1Selective laser melting(SLM)of CX stainless steel:Theoretical calculation,process optimization and strengthening mechanism显示文摘In the present work,selective laser melting(SLM)technology was utilized for manufacturing CX stainless steel samples under a series of laser parameters.The effect of laser linear energy density on the microstructure characteristics,phase distribution,crystallographic orientation and mechanical properties of these CX stainless steel samples were investigated theoretically and experimentally via scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Based on the systematic study,the SLM CX stainless steel sample with best surface roughness(Ra=4.05±1.8μm)and relative density(Rd=99.72%±0.22%)under the optimal linear density(η=245 J/m)can be obtained.SLM CX stainless steel was primarily constituted by a large number of fine martensite(α’phase)structures(i.e.,cell structures,cellular dendrites and blocky grains)and a small quantity of austenite(γphase)structures.The pre ferred crystallographic orientation(i.e.,<111>direction)can be determined in the XZ plane of the SLM CX sample.Furthermore,under the optimal linear energy density,the good combinations with the highest ultimate tensile strength(UTS=1068.0%±5.9%)and the best total elongation(TE=15.70%±0.26%)of the SLM CX sample can be attained.Dislocation strengthening dominates the strengthening mechanism of the SLM CX sample in as-built state.Dongdong Dong Cheng Chang Hao Wang Xingchen Yan Wenyou Ma Min Liu Sihao Deng Julien Gardan Rodolphe Bolot Hanlin Liao 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,14:11

3LSTM-based argument recommendation for non-API methods显示文摘Automatic code completion is one of the most useful features provided by advanced IDEs.Argument recommendation,as a special kind of code completion,is widely used as well.While existing approaches focus on argument recommendation for popular APIs,a large number of non-API invocations are requesting for accurate argument recommendation as well.To this end,we propose an LSTM-based approach to recommending non-API arguments instantly when method calls are typed in.With data collected from a large corpus of open-source applications,we train an LSTM neural network to recommend actual arguments based on identifiers of the invoked method,the corresponding formal parameter,and a list of syntactically correct candidate arguments.To feed these identifiers into the LSTM neural network,we convert them into fixed-length vectors by Paragraph Vector,an unsupervised neural network based learning algorithm.With the resulting LSTM neural network trained on sample applications,for a given call site we can predict which of the candidate arguments is more likely to be the correct one.We evaluate the proposed approach with tenfold validation on 85 open-source C applications.Results suggest that the proposed approach outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches in recommending non-API arguments.It improves the precision significantly from 71.46%to 83.37%.Guangjie LI Hui LIU Ge LI Sijie SHEN Hanlin TANG 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,9:5
4Correlations Between Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms,Cognitive Dysfunction,and Postmortem Brain Pathology in Alzheimer's Disease Among Han Chinese显示文摘In this study, the distribution of five Alzheimer's disease(AD)-related single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) in the Han population was examined in combination with the evaluation of clinical cognition and brain pathological analysis. The associations among SNPs,clinical daily cognitive states, and postmortem neuropathological changes were analyzed in 110 human brains from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences/Peking Union Medical College(CAMS/PUMC) Human Brain Bank.APOE ?4(OR = 4.482, P = 0.004), the RS2305421 GG genotype(adjusted OR = 4.397, P = 0.015), and the RS10498633 GT genotype(adjusted OR = 2.375,P = 0.028) were associated with a higher score on the ABC(Ab plaque score, Braak NFT stage, and CERAD neuritic plaque score) dementia scale. 5Cold spray additive manufacturing of Invar 36 alloy:microstructure,thermal expansion and mechanical properties显示文摘In this work,the Invar 36 alloys were manufactured using cold spray(CS)additive manufacturing technique.The systematic investigations were made on the microstructural evolution,thermal expansion and mechanical properties under as-sprayed(AS)and heat-treated(HT)conditions.XRD(X-ray diffraction)and ICP-AES(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy)analyses show that no phase transformation,oxidation,nor element content change have occurred.The X-ray computed tomography(XCT)exhibited a near fully dense structure with a porosity of 0.025%in the helium-produced sample under as-sprayed condition,whereas the nitrogen-produced samples produced at 5 MPa and 800℃show more irregular pore defects.He-AS sample shows a more prominent grain refinement than that of nitrogen samples due to the more extensive plastic deformation.The post heat-treatment exhibited a promoted grain growth,inter-particle diffusion,as well as the formation of annealing twins.Between25℃and 200℃,the nitrogen samples possessed lower CTE(coefficient of thermal expansion)values(1.53×10^(-6)/℃)compared with those produced by casting and laser additive manufacturing.The He-AS samples exhibited a noticeable negative CTE value between 25℃and 200℃,which may due to the significant compressive residual stress(-272 MPa)compensating its displacement with temperature increase during CTE test.The N2-HT and He-HT Invar 36 samples present a notable balance between strength and ductility.In conclusion,the CS technique can be considered as a potential method to produce the Invar36 component with high thermal and mechanical performance.Chaoyue Chen Yingchun Xie Longtao Liu Ruixin Zhao Xiaoli Jin Shanqing Li Renzhong Huang Jiang Wang Hanlin Liao Zhongming Ren 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,13:4
6Porcine intestinal antimicrobial peptide as an in-feed antibiotic alternative improves intestinal digestion and immunity by shaping the gut microbiota in weaned piglets显示文摘Antibiotic resistance of pathogens,which is caused by the abuse of in-feed antibiotics,threatens the sustainable development of livestock production.The present study aimed to investigate the efficiency of porcine intestinal antimicrobial peptide(PIAP)as an alternative to in-feed antibiotics in terms of growth performance,intestinal morphology,digestive enzymes and immunity,and microbiota community of the post-weaning piglets.A total of 204 piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire,weaned at 28 d age)with a similar body weight of 7.97±1.04 kg were randomly allocated to 4 groups(51 piglets per group):(1)control group:basal diet;(2)AB group:antibiotic,basal diet+chlortetracycline(1000 mg/kg from d 1 to24;500 mg/kg from d 25 to 37);(3)P1 group:basal diet+a relatively low dose of PIAP(400 mg/kg from d 1 to 24;300 mg/kg from d 25 to 37);(4)P2 group,basal diet+a relatively high dose of PIAP(600 mg/kg from d 1 to 24;500 mg/kg from d 25 to 37).The results showed that serum indicators of hepatocyte damage and relative organ weight were not affected by these treatments(P>0.05).Compared with the AB treatment,the P1 treatment remarkably decreased jejunal crypt depth and increased jejunal and ileal villus height:crypt depth ratio(P<0.05).The values of jejunal maltase,lactase,sucrase,intestinal alkaline phosphatase,and secretory immunoglobulin A(SIg A)in the P1 group were sharply increased compared with those in the control and P2 groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the P1 group decreased serum concentrations of D-lactate,diamine oxidase,and endotoxin(P<0.05),and increased the abundance of Lactobacillus reuteri(P<0.05)in the colonic feces.Furthermore,there was a positive correlation between the abundance of L.reuteri and the concentrations of maltase,lactase,sucrase,and SIg A(P<0.05).Collectively,dietary supplementation with a relatively low dose of PIAP(400 mg/kg from d 1 to 24;300 mg/kg from d 25 to 37)demonstrates beneficial effects on intestinal morphology,digestive enzymes,immunity,and permeability by shaping the gut microbiota composition in weaned piglets.This study will provide a valuable reference for using PIAP as an in-feed antibiotic alternative in swine production.Fengjie Ji Huansheng Yang Qiye Wang Jianzhong Li Hanlin Zhou Shengmin Liu 2023Animal Nutrition2023,,3:3
7Key CO_(2)capture technology of pure oxygen exhaust gas combustion for syngas-fueled high-temperature fuel cells显示文摘Integrated gasification fuel cells(IGFCs)integrating high-temperature solid oxide fuel cell technology with CO_(2)capture processes represents highly-efficient power systems with negligible CO_(2)emissions.Flame burning with pure oxygen is an ideal method for fuel cell exhaust gas treatment,and this report describes experimental and numerical studies regarding an oxy-combustor for treating the exhaust gas of a 10 kW IGFC system anode.The applied simulation method was verified based on experiments,and the key performance indices of the combustor were studied under various conditions.It was determined that 315 K was the ideal condensation temperature to obtain flame stability.Under these pure oxygen flame burning conditions,CO was almost completely converted,and the dry mole fraction of CO_(2)after burning was C 0.958 when there was up to 5%excess O_(2).Overall,5%excess O_(2)was recommended to maximize CO_(2)capture and promote other environmental considerations.Additionally,the optimal tangential fuel jet angle to control the liner temperature was approximately 25°.The total fuel utilization had to be high enough to maintain the oxygen flame temperature of the anode exhaust gas below 1800 K to ensure that the system was environmentally friendly.The results presented herein have great value for designing IGFCs coupled with CO_(2)capture systems.Hanlin Wang Qilong Lei Pingping Li Changlei Liu Yunpeng Xue Xuewei Zhang Chufu Li Zhibin Yang 2021International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2021,8,3:3

9Theoretical investigations on heat transfer to H2O/CO2 mixtures in supercritical region显示文摘The supercritical H2O/CO2 mixture is the working fluid to drive a turbine in a novel power generation system with coal gasified in supercritical water.This system is promising because of zero pollution emission in contrast to the conventional coal-fired power plant.Heat transfer coefficients of the supercritical H2O/CO2 mixtures are important to design heat transfer devices in this system,which is similar to the role of heat transfer to supercritical water in conventional systems.However,heat transfer to supercritical mixtures has received less attention.Here,we show that the supercritical mixtures with H2O being one of the components,have similar convection heat transfer behavior to supercritical pure fluids for temperatures and pressures above the critical point of H2O.This phenomenon was demonstrated from two aspects.Firstly,the forced convection heat transfer coefficients of supercritical mixtures were numerically calculated using the simulation model for supercritical pure fluids and using the thermophysical properties(density,heat capacity,thermal conductivity and viscosity)of supercritical mixtures as input.The calculated results agree well with experimental data in the supercritical region.Secondly,the calculated results also agree well with the correlations for supercritical pure fluids.The mechanisms were investigated by molecular dynamics simulations on the diffusion of supercritical mixtures.These results lay the foundation for predicting convection heat transfer coefficients of supercritical mixtures and for designing heat transfer devices with supercritical mixtures as heat transfer fluids.CHEN LongFei LIU Dong ZHANG HanLin LI Qiang 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,6:3
10Structural Characteristics and their Significance for Hydrocarbon Accumulation in the Northern Slope of the Central Sichuan Paleo-uplift显示文摘Based on 2D and 3D seismic data,the latest drilling data and field outcrop data of the northern slope of the Central Sichuan paleo-uplift,the structural analysis method is used to analyze unconformity development characteristics and fault characteristics during the key structural transformation period,discussing the influence of the structural characteristics on the hydrocarbon accumulation of deep carbonate rocks.The results show that:(1)The two key unconformities of the Tongwan and Caledonian periods were primarily developed in deep carbonate rocks.Firstly,Tongwan’s unconformities are characterized by regional disconformities between the second and third members of the Dengying Formation,the top formation of the Sinian and the lower Cambrian,strips of which zigzag through the north and south sides of the study area.Secondly,the Caledonian unconformity is characterized by a regional unconformable contact between the lower Permian and the ower Paleozoic strata.From NE to SW,the age of the strata,which were subject to erosion,changes from new to old,the denudation distribution showing as a nose-shaped structure which inclines towards the ENE.(2)Boundary fault and transtensional strike-slip faults developed in the Sinian to Paleozoic strata.In profile,there are three types of structural styles:steep and erect,flower structures,’Y’and reversed’Y’type faults.In plane view,the Sinian developed extensional boundary faults extending in an almost NS direction,strike-slip faults developing and extending linearly in approximately EW,WNW and NE strikes in the Cambrian,with characteristically more in the south and less in the north.(3)The faults in the northern slope show obvious zonal deformations in transverse view as well as significant stages and stratified activity in a longitudinal direction.Among them,the activity of faults in the Sinian was the strongest,followed by the activity in the Cambrian period,the activity intensity of faults in the Permian period being the weakest.This fault activity can be divided into four periods:Sinian,Cambrian-Permian,the early Indosinian period and the late Indosinian-Himalayan period,the transtensional strikeslip faults being the products of oblique extensions of pre-existing weak zones in the Xingkai and Emei taphrogenesis,with a particular inheritance in the main faults.(4)Combined with hydrocarbon accumulation factors,it is considered that the epigenetic karstification of the Tongwan and Caledonian unconformities in the northern slope controlled the formation and distribution of carbonate karst reservoirs over a large area,also acting as a good pathway for oil and gas migration.The extensional faults developed at the margin of the NS trending rift,controlling the sag-platform sedimentary pattern in the Dengying Formation of the Sinian.Strike-slip faults in NE,WNW and ENE directions may control the microgeomorphological pattern inside the platform and intensify the differential distribution of grain beach facies.The multi-stage hereditary activity of strike-slip faults not only improved the porosity and permeability of the reservoirs,but also acted as the main channel of oil and gas migration,providing favorable conditions for the development of the current multi-layer gasbearing scenario in the northern slope of the Central Sichuan Basin.TIAN Xingwang LIU Guangdi LUO Bing YANG Yu WEN Long ZHANG Benjian CHEN Xiao SU Guiping SONG Zezhang PENG Hanlin ZHOU Gang YAN Wei YANG Dailin WANG Yunlong SUN Yiting DOU Shuang 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,4:2
11Comparison of the differentiation of dental pulp stem cells and periodontal ligament stem cells into neuron-like cells and their effects on focal cerebral ischemia显示文摘Recent studies have reported an in creasing in cidence of ischemic stroke,particularly in younger age groups.Dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)and periodontal ligament stem cells(PDLSCs)are the most comm on stem cells acquired from the teeth of adults,even elderly people.However,there are no detailed reports on whether DPSCs or PDLSCs are suitable for the treatment of ischemic stroke.In this study,the in vitro differentiation of DPSCs and PDLSCs into neuron-like cells was evaluated.Then,we established a rat model of cerebral ischemia.DPSCs or PDLSCs were administered to animals,and the therapeutic effects of these two types of cells were investigated.The results showed that PDLSCs had a higher differentiation rate than DPSCs.Immunofluorescence studies showed that the expression of the neuronal differentiation markerThy-1 was higher in PDLSCs than in DPSCs,and other gene markers of neuronal differentiation showed corresponding trends,which were confirmed by western blot analysis.In this process,the Notch and Wnt signaling pathways were inhibited and activated,respectively.Fin ally,rats with transient occlusion of the right middle cerebral artery were used as a model to assess the therapeutic effect of PDLSCs and DPSCs on ischemia.The results showed that rats in the PDLSC-treated group emitted significantly greater red fluorescence signal than the DPSC-treated group.PDLSC transplantation promoted the recovery of neurological function more effectively than DPSC transplantation.Hence,PDLSCs represent an autogenous source of adult mesenchymal stem cells with desirable biological properties and may be an ideal candidate for clinical applications.Tingting Wu Wanting Xu Hanlin Chen Shasha Li Rengang Dou Hongtao Shen Xue Liu Xiaoyu Liu Yongfeng Hong Jiacai He 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,9:2

13Controlling Factors on Organic Matter Accumulation of Marine Shale across the Ordovician–Silurian Transition in South China: Constraints from Trace-Element Geochemistry显示文摘In recent years,significant progress in shale gas exploration has been achieved in the Upper Ordovician(Wufeng Formation)–Lower Silurian(Longmaxi Formation)shales in the Upper Yangtze area,South China.Although many studies have been carried out on the Upper Ordovician–Lower Silurian shales,the controlling factors causing organic matter accumulation of these shales remain controversial.This study uses trace-element geochemistry and sedimentological methods to evaluate terrigenous input,redox conditions and primary productivity to explore the mechanisms of organic matter accumulation.The variation of terrigenous fraction elements(Al,Th and Sc)concentrations reflect a mixed influence of sea-level change and weathering.The sea-level of the Upper Yangtze Sea went through two cycles of transgression to regression during the Ordovician–Silurian transition.The Linxiang Formation,Kuanyinchiao Bed and the upper part of Longmaxi Formation developed during the periods of regression,whereas the Wufeng Formation and the lower part of the Longmaxi Formation developed during the periods of transgression.The paleo-productivity indexes of TOC content,ratios of Ba/Al and P/Al,and redox conditions proxies of Mo concentration,ratios of U/Th and V/Cr generally display similar variation patterns with respect to the sea-level changes.High TOC contents and Ba/Al and P/Al ratios indicate the paleo-productivity was high on the sea surface,as shown by relatively good positive correlations between Th vs.TOC,and Sc vs.TOC.This indicates that the paleo-productivity was controlled by the nutrients input through weathering.The good positive correlations between redox conditions indexes(U/Th and V/Cr ratios)with TOC content reflects reductive preservation conditions(anoxic to euxinic),thus implying they were an important controlling factor for organic matter accumulation.Nevertheless,redox conditions were closely associated with sea level change and organic matter decomposition.Therefore,the sea-level change and weathering were the primary controlling factors for organic matter enrichment across the Ordovician to Silurian transition.Zhen Qiu Huifei Tao Bin Lu Zhenhong Chen Songtao Wu Hanlin Liu Junli Qiu 2021Journal of Earth Science2021,32,4:2
14The angular characteristics of Moon-based Earth observations显示文摘The Moon,Earth’s only natural satellite,is a potential new platform for Earth observation.Moreover,with the wide applicability of the angular information from remote sensing data,it has been attracting increasingly more attention.Accordingly,this study focuses on the angular characteristics of Moon-based Earth observations.Using ephemeris DE430 and Earth orientation parameters,the position and attitude of the Sun,Earth,and Moon were obtained and their coordinates normalized to a single framework using coordinate transformations between the related reference systems.Then,an angular geometric model of Moon-based Earth observations was constructed,and the corresponding angular algorithms were presented.The results revealed the angular range and distribution characteristics of Moon-based Earth observations.For every point on the surface of the Earth,the view and solar zenith angles all vary widely,which decreases with increasing latitude.The view and solar zenith angles all vary widely with the largest range of values in the equatorial and polar regions and a smaller range of values in mid-latitudes.Furthermore,the range of solar angles of Moon-based Earth observations is the same as that of alltime solar angles,indicating the potential for monitoring and understanding large-scale geoscientific phenomena using Moon-based Earth observations.Huadong Guo Yuanzhen Ren Guang Liu Hanlin Ye 2020International Journal of Digital Earth2020,13,3:1
15Template-mediated strategy to regulate hierarchically nitrogen-sulfur co-doped porous carbon as superior anode material for lithium capacity显示文摘Considering its rapid lithiation/delithiation process and robust capacitive energy storage,hierarchical porous carbon is regarded as a promising candidate for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,it remains a great challenge to construct a porous structure and prevent structure stacking for carbon-based materials.Herein,a templatemediated approach is developed to synthesize hierarchical nitrogen-sulfur co-doped porous carbon(NSPC)using low-cost asphalt precursors.The strategy for synthesis uses g-C_(3)N_(4) and NaHCO_(3) as gaseous templates and NaCl as a solid template,which causes the formation of hierarchical porous carbon with a high specific surface area.The resultant porous structure and nitrogen-doping process can prevent the aggregation of nanosheets,maintain the structural stability upon cycling,and achieve rate-capable lithium storage.Serving as a LIBs anode,reversible specific capacities of the NSPC24 electrode reach 788 and 280 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 and 1 A·g^(-1),respectively.Furthermore,its specific capacity remains at 830 mAh·g^(-1) after 115 cycles at 0.1 A·g^(-1).Even after 500 cycles,high specific capacities of 727 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.5 A·g^(-1) and 624 mAh·g^(-1) at 1 A·g^(-1) are achieved,demonstrating excellent cycling performance.The gas-solid bifunctional template-mediated approach can guide the design of porous materials very well,meanwhile realizing the high value-added utilization of asphalt.Yun LI Wang YANG Hanlin LIU Zhiqiang TU Sai CHE Bo JIANG Chong XU Guang MA Guoyong HUANG Yongfeng LI 2022Frontiers of Materials Science2022,16,1:1

19An isoindigo-bithiazole-based acceptor-acceptor copolymer for balanced ambipolar organic thin-film transistors显示文摘Balanced carrier transport is observed in acceptor-acceptor (A-A′) type polymer for ambipolar organic thin-film transistors B (OTFTs). It is found that the incorporation of two electron-accepting moieties (BTz and IIG) into a polymer main chain to form A-A′ polymer PIIG-BTz could lower highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) levels and facilitate good molecular stacking of the polymer. Ambipolar transistor behaviour for PIIG-BTz, with the balanced hole and electron mobilities of 0.030 and 0.022 cm2 V-1 s-1 was observed in OTFT devices, respectively.
