| 1 | A Review on Surface?Functionalized Cellulosic Nanostructures as Biocompatible Antibacterial Materials显示文摘As the most abundant biopolymer on the earth,cellulose has recently gained significant attention in the development of antibacterial biomaterials.Biodegradability,renewability,strong mechanical properties,tunable aspect ratio,and low density offer tremendous possibilities for the use of cellulose in various fields.Owing to the high number of reactive groups(i.e.,hydroxyl groups)on the cellulose surface,it can be readily functionalized with various functional groups,such as aldehydes,carboxylic acids,and amines,leading to diverse properties.In addition,the ease of surface modification of cellulose expands the range of compounds which can be grafted onto its structure,such as proteins,polymers,metal nanoparticles,and antibiotics.There are many studies in which cellulose nano-/microfibrils and nanocrystals are used as a support for antibacterial agents.However,little is known about the relationship between cellulose chemical surface modification and its antibacterial activity or biocompatibility.In this study,we have summarized various techniques for surface modifications of cellulose nanostructures and its derivatives along with their antibacterial and biocompatibility behavior to develop non-leaching and durable antibacterial materials.Despite the high effectiveness of surface-modified cellulosic antibacterial materials,more studies on their mechanism of action,the relationship between their properties and their effectivity,and more in vivo studies are required. | Mandana Tavakolian Seid Mahdi Jafari Theo GMvan de Ven | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,6: | 7 |
| 2 | 牙龈乳头指数在种植支持式单冠修复后美学评价中的可信度和有效性研究显示文摘目的探讨上颌中切牙进行种植支持式单冠修复后,采用牙龈乳头指数对种植牙周进行美学评价的可信度与有效性。方法纳入上颌中切牙种植支持式单冠修复后的患者25例。由两名观察者分别对每例患者的3个牙龈乳头位点进行牙龈乳头指数评分(PIS),计算两观察者的观察者自身前后对照一致性百分比和Cohen'sκ值,及观察者间对照一致性百分比和Cohen'sκ值,验证PIS指数应用的可信度。此外,在图片上测得每个位点的牙龈乳头实际长度(ST),得出该位点的牙龈乳头丰满度(PP)。用Spearman相关系数检验PIS与PP的相关性,验证PIS指数在种植支持式单冠修复后牙周组织美学效果评价中的有效性。结果两名观察者在三位点总计的可重复性均超过70%,Cohen'sκ值均达到了'较好'的程度。κ值显示三位点总计的观察者间对照一致性均达到'中等'水平。统计显示PIS指数与牙龈乳头丰满度(PP)有显著相关性(rs=0.567,P=0.000)。结论 PIS这一指数的可行性、可信度和有效性较高,可作为单牙种植修复后牙周软组织美学效果评价中的重要评价指标。 | 任迅 彭敏 Mandana Hosseini Klaus Gotfredsen | 2015 | 四川医学2015,36,8: | 6 |
| 3 | 上中切牙种植修复中种植体位置对临床冠长和龈乳头丰满度的影响显示文摘目的评价上中切牙种植单冠修复中种植体位置对临床冠长和龈乳头丰满度的影响。方法纳入158例因外伤导致上颌中切牙(11或21)缺失后进行种植支持式单冠修复的患者,以对侧天然牙为对照。拍摄患者种植冠技工模型的标准图片和种植冠戴牙后首次复诊的口内片及根尖周片,测得种植体各三维位置参数及龈乳头长度。配对t检验用于比较种植冠与对照天然牙的临床冠长及近中、远中龈乳头丰满度,种植冠近中、远中牙槽嵴高度和植体肩台参考平面上植体与天然牙间的近中、远中水平距离。Pearson相关检验用于分析种植体各位置参数与冠长差异和龈乳头丰满度的相关性。结果种植单冠的临床冠长长于对照天然牙[(10.9±1.1)mm vs.(10.4±0.8)mm,P<0.05],冠长差异为(0.3±0.7)mm。种植冠近中龈乳头和对照天然牙远中龈乳头均较种植冠远中位点更丰满(P<0.000 1)。种植冠近中牙槽嵴高度较远中牙槽嵴高[(2.2±1.4)mm vs.(1.2±1.5)mm,P<0.05]。种植体的唇腭向植入位置与冠长差异呈正相关(r=0.602,P=0.001)。种植体与缺牙区邻牙唇面凸点所在平面的矢状夹角、植体肩台和邻牙颈缘连线间垂直距离与冠长差异均无相关性。种植冠牙槽嵴高度与龈乳头丰满度间呈正相关(r=0.400,P=0.001)。结论种植体植入位点偏唇侧可导致种植冠临床冠长长于对照天然牙。种植体植入唇倾角度较小时可在修复时用常规角度基台加以修正,不会影响临床冠长。通过调整植入位点和深度或可避免牙槽嵴吸收并改善龈乳头丰满度。 | 彭敏 MANDANA Hosseini 张丰雪 | 2018 | 四川大学学报(医学版)2018,49,4: | 5 |
| 4 | 采用分光光度计比较种植支持式氧化锆全瓷和贵金属金瓷修复的牙冠颜色显示文摘目的应用一种小型分光光度计对上前牙区种植支持式氧化锆全瓷修复与贵金属金瓷修复的牙冠颜色进行比较,为临床选择修复材料提供参考依据。方法纳入18例(男7例,女11例)行口腔种植修复后复查患者的上前牙区种植支持式单冠29颗进行研究,其中氧化锆全瓷修复单冠11颗,贵金属金瓷修复单冠18颗。采用小型反射型分光光度计型比色仪SpectroShadeTM采集图片并输入计算机,应用相关软件测量每个种植牙冠体1/3与对照天然牙的CIE L﹡a﹡b﹡颜色差异。应用统计学软件SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果氧化锆全瓷修复和贵金属金瓷修复的牙冠明度均高于天然牙,全瓷修复引起的明度差异(4.5±3.2)大于金瓷修复引起的明度差异(1.0±2.6),具有统计学意义(P=0.004);色相差异和饱和度差异均无统计学意义。全瓷修复和金瓷修复与天然牙的颜色差异(7.0±2.8和4.0±1.9)均高于人眼的分辨阈值(3.7),且前者差异大于后者,具有统计学意义(P=0.002)。氧化锆全瓷和贵金属金瓷两种修复方式的临床主观评分无统计学差异(P=0.977)。上前牙天然牙色由前向后明度渐低,色相变红黄。结论就本试验所选用的修复材料而言,分光光度计测量显示氧化锆全瓷修复与天然牙的牙冠颜色差异大于贵金属金瓷修复与天然牙的颜色差异,但两种修复方式的临床效果无明显区别。 | 彭敏 费伟 Mandana Hosseini Klaus Gotfredsen | 2014 | 华西口腔医学杂志2014,32,1: | 3 |

| 18 | Transplanting embryonic stem cells onto damaged human corneal endothelium显示文摘AIM To investigate whether human embryonic stem cells(hESCs) could be made to attach, grow and differentiate on a human Descemet's membrane(DM).METHODS Spontaneously differentiated hESCs were transferred onto a human corneal button with the endothelial layer removed using ocular sticks. The cells were cultured on a DM for up to 15 d. The genetically engineered hESC line expressed green fluorescent protein, which facilitated identification during the culture experiments, tissue preparation, and analysis. To detect any differentiation into human corneal endothelial-like cells, we analysed the transplanted cells by immunohistochemistry using specific antibodies.RESULTS We found transplanted cells form a single layer of cells with a hexagonal shape in the periphery of the DM. The majority of the cells were negative for octamer-binding transcription factor 4 but positive for paired box 6 protein, sodium potassium adenosine triphosphatase(NaKATPase), and Zona Occludens protein 1. In four of the 18 trials, the transplanted cells were found to express CK3, which indicates that the stem cells differentiated into corneal epithelial cells in these cases.
