| 1 | Networking retinomorphic sensor with memristive crossbar for brain-inspired visual perception显示文摘Compared to human vision,conventional machine vision composed of an image sensor and processor suffers from high latency and large power consumption due to physically separated image sensing and processing.A neuromorphic vision system with brain-inspired visual perception provides a promising solution to the problem.Here we propose and demonstrate a prototype neuromorphic vision system by networking a retinomorphic sensor with a memristive crossbar.We fabricate the retinomorphic sensor by using WSe_(2)/h-BN/Al_(2)O_(3)van der Waals heterostructures with gate-tunable photoresponses,to closely mimic the human retinal capabilities in simultaneously sensing and processing images.We then network the sensor with a large-scale Pt/Ta/Hf O_(2)/Ta one-transistor-one-resistor(1 T1 R)memristive crossbar,which plays a similar role to the visual cortex in the human brain.The realized neuromorphic vision system allows for fast letter recognition and object tracking,indicating the capabilities of image sensing,processing and recognition in the full analog regime.Our work suggests that such a neuromorphic vision system may open up unprecedented opportunities in future visual perception applications. | Shuang Wang Chen-Yu Wang Pengfei Wang Cong Wang Zhu-An Li Chen Pan Yitong Dai Anyuan Gao Chuan Liu Jian Liu Huafeng Yang Xiaowei Liu Bin Cheng Kunji Chen Zhenlin Wang Kenji Watanabe Takashi Taniguchi Shi-Jun Liang Feng Miao | 2021 | National Science Review2021,8,2: | 5 |
| 2 | Calibration procedures for the CHASE/HIS science data显示文摘The Hα line is an important optical line in solar observations containing the information from the photosphere to the chromosphere. To study the mechanisms of solar eruptions and the plasma dynamics in the lower atmosphere, the Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) was launched into a Sun-synchronous orbit on October 14, 2021. The scientific payload of the CHASE satellite is the Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS). The CHASE/HIS acquires, for the first time, seeing-free Hα spectroscopic observations with high spectral and temporal resolutions. It consists of two observational modes. The raster scanning mode provides full-Sun or region-of-interest spectra at Hα(6559.7-6565.9 ?) and Fe I(6567.8-6570.6 ?) wavebands. The continuum imaging mode obtains full-Sun photospheric images at around 6689 ?. In this paper, we present detailed calibration procedures for the CHASE/HIS science data, including the dark-field and flat-field correction, slit image curvature correction, wavelength and intensity calibration, and coordinate transformation. | 3 | Rapid, automated, and reliable antimicrobial susceptibility test from positive blood culture by CAST‐R显示文摘Antimicrobial susceptibility tests(ASTs)are pivotal in combating multidrug resistant pathogens,yet they can be time‐consuming,labor‐intensive,and unstable.Using the AST of tigecycline for sepsis as the main model,here we establish an automated system of Clinical Antimicrobials Susceptibility Test Ramanometry(CAST‐R),based on D2O‐probed Raman microspectroscopy.Featuring a liquid robot for sample pretreatment and a machine learning‐based control scheme for data acquisition and quality control,the 3‐h,automated CAST‐R process accelerates AST by>10‐fold,processes 96 paralleled antibiotic‐exposure reactions,and produces high‐quality Raman spectra.The Expedited Minimal Inhibitory Concentration via Metabolic Activity is proposed as a quantitative and broadly applicable parameter for metabolism‐based AST,which shows 99%essential agreement and 93%categorical agreement with the broth microdilution method(BMD)when tested on 100 Acinetobacter baumannii isolates.Further tests on 26 clinically positive blood samples for eight antimicrobials,including tigecycline,meropenem,ceftazidime,ampicillin/sulbactam,oxacillin,clindamycin,vancomycin,and levofloxacin reveal 93%categorical agreement with BMD‐based results.The automation,speed,reliability,and general applicability of CAST‐R suggest its potential utility for guiding the clinical administration of antimicrobials. | Pengfei Zhu Lihui Ren Ying Zhu Jing Dai Huijie Liu Yuli Mao Yuandong Li Yuehui He Xiaoshan Zheng Rongze Chen Xiaoting Fu Lili Zhang Lijun Sun Yuanqi Zhu Yuetong Ji Bo Ma Yingchun Xu Jian Xu Qiwen Yang | 2022 | mLife2022,1,3: | 3 |
| 4 | Relationship between hyperlipidemia and the gut microbiome of rats, characterized using high-throughput sequencing显示文摘Objective:To determine the effects of a high-fat diet(HFD)on the gut microbiome in rats,to explore the relationship between the intestinal flora and blood lipid profile.Methods:SpragueeDawley rats were fed an HFD for four weeks to induce hyperlipidemia,then 16S rRNA sequencing was used to compare the intestinal flora between hyperlipidemic and control diet-fed rats.Results:The microbiome of rats fed an HFD for four weeks differed from that of control diet-fed rats.Bacterial species that were less abundant were most affected by HFD feeding,among which were many pathogenic species,which became significantly more abundant.Eighteen genera were present in significantly different numbers in hyperlipidemic and control rats,more than half of which have been linked to infection and inflammation,or energy intake and obesity.The results indicated a type of stress response of the flora to a high-fat environment.In addition,the age of the rats tended to influence the gut microbial composition.Conclusion:These findings suggest that HFD may induce hyperlipidemia by affecting the gut microbial composition.Changes in the abundance of pro-inflammatory and pathogenic bacteria,and those that influence energy intake and obesity,may be important mediators of this. | Yaqi Li Quantao Ma Jingkang Wang Pengfei Li Long Cheng Yongcheng An Yuhui Duan Hongyu Dai Ting Wang Baosheng Zhao | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,2: | 3 |
| 5 | Geochemistry and Sr-Nd-Pb Isotopes of the Granites from the Hashitu Mo Deposit of Inner Mongolia, China: Constraints on Their Origin and Tectonic Setting显示文摘The Hashitu molybdenum deposit is located in the southern part of the Great Hinggan Range,NE China.Molybdenum mineralization is hosted by and genetically associated with monzogranite and porphyritic syenogranite.Sr-Nd-Pb isotopes of the intrusions show that the porphyritic syenogranite has initial^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios of 0.70418-0.70952,ε_(Nd)(t)values of 1.3 to 2.1(t=143Ma),^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb ratios of 19.191-19.573,^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb ratios of 15.551-15.572,and^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb ratios of38.826-39.143.The monzogranite has initial^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios of 0.70293-0.71305,ε_(Nd)(t)values of 1.1 to2.0(t=147 Ma),^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb ratios of 19.507-20.075,^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb ratios of 15.564-15.596,and^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb ratios of 39.012-39.599.The calculated Nd model ages(T_(DM))for monzogranite and porphyritic syenogranite range from 866 to 1121 Ma and 795 to 1020 Ma,respectively.The granitic rocks in the Hashitu area have the same isotope range as granites in the southern parts of the Great Hinggan Range.The isotope composition indicates that these granites are derived from the partial melting of a juvenile lower crust originating from a depleted mantle with minor contamination by ancient continental crust.The integrating our results with published data and the Late Mesozoic regional tectonic setting of the region suggest that the granites in the Hashitu area formed in an intra-continent extensional setting,and they are related to the thinning of the thickened lithosphere and upwelling of the asthenosphere. | DING Chengwu DAI Pan BAGAS Leon NIE Fengjun JIANG Sihong WEI Junhao DING Chengzhen ZUO Pengfei ZHANG Ke | 2016 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2016,90,1: | 3 |

| 17 | Novel ladder patch monopole antenna for UWB application显示文摘A novel printed microstrip-fed ladder patch monopole antenna is presented for ultrawide band(UWB) application. The antenna consists of rectangular patch elements ladder arrayed at the both sides of the microstrip-fed line on a printed circuit board(PCB) and a rectangular ground plane. The antenna parameters of ladder number N, the rectangular patches geometry of ladder elements, the ladder step length and the length of ground plane are studied to obtain optimized antenna performances. The successfully designed, implemented and measured antenna has a compact size of 12 mm×12 mm and operation frequency band from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz with voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR) less than 2.
