2Photothermal performance of MFe2O4 nanoparticles显示文摘Photothermal therapy(PTT) has emerged as one of the promising cancer therapy approaches.As a representative photothermal agent(PTA),magnetite possesses many advantages such as biodegradability and biocompatibility.However,photothermal instability hampers its further application.Herein,we systematically synthesized three kinds of ferrite nanoparticles and detailedly investigated their photothermal effect.Compared with Fe304 and MnFe2 O4 nanoparticles,ZnFe2 O4 nanoparticles exhibited a superior photothermal effect.After preservation for 70 days,the photothermal effect of Fe304 and MnFe2 O4 nanoparticles observably declined while ZnFe2 O4 nanoparticles showed slight decrease.Furthermore,in vitro experiment,ZnFe2 O4 nanoparticles showed little toxicity to cells and achieved outstanding effect in killing cancer cells under NIR laser irradiation.Overall,through synthesizing and studying three kinds of ferrite MFe2 O4 nanoparticles,we obtained ferrites as PTAs and learned about their changing trend in photothermal effect,expecting it can inspire further exploration of photothermal agents.Kuang Wang Peng Yang Ranran Guo Xianxian Yao Wuli Yang 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:1

5Ferromagnetic and ferroelectric properties of Aurivillius phase Bi_9Fe_(4.7)Me_(0.3)Ti_3O_(27)(Me 5 Fe, Co, Ni, Mn)显示文摘New Aurivillius phase Bi9Fe4.7Me0.3Ti3O27(Me = Fe, Co, Ni, Mn) oxides have been prepared using a citrate combustion method. X-ray diffraction on powders and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy investigation confirmed that the Bi9Fe4.7Me0.3Ti3O27 samples are with an eight-layer structure. Both ferromagnetic and ferroelectric investigations suggested that Co or Ni substitution could enhance their multiferroic properties,while Mn substitution depressed them. Among all the samples, Bi9Fe4.7Co0.3Ti3O27 sample exhibits the largest remnant polarization of Pr*3.8 l C/cm2, and the largest remnant magnetization of Mr*0.06 lB/f.u. with a Curie temperature about 764 K, while the Bi9Fe4.7Ni0.3Ti3O27 sample has the largest spontaneous magnetization(0.26 lB/f.u.). 7Chicken gga-miR-1306-5p targets Tollip and plays an important role in host response against Salmonella enteritidis infection显示文摘Background: Increasing evidence indicates that micro RNAs(mi RNAs) are involved in inflammatory response and immune regulation following pathogen invasion. The purpose of this study was to elucidate the roles played by Gallus gallus micro RNA-1306-5 p(gga-mi R-1306-5 p) in host responses against potential invasion by Salmonella enteritidis(SE) in chickens and the underlying mechanisms.Results: In present study, the expression levels of gga-mi R-1306-5 p were determined in both tissues and HD11 cells. The results showed that gga-mi R-1306-5 p was significantly increased following SE infection or lipopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulation. The dual luciferase reporter assay further validated that gga-mi R-1306-5 p targeted the Toll-interacting protein(Tollip), and thereby participated in the regulation of immune response against SE or LPS stimulation through binding with the 3′-untranslated region(3’UTR) of Tollip. Additionally, the expression of Tollip was significantly blocked by over-expressed gga-mi R-1306-5 p. The underlying mechanisms by which ggami R-1306-5 p modulated the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines were also investigated. Molecular biological assays demonstrated that overexpression of gga-mi R-1306-5 p promoted the production of pro-inflammatory mediators, including NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β, which produced effects similar to those of Tollip knockdown.Conclusions: Taken together, gga-mi R-1306-5 p induced by SE or LPS, regulates the immune response by inhibiting Tollip, which activates the production of inflammatory cytokines. 11Biodegradation of 2-ethylhexyl-4-methoxycinnamate in river sediments and its impact on microbial communities显示文摘Numerous studies have evaluated the toxicity and endocrine disrupting properties of organic UV filters for aquatic organisms,but little is known about their biodegradation in river sediments and their impact on microorganisms.We have set up the sterile and microbiological systems in the laboratory,adding 2-ethylhexyl-4-methoxycinnamate(EHMC),one of organic UV filters included in the list of high yield chemicals,at concentrations of 2,20 and 200μg/L,and characterized the microbial community composition and diversity in sediments.Monitoring of EHMC degradation within 30 days revealed that the half-life in the microbial system(3.49 days)was much shorter than that in the sterile system(7.55 days).Two potential degradation products,4-mercaptobenzoic acid and 3-methoxyphenol were identified in the microbial system.Furthermore,high-throughput 16s and 18s rRNA gene sequencing showed that Proteobacteria dominated the sediment bacterial assemblages followed by Chloroflexi,Acidobacteria,Bacteroidetes and Nitrospirae;Eukaryota_uncultured fungus dominated the sediment fungal assemblages.Correlation analysis demonstrated that two bacterium genera(Anaerolineaceae_uncultured and Burkholderiaceae_uncultured)were significantly correlated with the biodegradation of EHMC.These results illustrate the biodegradability of EHMC in river sediments and its potential impact on microbial communities,which can provide useful information for eliminating the pollution of organic UV filters in natural river systems and assessing their potential ecological risks.Peng Zhang Guanghua Lu Jianchao Liu Zhenhua Yan Huike Dong Ranran Zhou 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,6:1
12In^(3+)-doped Sr_(2)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6−δ)cathode with improved performance for an intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cell显示文摘Promoting the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is critical for commercialization of intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cells(IT-SOFCs),where Sr_(2)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6)−δ(SFM)is a promising cathode by working as a mixed ionic and electronic conductor.In this work,doping of In^(3+)greatly increases the oxygen vacancy concentration and the content of adsorbed oxygen species in Sr_(2)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5−x)InxO_(6−δ)(SFMInx),and thus effectively promotes the ORR performance.As a typical example,SFMIn_(0.1)reduces the polarization resistance(R_(p))from 0.089 to 0.046Ω∙cm^(2)at 800°C,which is superior to those doped with other metal elements.In addition,SFMIn0.1 increases the peak power density from 0.92 to 1.47 W∙cm^(−2)at 800°C with humidified H_(2)as the fuel,indicating that In3+doping at the Mo site can effectively improve the performance of SOFC cathode material.Yumei Ma Lijie Zhang Kang Zhu Binze Zhang Ranran Peng Changrong Xia Ling Huang 2024Nano Research2024,17,1:0

14Policy Iteration for Optimal Control of Discrete-Time Time-Varying Nonlinear Systems显示文摘Aimed at infinite horizon optimal control problems of discrete time-varying nonlinear systems,in this paper,a new iterative adaptive dynamic programming algorithm,which is the discrete-time time-varying policy iteration(DTTV)algorithm,is developed.The iterative control law is designed to update the iterative value function which approximates the index function of optimal performance.The admissibility of the iterative control law is analyzed.The results show that the iterative value function is non-increasingly convergent to the Bellman-equation optimal solution.To implement the algorithm,neural networks are employed and a new implementation structure is established,which avoids solving the generalized Bellman equation in each iteration.Finally,the optimal control laws for torsional pendulum and inverted pendulum systems are obtained by using the DTTV policy iteration algorithm,where the mass and pendulum bar length are permitted to be time-varying parameters.The effectiveness of the developed method is illustrated by numerical results and comparisons.Guangyu Zhu Xiaolu Li Ranran Sun Yiyuan Yang Peng Zhang 2023IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2023,10,3:0
