| 1 | 空调通风系统对室内微生物气溶胶的影响显示文摘现代建筑中的空调通风系统不可避免地接触输送到室内环境的空气,而该系统对微生物空气质量的影响直接关系到室内人员的健康.本文通过对大量的相关文献进行总结与归纳,将空调通风系统对微生物气溶胶的影响分为两种:一是空调通风系统的主要组分对微生物气溶胶的影响,具体指其组分直接降低或者增加室内微生物气溶胶的浓度;另一个是空调通风系统在运行过程中对室内微生物气溶胶的影响,既包括通风率、气流组织等参数对微生物气溶胶的影响,也包括该系统作为一条通道可将空气中已有的微生物从某一室内环境扩散到更多的室内环境.另外,本文通过分析空调通风系统污染室内空气的条件(如组分周围的物理和化学环境条件),提出相应的控制措施,如定期清理过滤器和通风管道等组分、及时去除热交换器和加湿器上的水分等,可以减少空调通风系统引起的微生物污染,从而保护室内人员的健康. | 武艳 荣嘉惠 Irvan Luhung | 2018 | 科学通报2018,63,10: | 20 |

| 9 | Enhancement and Preservation of Fresh Orange Juice Using Citrus Essential Oils显示文摘Nowadays, consumers are demanding for minimally processed, additive-free, high quality, fresh-like andmicrobiologically safe foods. However, as food deterioration is the constant threat along the entire food chain, food preservationremains as necessary today as in the past. In this paper, several citrus essential oils, including sweet orange, lemon and lime essentialoil applied directly in fresh orange juice as a natural preservative, were analyzed for their antimicrobial activity. The antimicrobialactivity of each citrus essential oil was assessed against Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus plantarum and Aspergillus nigerusing broth macrodilution. Among all citrus essential oils tested, sweet orange essential oil with 0.10% concentration showedsignificant antimicrobial activity against microorganisms tested. Hence, it was chosen to be applied in the fresh orange juice. Then,shelf life analysis was conducted during 7 d of storage at 5 ℃ and during 2 d of storage at 25 ℃ using selected concentration of theselected citrus essential oil in the fresh orange juice. Based on the results obtained, the addition of sweet orange essential oil with0.10% concentration was not able to prolong the shelf life of the fresh orange juice according to the Indonesian National Standard(SNI). | 11 | Healthcare utilization patterns and economic burden of animal bites:A cross-sectional study显示文摘Objective:To determine the healthcare utilization patterns and estimate the economic burden of animal bites in Golestan province,north part of Iran.Methods:This cross-sectional study was performed based on the data of 12181 animal-bite patients from Golestan province who were referred to the rabies prophylaxis centers between March 2019 and March 2020.The study was a societal perspective,and all patients were investigated by census method.The micro-costing method with a bottom-up approach as well as the human capital approach were used to estimate the economic burden.Results:In our study,the economic burden caused by animal bites was estimated at$1383639(275354672060 Rials).The largest share of costs was related to direct healthcare costs,direct non-healthcare costs,and indirect costs accouting for 91%,5%,and 4%,respectively.In addition,the average cost of a animal-bite patient was estimated at$113.5(22605260 Rials)(The average cost of a case in type 2 and 3 exposures was$45 and$412.8,respectively).The largest share of direct healthcare costs was related to immunoglobulin,vaccine,and personnel expenses accounting for 61.3%,19.8%,and 11.65%,respectively.Conclusions:Our study shows that animal bites in Golestan province,north of Iran impose a high economic burden on the communities,especially the healthcare system,which indicates the need to review management and control programs of animal bites and rabies based on animal-bite patterns of the area. | Vahid Bay Aziz Rezapour Mehdi Jafari Mohammad Reza Maleki Irvan Masoudi Asl | 2021 | Journal of Acute Disease2021,10,4: | 0 |
