1The complete nucleotide sequence and its organization of the genome of Barley yellow dwarf virus-GAV显示文摘The complete nucleotide sequence of genomic RNA of BYDV-GAV was determined. It comprised 5685 nucleotides and contained six open reading frames and four un-translated regions. The size and organization of BYDV-GAV genome were similar to those of BYDV PAV-aus. The nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequences of the six ORFs were aligned and compared with those of other luteoviruses. The results showed that there was a high degree of identity between BYDV-GAV and MAV-PS1 in all ORFs except ORF5 and ORF6, which had only 87.4% and 70.2% identities respectively. The reported genomic nucleotide sequence of MAV was shorter than that of BYDV-GAV, but the comparison of the genomic nucleotide sequences for MAV-PS1 and GAV showed 90.4% sequence identity for the same region of the genome. 2Secret Key Generation Based on Two-Way Randomness for TDD-SISO System显示文摘A novel secret key generation(SKG)method based on two-way randomness is proposed for TDD-SISO system.The legitimate transceivers mutually transmit their own random signal via reciprocal wireless channel,then the multiplication of transmitted and received signal is used as common randomness to generate secret keys.In quasi-static channel,the theoretical SKG rates(SKGRs)of the three SKG methods,namely wireless channel based,one-way randomness and two-way randomness,are derived and compared.Further,two practical SKG schemes based on twoway randomness,Scheme-1bit and Scheme-3bit,are completely designed and simulated.Generally,Scheme-1bit applies to low signal to noise ratio(SNR)scenarios and achieves 0.13~0.86bit/T_s SKGR and 10^(-2)~10^(-5) level secret key outage probability(SKOP),while Scheme-3bit fits high SNR situation and obtains 0.93~1.35bit/T_s SKGR and 10^(-3)~10^(-4) level SKOP.At last,the national institute of standards and technology(NIST)test is conducted to evaluate the secret key randomness(SKRD)and the test results show that both of the proposed schemes have passed the test.Shengjun Zhang Liang Jin Yangming Lou Zhou Zhong 2018China Communications2018,15,7:8
3Fast Secret Key Generation Based on Dynamic Private Pilot from Static Wireless Channels显示文摘In static or quasi-static wireless channel environments, secret key generation(SKG) based on wireless channels is vulnerable to active attacks due to the openness and invariance of public pilot, especially man-inthe-middle(MITM) attacks, where attacker acts as a transparent relay to manipulate channel measurements and derive the generated keys. In order to fight against this attack, a dynamic private pilot is designed, where both private pilot and secret key are derived from the characteristics of wireless channels and private to third party. In static or quasi-static environments, we use singular value decomposition techniques to reconstitute the wireless channels to improve the randomness of the wireless channels. Private pilot can encrypt and authenticate the wireless channels, which can make channel state information intercepted by MITM attacker reduced to zero and the SKG rate close to that without attacks. 5Variability of the Kuroshio extension system in 1992-2013 from satellite altimetry data显示文摘The Kuroshio Extension(KE) plays an important role in climate and environmental change in the North Pacific. In this paper, more than 20 years of merged absolute dynamic topography and merged sea level anomaly products from satellite altimetry are used to analyze the stability of the KE system. By analyzing the annually averaged sea surface topography, the variations of inter-annual path and annually averaged eddy kinetic energy at the KE region, the KE's two dynamic states are given as: the relatively stable state during 1993e1995, 2002e2005, and 2010e2012, and the unstable dynamic state among 1996e2001 and2006e2009. During the stable state, the KE spindle had a shorter path length and smaller time-varying amplitude, as well as a trend to move northward. While during the unstable state, the KE spindle had a longer path length and an integral southward transport trend, and was observed to oscillate significantly over time. The analysis on the KE's upstream and downstream region gives the same variations, indicating that they are significantly affected by the El Nino events. The power spectrum of the mean latitudinal position variation of the KE's upstream and downstream shows significant quasi-decadal oscillation characteristics and strong annual signals. Furthermore, the correlation of the strength variation between the southern RG and the KE's upstream is calculated to be 0.50 after low-pass filtering,and that of the mean latitudinal position variation between the southern RG and the KE's upstream/downstream are 0.75/0.69 after low-pass filtering, respectively. 10Innovation and Firm Co-ownership Network in China’s Electric Vehicle Industry显示文摘Firms are embedded in complex networks,where diverse ideas combine and generate new ideas.Shareholders of firms are of-ten seen as critical external resources that have significant influence on firm innovation.The current literature tends to focus on the rela-tionship between firms and their shareholders,while paying less attention to the connections between firms with the same shareholders.This article identifies two types of network spillover effects,intra-city network effect and inter-city network effect,by visualizing the co-ownership networks in China’s electric vehicle(EV)industry.We find that firms with the same shareholders,which are defined as co-owned EV firms,are more innovative than non-co-owned ones.Furthermore,there are two dominant types of firm co-ownership ties formed by corporate and financial institution shareholders.While corporate shareholders help exploiting local tacit knowledge,financial institutions are more active in bridging inter-city connections.The conclusion is confirmed at both firm and city levels.This paper theor-izes the firm co-ownership network as a new form of institutional proximity and tested the result empirically.For policy consideration,we have emphasized the importance of building formal or informal inter-firm network,and the government should further enhance the knowledge flow channel by institutional construction.JIN Zerun ZHU Shengjun 2024Chinese Geographical Science2024,34,2:0
11A new Arctic MSS model derived from combined Cryosat-2 and ICESat observations显示文摘Due to the existence of seasonal or perennial sea ice cover,the determination of the Arctic sea surface is more difficult than that of mid-low latitudinal oceans.Focusing on the sea surface height in the ice-covered region,this paper constructs a new Arctic mean sea surface(MSS)model,named SUST22,by combining the measurements from ICESat and Cryosat-2 missions.The lead detection methods of ICESat and Cryosat-2 are first studied and modified to acquire sea surface measurements with better accuracy.The results have shown that the standard deviation of Cryosat-2-derived Arctic sea surface height is about 3–4 cm in 10-km resolution grids,while the value of ICESat is 5–6 cm.Then the MSS construction procedure is discussed and the SUST22 MSS model is constructed.The new model is compared with the other four Arctic MSS models.The best agreement is found between SUST22 and DTU21 with an average difference of−4.0±5.2 cm.These models are also validated by ICESat-2 samples.The average difference between ICESat-2 and SUST22 is 15.8±7.4 cm,which shows that the new model SUST22 presents better consistency with the ICESat-2 than any of the other models.Guodong Chen Zhijie Zhang Stine Kildegaard Rose Ole Baltazar Andersen Shengjun Zhang Taoyong Jin 2022International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1:0
12Exosomes derived from Nr-CWS pretreated MSCs facilitate diabetic wound healing by promoting angiogenesis via the circIARS1/miR-4782-5p/VEGFA axis显示文摘Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)-derived exosomes(Exos)were reported to a prospective candidate in accelerating diabetic wound healing due to their pro-angiogenic effect.MSCs pretreated with chemistry or biology factors were reported to advance the biological activities of MSC-derived exosomes.Hence,this study was designed to explore whether exosomes derived from human umbilical cord MSCs(hucMSCs)preconditioned with Nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton(Nr-CWS)exhibited superior proangiogenic effect on diabetic wound repair and its underlying molecular mechanisms.The results showed that Nr-CWS-Exos facilitated the proliferation,migration and tube formation of endothelial cells in vitro.In vivo,Nr-CWS-Exos exerted great effect on advancing wound healing by facilitating the angiogenesis of wound tissues compared with Exos.Furthermore,the expression of circIARS1 increased after HUVECs were treated with Nr-CWS-Exos.CircIARS1 promoted the pro-angiogenic effects of Nr-CWS-Exos on endothelial cells via the miR-4782-5p/VEGFA axis.Taken together,those data reveal that exosomes derived from Nr-CWS-pretreated MSCs might serve as an underlying strategy for diabetic wound treatment through advancing the biological function of endothelial cells via the circIARS1/miR-4782-5p/VEGFA axis.LI Qiang GUO Lei WANG Jian TAO Shengjun JIN Peisheng 2023Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,3:0
