4Bronchial artery embolization for hemoptysis:A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:To assess the safety and efficacy of bronchial artery embolization(BAE)for hemoptysis.Methods and materials:Databases with articles published in English,including Pubmed,Embase,Web of science and Chochrane library,were comprehensively searched to get accurate,up-to-date and sufficient literature about BAE for hemoptysis until March 2020.The technical success rates,immediate control rates,recurrence rates,mortality rates,and total complication rates(minor and major complication rates)extracted from the articles were pooled to estimate and assess the efficacy and safety of BAE using random-effect and fixed-effect models.Results:21 articles published between 2008 and 2019,which include a total of 2511 patients,were studied to evaluate the safety and efficacy of BAE.The technical success and immediate control rates are 99.9%(95%CI:99%-100%)and 99.5%(95%CI:97.8%-99.2%),respectively.This study showed hemoptysis recurrence in 23.7%(95%CI:18.5%-28.9%)with a mortality rate of 2%(95%CI:0-3%).Additionally,the assessment of complications revealed a total complication rate of 13.4%(95%CI:7.6-19.2%),in which 0.2%(95%CI:0.2-0.4%)were major complications and 10%(95%CI:4.7-9.6%)were minor complications.Conclusion:BAE is an effective,safe,and feasible procedure with a low complication rate for hemoptysis patients.However,recurrence of hemoptysis is still at high risk after BAE due to different underlying diseases.Zhiyuan Zheng Zhiquan Zhuang Minjie Yang Jianjun Luo Wen Zhang Zhiping Yan Xiaolin Wang 2021Journal of Interventional Medicine2021,4,4:7

6A novel approach to melt purification of magnesium alloys显示文摘A novel low-cost method for melt purification of magnesium alloys,the melt self-purifying technology(MSPT),has been developed successfully based on a low temperature melt treatment(LTMT)without adding any fluxes.The iron solubility in the molten liquid of magnesium and its alloys,and the settlement velocity of iron particles were calculated.It is shown that the low temperature melt treatment is an effective method to decrease the impurity Fe content in magnesium and its alloys.Without any additions,the Fe content in the AZ31 alloy was reduced to 15 ppm from the initial 65 ppm,and the Fe content in the AZ61 melt was decreased to 20 ppm from the initial 150 ppm after the low temperature melt treatment.The results also showed that the Fe content in AM60 and AM50 dropped to 15 and 18 ppm,respectively,from the initial 150 ppm after the low temperature melt treatment.For ZK 60,the Fe content in the melt down to less than 5 ppm was achieved.After the low temperature melt treatment,the Si content in the above alloys was also decreased obviously.Fusheng Pan Xianhua Chen Tao Yan Tingting Liu Jianjun Mao Wei Luo Qin Wang Jian Peng Aitao Tang Bin Jiang 2016Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2016,4,1:5

9Gene characterization and molecular pathway analysis of reverse thermosensitive genic male sterility in eggplant(Solanum melongena L.)显示文摘The naturally occurring mutant eggplant line 05ms was identified with reverse thermosensitive genic male sterility(rTGMS),but its temperature-responsive fertility mechanisms remain largely unknown.Here,we studied the flower morphology,anther cellular structure,and genome-wide gene expression of this rTGMS line.Candidate genes for thermosensitive male sterility during the microspore development of 05ms and the temperature-insensitive line S63 under low-temperature(LT)and high-temperature(HT)conditions were identified.Under LT,tapetum cells were vacuolated and had delayed disintegration in 05ms.RNA-seq analysis indicated that DEGs were enriched in the KEGG pathways‘plant hormone signal transduction’,‘starch and sucrose metabolism’,and‘phenylpropanoid biosynthesis’.We identified two genes,4CLL1(Sme2.5_00368.1_g00010.1)and CKI1(Sme2.5_10056.1_g00002.1),which could potentially regulate eggplant anther development and may be candidate genes for rTGMS.Finally,we propose a working model of anther abortion for rTGMS in eggplant.CKI1 responds to LT stress and causes expression changes in genes related to anther development,such as 4CLL1,and the cellular structure of the tapetum becomes abnormal,causing male sterility.The findings of this study explain the underlying molecular mechanisms of male sterility in eggplant rTGMS lines.Bing Li Xueping Chen Yanrong Wu Aixia Gu Jingjing Zhang Shuangxia Luo Xiurui Gao Jianjun Zhao Xiuqing Pan Shuxing Shen 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:5
10Charge‑Transfer Resonance and Electromagnetic Enhancement Synergistically Enabling MXenes with Excellent SERS Sensitivity for SARS‑CoV‑2 S Protein Detection显示文摘The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 has seriously threatened human health.Rapidly and sensitively detecting SARSCoV-2 viruses can help control the spread of viruses.However,it is an arduous challenge to apply semiconductor-based substrates for virus SERS detection due to their poor sensitivity.Therefore,it is worthwhile to search novel semiconductor-based substrates with excellent SERS sensitivity.Herein we report,for the first time,Nb2C and Ta2C MXenes exhibit a remarkable SERS enhancement,which is synergistically enabled by the charge transfer resonance enhancement and electromagnetic enhancement.Their SERS sensitivity is optimized to 3.0×10^6 and 1.4×10^6 under the optimal resonance excitation wavelength of 532 nm.Additionally,remarkable SERS sensitivity endows Ta2C MXenes with capability to sensitively detect and accurately identify the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.Moreover,its detection limit is as low as 5×10^−9 M,which is beneficial to achieve real-time monitoring and early warning of novel coronavirus.This research not only provides helpful theoretical guidance for exploring other novel SERS-active semiconductor-based materials but also provides a potential candidate for the practical applications of SERS technology.Yusi Peng Chenglong Lin Li Long Tanemura Masaki Mao Tang Lili Yang Jianjun Liu Zhengren Huang Zhiyuan Li Xiaoying Luo John RLombardi Yong Yang 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,3:3
11Sound propagation from the shelfbreak to deep water显示文摘Motivated by a phenomenon in an experiment conducted in the Northwestern Pacific indicating that the energy of the received signal around the sound channel axis is much greater than that at shallower depths,we study sound propagation from the transitional area(shelfbreak)to deep water.Numerical simulations with different source depths are first performed,from which we reach the following conclusions.When the source is located near the sea surface,sound will be strongly attenuated by bottom losses in a range-independent oceanic environment,whereas it can propagate to a very long range because of the continental slope.When the source is mounted on the bottom in shallow water,acoustic energy will be trapped near the sound channel axis,and it converges more evidently than the case where the source is located near the sea surface.Then,numerical simulations with different source ranges are performed.By comparing the relative energy level in the vertical direction between the numerical simulations and the experimental data,the range of the air-gun source can be approximated.QIN JiXing ZHANG RenHe LUO WenYu PENG ZhaoHui LIU JianJun WANG DeJun 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,6:3

13Nodeless superconductivity in the kagome metal CsV_(3)Sb_(5)显示文摘The recently discovered kagome metal series AV3Sb5(A=K, Rb, Cs) exhibits topologically nontrivial band structures, chiral charge order and superconductivity, presenting a unique platform for realizing exotic electronic states. The nature of the superconducting state and the corresponding pairing symmetry are key questions that demand experimental clarification. Here, using a technique based on the tunneling diode oscillator, the magnetic penetration depth ?λ(T) of CsV3Sb5 was measured down to 0.07 K. A clear exponential behavior in ?λ(T) with marked deviations from a T or T2 temperature dependence was observed at low temperatures, indicating an absence of nodal quasiparticles. Temperature dependence of the superfiuid density and electronic specific heat can be described by two-gap s-wave superconductivity, consistent with the presence of multiple Fermi surfaces in CsV3Sb5. 14Timing,Displacement and Growth Pattern of the Altyn Tagh Fault:A Review显示文摘The Altyn Tagh Fault(ATF) is the longest, lithospheric scale and strike-slip fault in East Asia. In the last three decades, multidisciplinary studies focusing on the timing, displacement of strikeslip and growth mechanics of the ATF have made great progresses. Most studies revealed that the ATF is a sinistral strike-slip and thrust fault, which underwent multiple episodes of activation. The fault is oriented NEE with a length of 1600 km, but the direction, timing of activity and magnitude of its extension eastward are still unclear. The AFT was predominately active during the Mesozoic and Cenozoic, in relation to the Mesozoic collision of the Cimmerian continent(Qiangtang and Lhasa block) and Cenozoic collision of India with Asia. The AFT strike-slipped with a left-lateral displacement of ca. 400 km during the Cenozoic and the displacement were bigger in the western segment and stronger in the early stage of fault activation. The slip-rates in the Quaternary were bigger in the middle segment than in the western and eastern segment. We roughly estimated the Mesozoic displacement as ca. 150-300 km. The latest paleomagnetic data showed that the clockwise vertical-axis rotation did not take place in the huge basins(the Tarim and Qaidam) at both side of ATF during the Cenozoic, but the rotation happened in the small basins along the ATF. This rotation may play an important role on accommodating the tectonic deformation and displacement of the ATF. 16Highly efficient and stable solar-powered desalination by tungsten carbide nanoarray film with sandwich wettability显示文摘Solar-powered desalination is a promising way to resolve the worldwide water crisis for its low con- sumption and simple facility. Considering the fragility and aggregations of traditional materials, which may decrease efficiency, we herein introduce a robust tungsten carbide (WC) nanoarray film as a stable and efficient photothermal material, whose absorption is over 97.5% throughout almost the whole solar spectrum range (220–2200 nm) due to nanoarray structure and thus enhanced localized surface plasmon resonance. Besides, for the first time, we modified the film with sandwich wettability. It accelerates evap- oration by reducing water’s reflection of light, enlarging hydrophobic-hydrophilic boundaries, and depressing heat dissipation. 17Coupled biodegradation of p-nitrophenol and p-aminophenol in bioelectrochemical system:Mechanism and microbial functional diversity显示文摘Biodegradation mechanisms and microbial functional diversity during coupled pnitrophenol(PNP)and p-aminophenol(PAP)degradation were studied in a bioelectrochemical system.PNP in the biocathode and PAP in the bioanode were almost completely removed within 28 hr and 68 hr respectively.The degradation followed the steps including hydrating hydroxyalkylation,dehydrogenating carbonylation,and hydrolating ring cleavage,etc.Metagemomic analysis based on the KEGG and egg NOG database annotations revealed the microbial composition and functional genes/enzymes related to phenol degradation in the system.The predominant bacteria genera were Lautropia,Pandoraea,Thiobacillus,Ignavibacterium,Truepera and Hyphomicrobium.The recognized biodegradation genes/enzymes related to pollutant degradation were as follows:pmo,hbd,&ppo for phenol degradation,nzba,amie,&badh for aromatic degradation,and CYP&p450 for xenobiotics degradation,etc.The co-occurrence of ARGs(antibiotic resistant genes),such as ade F,Mex J,Erm F,PDC-93 and Escherichiacolimdf A,etc.,were annotated in CARD database during the biodegradation process.The Proteobacteria&Actinobacteria phylum was the primary host of both the biodegradation genes&ARGs in this system.The microbial functional diversity ensured the effective biodegradation of the phenol pollutants in the bioelectrochemical system.Jianjun Luo Yuxi Xu Jing Wang Libin Zhang Xinbai Jiang Jinyou Shen 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,10:2
18Orbital ordering and fluctuations in a kagome superconductor CsV_(3)Sb_(5)显示文摘Recently,competing electronic instabilities,including superconductivity and density-wave-like order,have been discovered in vanadium-based kagome metals AV_(3)Sb_(5)(A=K,Rb,Cs)with a nontrivial band topology.This finding stimulates considerable interest to study the interplay of these competing electronic orders and possible exotic excitations in the superconducting state.Here,we performed51V and133Cs nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)measurements on a CsV_(3)Sb_(5)single crystal to clarify the nature of density-wave-like transition in these kagome superconductors.A first-order structural transition is unambiguously revealed below T_(s)~94 K by observing the sudden splitting of Knight shift in^(51)V NMR spectrum.Moreover,combined with^(133)Cs NMR spectrum,the present result confirms a three-dimensional structural modulation.By further analyzing the anisotropy of Knight shift and 1/T_(1)T at^(51)V nuclei,we proposed that the orbital order is the primary electronic order induced by the firstorder structural transition,which is supported by further analysis on electric field gradient at^(51)V nuclei.In addition,the evidence for possible orbital fluctuations is also revealed above T_(s).The present work sheds light on a rich orbital physics in kagome superconductors AV_(3)Sb_(5).DianWu Song LiXuan Zheng FangHang Yu Jian Li LinPeng Nie Min Shan Dan Zhao ShunJiao Li BaoLei Kang ZhiMian Wu YanBing Zhou KuangLv Sun Kai Liu XiGang Luo ZhenYu Wang JianJun Ying XianGang Wan Tao Wu XianHui Chen 2022Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022,65,4:2
