| 1 | Two-dimensional heterostructure promoted infrared photodetection devices显示文摘It is a rapidly developed subject in expanding the fundamental properties and application of two-dimensional(2D)materials.The weak van der Waals interaction in 2D materials inspired researchers to explore 2D heterostructures(2DHs)based broadband photodetectors in the far-infrared(IR)and middle-IR regions with high response and high detectivity.This review focuses on the strategy and motivation of designing 2DHs based high-performance IR photodetectors,which provides a wide view of this field and new expectation for advanced photodetectors.First,the photocarriers'generation mechanism and frequently employed device structures are presented.Then,the 2DHs are divided into semimetal/semiconductor 2DHs,semiconductor/semiconductor 2DHs,and multidimensional semi-2DHs;the advantages,motivation,mechanism,recent progress,and outlook are discussed.Finally,the challenges for next-generation photodetectors are described for this rapidly developing field. | Gaofeng Rao Xuepeng Wang Yang Wang Peihua Wangyang Chaoyi Yan Junwei Chu Lanxin Xue Chuanhui Gong Jianwen Huang Jie Xiong Yanrong Li | 2019 | InfoMat2019，1，3： | 12 |

| 4 | Refinement of TiB_(2)Powders with High-speed Planetary Mill and Its Effect on TiB_(2)Sinterability显示文摘Titanium diboride ceramic was produced via spark plasma sintering(SPS)using finer TiB_(2)powder made by high-speed planetary ball milling.The effects of ball milling parameters on the composites and particle size of TiB_(2)powder were investigated.It was shown that the average particle size of TiB_(2)powder decreased from 5.8 to 1.59μm and the wear rate of WC balls was 1.58 wt%,when the ball-to-powder weight ratio(BPR),the rotary speed and milling time and were 10:1,600 rpm and 20 min,respectively.The content of WC in TiB_(2)powder can be limited below 4.58 vol%by optimizing the milling conditions.The sintering temperature of TiB_(2)powder milled can be decreased obviously,and the mechanical properties are evidently improved and the microstructure becomes more homogeneous when the powder of TiB_(2)becomes finer.The relative density,hardness,bending strength,and fracture toughness of the TiB_(2)ceramic fabricated at 1700℃reach the optimal values,which are 98.13%,19.14 GPa,756 MPa,and 5.71 MPa·m~(1/2),respectively.The decrease of TiB_(2)particle size and the introduction of WC are the potential reasons for the improvement of TiB_(2)ceramic performance. | 黄啟伟 AI Ruomeng BAI Wenhui HE Qianglong WANG Aiyang HU Lanxin 王为民 | 2021 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2021，36，3： | 1 |
