1Hybrid first and second order attention Unet for building segmentation in remote sensing images显示文摘Recently,building segmentation(BS)has drawn significant attention in remote sensing applications.Convolutional neural networks(CNNs)have become the mainstream analysis approach in this field owing to their powerful representative ability.However,owing to the variation in building appearance,designing an effective CNN architecture for BS still remains a challenging task.Most of CNN-based BS methods mainly focus on deep or wide network architectures,neglecting the correlation among intermediate features.To address this problem,in this paper we propose a hybrid first and second order attention network(HFSA)that explores both the global mean and the inner-product among different channels to adaptively rescale intermediate features.As a result,the HFSA can not only make full use of first order feature statistics,but also incorporate the second order feature statistics,which leads to more representative feature.We conduct a series of comprehensive experiments on three widely used aerial building segmentation data sets and one satellite building segmentation data set.The experimental results show that our newly developed model achieves better segmentation performance over state-of-the-art models in terms of both quantitative and qualitative results.Nanjun HE Leyuan FANG Antonio PLAZA 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,4:15

3Regulatory Effect of E2,IL-6 and IL-8 on the Growth of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer Cells显示文摘To determine the regulatory effects of estrogen and cytokine IL-6 and IL-8 on the growth of epithelial ovarian cancer (OVCA), we first examined the status of estrogen receptors (ERα and ERβ), IL-6 receptor (IL-6Rα and gp130), and IL-8 receptor (IL-8RA and IL-8RB) on five epithelial OVCA cell lines by semiquantitative RT-PCR and Western blot analysis. Results showed that the expressions of these receptors were variable on the five cells.Those OVCA cells expressing the receptors were selected to study related molecular mechanism. MTT assay was performed to observe the effects of 17β-estradiol (E2), IL-6 and IL-8 on cell proliferation. We discovered that E2 markedly promoted the proliferation of CAOV-3 and OVCAR-3 cell in a time- and dose-dependent manner.Tamoxifen (Txf), an ER inhibitor, completely blocked the proliferation of the E2-induced cells, and IL-6- or/and IL-8-neutralizing antibody only showed partially blocking activity. IL-6 and IL-8 were able to significantly stimulate CAOV-3 and OVCAR-3 cell proliferation in a time- and dose-dependent manner, which had a potential synergistic effect on CAOV-3 cells but not on OVCAR-3 cells. The cell proliferation induced by these two cytokines was abolished completely by their specific neutralizing antibodies, partially by Txf, but not by unrelated goat IgG.Taken together, our results suggested that estrogen, IL-6 and IL-8 could modulate OVCA growth by forming a reciprocal cascade with amplifying effect. 4Engineering management for high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing显示文摘The high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing(HEIM) industry is of strategic importance to national and economic security. Engineering management(EM) for HEIM is a complex, innovative process that integrates natural science, technology, management science, social science, and the human spirit. Newgeneration information technology(IT), including the internet, cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence, have made a remarkable influence on HEIM and its engineering management activities, such as product system construction, product life cycle management, manufacturing resources organization, manufacturing model innovation, and reconstruction of the enterprise ecosystem.Engineering management for HEIM is a key topic at the frontier of international academic research. This study systematically reviews the current research on issues pertaining to engineering management for HEIM under the new-generation IT environment. These issues include cross-lifecycle management, network collaboration management, task integration management of innovative development, operation optimization of smart factories,quality and reliability management, information management, and intelligent decision making. 5Effect of Aluminum Tri-polyphosphate on Corrosion Behavior of Reinforcing Steel in Seawater Prepared Coral Concrete显示文摘Atri-polyphosphate was used as a corrosion inhibitor in the seawater prepared coral concrete, and its influence on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel, 304 austenitic stainless steel, and 2205 duplex stainless steel was studied by the open-circuit potential, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and potentiodynamic polarization, respectively. The results reveal that the corrosion potential and impedance of the reinforcing steel increase, while the corrosion current density decreases with the content of aluminum tripolyphosphate in the coral concrete. A low content of the corrosion inhibitor significantly retards the corrosion of the two stainless steels, but it cannot effectively inhibit the corrosion of the carbon steel in the coral concrete.In general, the carbon steel is unsuitable for the coral concrete for its poor corrosion resistance. 6Hierarchical yolk-shell structured Li-rich cathode boosting cycling and voltage stabled LIBs显示文摘Despite the high energy density of lithium-rich(Li-rich)cathodes,their implementation is hampered by the unsatisfied rate capacity and poor cycling performance accompanied with substantial voltage decay.To address these issues,the hierarchical yolk-shell structured Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.54)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)O_(2)cathodes(YK-LMNCO)was proposed and synthesized through a facile glycerol assisted solvothermal approach and the following lithiation process.Benefitting from the shortened lithium diffusion lengths and the enhanced tolerance to the large volume variation upon lithium ions intercalation/de-intercalation,the unique structure reciprocates an initial coulombic efficiency of 85.8%,an outstanding capacity retention rate of 89.1%after cycling at 2.0 C for 200 cycles with a minor voltage drop,and a capacity retention rate of 93.8%after cycling at 10.0 C for 500 cycles,85.2%for 1,000 cycles.When assembled with graphite as anode,the YK-LMNCO//graphite full cell shows a remarkable capacity retention rate of 87.2%after cycling at 5.0 C for 50 cycles.Our facile strategy for constructing the yolk-shell structured Li-rich cathodes with high capacity and voltage stability sheds light on synthesizing other lithium storage materials.Yanchen Liu Yafen Chen Jing Wang Wei Wang Zhiyu Ding Leyuan Li Yang Zhang Yida Deng JunweiWu Yanan Chen 2022Nano Research2022,15,4:3
