogs.TaVP3 transcripts were only detected in developing seeds,and no TaVP2 transcripts were found in germinating seeds.TaVP2 was mainly expressed in shoot tissues and down-regulated in leaves under dehydration.Its expression was up-regulated in roots under high salinity.TaVP1 was relatively more ubiquitously and evenly expressed than TaVP2.Its expression level in roots was highest among the tissues examined,and was inducible by salinity stress.These results indicated that the V-PPase gene paralogs in wheat are differentially regulated spatially and in response to dehydration and salinity stresses.Yuezhi Wang Haibin Xu Guangxiang Zhang Huilan Zhu Lixia Zhang Zhengzhi Zhang Caiqin Zhang Zhengqiang Ma 2009Journal of Genetics and Genomics2009,36,12:3
10Characteristics of sedimentation and channel adjustment linked to the Three Gorges Reservoir显示文摘Construction of large dams is attractive because of their great benefits in flood control,hydropower generation,water resources utilization,navigation improvement,etc.However,dam construction may bring some negative impacts on sediment transport and channel dynamics adjustments.Due to the effects of recent water and soil conservation projects,sediment retention in the newly constructed large upstream reservoirs,and other factors,the sedimentation in the Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR)is quite different from the amount previously predicted in the demonstration stage.Consequently,based on the measured data,characteristics of sedimentation and the related channel deformation in the TGR were analyzed.The results imply that sediment transport tended to be reduced after the Three Gorges Project(TGP).Sedimentation slowed dramatically after 2013 and indicated obvious seasonal characteristics.Due to the rising water level in the TGR in the flood season,the yearly sediment export ratio(Eratio)was prone to decrease.The water level near the dam site should be reasonably regulated according to the flow discharge to improve the sediment delivery capacity and reduce sedimentation in the TGR,and to try to avoid situations where the flood retention time is close to 444 h.The depositional belt was discontinuous in the TGR and was mainly distributed in the broad reaches,and only slight erosion or deposition occurred in the gorge reaches.Sedimentation in the broad and gorge reaches accounted for 93.8% and 6.2% of the total sedimentation,respectively.The estuarine reach located in the fluctuating backwater area experienced alternate erosion-deposition,with a slight accumulative deposition in the curved reach.Sedimentation mainly occurred in the perennial backwater area.The insight gained in this study can be conducive to directly understanding of large reservoir sedimentation and mechanism of channel adjustment in the reservoir region in the main channel of large river.Xiaoya Tang Sichen Tong Guoxian Huang Guangxiang Xu Xinghua Li Kun Lei Shiming Yao 2021International Journal of Sediment Research2021,36,2:3

12Temporal trends of cirrhosis associated conditions显示文摘BACKGROUND Chronic liver disease and cirrhosis is the 12^(th) leading cause of death in the United States. Patients with decompensated-cirrhosis, especially with hepatic encephalopathy/coma(HC), have a higher rate of early readmission and contribute to higher healthcare cost.AIM To evaluate the national inpatient trends of discharges, mortalities and financial impacts associated with four common conditions of cirrhosis.METHODS The publicly available Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project National Inpatient Sample database was utilized to examine the temporal trends of total number of discharges, mortalities and inpatient costs related to hospitalization with a primary diagnosis of HC, transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS),esophageal varices with bleeding(EV) and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis(SBP) from 2005 to 2014. The ten-year temporal trends were assessed using simple linear regressions and multiple regression analysis. Two-sided P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.RESULTS From 2005 to 2014, the total number of discharges with cirrhosis-associated complications trended up for HC, SBP and EV(HC by 70% increase, P < 0.0001;SBP by 819% increase, P = 0.0002; EV by 9% increase, P = 0.016), but not for TIPS(P = 0.90). HC related to viral hepatitis showed faster increase by 357%(P <0.0001) in comparison to HC not related to viral hepatitis by 33 %(P = 0.0006).Overall, in-hospital mortality rates for each condition decreased from 2005 to2014(HC by 29% reduction, P = 0.0024; SBP by 26% reduction, P = 0.0038; TIPS by 32% reduction, P = 0.021) except for EV(P = 0.34). After adjustment for inflation, aggregate cost of hospitalization for EV, HC, and SBP significantly increased by 20%, 86%, and 980%, respectively, from 2005 to 2014(all P < 0.02),while TIPS had trend toward decreasing cost by 3%(P = 0.95).CONCLUSION The number of hospitalizations and costs for some of the cirrhosis-associated conditions increased. 15Protective Effects of Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor on Denervated Skeletal Muscle显示文摘Summary: To study the effects of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) on denervated skeletal muscle atrophy and to find a new approach to ameliorate atrophy of denervated muscle, a model was established by cutting the right sciatic nerve in 36 Wistar mice, with the left side serving as control. Then they were divided into two groups randomly. CNTF (1 U/ml) 0.1 ml was injected into the right tibial muscle every day in experimental group, and saline was used into another group for comparison. The muscle wet weight, muscle total protein, Ca 2+, physiological response and morphology were analyzed on the 7th, 14th and 28th day after operation. Our results showed that compared to control group, there was a significant increase in muscle wet weight, total protein, Ca 2+, muscle fiber cross-section area in CNTF group (P<0.05). CNTF could ameliorate the decrease of tetanic tension (PO), post-tetanic twitch potentiation (PTP), and the prolonged muscle relaxation time (RT) caused by denervation (P<0.05). The motor end-plate areas 7 days and 14 days after denervation was similar (P>0.05), but significantly larger 28 days after the denervation (P<0.05). It draws the conclusion that the support of bolt-mesh-anchor is the most effective support of this sort of gateways by using scale model simulation in lab and practice application.The support effects of practice application are satisfactory.
