1Principles and methods for the validation of quantitative remote sensing products显示文摘We first discuss the relativity of 'true value and homogeneity' for quantitative remote sensing products (QRSPs), and then propose the definitions of 'eigenaccuracy' and 'eigenhomogeneity' under practical conditions. The eigenaccuracy and eigenhomogeneity for land surface crucial parameters such as albedo, leaf area index (LAI), and surface temperature are analyzed based on a series of experiments. Secondly, we point out the differences and similarities between the scale-free phenomena of the QRSPs and the measurements of the coastline length (1-dimensional) and the curved surface area (2-dimensional). An information fractal algorithm for the QRSPs is presented. In a case study for the LAI, when the fractal dimension is 2.16, the ratio of the LAI retrieval values obtained respectively from remote sensing data of 30 m and 6 km pixel resolution can actually reach as high as 2.86 for the same 6 km pixel using the same retrieval model. 3Vision,application scenarios,and key technology trends for 6G mobile communications显示文摘With the global commercialization of the fifth-generation(5G)network,many countries,including China,USA,European countries,Japan,and Korea,have started exploring 6G mobile communication network,following the tradition of“planning the next while commercializing one generation”.Currently,studies on 6G networks are at the infancy stage.Research on the vision and requirements for 6G is still ongoing,and the industry is yet to clarify the key enabling technologies for 6G.However,6G will certainly build on the success of 5G.Therefore,developing high-quality 5G networks and seamlessly integrating 5G with verticals are the priorities before 2030,when 6G is projected to be commercialized.Also,global 5G standards will keep evolving to better support vertical applications.As a milestone,the Third-Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)published Release 16 in July 2020,which continuously enhanced the capabilities of mobile broadband service based on Release 15 and realized the support for low-delay and high-reliability applications,such as Internet of Vehicles and industrial Internet.Currently,3GPP is working on Releases 17 and 18,focusing on meeting the demands of medium-and high-data-rate machine communication with low-cost and high-precision positioning,which will be published in June 2022.Thus,6G networks will further expand the application fields and scope of the Internet of Things to accommodate those services and applications that are beyond the capabilities of 5G networks.Herein,we present our vision,application scenarios,and key technological trends for 6G networks.Furthermore,we propose several future research opportunities in 6G networks with regard to industrialization and standardization.Zhiqin WANG Ying DU Kejun WEI Kaifeng HAN Xiaoyan XU Guiming WEI Wen TONG Peiying ZHU Jianglei MA Jun WANG Guangjian WANG Xueqiang YAN Jiying XIANG He HUANG Ruyue LI Xinhui WANG Yingmin WANG Shaohui SUN Shiqiang SUO Qiubin GAO Xin SU 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,5:17
4Effects of Probe Support on the Flow Field of a Low-Speed Axial Compressor显示文摘This paper presents an investigation on the effect of probe support on the flow field of an axial compressor.The experiment is carried out in a large-scale low-speed research compressor.A cylindrical probe support intruding to 50% blade span was installed at 50% chord upstream from the rotor leading edge.The region from 5° to 32° off the probe support in the direction of rotation at the rotor outlet was measured with a 5-hole probe and a high-response total pressure probe.The experiment is performed at both near-design and near-stall points.The measuring results of 5-hole probe and high-response total pressure probe indicate that the probe blockage effect is different at different blade spans.The wake of the probe support weakens the leakage vortex intensity at the tip region,leading to greater total pressure rise.At near-design condition,the presence of probe support has a negative effect on the region from 75% to 92% span,while improves the flow field below 75% span.At near stall condition,the probe support has a negative effect on the region from 70% to 90% span,and almost has no influence on the flow field below 70% span.MA Hongwei LI Shaohui WEI Wei 2014Journal of Thermal Science2014,23,2:10

6Study on the performance of arch dam influenced by relaxation of the foundations following excavation显示文摘This paper studies the influence of a stress relaxation zone caused by foundation excavation on the performance of Jinping-I arch dam, using the orthogonal experiment method. Firstly, by adopting the characteristic stress of the dam as an index and coupling it with range analysis, the most significant factors and the degree of relaxation influence on the arch dam performance are found. This is then combined with monitoring data from the dam, and the extent of influence on the arch dam performance caused by the relaxation is evaluated through numerical analysis. The results show that the relaxation of foundation excavation has a negative impact on the performance of the arch dam in general, the extent of elastic modulus degradation in the relaxation zone being the main factor affecting stresses in the dam. 7Isolation and identification of novel casein-derived bioactive peptides and potential functions in fermented casein with Lactobacillus helveticus显示文摘The present study here establishes a complete and effective method for isolating,purifying and identifying extracellular and intracellular peptides,and also describes the characters and bioactivities of peptides from fermented casein with Lactobacillus helveticus.Intracellular peptides are much larger in quantity and more complex in composition than extracellular peptides,between which the correlation reveals proteolytic and metabolic mechanisms.In addition,totally 241 different peptide sequences were identified by Nano LC–MS/MS from casein(212)and Lactobacillus helveticus proteins(29).These casein-derived peptides mostly originated from-casein,followed byS1-casein,-casein,andS2-casein,and came from extracell(69)and intracell(143),in which common peptides have a total of 27.Forty-four of the identified peptides were previously described as bioactive,including angiotensinconverting enzyme(ACE)-inhibitory,antioxidant,immunomodulating,antimicrobial,DPP-IV inhibitory,antiamnesic and anticancer effects and so on.Thirteen peptides with the potential of some biological activities are obtained,which were described in previous studies.A total of 47 novel peptides of 5 to 26 amino acids that were not disclosed were obtained.The new sources of natural bioactive peptides may have the very high application value as potential new peptide drugs for treatment human diseases.The product peptide DELQDKIHPF found in both extracell and intracell was quantitatively analyzed using the MRM mode of UPLC-U3Q,23.1 and 9.76 ng/mL,respectively.The quantitative analysis of the potential bioactive peptide may also advance the production of peptide products in the future.Mengzhu Fan Tingting Guo Wanru Li Jing Chen Fushuo Li Chao Wang Yi Shi David Xi-an Li Shaohui Zhang 2019Food Science and Human Wellness2019,8,2:5

9Effects of Probe Support on the Stall Characteristics of a Low-Speed Axial Compressor显示文摘In order to investigate the effects of probe support on the stall characteristics of micro compressors, an experiment was carried out on a large-scale low-speed research compressor according to the principle of geometric similarity. A cylindrical probe support intruding to 50% blade span was mounted at 50% chord upstream from the rotor blade leading edge. The static pressure rise characteristic of the compressor is measured, with and without the probe support respectively. The dynamic compressor behavior from pre-stall to full stall was also measured. The results indicate that the stability margin of the compressor is lowered after installing the probe support. The stall inception is aroused by modal wave disturbances. The disturbances developed into two stall cells smoothly before installing the probe support, while the disturbances first developed into a single stall cell then splitting into two stall cells after installing the probe support. 10Investigation of calcium phosphate (CaP) tribofilms from commercial automatic transmission fluids (ATFs) and their correlation with antishudder performance显示文摘The friction properties of wet clutches are highly dependent on the surface tribofilms formed by automatic transmission fluids (ATFs). Here, four commercial ATFs were evaluated with a disc-on-disc tribometer to study tribofilm formation on steel surfaces and the effects of tribofilms on the friction properties. The chemical composition, stoichiometry, structure, and thickness of the tribofilms were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDX), secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Calcium phosphate (CaP) tribofilms form on the friction surface with all ATFs, which contributes to their antishudder characteristics. 12A CSI Acquisition Approach for mm Wave Massive MIMO显示文摘Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(MIMO)is considered as a key technology for 4G and 5G wireless communication systems to improve spectrum efficiency by supporting large number of concurrent users.In addition,for the target frequency band of 5G system,mmWave band,massive MIMO is pivotal in compensating the high pathloss.In this paper,we investigate the channel state information(CSI)acquisition problem for mmWave massive MIMO.With hybrid analog-digital antenna architecture,how to derive the analog beamforming and digital beamforming is studied.An iterative analog beam acquisition approach is proposed to save system overhead and reduce beam searching complexity.Regarding the digital beamforming,a grouping based codebook is proposed to facilitate CSI feedback.The codebook is then extended to incorporate also analog beam acquisition.Furthermore,channel reciprocity is exploited to save CSI reporting overhead and a two-stage approach is proposed to fully utilize the channel reciprocity at both mobile station and base station side and accelerate the CSI acquisition procedure.Shanzhi Chen Qiubin Gao Runhua Chen Hui Li Shaohui Sun Zhengxuan Liu 2019China Communications2019,16,9:2
13New concept on coal structure and new consideration for the generation mechanism of oil from coal显示文摘The traditional two_phase structural model of coal based on the chemical covalence bonding has to be revised since recent discoveries of powerful mixed solvent such as CS-2/C-5H-9N, giving extra high yields in coal extraction at room temperature. It is believed that the physically associated interactions play important roles in the structure of coal. A composite model of coal is suggested. The organic matter of coal is mainly composed of some parts: the rigid 3_D macromolecules linked with chemical bonds; the polar molecules of high and moderate molecular weights, corresponding to asphaltenes and resins; the hydrocarbons with lower molecular weights. The polar molecules are associated by physical interactions (such as hydrogen bonding, charge transfer interactions, π_π interactions of aromatic sheets, etc.) each other and with macromolecules to form the network structure, in which some smaller nonpolar molecules are trapped. Based on the new concept of the composite coal model, some considerations for the generation mechanism of oil from coal have approached. Since the energy level of physical association is much lower than the chemical covalent bonding, the upper threshold of oil window for the generation of oil from coal seems not to be limited strictly after the theory of oil generation at the latter stage of the kerogen maturation. It looks reasonable to pay more attention to the geological conditions including the salt, water, minerals and environments of the sedimentation. 14A non‐equal gap distance dielectric barrier discharge:Between cone‐shape and cylinder‐shape electrodes显示文摘A non‐equal gap distance dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)between cone‐shape and a cylinder‐shaped electrodes is reported.The DBD is driven by a nanosecond voltage pulse.When the pulse frequency is 500 Hz or lower,ladder‐shape plasma with multiple plasma layers is generated within the gap,with a distance increasing from 1 to 7 mm.According to high‐speed photographs of the plasma captured by an intensified charge‐coupled camera detector camera,the ladder‐shaped plasma is formed owing to propa-gation of ring‐shaped plasma from the region of the short‐gap distance to the region of long‐gap distance with regular variations in its propagation speed.The propagation speed drops to zero and lasts for about 20-30 ns at the region of each plasma layer,which results in bright plasma layers.The electric field of the plasma layer at the region of the different gap distance is evaluated according to the optical emission intensity ratio R_(391)/_(394)of N_(2)^(+)at 391 nm and N_(2) at 394 nm.The obtained electric field drops from 8.1 to 6.4 kV/mm when the plasma is propagated from regions of gap distance of 2-5 mm.When the pulse frequency is increased to 1 kHz or higher,the discharge changes into a filamentary mode and the multiple‐layer plasma disappears.Shaohui Jin Zhiyu Li Yubin Xian Lanlan Nie Xinpei Lu 2022High Voltage2022,7,1:2
