| 1 | Ore-forming event and geodynamic setting of molybdenum deposit at Wenquan in Gansu Province,Western Qinling显示文摘The Wenquan molybdenum deposit is associated with a Triassic granite in this area.The Wenquan granite is enriched in LILE and LREE,poor in HFSE,and has significantly higher contents of alkali(K2O+Na2O) and Sr,Ba than those of the island arc volcanic rocks.These geochemical characteristics are similar to post-collisional granites in high K calc-alkaline series.Studies of major elements,trace elements,REEs and chronology of the Wenquan pluton show that,in the geodynamic transition stage of continent-continent convergence to extension,the partial melting of the enriched lithospheric mantle generated the basaltic magma and triggered the partial melting of the thickened lower crust which produceded the acidic magma,and the Wenquan pluton was formed by mixing of the two magmas.Molybdenite Re-Os isotopic dating gave Os model ages of 212.7±2.6 Ma to 215.1±2.6 Ma with a weighted mean of 214.1±1.1 Ma,and an Re-Os isochron age of 214.4±7.1 Ma.These ages are close to K-Ar ages(223 to 226 Ma) and a SHRIMP zircon U-Pb age(223±7 Ma) for the Wenquan granite within the error range,but relatively younger.This implies that the Mo mineralization occurred in a late stage of the magmatic intrusion,and the metallogenesis took place in the transition stage from syn-collision to post-collision in the tectonic setting of the Qinling Orogenic Belt(QOB) after continental collision be-tween the North China Block(NCB) and the South China Block(SCB).This process is also corre-sponding to the geological events of metamorphism and deformation in South Qinling,closure of the Mian-Lue oceanic basin,and exhumation of the Dabie-Sulu ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic rocks.The large-scale continent-continent collision between NCB and SCB in the middle Triassic triggered sig-nificant crustal thickening and exhumation of subducted slab.In the late Triassic,the tectonic setting was transformed to the transition stage from collision to extension.Materials from the asthenospheric mantle would ascend into the root of the lower crust,which could induce partial melting of the lower crust and generate Mo-enriched granitic magma.The ore-forming elements enriched in the fluid derived from the condensation and fraction of the magma resulted in the Mo mineralization.The Mo deposits in the QOB are mainly formed in two episodes,namely 220± Ma and 140± Ma.The two episodes of metal-logenesis were developed in the tectonic transition settings from compression to extension,but they were in the different stages of the tectonic evolution.The occurrence of the Wenquan Mo-bearing plu-ton indicates that the Triassic tectonic-magmatic belt of Western Qinling is another favorable region for Mo mineralization in the QOB.Therefore,it is significant to pay more attention to evaluation of the ore-forming potentiality in the Triassic granites in Western Qinling. | ZHU LaiMin DING ZhenJu YAO ShuZhen ZHANG GuoWei SONG ShiGang QU WenJun GUO Bo LEE Ben | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,13: | 12 |
| 2 | The constraints of strain partitioning and geochronology in Luonan-Luanchuan tectonic belts on Qinling orogenic belt显示文摘The Luonan-Luanchuan tectonic belt lies between the North China Block and Qinling Mountains, in- cluding the Luonan-Luanchuan fault zone and the strong deformation zone to the north of the fault. The ductile shear zone, imbricate brittle fault and duplex structure in the fault zone now are the expression of the same tectonic event in different depth. Such lineation structure exists in the tectonic belts as mineral lineation, elongation lineation, crenulation lineation, sheath folds and so on, indicating NE-directed plate motion. Fold axes and thrusts in the strong deformation zone are inclined to the Luonan-Luanchuan fault zone at small angles. The structures with different natures show a regular pattern, produced during oblique convergence of plates. The convergence factors are as follows:The direction of plate convergence is 22°, 31° and the angle between the plate convergence direction and plate boundary is 73°, 82° respectively in the west and east segment. | 13 | Simultaneous generation of electricity, ethylene and decomposition of nitrous oxide via protonic ceramic fuel cell membrane reactor显示文摘Ethylene,one of the most widely produced building blocks in the petrochemical industry,has received intense attention.Ethylene production,using electrochemical hydrogen pump-facilitated nonoxidative dehydrogenation of ethane(NDE)to ethylene,is an emerging and promising route,promoting the transformation of the ethylene industry from energy-intensive steam cracking process to new electrochemical membrane reactor technology.In this work,the NDE reaction is incorporated into a BaZr_(0.1)Ce_(0.7)Y_(0.1)Yb_(0.1)O_(3-δ)electrolyte-supported protonic ceramic fuel cell membrane reactor to co-generate electricity and ethylene,utilizing the Nb and Cu doped perovskite oxide Pr_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Fe_(0.8)Nb_(0.1)Cu_(0.1)O_(3-δ)(PSFNCu)as anode catalytic layer.Due to the doping of Nb and Cu,PSFNCu was endowed with high reduction tolerance and rich oxygen vacancies,showing excellent NDE catalytic performance.The maximum power density of the assembled reactor reaches 200 mW cm^(-2)at 750℃,with high ethane conversion(44.9%)and ethylene selectivity(92.7%).Moreover,the nitrous oxide decomposition was first coupled in the protonic ceramic fuel cell membrane reactor to consume the permeated protons.As a result,the generation of electricity,ethylene and decomposition of nitrous oxide can be simultaneously obtained by a single reactor.Specifically,the maximum power density of the cell reaches 208 mW cm^(-2)at 750℃,with high ethane conversion(45.2%),ethylene selectivity(92.5%),and nitrous oxide conversion(19,0%).This multi-win technology is promising for not only the production of chemicals and energy but also greenhouse gas reduction. | Song Lei Ao Wang Guowei Weng Ying Wu Jian Xue Haihui Wang | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2: | 0 |

| 17 | Effect of cold stratification on the temperature range for germination of Pinus koraiensis显示文摘Germination at low spring temperatures may offer a competitive advantage for the growth and survival of plant species inhabiting temperate forest ecosystems.Pinus koraiensis is a dominant species in temperate forests of northeastern China.Its seeds exhibit primary morphophysiological dormancy following dispersal in autumn,limiting natural or artificial regeneration:direct seeding and planting seedlings in spring.The aim of this study was to determine the optimum cold stratification temperature that induces germination to increase towards lower temperatures.Seeds from two populations(Changbaishan and Liangshui)were cold stratified at 0,5 and 10℃.Germination to incubation temperatures(10/5,20/10,25/15 and 30/20℃;14/10 h day/night)were determined after 2 and 4 weeks,and 5.5 and6.5 months of cold stratification.After 5.5 months,approximately 68-91%of seeds from both populations germinated at incubation temperatures of 25/15℃and 30/20℃,regardless of cold stratification temperatures.When the cold stratification temperature was reduced to 0℃and the period increased to 6.5 months,germination at 10/5℃significantly improved,reaching 37%and 64%for the Changbaishan and Liangshui populations,respectively.After 6.5 months of cold stratification,there was a significant linear regression between cold stratification temperatures and germination at10/5℃.The range in temperatures allowing for germination gradually expanded to include lower temperatures with decreasing cold stratification temperatures from 10 to 5℃and further to 0℃. | Yuan Song Xinghuan Li Mingyi Zhang Guowei Xia Chao Xiong | 2023 | Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,1: | 0 |

| 20 | Enhancement of a recombinase-aided amplification assay using betaine and pullulan显示文摘Background:Nucleic acid amplification enhancers suitable for use in a recombinase-aided amplification(RAA)assay were studied for the first time,and amplification of a long-fragment(509 bp)was initially explored.Methods:Using recombinant plasmids and clinical samples,RAA fluorescence and basic methods were used to evaluate the efficacy.The fluorescence method was evaluated by threshold time and fluorescence value,and the basic method was characterized by 2%agarose gel electrophoresis.Results:Taking a previously established RAA assay for HPV18 as an example,we demonstrated that the addition of 0.2 M,0.4 M,and 0.6 M betaine and 10%pullulan could enhance the RAA.The new RAA assays with betaine and pullulan were named B-RAA and P-RAA,respectively.Using the B-RAA and P-RAA fluorescence methods,the threshold time values could be shortened by 1.72-2.32 minutes and 2.60 minutes,respectively,and the fluorescence values could be enhanced by 8847.25-9094.37 mv and 5250 mv,respectively.Using the basic method,the sensitivity could be increased 10-fold.We successfully amplified a long-fragment of 509 bp using a P-RAA assay with a sensitivity of 102 copies/μL(compared with 103 copies/μL in the RAA assay).Conclusions:Thus,we concluded that betaine and pullulan are effective additives to enhance the sensitivity of RAA assays. | Jinrong Wang Guowei Song Yue Ming Jing Pan Ruiqing Zhang Guohao Fan Xinxin Shen Xuejun Ma Lixin Li | 2022 | Infectious Medicine2022,1,2: | 0 |
