1Low-frequency wide-band hybrid energy harvester based on piezoelectric and triboelectric mechanism显示文摘Recently,hybrid energy harvester has been considered as an attractive potential approach to response the worldwide energy crisis due to the combination of advantages from different harvesting mechanism.In this paper,a novel low-frequency wide-band hybrid energy harvester based on piezoelectric and triboelectric mechanism is presented and systematically studied including structural design,fabrication process,working principle simulation and measurement.With a vibrational excitation,the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) cantilevers will vibrate and impact the polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) film on the substrate,producing a piezoelectric output as well as a triboelectric output.The structural parameters of each cantilever are optimized using finite element simulation,and the well-designed PVDF cantilevers with controllable PDMS mass not only reduce the device working frequency but also enlarge the bandwidth.Under a sweep-frequency test,three voltage peaks induced by the piezoelectric part are observed at 15,32.5 and 47.5 Hz,with the value of 320,288 and 264 mV,respectively.With the combined triboelectric part,a 20 V peak-peak voltage is generated at 15 Hz.The electrical driving ability of this hybrid energy harvester also has been demonstrated by lighting up a commercial light emitting diode(LED).HAN MengDi ZHANG XiaoSheng LIU Wen SUN XuMing PENG XuHua ZHANG HaiXia 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,8:17
2Low frequency wide bandwidth MEMS energy harvester based on spiral-shaped PVDF cantilever显示文摘In this paper,a piezoelectric energy harvester based on spiral-shaped polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)cantilever is designed and fabricated for harvesting low frequency vibration energy in the environment.In this design,the spiral-shaped PVDF cantilever is major for lowering the resonant frequency by increasing the length of the cantilever;Copper and silicon proof masses on both sides are working on further decreasing the resonant frequency and widen its bandwidth.Due to the high flexibility of the PVDF cantilever,this device is extremely sensitive to vibration and can harvest weak vibration energy.Both simulation and experimental results have approved that this device can operate at very low frequency which is about 20 Hz and can effectively harvest energy from 15–50 Hz.The peak of the output voltage can reach 1.8 V with the acceleration of 0.2 g.This is a promising harvester for powering the wireless sensors in the future.LIU Wen HAN MengDi MENG Bo SUN XuMing HUANG XianLiang ZHANG HaiXia 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,6:13
3Sensitive electrochemical DNA sensor for the detection of HIV based on a polyaniline/graphene nanocomposite显示文摘A nanocomposite of polyaniline/graphene(PAN/GN)was prepared using reverse-phase polymerization.The nanocomposite material was dropcast onto a glassy carbon electrode(GCE).Then,a single-stranded DNA(ssDNA)probe for HIV-1 gene detection was immobilized on the modified electrode,and the negative charged phosphate backbone of the HIV-1 was bound to the modified electrode surface via p-p*stacking interactions.The hybridization between the ssDNA probe and the target HIV-1 formed doublestranded DNA(dsDNA),and the electron transfer resistance of the electrode was measured using impedimetric studies with a[Fe(CN)6]^(3-/4-)redox couple.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the change of the impedance value was linearly related to the logarithm of the concentration of HIV genes in the range from 5.0×10^(-16)M to 1.0×10^(-10)M(R=0.9930),and the HIV sensor exhibited a lower detection limit of 1.0×10^(-16)M(S/N=3).The results show that this biosensor presented wonderful selectivity,sensitivity and specificity for HIV-1 gene detection.Thus,this biosensor provides a new method for the detection of HIV gene fragments.Qiaojuan Gong Haixia Han Haiying Yang Meiling Zhang Xiaoling Sun Yunxia Liang Zhaorong Liu Wenchan Zhang Jinli Qiao 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,2:5
4Mex3a promotes oncogenesis through the RAP1/MAPK signaling pathway in colorectal cancer and is inhibited by hsa-miR-6887-3p显示文摘Background:Although Mex3 RNA-binding family member A(Mex3a)has demonstrated an important role in multiple cancers,its role and regulatory mechanism in CRC is unclear.In this study,we aimed to investigate the role and clinical significance of Mex3a in CRC and to explore its underlying mechanism.Methods:Western blotting and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)were performed to detect the expression levels of genes.5-Ethynyl-2’-deoxyuridine(EDU)and transwell assays were utilized to examine CRC cell proliferation and metastatic ability.The R software was used to do hierarchical clustering analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis.Overexpression and rescue experiments which included U0126,a specific mitogen activated protein kinase kinase/extracellular regulated protein kinase(MEK/ERK)inhibitor,and PX-478,a hypoxia-inducible factor 1 subunit alpha(HIF-1α)inhibitor,were used to study the molecularmechanisms of Mex3a in CRC cells.Co-immunoprecipitation(Co-IP)assay was performed to detect the interaction between two proteins.Bioinformatics analysis including available public database and Starbase software(starbase.sysu.edu.cn)were used to evaluate the expression and prognostic significance of genes.TargetScan(www.targetscan.org)and the miRDB(mirdb.org)website were used to predict the combination site between microRNA and target mRNA.BALB/c nude micewere used to study the function of Mex3a and hsa-miR-6887-3p in vivo.Results:Clinicopathological and immunohistochemical(IHC)studies of 101 CRC tissues and 79 normal tissues demonstrated that Mex3a was a significant prognostic factor for overall survival(OS)in CRC patients.Mex3a knockdown substantially inhibited the migration,invasion,and proliferation of CRC cells.Transcriptome analysis and mechanism verification showed that Mex3a regulated the RAP1 GTPase activating protein(RAP1GAP)/MEK/ERK/HIF-1αpathway.Furthermore,RAP1GAP was identified to interact with Mex3a in Co-IP experiments.Bioinformatics and dual-luciferase reporter experiments revealed that hsa-miR-6887-3p could bind to the 3’-untranslated regions(3’-UTR)of the Mex3amRNA.hsa-miR-6887-3p downregulated Mex3a expression and inhibited the tumorigenesis of CRC both in vitro and in vivo.Conclusions:Our study demonstrated that the hsa-miR-6887-3p/Mex3a/RAP1GAP signaling axis was a key regulator of CRC and Mex3a has the potential to be a new diagnostic marker and treatment target for CRC.Haixia Li Jinghui Liang Jiang Wang Jingyi Han Shuang Li Kai Huang Chuanyong Liu 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,6:5
5Reduced β2-GPI is associated with increased platelet aggregation and activation in patients with prolonged isolated thrombocytopenia after allo-HSCT显示文摘We aimed to measure platelet function and its relationship with β2-GPI in prolonged isolated thrombocytopenia(PT) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).Fifty-six patients with PT and 60 allo-HSCT recipients without PT(non-PT controls) were enrolled.Platelet aggregation and activation,β2-GPI and anti-β2-GPI antibody levels,vWF antigen,and vWF activity were analyzed.The effect of β2-GPI on platelet aggregation was also measured ex vivo.Results showed that ADP-induced platelet aggregation significantly increased(39%±7.5% vs.23%±8.5%,P=0.032),and the platelet expression of both CD62 p(33.6%±11.6% vs.8.5%±3.5%,P<0.001) and PAC-1(42.4%±7.6% vs.6.8%±2.2%,P<0.001) was significantly higher in patients with PT than in those without PT.Significantly lower β2-GPI levels(164.2±12 μg m L^-1 vs.234.2±16 μg mL^-1,P<0.001),higher anti-β2-GPI IgG levels(1.78±0.46 U mL^-1 vs.0.94±0.39 U mL^-1,P<0.001),and increased vWF activity(133.06%±30.50% vs.102.17%±25.90%,P<0.001) were observed in patients with PT than in those without PT.Both ADPinduced platelet aggregation(n=116,r^2=-0.5042,P<0.001) and vWF activity(n=116,r^2=-0.2872,P<0.001) were negatively correlated with β2-GPI levels.In summary,our data suggested that platelet aggregation and activation were significantly higher in patients with PT than in those without PT,which might be associated with reduced β2-GPI levels.The reduced β2-GPI levels might be due to the existence of anti-β2-GPI IgG.Haixia Fu Jingzhong Zhao Lanping Xu Kaiyan Liu Yu Wang Huan Chen Wei Han Jingzhi Wang Fengrong Wang Xiaojun Huang Xiaohui Zhang 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,7:4
6Self-Powered Intelligent Human-Machine Interaction for Handwriting Recognition显示文摘Handwritten signatures widely exist in our daily lives.The main challenge of signal recognition on handwriting is in the development of approaches to obtain information effectively.External mechanical signals can be easily detected by triboelectric nanogenerators which can provide immediate opportunities for building new types of active sensors capable of recording handwritten signals.In this work,we report an intelligent human-machine interaction interface based on a triboelectric nanogenerator.Using the horizontal-vertical symmetrical electrode array,the handwritten triboelectric signal can be recorded without external energy supply.Combined with supervised machine learning methods,it can successfully recognize handwritten English letters,Chinese characters,and Arabic numerals.The principal component analysis algorithm preprocesses the triboelectric signal data to reduce the complexity of the neural network in the machine learning process.Further,it can realize the anticounterfeiting recognition of writing habits by controlling the samples input to the neural network.The results show that the intelligent human-computer interaction interface has broad application prospects in signature security and humancomputer interaction.Hang Guo Ji Wan Haobin Wang Hanxiang Wu Chen Xu Liming Miao Mengdi Han Haixia Zhang 2021Research2021,,1:4

8A cubic triboelectric generator as a self-powered orientation sensor显示文摘Recently, triboelectric generator(TEG) has attracted a lot of attention due to its high output voltage and low-cost fabrication process. Here, a novel cubic TEG box is designed, which has separated electrodes on different surfaces. Thanks to the specially designed structure, it can scavenge vibration energy from all directions. Firstly the device is investigated through finite element method(FEM) simulation. Then the device is evaluated by experiments. The measuremental results show that this device can generate an amount of 25 n C charge during once shake by charging a 10 n F capacitor. Besides, an output voltage about 100 V is obtained, which is able to directly light up several light-emitting diodes(LEDs) simultaneously. At last, the device is utilized as a self-powered orientation sensor, which shows explicit directivity. 11SARS-CoV-2 spike protein receptor-binding domain perturbates intracellular calcium homeostasis and impairs pulmonary vascular endothelial cells显示文摘Exposure to the spike protein or receptor-binding domain(S-RBD)of SARS-CoV-2 significantly influences endothelial cells and induces pulmonary vascular endotheliopathy.In this study,angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 humanized inbred(hACE2 Tg)mice and cultured pulmonary vascular endothelial cells were used to investigate how spike protein/S-RBD impacts pulmonary vascular endothelium.Results show that S-RBD leads to acute-to-prolonged induction of the intracellular free calcium concentration([Ca^(2+)]i)via acute activation of TRPV4,and prolonged upregulation of mechanosensitive channel Piezo1 and store-operated calcium channel(SOCC)key component Orai1 in cultured human pulmonary arterial endothelial cells(PAECs).In mechanism,S-RBD interacts with ACE2 to induce formation of clusters involving Orai1,Piezo1 and TRPC1,facilitate the channel activation of Piezo1 and SOCC,and lead to elevated apoptosis.These effects are blocked by Kobophenol A,which inhibits the binding between S-RBD and ACE2,or intracellular calcium chelator,BAPTA-AM.Blockade of Piezo1 and SOCC by GsMTx4 effectively protects the S-RBDinduced pulmonary microvascular endothelial damage in hACE2 Tg mice via normalizing the elevated[Ca^(2+)]i.Comparing to prototypic strain,Omicron variants(BA.5.2 and XBB)of S-RBD induces significantly less severe cell apoptosis.Transcriptomic analysis indicates that prototypic S-RBD confers more severe acute impacts than Delta or Lambda S-RBD.In summary,this study provides compelling evidence that S-RBD could induce persistent pulmonary vascular endothelial damage by binding to ACE2 and triggering[Ca^(2+)]i through upregulation of Piezo1 and Orai1.Targeted inhibition of ACE2-Piezo1/SOCC-[Ca^(2+)]i axis proves a powerful strategy to treat S-RBD-induced pulmonary vascular diseases.Kai Yang Shiyun Liu Han Yan Wenju Lu Xiaoqian Shan Haixia Chen Changlei Bao Huazhuo Feng Jing Liao Shuxin Liang Lei Xu Haiyang Tang Jason X-J.Yuan Nanshan Zhong Jian Wang 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,8:2

18The Improved Simulated Annealing Algorithm and Application in the Surface Wave Dispersion Inversion显示文摘The velocity distribution of layers from surface wave dispersion curve is a severely nonlinear program. Base on the Metropolis rule,we improved the simulated annealing algorithm to simultaneously inverse the velocities and thicknesses using the dispersion data and identified the Moho and the bottom of lithosphere. The application to the numerical examples with 5% noise shows the velocity RMS is 1. 56% between the non-linear results and the original models when the condition of selecting method for temperature parameters and initial temperature are satisfied. Using the pure dispersions of Rayleigh wave,the nonlinear inversion has been carried out for S-wave velocities and thicknesses of the vertical profile crossing the Indian Plate,the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,and the Tarim Basin. 19Biophysical regulations of NEE light response in a steppe and a cropland in Inner Mongolia显示文摘Aims Ecosystem carbon models often require accurate net ecosystem exchange of CO_(2)(NEE)light-response parameters,which can be derived from the Michaelis–Menten equation.These parameters include maximum net ecosystem exchange(NEE_(max)),apparent quantum use efficiency(a)and daytime ecosystem respiration rate(R_(e)).However,little is known about the effects of land conversion between steppe and cropland on these parameters,especially in semi-arid regions.To understand how these parameters vary in responses to biotic and abiotic factors under land conversions,seasonal variation of light-response parameters were evaluated for a steppe and a cropland of Inner Mongolia,China,during three consecutive years(2006–08)with different precipitation amounts.Methods NEE was measured over a steppe and a cropland in Duolun,Inner Mongolia,China,using the eddy covariance technique,and NEE light-response parameters(NEE_(max),α and R_(e))were derived using the Michaelis–Menten model.Biophysical regulations of these parameters were evaluated using a stepwise regression analysis.Important Findings The maximum absolute values of NEE_(max) occurred in the meteorological regimes of 15℃Ping Zhang Shiping Chen Wenli Zhang Haixia Miao Jiquan Chen Xingguo Han Guanghui Lin 2012Journal of Plant Ecology2012,5,2:1
